Work Text:
Something was wrong with Alhaitham. On the surface, there was nothing different about him, but Kaveh knew him well enough to know that he had changed. The acting grand sage sometimes didn’t return home after work until late into the night, reeking of sweat and iron. His insults were more pointed than before. While he had never shied away from targeting Kaveh’s vulnerabilities in the past, Alhaitham had never pushed the blonde to tears before now. Sometimes, Kaveh would have sworn he saw his roommate’s eyes flash red at the tears pricking the corners of his eyes during their fights.
Kaveh interrogated everyone he could think about what occurred during the overthrowing of the former sages that could explain the change in Alhaitham, but nobody gave him a clear answer. That was until he spoke with Nilou. The girl approached him first, wringing her hands behind her back and swaying side to side.
“I heard you were asking about Alhaitham. Is he okay?”
Kaveh sighed and rubbed his temple. “Everyone else seems to think so. Personally, I know he isn’t. I just don’t know what’s wrong.”
Nilou hesitated and cast her gaze away from him. “Has he been acting strangely, do you think?”
“Yes! Exactly! Alhaitham hasn’t been himself at all. He acts normal in public, but in private he’s… Urgh! Nilou, please tell me you know something about what’s wrong.”
The architect’s hands held onto her shoulders while his red eyes grew misty.
“I just want my room- I mean, friend back.”
The dancer chewed on her lip for a moment before looking up into Kaveh’s eyes.
“Do you know anything about divine knowledge capsules?”
~
Kaveh was going to kill Alhaitham. How arrogant could the man be, thinking he could use a divine knowledge capsule without repercussions? He knew the man had an ego but couldn’t have guessed it was that inflated. As soon as Nilou explained Alhaitham’s little ploy to overthrow Azar, the architect stormed towards the Akademiya. He couldn’t count on Alhaitham coming home at a reasonable time anymore so he would just have to meet the Acting Grand Sage before he left his office for the day. Lingering Akademiya students parted from his path once they noticed the fiery look in his eyes, and even the matra guarding the platform to the Grand Sage’s office were too shocked to properly stop him. Kaveh clinched his fists and paced back and forth on the platform. He hadn’t quite thought through what he would say to his roommate, but Alhaitham was certainly going to get a piece of his mind for such a reckless decision.
When the platform reached the top, the Acting Grand Sage was already waiting for him. Alhaitham leaned back into his deck, legs crossed and book open in hand, but his red eyes were fixed entirely on Kaveh. The architect faltered at the sight of him. All half conceived lectures left his minds when their red eyes met.
“Haitham… What did you do?”
The Acting Grand Sage smirked and set his book down on the table.
“Whatever do you mean, Kaveh?”
“Stop! You know what I mean! You used a divine knowledge capsule and tried to act like everything is fine, but it’s not! We need to get you to Lesser Lord Kusanali and find out-”
Kaveh was cut off by laughter. His eyes went wide, and he stumbled back as Alhaitham approached him.
“Find out what? How to reverse the effect? Have you considered that maybe I don’t want to change?”
“Don’t be stupid, Haitham! This is clearly wrong! You haven’t been yourself ever since I returned from the desert.”
Alhaitham finally stood right in front of Kaveh. With even a single step back, the architect would be back on the platform returning to the main floor of the Akademiya. He didn’t move an inch, even as Alhaitham’s hand brushed a stray blonde hair from his face.
“You think I haven’t been myself?” Alhaitham purred. “I haven’t felt more like myself in ages.”
“Haitham…”
Kaveh shivered under his roommate’s touch. He had craved the other man’s touch like this from the day they first met as young Akademiya students, but not like this.
“Go to the desk and look at the book I set down. I think you’ll find it interesting.”
Kaveh’s eyes narrowed at the other man, but his body complied. “You can’t avoid the subject Alhaitham. What does this have to do with anything?”
His attention shifted towards the table where the book lay face down. The architect’s hands reached to flip it face up, but an intense pressure between his shoulder blades forced his upper body into the desk. A pained gasp slipped past his lips, and his eyes went wide as his hands were held in place above his head.
“Alhaitham! What are you-”
A hand grabbed him by his hair and pressed Kaveh’s face into the desk.
“Quiet. You think I don’t know how much you’ve been wanting this? How every night you touch yourself thinking about me?” Alhaitham whispered, the tight grip on the other’s head loosening to twist blonde strands between his fingers.
Kaveh’s face flushed bright red. He tried to pull his hands down from Alhaitham’s other hand, but the feeble scholar’s grip was too strong.
“Haitham, please let me go. This isn’t you,” he sobbed.
The other man hummed to himself and leaned down so his lips were right next to Kaveh’s ear. The thickness in his pants pressed directly into the architect’s ass.
“Tell me that you don’t want me and I’ll stop.”
Kaveh opened his mouth to obey the other’s command, but the words caught in his throat. All he had to say was he didn’t want Alhaitham. It would just take a few words so why couldn’t he say them? He knew why he couldn’t say them. He could deny his feelings all he wanted to himself, but the mere thought of telling that lie to Alhaitham made his heart sink into his stomach.
“Good boy,” Alhaitham whispered again. His tongue ran across Kaveh’s earlobe, making the blonde moan out wantonly.
Kaveh squeezed his eyes shut. Tears wet the wood under his face, but he made no effort to escape from under Alhaitham’s body even as the hand holding his in place let go to undo his belt. A moment later, the same fabric tied around his wrists, and he was flipped so that his back was against the desk. A jar of ink knocked over, ruining the papers under him and staining his white blouse, but Alhaitham simply smirked at the sight.
“Look at you, already making a mess. How do you expect to leave here looking like this?”
Kaveh winced as Alhaitham’s hands pulled the shirt apart from the center, ripping the fabric completely and leaving his chest bare. The other man’s hands ran down his skin much too tenderly, tracing the twin scars under his nipples almost lovingly before grabbing his pants roughly.
“You’re beautiful, Kaveh. Even your body is a work of art.”
“Don’t,” Kaveh whimpered, looking at Alhaitham with tears running down the sides of his face. “You don’t get to talk like that when you’re doing this to me.”
Alhaitham’s thumb teased the waistband of Kaveh’s pants. “You want this too. You know what you need to say to make me stop, but you haven’t said it.”
Kaveh grit his teeth.
“I…”
Alhaitham inched Kaveh’s pants down slowly, brushing his thumb against the blonde’s bare thighs and watching him for his response.
“I can’t…” The blonde finally breathed out, sniffling hard.
“That’s what I thought. You deserve a reward for being so honest.”
Kaveh choked as Alhaitham’s mouth enveloped his clit through his panties. The other man’s tongue licked the juices that had soaked through the fabric, all while never letting his red eyes leave the blonde’s face. Kaveh’s thighs twitched, involuntarily squeezing Alhaitham while his head threw back against the table. Alhaitham continued to tease his throbbing clit until Kaveh’s moans became more broken and his hips pressed into his mouth. The blonde sobbed when his roommate pulled back and licked his lips.
“You don’t get to cum yet. You’ll cum around my cock, understand?”
“I- I can’t. We need protection,” Kaveh protests, his legs shaking and hips rocking against the other with need.
Alhaitham ignored his protest and ripped the panties off his body. A hand freed his cock from his pants and rubbed it against Kaveh, covering his entrance and clit with precum.
“You’ll take whatever I give you, and I’ll take care of you. You’re mine, Kaveh. Only mine.”
Alhaitham fully sheathed himself inside Kaveh with a content moan. Kaveh yelled out and arched his back in pleasure and pain. He had no time to adjust before Alhaitham began to move, slamming his cock into him at a relentless pace. Broken moans fell from Kaveh’s mouth with each thrust. It hurt for the first few thrusts, but it faded into pleasure that shot electricity through his lower body. Alhaitham’s hands found their way to his hips, holding them up so he could hit even deeper into the architect.
“You’re taking me so well. Your body was made for me,” Alhaitham groaned, squeezing Kaveh’s hips so tight that it was sure to leave bruises the next day.
“Ah Haitham, please…”
“Please what?”
Kaveh squeezed his eyes shut. “Not inside, please! I’m- ah~ so close!”
Alhaitham smirked and pulled Kaveh forward so that he had to wrap his legs around the scribe’s waist to avoid falling.
“Look at how you’re squeezing me, Kaveh. Your body is so honest,” he whispered.
“I’m about to cum, and you’re going to take it all. Then you’re going to cum while I’m still inside you. Will you do that for me?”
Kaveh involuntarily moaned. “I can’t! Haitham please! Haitham-”
Alhaitham thrust in twice more before cumming deep inside Kaveh’s cunt. His dick throbbed as it coated Kaveh's womb in white.
“Good boy, taking all of it,” he breathed out. A hand released Kaveh’s hip to rub at his swollen clit. “Now cum for me, Kaveh.”
Kaveh tried to restrain himself, but the pressure on his clit was too much to handle. He came while screaming out Alhaitham’s name, his legs trembled as his insides squeezed out every last drop of cum from his roommate’s dick. The silk belt still bound his hands above his head, soreness started to seep into his joints. His eyes stayed squeezed shut as he came down from his high and the reality of what just happened began to sink in. No words came to him no matter how hard he tried to grasp them.
Alhaitham slowly removed his cock from Kaveh’s swollen cunt. He smiled as he drank in the sight of the blonde’s sweaty, blissed-out body.
“I can’t let you leave like this. You don’t even have clothes anymore.”
“Alhaitham please, just let me go home,” Kaveh whispered, his voice shaking as tears threatened to fall again.
He was pulled upwards, strong arms keeping him in an awkward embrace against the Acting Grand Sage’s chest.
“Oh Kaveh, you already are.”
