Special umbrella [F/M]

Summary:

Simon and Reader shared a special relationship from the beginning - one that was far more powerful than any words could express. It was a beautiful connection between two kindred souls that had steadily grown throughout the time they had been together. For the first time in many weeks, they felt alive, liberated and ready for their mission together in Europe.

Notes:

Hey Mate!!!

I'm Peter and I say right away that English is not my first language.
I'm curious to hear your opinion about this work in the comments!
Enjoy!

Work Text:

𝕃ooking at the passers-by, you watched everyone, trying to find your target in civilians. Sitting on the patio of the café along with a man in a black mask and baseball cap, you tried to look as unsuspecting as possible. You watched and waited to see the person with the white and red umbrella The purpose of your mission, it had been a long time since you had been on a mission in Europe much less with Ghost, so when you heard that you were flying to Austria you felt a little relieved being aware that you would be able to rest. You made sure that the man was also happy to go to Austria when you saw that instead of his classic balaclava he wore less suspicious things. Sniffling, you put your leg over your leg, squinted your eyes trying to sharpen your vision, which had lost focus for a moment. Feeling a hand on your thigh, you turned to the man.

"Everything okay?" asked Ghost, moving his hand over your thigh, as if trying to calm you down. You reached for a napkin next to your mug of tea and wiped your nose. "Yeah, maybe it's some kind of allergy." you replied, looking at your surroundings. Folding the napkin, you put it in your coat, and the man muttered under his breath, taking his hand from your thigh. You looked away from the civilians, looking at the dark eyes of the man next to you. The remnants of black make-up around his eyes still visible despite the fact that he hadn't painted his face for several days. You were able to see Simon in Ghost now. His cold, tired gaze moved as he watched the civilians, he stared mesmerized at his surroundings. You reached for the tea without taking your eyes off the man, picking up the cup, you stopped your movements as you spilled the drink slightly. You put the cup down, looking at your shaking hand. You swallowed the saliva you suddenly lacked as you felt the heat that passed through you. You reached for the bottle of water next to Ghost's cup, and as soon as you invaded his turf, he began to watch you.

Unscrewing the cap you felt every protrusion on the cap, taking a sip of water you felt a complete dryness in your throat. Putting down the bottle, you looked at the man. On a daily basis, Ghost's enigmatic gaze seems softer when he looks at you now, but his gaze still seemed mysterious.

"You're pale." he said, reaching for his jacket in the chair next to him, "We're going back to base." Hearing these words, you grabbed his hand, which he reached for his jacket. "Everything is okay." you said, holding his hand as tightly as possible. You tried to ignore the increasing headache, sensitivity to sound, and went back to watching people pass by. At the same time, you still felt your companion watching you. You looked at the woman passing you with the white umbrella, you turned your head to point at the woman, but when you turned you felt Ghost's hand on yours.

"Did you hear what I said?" he asked, but his voices seemed muffled. "No, can you repeat it?" you asked, squinting your eyes, trying to focus entirely on the man. His dark eyes completely consumed you as you looked at him. Once again you felt a wave of heat flowing through your body, you felt as if everything was becoming sharper and clearer. You watched Ghost's mouth move as you relaxed your facial muscles, turn your head toward the man with the red and white umbrella passing by. You turned abruptly to Simon, pointing at the man. The world was slowing down.

Darkness

𝕎ith your eyes closed, you tried to ignore the stream of water dripping down your forehead. Stretching your hand out from under the blanket, you wiped your face. You opened your eyes and the darkness of the measurement greeted you, you reached back to your forehead, you felt a damp towel. Taking it in your hands, you moved to the seat. You blinked a few times, trying to see things in the room. You saw a bowl of water next to you, putting down the towel inside, you reached for the blanket revealing yourself, but you saw the other blanket, you pulled it down too revealing the duvet you have been sleeping under since you have been in Austria. Flipping your legs over to the floor, you felt the cold panels, which woke you up. Dressed in the sweatpants you usually see Ghost in when he walks around the safehouse, you touched your navy blue jumper, touching your chest you felt yourself blush at the thought that a man had most likely dressed you up. Feeling a strange feeling in your stomach, you crouched, hiding your face in your hands. Patting your face, you tried to remove the blush from your face. You looked around the room you recognized as the bedroom of the temporary home, and walked over to the curtained window, on which there was also a towel hanging, blocking any light from coming in. Feeling the stuffiness of the room, you grabbed the window handle, but when you heard the crowd of the city, you closed the window instantly.

You approached the other bed in the room, you brought your hand slightly closer to the mattress expecting to feel a big man, however all you felt was a mattress without a duvet. In the darkness you looked at your bed, next to which lay Ghost's duvet, he was most likely planning to cover you with this. Laughing under your breath, you let the air out of your nose. You walked up to the bedroom door.

𝔸 sudden attack of bright yellow light caused you to cover your eyes with your hand. Standing in the door frame, Ghost leaned out of the kitchen. He wiped his hands on the towel hanging on the wall and walked over to you, looking at you with a warm look, his hair scattered and his face covered. He walked up to you, grabbed your shoulders gently, and you felt your body, you felt your body being lifted by the man despite your very feeble attempts to resist. Feeling yourself being put on the soft couch, you watched with squinted eyes as Simon's silhouette disappeared behind the wall, only to return with one of the blankets you had just been lying under. Gently covering you with a blanket, soldier smiled almost invisibly as your gazes met, you watched him turn on his heel disappearing into the kitchen.

You gently slumped to the side, feeling your eyes close on their own, the throbbing headache caused by the light seemed more annoying than the smell coming from the kitchen you can't recognize.

You looked at your reflection on the TV, lifting your legs to the couch, adjusting the blanket completely covering yourself. Moving to the back of the couch, you were able to see the reflection of Ghost in the kitchen. You watch as his large silhouette moves in the kitchen, you smile at the smile that a man has just given you in your memory.

𝕋o say that you don't feel something for a man would be a lie, the same lie would apply to him. You both felt something for each other, your looks, your gestures, your behaviours. The way you paid attention to him on missions, his warm gaze on you. The way his voice seemed softer when he spoke to you, the fact that you tried to make your missions overlap. How both of you give each other little gifts from the mission. With your eyes closed, you smiled at the thought that you were one of the few people who had met Simon Riley and not Ghost.

"Reader?" you opened your eyes, ready for an attack of light, but the light in the living room was probably turned off by the man while you were lost in your thoughts. You look at Simon, who with a mask on his face looks at your features, only to shake his head and sit next to you on the edge of the couch "Soup," he said, holding a bowl of broth. You pulled yourself up to the seat, and immediately Simon put a bowl under your chin, held the spoon and put it to your mouth. Taking a sip of soup, you grabbed his hands trying to take over the dish, holding your hands on the man's hands you felt the difference in size.

"I am able to feed myself." you said, but his eyes looked unbroken, and you hid your hands under the blanket. "You scared me," he started to say, feeding you again. "Anticipating your question. You didn't mess up the mission... But next time..." he interrupted as your gazes met, "Take care of yourself as you take care of me." he said quietly under his breath. You contorted your soup, eating in silence with Simon's help. You looked at him, trying to put words into a sentence.

"Thank you," you said as the man put the bowl back on the table in front of you. "Hands." he said, walking to the kitchen with the bowl. You stared ahead, listening to the sounds from the kitchen, which quietened the moment Ghost appeared next to you with a cup of tea. "Here you go." he said, handing you the cup, he sat down again on the edge of the couch so that your legs were behind him. You felt like he was trying to protect you from the world.

𝕋aking a sip of tea, you looked at his veiled face, he turned to you looking at you with warm eyes. You smiled as you sipped your tea in silence, darkness, and in comfortable company. You looked at the man looking at you, both of you trying to find the words that disappeared when you opened your mouth. You straightened up more, putting the cup on the table. Sitting down next to Simon, you took his cup and put it next to yours. You grabbed him by the cold big hands.

"Simon." you began, however, the moment the man took his hand away to reveal his face, again the words left your head completely. You looked at the scars on his face, at his slight stubble, his sharp nose, and his dry narrow mouth.

"Reader, I..." now he was the one holding your hands, biting his lower lip as he looked at you. Simon could feel the words fail him as he looked into your warm gaze. He wants to convey something to you that he himself has never heard, but found it difficult to find the right words. So instead of trying to explain, he moved closer to you that your arms were touching, with your hands on his thighs, he held your hands in his. He looked at your hands as your warmth washed over him. He looks at your face again, even in the darkness he is overwhelmed by the care he sees, so different from the battles he faces in life. You felt the feeling emanating from his emptiness, the pain of a life full of disappointments and lost hopes. You knew now how much he wanted to express his feelings for you, to let you know how you had filled every scar that life had caused him. He never thought it was possible to feel this way, but it's true - he loves you. He knows he's never been good with words, but he hopes you can feel his love when he looks into your eyes. He seems so desperate to convey his feelings without using literal words.

Simon opens his mouth only to close it a moment later, the words just didn't come. In the face of such emotions, words seemed insufficient. His hands began to tremble as he slowly approached you, your faces barely centimetres apart. He still couldn't find the right words to express his love, so he just rested his forehead against yours. All the love, all the warmth, all the care, all the feelings he felt for you, which he had tried to hide for so long, suddenly turned into a few soft words: "I love you."

ℍe felt the warmth of your breath on his lips, sending a shiver down his spine all over his body. He wanted to tell you as much more about how much he wanted to be with you forever, how he was willing to do anything to make you happy. You squeeze his hand tightly, taking a deep breath, you know you can't say it yourself, but you want him to understand that you love him too and your care for him is more than friendship. You feel that only you fully understand each other, that you need each other to make your life complete. He never thought he would find the courage to share his feelings, but here he is, looking into your eyes and pouring out his heart. Even if words don't come easily to you, you hope he senses the depth of your emotions as he holds his hands, and you pledge your love. You brought your lips closer, you closed your eyes in a kiss, you knew that this moment was special, that you were experiencing something much bigger than you could understand. You wanted to show him the depths of your love, the love you feel only for him. You love him in a way that words can't describe, and a feeling of joy filled your heart.

The kiss was over, and you sat there, staring into each other's eyes, the warmth of the love you share filling the dark flat. Simon felt an overwhelming sense of peace, knowing that he didn't have to use any words to explain his feelings. The connection between the two of you couldn't just be a close friendship, he knew it. The love you both felt is so deep and so real that you both laughed slightly under your breath at the thought that no one would never break that love.

He kissed you gently again, cultivating the feeling of closeness between you, between him and the person he loves. Your hearts beat fast, and the tears that came to his eyes slowly burned him. He wanted to wrap you in his arms and not let you go. At the same time, he was filled with a feeling of hope that he and you, that he had found someone who was capable of loving such a destroy man as he was. He placed his hands on your hips, deepening your kiss. Both of you felt a wave of warmth, of security sweep over you, you smiled returning the kiss.

Slowly sinking back, still kissing the man, you opened your eyes as Ghost lay above you.

"But why are you crying?" you asked, seeing the drops from his eyes fall on your face. The man brought his face closer to yours, mumbling unintelligible words. As you felt Simon move his hands from your thighs higher, you could feel him slowly move his hands along your body. You breathed sharply as you felt the man's tongue run over your collarbone. "Simon..." his hands came back to your thighs to slip his hands under your jumper, his cold big hands sent a shiver down your spine.

"ℙlease, Reader, put your hands up, I want to see you." Simon said, helping you straighten up. Both of you were sitting on the couch, looking at the man who was looking at you with dog eyes. "If you don't want to do it, one word is enough. You can even nod your head." he said.

"But, I want to." You said, raising your hands, making it easier for the man to pull your sweatshirt off. You covered your breasts, moving your gaze to the floor. Simon moved closer to you placing a gentle kiss, his right hand grabbing your breast at the time, the other catching your back slowly lowering you onto the couch. Joining you in a passionate kiss, you tried to give yourself to the man. Feeling how lightly he played with your nipple, you melted under his movements. You opened your eyes only to see Simon staring at you, finishing the kiss. As he moved away from you, he breathed heavily, leaning on one hand, the other pressed against your cheek, his thumb touching your lips. "Darling..." whispered Simon once again, moving closer to you to take care of your breasts. Sucking one breast, he massaged and squeezed the other, completely drowning in your scent, softness and warmth. Biting your nipple, he made you let out a squeal.

Simon looked at you, his hand on the elastic of the sweatpants you're wearing. You looked up, looking at the man, nodding and then saying, "Yes."

You felt his cold hand touch your skin under your pants, only to move your underwear a moment later and gently insert two fingers into you.

Oh.

You moaned as you felt Riley move his hand, felt him place gentle kisses on your lips only to stop and kiss your forehead to speed up his movements as he heard your erotic moans. As you breathed faster and faster, all you could hear was your breathing and the wet sound. Tightening your legs over Simon's hand, you moaned loudly squeezing your eyes, trying to normalize your breathing, opening your eyes, in which tears had collected. You looked up with squinted eyes from Simon above you.

"Simon... It was... It was something really enjoyable." you said as Simon removed his fingers from you. The man pulled your pants off, making you lie under him completely naked, red and still excited. With broad eyes, you watched as Riley bit his lips, looking at you. Leaning back first on your forearms you straightened up and grabbed the man's shoulders, looking straight into his eyes you pushed him gently onto his back making you now on top. You gently touched his covered crotch. You moved your gaze to his face. "Can I?" you asked, to which the man nodded his head once and then quickly confirmed several times.

𝕌nbuttoning the man's pants, you pulled them off along with his boxers. You stopped your movements as you gazed at the man's penis with pre-cum, which exceeded your expectations. You looked at Simon's face, immediately when your gaze met, the man looked away as you laughed at him slightly. As you approach his penis, your breath alone made the man beneath you twitch. Placing a light kiss on the tip, you held him in two hands. Slowly moving your hands, you tried to please the man, afraid to move more you ran your tongue over the tip, trying not to miss any part. Hearing your name through the man's mumble of unintelligible words, you combed a strand of hair behind your ear and leaned more over Simon's penis to slowly and gently place centimetre after centimetre into your mouth. Moving your head slowly up and down, you tried to give additional sensations by moving your tongue when his dick was in your mouth.

You heard the man's accelerated breathing and a slight muscle that passed after a moment. You felt the man lean over you, placing his hands in your hair. Breathing heavily, he pronounced your name quietly. You felt him move his hands, not so much to give you a nudge, but to brush his hands gently against your hair.

Sweetheart...” You felt him trying to stop your movements. By lifting your head, you took his penis out of your mouth, causing a quiet 'pop'. You laughed softly, covering your mouth. "You're unearthly, but if you don't stop, I'll come right now." Simon said breathing heavily, he was looking at you with dark eyes, you smiled realising that in the dark his eyes seemed brighter and more consuming. Calming your breathing you straightened up to sitting.

"Simon, I want it." you said, placing your hand on his chest, his sudden movement causing you to take your hand away as the man pulled down his t-shirt. You felt him run his fingers over your folds, holding your shoulder, he laid you on your back, spreading your legs you looked up at the man towering over you large stature, which seemed even larger than usual.

Holding his penis in his hand, he said, "Reader, I'm going to put it in." you felt like the first time you had sex. Seeing his focus on his face, you could slowly feel him entering you. Feeling him inside, you tried to get used to the size of a man, his slow movement of entering despite a slight pain seemed pleasant and expected. "I'm inside." he said, grabbing your hips. You bit your lip trying to prepare, taking a breath and stretching your arms out in front of you, reaching for the man's neck. "You're so tight, so warm. Bloody hell." gasped the man.

"I'm so happy, Simon. Thank you." you said, putting your forehead against his. You felt a quick kiss. "Don't say cute things, or I'll cry." he said, sniffling, kissing you again, brushing your hair off your forehead.

Feeling him lightly stroke your head, you didn't even notice when you got used to the size of the man inside you. Straightening up, he held your thighs.

"I'll move slowly." he said, feeling the overwhelming sensation in your lower abdomen leave you, letting out the air you immediately inhaled when Simon entered you again. Feeling it slowly accelerating, you tried to catch your breath, opening your eyes wider when you felt extra stimulation. You looked at Simon, examining his whole body, stopped at his waist, you saw him add stimulation of your clit to his hip movements. You felt the pain ripping through you fade away as the pleasure completely consumed you. You moaned in complete surrender to Simon, you felt yourself tighten around him, you felt a wave of heat, a shiver goes through you from top to bottom. The tears running down your cheeks caught the attention of the man who, lifting you to sit still moved inside you, looked at your tearful face, licked a tear trail then kissed you.

"Si... Simon? " you asked, sitting on top of him with your arms around him, watching him lay back, resting his head against the arm of the couch. Keeping his hands on your hips, he gave you a nudge to ride him. You heard his loud moan along with when his dick was completely inside you, you smiled as he remained in the dullness he put on you, feeling the man's cock hit you in the cervix. You covered your mouth, at which Simon grabbed your hand violently, holding your hand he squeezed your hips harder. You felt the moans come out of you on their own with each movement, placing your hands on Simon's chest, you felt Riley's hands roam over your body. His hands moved from your thighs to your hips, his hands stop at your bouncing breasts. As soon as he grabbed his nipples and pressed and pulled at the same time, he made you fall on his chest, breathing heavily.

"Reader... You're so fucking sexy... " he said, placing his hand on the back of your head, breathing the same way you do.

ℍe moved his hands to your ass, gently but quickly moving your hips, causing him to penetrate you even more. Lifting your hips, he gently touched you only to dig his nails into your bottom, lowering you, entering you. You felt his breathing speed up, you turned your head, looking at his face, you saw him clenching his eyes tightly. You could feel his movements pulsating inside you, to the moments when he grabbed your thighs with all his strength and pressed you against him. His face relaxed, eyebrows raised, nose wrinkled slightly, eyes slightly open. He looked... Adorable...

He breathed heavily, opening his eyes wider.

"ha... ha... Are you okay? " he asked in a soft voice, you opened your eyes wider, hearing such a tone for the first time from Simon. You smiled and nodded, blushing. You felt the man return to sitting down, still inside you. Holding his shoulders, you felt as if you wanted to hide in the man's arms. You looked at each other, trying to normalize your breathing slowly.

𝕐ou smiled as you watched the man's gaze wander all over your face. Despite what you had done now, despite what he had said during and before. He still felt... emptiness.

He lay with you, your bodies close to each other, sharing your intimacy as you looked at the man. Yet his thoughts of you, of your beauty, of the way you moved, spoke, your love you confessed to each other. He felt warmth, but there was an emptiness in his heart that he could not bridge. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he thought of the bond between you, but he couldn't help feeling that he had no right to. Simon wanted to say something, but his words were only an unintelligible mumble.

You listened to him, and he felt a wave of understanding wash over him entirely. He realized that no matter what he did or how he felt, you would still be there for him.

I love you

𝕋hese words, almost whispered, broke through the darkness. In them, Simon felt a sense of belonging, of being loved and accepted. Life could be difficult again, and yet and yet there was a ray of hope, a sense that he was not alone on this journey. A calm joy filled the air, and Simon felt a warmth he had never felt before. Even sadness was no longer a burden, because he knew you would be there to comfort him. From that moment on, Simon was determined to make you feel equally happy, to love you fully and with all his might.

Simon felt his heart swell with emotion at your words. Moments earlier he had been filled with emptiness, haunted by his own self-doubt, but at that moment, when you confessed your love for him, everything changed. He felt embraced, accepted and safe in your warm embrace. He knew he still had to prove to you that he was worthy of your love, but it didn't feel like a burden; it felt like a challenge he was ready to take on. Knowing that he had found true, unconditional love, Simon smiled and looked into your eyes. He let out a trembling breath and took your hand, gently squeezing it.

That moment was filled with an intense feeling that transcended time, and you embraced each other, refusing to let go. You knew in that moment that no matter what the future brought, you would always have each other, and that was enough. You lay together in the darkness, feeling safe and secure in each other's arms.

𝕐ou talked about your life and your future, about the dreams you will have, about the laughter and joy that you will share. When morning came, Simon had never felt more satisfied. The morning light shone through the window as the sun rose. Riley felt as if he could finally breathe after the self-doubt that had weighed him down. Cuddled up to him, you lay on his chest, breathe lightly, your warmth gave him a sense of peace and joy. He looked at you and said, "I love you too."
