Work Text:
Langa wakes up in the morning to the smell of something delicious being cooked in the kitchen. He can feel Ainosuke still pressed against his back, face buried in Langa’s light blue hair, so he assumes it’s one of his boyfriend’s professional chefs that he hires from time to time. He leans back into the older man and feels Ainosuke’s arms tighten around him slightly as he lets out a content groan.
If there is one thing that he has learned in the last few months of officially being a couple, it’s that Ainosuke is absolutely not a morning person. Langa isn’t as well, usually wanting nothing more than to sleep in with the older man in his giant, expensive bed, but the smell of food is too tempting to pass up today. After all, he worked up quite an appetite after last night’s activities and thinks he definitely deserves an award after making the other man come so many times. He slowly extracts himself from Ainosuke’s arms, replacing himself with one of the many giant pillows on the bed, and watches as his boyfriend snuggles into the pillow. Langa quickly throws on his discarded pajama pants and t-shirt and stands by the bed for a moment, staring at the blue-haired man with a smile on his face, wondering how he got so lucky to end up here.
When Kaoru had hired him as their pool boy, Langa had no idea how much his life would change. How infatuated he would become with Kaoru’s “husband.” How thankful he would feel when he would find out that the marriage was just an agreement on paper and how Kaoru and Ainosuke were not in a relationship at all, just best friends since they were in school. And also how right it felt to finally feel Ainosuke’s lips on his own after pining after him for months.
But nothing would prepare him for what an actual relationship with Ainosuke would be like. How much the older man loved to spoil him and how much Langa loved being spoiled. How passionate Ainosuke was in every aspect of his life, whether it be his career, his hobbies, or fucking. Langa wasn’t a virgin before meeting Ainosuke but nothing could prepare him for his boyfriend’s insatiable appetite when it came to sex and Langa was more than happy to satisfy him over and over again.
Langa watches Ainosuke for a few minutes longer, taking in his boyfriend’s messy blue locks and bare body, before the smell of the food is too tempting and he quietly leaves the bedroom.
Ainosuke’s bedroom is on the opposite side of the house as the kitchen as well as Kaoru’s bedroom, thankfully. While Langa has never met the man, he knows that Kaoru has a lover of his own from the stories that Ainosuke has told him. He had mentioned before about finding his husband practically fucking the delivery man in the kitchen and how the two of them have been in a relationship ever since. And how Ainosuke has overheard the two of them having sex more times than he would have liked. So yes, Langa is very thankful that Kaoru and Ainosuke have bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. For everyone’s sake. Kaoru isn’t the only one who is very vocal in bed.
Langa finally makes it to the kitchen, practically drooling at this point from the smell of the food being cooked, but stops abruptly when he finds the kitchen not occupied by one of Ainosuke’s chefs but by a very muscular green-haired man wearing only a pair of boxers and an apron. Even with the apron covering the front of his body, Langa can tell how absolutely ripped the guy is. The man sees Langa and immediately grins at him and greets him with a happy, “Good morning!”
Langa just stares back at him, mouth opening and closing a few times in an attempt to say something, but finds himself at a loss for words.
The green-haired man takes in Langa’s confusion before realization shows on his face. “Shit, sorry. I should introduce myself.” He turns down one of the burners on the store and strides towards Langa, who has to look up to maintain eye contact with the stranger. “Kojiro Nanjo,” the man says with a grin, holding out his hand.
Realization hits Langa all at once, finally figuring out who the man is. He grabs onto Kojiro’s hand and tries not to wince when he gives Langa a firm handshake. “You’re Kaoru’s delivery man.”
Kojiro lets out a laugh and pulls his hand back, ruffling his messy green hair. “I hope I’m more than that to him these days. I’m his boyfriend.”
“Right, sorry,” Langa says, feeling slightly embarrassed. “I knew that.”
“And you’re Langa, right?” Kojiro asks with a friendly smile. He returns to the stove to continue his cooking and that’s when Langa sees the full spread of breakfast food on the stovetop and counters. Pancakes, hash browns, bacon, toast, fresh fruit, eggs. Langa is sure he has died and gone to heaven. There are few things in this world that he loves more than food.
Kojiro sees Langa’s awestruck expression at all the food and lets out another chuckle. “I may have gone a little overboard. Please, help yourself.”
Langa doesn’t have to be told twice. He quickly grabs a plate from one of the cabinets and piles his plate full of as much food as he can before sitting down at a barstool at the counter. He takes the first bite and finds himself grinning from ear to ear at the taste before he is devouring the rest of the food. Kojiro finishes cooking the rest of breakfast while Langa eats, peeking at him from time to time with a smile on his face.
After Langa clears his plate completely, he finally realizes that he never did answer Kojiro’s question. “Sorry, I should have answered before stuffing my face. Yes, I’m Langa.”
“I’ve heard a lot about you,” Kojiro says before gesturing to Langa’s plate. “Want some more?”
Langa shakes his head. “I’m full. Thank you though, it was delicious.”
“I can tell,” Kojiro chuckles again. He grabs Langa’s plate and discards it in the sink before plating his own food. He leans back on the counter, facing Langa as he begins eating. “So, you and Ainosuke, huh?” he asks in between bites.
Langa feels a smile forming as he nods back at Kojiro.
“You are one brave man,” Kojiro says with a whistle. “And I mean that with respect. Truly. We both know how much of a handful he can be.”
Langa laughs at that comment and decides that he likes Kojiro.
They make small talk over the next few minutes, talking about everything from their jobs to their favorite restaurants to their hobbies. Langa is surprised how normal it all feels. Here he is chatting it up with the man who is dating his boyfriend’s husband. His life would make for a great reality show, that’s for sure.
Kojiro finally finishes off his own food and starts washing his plate when Kaoru strolls into the kitchen. Every time that Langa has seen Kaoru, the pink-haired man is the picture of perfection. Never a hair out of place and clothes always looking immaculate.
But that is definitely not what Langa sees before him this morning. Kaoru’s hair looks like a bird’s nest, done up in a messy bun on top of his head. He’s wearing a purple floral button up shirt, one that is many sizes too big that he assumes belongs to Kojiro. Langa is hoping there is underwear or shorts somewhere under that shirt that almost hangs down to Kaoru’s knees but can't really tell. Kaoru looks positively wrecked and Langa can just make out hickeys and bruises all along Kaoru’s body and neck.
Kaoru quickly crosses the room to his boyfriend, either ignoring Langa completely or not even realizing he’s there, and plasters himself to Kojiro’s back. His arms snake under Kojiro’s apron and he places a kiss between Kojiro’s shoulder blades before laying his head there and embracing the green-haired man from behind. Kojiro soothingly runs a free hand up and down Kaoru’s arm, greeting his boyfriend with a smile. “Good morning, princess. Look who joined us for breakfast.”
Kojiro points over to Langa and Kaoru’s gaze follows. Langa sends a small wave and polite smile to Kaoru when they finally make eye contact and watches as Kaoru’s eyes widen at the sight of him. He quickly extracts himself from his boyfriend and attempts to pull down his button up shirt to hide more of his bare legs.
“Langa! Hi! I apologize, I didn’t know you were here. Please, let me go get dressed.” Kaoru tries to smooth out his hair in an attempt to look more presentable as he heads towards the doorway.
“There’s no need, it’s okay,” Langa reassures him. “Plus, compared to your boyfriend you’re more than overdressed.”
Kaoru sends a scowl towards Kojiro and the green-haired man returns it with a wink.
“I’m sorry you had to see either of us like this, Langa,” Kaoru apologizes again while making his way back to Kojiro. “I thought Ai was still in Tokyo for work. I had no idea the two of you were home.”
Langa feels his heart flutter a bit at the mention of the word home. It’s true that this massive, expensive house has begun to feel more like his home over the last month. While he loves his mother and understands why she decided to move the two of them here, he never really felt like he belonged here in this city. In this country.
Until he met Ainosuke.
That passionate, cunning, silly little blue-haired man was his home.
He is suddenly overwhelmed with the need to get back to Ainosuke. To crawl back into the bed he has spent countless nights in and wrap his arms around the other man. To get lost in him over and over again.
“He came home late last night and invited me over,” Langa explains. “I… have a hard time saying no to him.”
Kojiro grins at him. “I know exactly what that’s like.”
“I should get back to him,” Langa says with a small smile. “I’ll take some food up to him, if you don’t mind.”
“Not at all,” Kojiro replies.
Langa quickly gathers some food onto a plate and has to stop himself from running back to Ainosuke’s bedroom. When he finally makes it there and shuts the door softly behind him, he finds the older man still sleeping in the same position he left him, still naked aside from the bed sheet covering him from the waist down. He smiles to himself and sets the plate of food on the nightstand before crawling back onto the bed. He carefully pulls the pillow out of Ainosuke’s grip, which earns him a whine and then he is staring back into his boyfriend’s deep red eyes. Ainosuke gives him a grin before he is pulled down on top of him.
“Good morning, my love,” Ainosuke whispers before capturing his lips. Langa smiles into the kiss, deepening it after a moment. They lazily make out, something that has quickly become one of Langa’s favorite pastimes. Next to actually fucking Ainosuke, of course. Langa eventually forces himself off his boyfriend and grabs the plate on the nightstand that has definitely gone cold by now.
“I brought you breakfast,” Langa says, grabbing the fork and feeding Ainosuke a bite of eggs.
Ainosuke lets out a hum in appreciation. “You must have met Kojiro, then.”
“I did,” Langa confirms, feeding him another bite. They continue like this until the plate is clean and is discarded back on the nightstand. Ainosuke pulls Langa back into his arms, burying his face in his neck.
“Move in with me,” Ainosuke says softly after a minute.
Langa pulls back and looks at his boyfriend. His shock must be written all over his face which has Ainosuke quickly backtracking.
“It’s much too soon. Sorry. Just forget I-”
He’s cut off by Langa’s lips on him, something that Langa learned pretty early on in their relationship was an easy way to shut the other man up.
“I’d love to,” Langa whispers against his lips.
Ainosuke smiles back at him softly. “Are you sure?”
“I am.”
Ainosuke all but tackles Langa and flips them over so he’s straddling Langa’s hips, his naked body pressed against him. He pulls Langa in for another kiss before pulling back.
“I can’t wait to come home to you every night,” Ainosuke says against his lips. “To be fucked by you every night. And to wake up next to you every morning.”
“Why wait until night?” Langa asks with a smirk.
Ainosuke returns his grin and frantically pulls off Langa’s t-shirt, followed by his pajama pants.
Yes, Langa could get used to this man being his home.
