Giorno Giovanna is not afraid of anything. He faced death with dignity on many occasions on a mission to kill the Don of Passione and protect Trish. He didn't shy away from his attraction towards his teammates including Trish, even Abbacchio who regarded him with suspicion found him charming in a way.
So after half his lovers died he blamed himself. So when his presumably dead lovers are brought to life under the control of a god who turned out to be his biological father he jumps at the chance to reunite with them. Even if it means getting involved on a time travel mission to save the world with a complicated family tree that he is still trying to comprehend.
Giorno Giovanna is not afraid to heed into the unknown.
But he is mildly afraid of Jotaro Kujo. One of the few people who Giorno couldn't get a clear read on him. The man is like an enigma but he seems to stare at Giorno with pure mistrust, something probably related to his biological father. In a way Jotaro Kujo reminds him of his step father…
So when the person who seems to bear the biggest grudge against him discovers the true nature of his relationship, is it wrong to assume that he would use this to discriminate against him?
“Yare Yare, you don't have to give me a whole damn speech I just wanted to know if your okay”
“What?”
“I was just worried about you. That's all”
Giorno was at a loss for words “I.. I don't understand…”
The older teen let out a huff of annoyance towards Giorno “The kid with the terrible fashion sense who I assume is your boyfriend was making out with the no scratch that your whole fucking group has terrible fashion sense”
Giorno glared at him in offence “You're one to talk with the heavy chain and wearing black while travelling the world. Are you not hot?”
To his surprise Jotaro let out what sounded to be a snort or a huff. He smiles down at him. It was small but it made a big enough impact for Giorno to look surprised.
“Brat”
There was no malice in his voice.
“Whatever relationship you have with them is none of my goddamn business. But try to be more careful. Some of us aren't as equally open minded”
Giorno doesn't realise he is crying until he is pulled into a loose hug by a man who he thought hated him.
