Noa's life has been on a downward spiral since December. Her mother relapsed a few months after rehab. She was caught forging prescription pain meds, so she has officially been fired from the hospital. And possibly facing jail time. This time Noa did didn't take the blame for it. She was so disappointed in her, she hasn't talked to her mother in weeks. On top of that, a blast from her past has showed up. Her old fling from Juvie is out. Working at her favorite pizza shop. Noa couldn't handle the guilty conscious, so she told Shawn about her and Jennifer. Shawn in shock, broke up with her. Also her grades haven't been the best so the school is threatening SUMMER SCHOOL in order for her to pass this school year. With her mother back in rehab she's been staying with Faran. They have become really close since A. Mouse has been with Ash all the time so she hardly sees her now. And Tabby and Imogen have become REALLY close since Imogen had her baby. They're practically dating, but they just don't know it yet. Faran has been there for Noa. Comforting her after her break up. Holding her while she cries about her mom. Some nights while Noa was sleeping, Faran would just lay there and watch her sleep. It seemed like the only time she was at peace. Faran thought Noa looked so beautiful. Faran knew she was developing feelings for her Best friend. And Noa has always been attracted to Faran. But she never thought anything would happen between them. But now that she is basically living with her, she's beginning to question herself.

Noa and Faran stopped by Noa's apartment. She had to get a few things.
They walked through the front door. Noa threw her keys on the table. Then she walked to her room. Faran followed. Noa grabbed some clothes out of her dresser. Faran ploped down on Noa's bed.
"Your bed's so comfy." Faran said with a smile on her face.
Noa giggled.
"No it's not. Yours is way better." Noa replied.
"I mean if you say so. Wanna trade?"
"I'm pretty sure your parents wouldn't like that anyway."
Faran rolls over on her stomach.
"I put my sheet and blankets on it. They'd never notice."
"You're right. They'd never notice two girls carrying a queen size bed up your stairs. Then another one back down." Noa replied sarcastically.
Faran Giggles.
Noa stood there looking around her room. Most of her stuff was at Faran's. Faran noticed the homesick look in her best friend's face. She gets off the bed and hugs her from behind. Noa's heart almost dropped out of the ass when she felt Faran's touch.
"You know, If you want, we can always come over here and stay." Faran said.
"We?" Noa asked
"Yeah. I'm not gonna let you stay here by yourself. We can invite the other girl too, but i doubt they will come."
A smile comes across Noa's face.
"Are you sure? I don't wanna burden you. I know you have a huge ballet performance coming up."
"I am absolutely positive. The performance is great how it is. And besides, my best friends needs me more." Faran says shooting Noa a soft smile
Faran's smile and the tone of her voice made Noa's heart skip a beat.
"Okay. Yeah. We can do it this weekend. Just the two of us." Noa says smiling.
"It's a date." Faran says smiling back.
Noa grabs the things she needs for the week. Then they leave the apartment and head back to Faran's.

The rest of the week went on. They both went to school. Noa's been working on her speed so she goes on runs every morning, waking up at 4 am. Faran's been working on her performance. She could dance yet, but she was choreographing Kelly in a beautiful dance. Both their school days were busy. The only time they saw each other was at lunch. Noa's been trying her best to get her grades up. But it wasn't that successful. So she was excited for the weekend when it finally came.
SATURDAY NIGHT.
Noa and Faran were both sitting on Noa's couch. They were watching The Thing About Harry. About half way through the movie Faran looks over to Noa.
"Okay i'm starving. Wanna order some pizza?" Faran says
"Yeah sure. Sounds good. But could you call it in?" Noa asked
"Sure thing." Faran replies with a smile.
She stands up, grabs her phone and calls Pinball Pizza. A few moments later she walks back into the room.
"20 Minuets." Faran says.
"Good. I'm starving." Noa replies.
Noa turns her attention back to the tv, but Faran felt a little uneasy. She knew something was up with Noa.
"Hey Noa. Can we talk?" Faran asked
"Yeah. What's wrong?" Noa asked
"Well i know you have a lot going on right now, but I feel like there is something else."
Noa goes silent.
"You know you can talk to me about ANYTHING right?' Faran asks
Noa nodes. "Yeah i know. It's just. I don't want you to look at me like i'm a bad person or some shit."
Faran scoots closer to her, taking her hands. "Noa you could tell me you killed someone and i would never think of you as a bad person. I love you. No matter your flaws."
"You know that new girl that just moved here?"
"Yeah. Jennifer right?"
"Well i knew here before. In juvie. Her and i kinda hooked up when i was with Shawn."
Faran was in shock. She didn't see this coming. She didn't even know Noa liked girls.
"Noa i didn't know."
"And no one did. And i wasn't gonna tell anyone, but then she moved here and now shes at school. She's at pinball Pizza. She's everywhere. I'm constantly reminded of my fuck up."
"You made one mistake. At a time you were really vulnerable. You're only human Noa." Faran said comforting her.
"I know. It's just right now. My life is a complete shitshow and because of one mistake i made, the one person i turn to, left me."
"I know you're hurt. But look at it this way. If you didn't lose Shawn, then we would have never become closer."
"That's the only good thing about this whole situation. But i think eventually we would have become closer."
"Yeah me too."
"Faran Thank you for being her for me through all this. I don't know how i would have survived these last few months without you." Noa says as she gazes into Faran's eyes.
Faran gazes back. They both could feel their hearts racing.
"I'd do anything for you Noa." Faran says.
They stare into each other's eyes. It felt like time paused. It was only them two in the world. But a know on the door brings them both back into reality.
"That's the pizza. I'll get it." Faran says.
She gets up and walks over to the door. Open's it and grab's the pizza. She sits it on the table. She turns back to Noa.
"I do have one question. You don't have to answer it if you don't want to. It's totally cool. But.... I didn't know....."
"You didn't know i was into girls." Noa interrupts.
"Not at all."
"I honestly didn't wanna 'Come Out" I didn't feel like i had to. I just figured people would find out when i date a girl."
"That makes since. But i'm still curious. How do you identify?"
Noa giggles.
"I'm Bi. But i prefer girls." Noa says.
" Okay."
"What about you? How do you identify?" Noa ask flirtatiously as she steps toward Faran.
A smile comes across Faran's face.
"I mean i always thought i was straight, but here lately, I've found myself attracted to girls. Or more so... One girl in particular."
Noa continues to step forward. She know Faran is talking about her.
"Oh really! Do i know this girl?" Noa asks.
Faran's heart skips.
"Maaaybe." Faran replies.
Noa giggles one last time then she grabs Faran by her waist and pulls her close. She puts one of her hands on the side of Faran's face. She stands on her tippy toes and connects their lips. Faran did not see this coming. The kiss was strong and full of passion. They both wanted to do this for a while now.
When they separate, their eyes automatically connect.
"Wow. I didn't see that coming." Faran says.
"Yeah." Noa says smiling. "I've wanted to do that for a while now."
"Me too." Faran replies.
"Soooo whos that girl you like?" Noa asks playfully.
Faran smiles as she pulls Noa in for another kiss.
"You're gonna have to speak a little louder. I can't hear you." Noa says playfully.
The both giggle, then they reconnect their lips again. They spend the rest of the night together. They ate pizza and watched cheesy rom-com movies. They both have wanted this for a while now. They both have wanted each other. That night was the happiest Noa has felt since December. They spent the rest of the weekend together. And on Monday morning they walked through the doors of Milwood High holding hands.
