“Ace, wake up!” Deuce shakes Ace to wake up already dressed for the day just waiting for his friend. “Mmm what..” Ace opens his eyes and sits up but a rush of a headache came and he decided to go lay down again. “Wtf- why does my head hurt so much-“ Deuce being the idiot not understanding the situation “just get up Ace we’ll be late!” Ace groans in response “ughhh fine I’ll get up” Ace rolls out of bed trying to ignore the massive headache, once Deuce left the room going into the lounge Ace started to get change but he started to cough a bit and sniffing. “For the love of the great seven, why is it so cold right now? I know it’s the morning but really..” Ace got changed, did his makeup, and left the bedroom .
“Hey guys!” Ace trying to act as normal as possible hoping no one will ask “my throat hurts so much…” Ace mumbled under his breath. “Morning Ace, let's go before we are all late” Trey suggests, the rest agreeing. The heartslabyul students all went to their home rooms and began class.
It’s magic history now and it’s even more boring and Ace just wanted to sleep so badly the headache is getting way worse he’s even trying his best to not cough. “Trappola, what is the answer to this question?” Ace clearly not paying attention, Trein waiting for the answer, “Ace hurry up and answer the question” Deuce slightly shook his shoulder. “Huh?? Oh uhh what was the question?” Trein repeated the question and Ace answered right after. Trein went back to the lesson while Ace put his head down, the headache clearly getting to him now. “Hey Ace are you alright?” Ace just made a ‘mhm’ sound for a response.
It was now lunch and all the heartslabyul students sat down at the same table this time, with Grin and Yuu, Ace got his food but didn’t even touch it yet “hey Ace! You gonna eat that? Cause I will!” Grim said Ace just Scooch the plate of food towards Grim and everyone was shocked but Ace just put his head against his hand and leaned on it. “Yo Ace-chan are you alright for real?! I’d never expect you to give up your food so willingly lol!” Cater said. Trey stood up and went to Ace “Ace lift up your head real quick.” Trey said and Ace did so because he didn’t have the energy to bicker right now Trey put his hand on Aces forehead and neck to see his temperature. “Ace you have a fever- a really high one at that” Ace shook his head “no I don’t!” Ace stood up and tried walking but failed because Ace fainted but Deuce caught him “housewarden?” Riddle understanding the situation “take him to his room I’ll tell the others to sleep in another room, what about you?” “I’ll take care of Ace for now” Deuce carried Ace princess style( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) and took him back the dorms. “When classes are over I’ll make some food for Ace since I doubt he ate yet”Trey said“won’t he be tired though?” “Well now but later he’ll get hungry sooner or later, Riddle” “aww poor Ace-chan! At least he gets to skip some classes tho!” “Cater we do not talk like that! I will make a full book to help him with his missing work!” “Oh to the great seven-“ Cater and Trey said in unison.

The two gays in the closet went back to the dorm and Deuce settled Ace onto his bed “hmm he might get hot in that uniform…maybe I should change him..wait wait no! That’s gay..” Deuce looked back at Ace as he looked at Ace in other awe “He's actually pretty cute when he sleeps..how come I don’t usually see that?” Ace woke up slightly which startled Deuce “o-oh hi do you wanna get changed?” Ace just nodded in response to being too tired to say any words he got up with Deuces help, still in bed. Deuce picked up some clothes in Ace’s closet and put it beside Ace “so umm…do you need help with putting it on?” Ace nodded with a little tint of rose coloring on the ginger’s cheeks. Deuce also started to blush a little but he still continued to strip Ace, cloth of cloth taken off of Ace. Deuce looked at Ace’s body more and started to blush more ‘this definitely isn’t what friends do often..’ deuce kept thinking. Finally Ace got dressed in nice comfortable clothes and layed back down.
Deuce sat next to Ace “so…why didn’t you say anything?” “I…don’t know. Maybe cause I didn’t want to make you worry?” Ace said the last part a bit quiet but deuce still heard. Ace cuddled up within the soft cumforter. “I’m going to go back to class” Deuce was about to get up but something was wrapped around the boy's waist. “No….p-please stay…umm could you cuddle with m-me until I fall asleep..? My brother used to hug me until I fell asleep when I was sick…” Deuce was shocked at the quiet fragile voice Ace made, didn’t expect the Ace he knew could be such a softie sometimes not that he minds. “Haha sure” Deuce soon got in the blanket and wrapped his arms around the others waist. Hugging Ace underneath him, Ace put his head next to Deuces chest hearing his heartbeat going a bit fast. After a while Ace’s eyes started to get a bit more heavy so he closed them and soon enough he was now sleeping. Deuce stayed in that position for a while still having his chin on top of Ace’s head smelling Ace’s hair smells like cherry pie for some reason- Deuce sighed taking his chin off and looking at his ‘best friend’ “…I don’t know why…but you make my heart pound a lot sometimes and I don’t know why…”
