Chishiya had friends, yeah, that sentence sounds kind of weird even for himself, but it's not a lie, after the incident 2 years ago, he first made friend of Kuina, a girl who was hospitalized as well and they started talking because according to her, he was a well looking guy who should wear makeup, that was the first thing they talked about and since then they were inseparable.
Then he met Arisu and Usagi, a couple who was at the hospital as well and invited him to play cards, he didn't know why he accepted at the moment, but he didn't regret it at all, they ended up being a group of friends
At the end a girl named Ann who had clearly a big crush with Kuina integrated too.
And that was it, Chishiya tried to integrate Niragi to the group but everytime he tried they all end up a little bit awkward with his presence so he stopped trying, it was a shame but maybe just Niragi wasn't meant to relate with them, just with his boyfriend.
Also and important thing to mention is that Niragi had friends for his own, so he wasn't desesperate to make more, he was happy with the life he was living.
The relationship that Suguru and Shuntaro had was quite special, they both are introverts so when they met they didn't talk to much to each other, but they felt that weird connection so Niragi was the brave one and invited him to a Coffee, since then they have been a happy couple, obviously with their ups and downs, like everyone.
But lately they have been having a little troubles, it wasn't a surprise that Chishiya would get late to their house or don't even come to sleep because of his job, because the real problem wasn't the hour he is getting at home, the problem was that Chishiya was becoming more and more attached to his job than before and also there was other problems because of that, Shuntaro worked with kids, so at some point of the relationship he has been saying indirectly that he wants kids.
Niragi was fucking scared of kids.
Why? Well, being fair he wasn't scared of the kids, he was scared of the responsibility of taking care of that little creatures, they could be messy when they get angry, doesn't know shit about life so you have to taught them about it and they cried a lot.
Ok... it doesn't sound that horrible, he is kinda the same.
But still it scared the shit out of him, also Chishiya doesn't have a good example of parenting and Niragi either, they both had horrible parents and a traumatic childhood, how they were supossed to be good parents for a kid?!
Apart of this problem, Niragi is not longer going to therapy and he hasn't told a soul about it, also he was stressed because he had to work on a big project that could define the future of the company that he was working with.
And all went to shit when Shuntaro asked a simple question.
"Babe, do you know were the toothbrush is? I can't find it"
"Well, if you don't know were the fuck is your toothbrush how are you planning of having a fucking baby? Or a kid? Sometimes I think you are really dumb, how can you be a doctor being so fucking useless?"
Niragi immediately regret his words when they came out of his mouth, he really didn't think that and didn't mean it, but it was the first shit that came into his head and he was so fucking exhausted that he just said it.
"Ok, you know what? I'm not going to let you treat me that way, I'm going out with friend so call me when you have ready your apologies or forget I exist and we are done"
"No... wait, fuck! Why I have to apologize?! You know I have a little of reason in what I am saying! Come on! Come back and we can talk about it!"
"Fuck you!"
Ok, that was new, he had never listen Chishiya saying that kind of words, so he was really pissed.
Shuntaro went to the meeting with his friends, he was angry but he wasn't going to show it.
And everything went well, he could distract his mind a little and laugh with his friends, something that he usually didn't do.
But even with all that, Kuina noticed that something was off and she confirmed it because she could see in Chishiya's cellphone that he wasn't answering the calls from Suguru, his boyfriend.
"Chish, I don't know if you want to answer but... you and Niragi are okay? Like, you had a fight or something?"
The blond just sigh at the question and didn't say anything, he could feel the hand of Usagi and Kuina in his back, he rolled his eyes, he didn't need comfort or things like that, all he wanted was to have a good time with friends, that's all.
Ann interrupted the moment of silence
"Ok, ok, enough, If Chishiya doesn't want to talk about it leave him alone! So... what are we going to order? I would like to eat pizza"
"Oh yes, please, it's been a long time since I eaten a good pizza, I kinda miss it" Arisu replies
And then everyone is talking about what are they going to eat, until Chishiya gets bored of the missing calls and he answers.
Everyone is quiet.
"What?"
"You better come back right now you little bitch! Who do you think you are?! Ignoring all my fucking calls, you better get ur ass right here and now! If you don't-"
"I already say it, I'm with friend, I can't talk, bye"
He hang out and everyone was staring at him, because the screams of Niragi at the cellphone weren't unnoticeable...
Arisu was the first to talk
"He always treats you that way? You should dump him, he is abusive with you, isn't he?"
"Yeah, I know that you aren't going to say to us if he treats you bad but if you need help we are here." Usagi said with all her best intentions.
"Please, don't worry about it, it's the first time in years that he talks to me like that, he is a good person, it's just that he is stressed because of work"
"Come on Chish, you are smarter than this, you can't justify him everytime"
He sighed again, he didn't know how to convince his friends that Niragi wasn't a bad person, only he was at a bad moment, that was all.
Niragi was calling again, so he decided to respond outside, he didn't want his friends listening to them again.
While everyone were worried about the situation, it was even possible that a guy like Chishiya were trapped in a toxic relationship with someone? He was a smart ass and sometimes egocentric as fuck.
It wasn't posible, right?
"You know, maybe he is right, I know Chishiya more than anyone and he wouldn't stay with a idiot like that" Kuina say with all the security in the world, but everyone else were a little insecure about that.
"But we all know that Chishiya isn't a specialist in feelings, he is inteligent but he lacks when it came to be about feelings and all that kind of things... maybe he can't difference between a discution and abuse"
Arisu said worried, all went silent again.
"Well, It doesn't matter, he wants to be with us and talk about other things to distract himself, so let's stop talking about this, okay?"
They all agreed and tried to change the subject, a minutes latter Chishiya was with his same expression like always, a serious face, so they couldn't figure if the talk with Niragi affected him or not.
They didn't asked and they ordered their pizzas.
A hour passed, everyone were happy again talking about their life and subjects that other people would find strange.
Well, everyone except Chishiya but that wasn't weird, he usually didn't talk at all and when he did it was to debate something or do a inteligent remark.
And then the unexpected happened, Niragi entered with a elegant look, wearing a smoking, his hair down and a big bouquet of roses in his hands.
Ok, now they were convinced that Niragi maybe wasn't that bad.
Chishiya was about to explode in a big laugh, but he contained himself and just looked at his boyfriend with a weirded out expression.
"Hi, I'm sorry if I am interrupting your meeting but I would like to talk with Chishiya"
"He is all yours" answered Kuina laughing.
Shuntaro stood up and received the flowers with a smirk on his face, it was clear that he didn't expected this either.
"You know I hate roses"
"Yes, that's why I bought them"
Chishiya laugh a little and give Niragi a short kiss.
"Okay, I forgive you but you have to clean the whole house for a month, that's your punishment, you will do it?"
"Yes, I will"
Niragi never felt more ridiculous in his whole life, well, sometimes people say that love make you blind.
"Okay then, guys I'm going! Kuina is going to pay my part, this prince is going to take me to a fancy restaurant, aren't you?"
Suguru rolled his eyes and nodded, after saying this they left together.
When they left, everyone at the table exploded in laughter, they would have never guessed that Niragi was going to do something like that.
