Work Text:
Hyunjin had wanted to go out after finishing his exams. It was unusual for him as he was more of a homebody, but he had wanted to dress up and wind off by getting slightly drunk and dancing with his friends. The only thing he had not expected was for his friends to still be in the rush of their exams. Seungmin and Felix still had a Korean literature test to attend, and Jisung had some lab practice left. And it wasn’t even like he could wait for his friends to finish their exams because by the time they would, he would be on the way to his parents’ home.
That’s exactly what he was explaining to Minho, one of his seniors from the dance class, when Hyunjin had fallen in the middle of a trap. Because, without consulting him, Minho had simply called a clueless Changbin from the other side of the room and decided the two of them had to party together. And Changbin, being a nice guy who loved parties, had immediately accepted.
Hyunjin knew who Changbin was. Afterall, he was pretty popular, and they had common friends. They also happened to have hung out a few times together, but the first problem was that Hyunjin wasn’t even sure Changbin remembered him. Maybe he had just accepted because Minho was his friend, and because he was just an overly friendly person. This could end up being really awkward. Or maybe Changbin would just end up ditching him the second they arrived at the party. Even though Hyunjin was convinced he wouldn't do this, Changbin was a good person, a really gentle and caring guy.
He knew this all too well, because he had been watching him from afar for a long time. Too long. At first, it was just the art student in him, who had been captivated by how lively Changbin looked. Not to mention how muscled he was, and maybe Hyunjin had developed a tiny secret obsession of drawing the guy.
Which led to Hyunjin’s second problem. While observing Changbin to draw him, Hyunjin had of course started to notice things, like for example that Changbin looked really pretty when he smiled, or that he was really funny, lighting up the whole room with his laugh and cheering up everyone just like this. Then he noticed how fond he was with his younger classmates, and little by little Hyunjin had fallen. The little spark had only grown and grown, until it turned into a big fat crush.
Hyunjin had thought it was a well-kept secret. But considering the big smirk on Minho’s face when he called Changbin, maybe he had not been as good at hiding his feelings as he expected. His older classmate had noticed, of course, the little demon.
Now Hyunjin was going to a party, alone with his crush. It almost sounded like a date. But Hyunjin had low expectations of Changbin seeing him like this.
To top all of this, Hyunjin tended to drink too much when he was nervous. And drunk Hyunjin also woke up the sluttiest part of himself. That’s how one time, he ended up dancing on a poll with Felix and Han in a club. Not that he remembered much of it, but there was video evidence of it.
Everything in this party was purely and simply a recipe for disaster.
Even considering all of this, Hyunjin wasn’t one to back off from a challenge. He took an awfully long time getting ready. He wanted to look nice, but he wasn’t sure what Changbin would like. He opted for a safe choice, his favorite slim jeans which created a special illusion of him having a round ass and a crop top to match with it. He also put on some make up to boost his confidence, which he really needed because he almost turned around at least three times on his way to meet Changbin.
The older one was waiting for him in front of the house where the party was happening. There was a flow of people going in and out, some eyeing Changbin with the same expression Hyunjin was wearing, a mix of lust and longing. He had this effect, he was on the short side but he had an aura which sometimes made even Hyunjin feel small next to him. He had decided to wear a tight shirt, his muscles in great display as he was browsing on his phone, unaware of the attention on him. However when he noticed Hyunjin approaching, he perked up and his face softened. His gummy smile twisting Hyunjin’s inside in a fuzzy way.
“You look good,” Changbin said, and Hyunjin couldn’t help but gloat a little at the praise, even if it was probably just a friendly compliment and Hyunjin was totally projecting when he thought he noticed Changbin’s eyes giving him a once over.
Hyunjin was happy to notice that Changbin never left his side, even after they entered the house and went to the kitchen to get some drinks. It also turned out that it wasn’t awkward at all between them. The party kinda sucked but they still were having a good time. They were making each other laugh, and Changbin turned out to be a great dancer. The only downside was that Hyunjin’s crush was only going to get worse.
Getting in the mood, Hyunjin followed Changbin’s drinking habits, momentarily forgetting he was a lightweight. That’s why, at some point, the room started turning and Hyunjin was feeling a little wobbly on his legs. Changbin thankfully noticed and brought Hyunjin to the kitchen, leading him by nonchalantly grabbing his waist. He was probably only trying to be helpful, but for Hyunjin, feeling his arm around him was enough to wake up a fire in his lower belly. He couldn’t help but feel incredibly needy all of the sudden.
His mind was replaying on loop this single moment, the warm touch of Changbin’s fingers lightly grazing at his skin under the hem of his crop top. Hyunjin was already quite gone, and then Changbin had to do this. His tipsy mind gave Hyunjin some confidence, convincing himself that Changbin wasn’t as uninterested as he previously thought. Afterall, sometimes when they talked, Changbin had definitely been looking at his lips, and his hands had stayed on him a little bit too long for it to be casual. Hyunjin suddenly decided that if he really wanted him, he had to act on it. At worst, he would be able to put the blame on the alcohol. He would survive the embarrassment. Probably.
When they reached the kitchen, Changbin watched with attentive eyes how Hyunjin held himself. To be honest, it wasn't good, as he tumbled over his own legs.
Suddenly, without warning, and as if he weighed nothing, Changbin grabbed Hyunjin under his thighs, pulling him up over the kitchen counter. Hyunjin’s face became flushed in a second, and all his blood started rushing down his body, to his lower belly.
“Can I trust you to stay there ?” Changbin asked with a smirk, that Hyunjin wanted nothing more than to kiss out of his face. He was close, too close, circling Hyunjin’s body with his arms. Nice very muscled arms.
Changbin talked, but Hyunjin wasn’t really listening to him. All he could think about right now was to do something really stupid, like kissing him. His own body was betraying him, Hyunjin noted, because he was definitely hard by then. Changbin seemed to notice as well, because when he pulled away from him, the back of his neck was slightly flushed. The second he moved away, Hyunjin let out a sound, a mix between a protest and a whimper, voicing his disagreement with Changbin being away. He couldn’t bear the distance. He needed Changbin like he had never wanted anyone else before. It didn’t go unnoticed by Changbin who looked a tone redder than before.
He came back between Hyunjin’s legs, forcing a glass of water on him, but even this wasn’t enough to clear his mind. He watched with annoyment as Changbin was rummaging through the kitchen cupboards, while his attention should have been on him. When his hands could have been on Hyunjin, their bodies connected.
“Are you hungry ?” he pouted, trying to catch his attention.
“Yes. And I want you to eat something too. It will help with the drunkenness,” Changbin commented, not looking at him.
It was absurd. How could Changbin be so focused on food when he had Hyunjin all ready and happy to help here ?
“Changbin,” Hyunjin whined, requesting his attention.
“Yes ? Are you feeling ok ?” Changbin asked, getting close to him again, putting his hands on Hyunjin’s thighs, rubbing comforting circles, fueling the heat of Hyunjin’s body.
“Yes but -” Hyunjin stopped, fumbling with his words.
“But ?” Changbin encouraged him. It was hard for Hyunjin to form a coherent sentence when Changbin was so close, he could feel his breath on his skin. His eyes looked hooded with want as he looked at him, which was enough to push Hyunjin to try his luck.
“Well, I’m hard and you’re hungry, which do you think is more important right now ?” Hyunjin asked, using his most seductive tone, and batting his eyelashes as he spoke. Changbin reacted immediately, taking a step back, while still letting his hands rest on Hyunjin’s thighs. He looked flushed from head to toes. He cleared his throat trying to hide his embarrassment.
“My hunger, to be honest with you-,” he started, looking everywhere but at Hyunjin. The younger one tut-tutted, circling Changbin’s neck with his arms. Changbin looked like a doe caught in the headlights, not knowing what to do with his hands and with Hyunjin being so eager.
“Incorrect, the right answer was my dick. Let’s kill two birds with one stone,” Hyunjin joked, tilting his head in a seductive manner. Changbin’s eyes followed the movement as he licked his lips. Unconsciously, he gravitated closer. The air around them was heavy with need. Hyunjin knew he had Changbin hooked, he was seeing his resolve crumble in front of his eyes. He just had to push a little.
That’s why he let his hips flinch closer, making his boner painfully obvious to Changbin, who grabbed Hyunjin’s thighs strongly. Hyunjin then just had to throw a needy gaze at Changbin for him to swoop on his lips. The kiss turned instantly messy, tongues battling with each other. Hyunjin grabbed Changbin’s neck like an anchor, his body rocking against him, trying to relive some of the tension he was feeling.
After one hard thrust, Hyunjin moaned loudly, “Changbin, need you.”
Changbin had to force himself to part from Hyunjin, he kept him close, joining their foreheads.
“You’re drunk Hyunnie.”
Hyunjin melted at the nickname, but he wasn’t happy with Changbin’s hesitation.
“But I want you.”
“We can have this discussion when you are sober.”
“But I need you now,” Hyunjin pouted. Changbin laughed, kissing his cheek tenderly.
“When you are sober, I said,” Changbin insisted, his hands drawing calming circles on Hyunjin’s arms.
Hyunjin wanted to protest, but suddenly he didn’t feel as good as before. A wave of nausea hit him and he only had time to push Changbin away before he threw up on the floor.
Everything after was just distant memories. He remembered crying, Changbin taking care of him and cleaning the mess. He didn’t know how he got home, but the next morning he woke up on his bed, in clean clothes. With the biggest headache ever. But the one thing really hurting was his pride.
He had puked. On his crush. After almost confessing to him. Changbin had tried to let him down slowly. That was the worst.
While he was spiralling with dark thoughts, the door of his bedroom opened to reveal Changbin, looking as good as ever. Like he had the best night of sleep of his life. He was carrying a glass of water, which he gave to Hyunjin.
Hyunjin’s heart went up to the roof, and then dropped.
“Are you sober now ?” Changbin asked, looking at him with a smile.
“Yes, sor-” Hyunjin started, wanting to apologise profusely. But Changbin cut him, leaning on him, his arms on each side of Hyunjin. He looked at him with a hungry look that sent shivers through Hyunjin’s body.
“Good. Because I’m really hungry.”
