they’d just finshed a especially exhausting mission and chuuya went to write a report but dazai instead goes up to the pm building roof (beast flashbacks) chuuya tries to ask for him to help but hes long gone now but even then as soon as chuuya finished the report he went up to check on dazai (yk make sure hes not dead)
(yet..) and he finds dazai up there gazing at the skyline sitting on the end of the roof as he sits behind dazai and then he asks “dazai how long has it been sense you last ate matter of fact how long have you been out here??” and dazai being dazai asks.
“chuuya?”
“yes?”
“do you want to commit double suicide with me?”
“.. yes.”
dazai get ready to start insulting him and then realizes and you can see the shock and confusion on his face and before he can realize it chuuya has come over and pushed them off the edge in a tight hug. it felt magical both dazai and chuuya are completely aware they’ll die from this but neither of them care either and then suddenly as there falling there eyes meet and for some odd unknown reason dazai pulls in for a kiss as they fall together to there inevitable death and they fall and fall and fall… it feels like forever
and then-
two soulmates heartbeats stop at the same time.
