Rebecca Welton has a fireplace in her bedroom. She never used it…until now.
It was Friday evening, it’s been exactly 10 months and 5 days since Ted has been back from Kansas and 8 months and 2 days since they’ve officially become a couple.
She has never been more in love than she is with Ted, he always makes her smile, he still bakes her biscuits, but with the biscuits, every other week she gets a huge bouquet of flowers.
Ted is very romantic, as mentioned it’s Friday, Friday evening is date night.
Today Ted planned something rather special, Rebecca just recently told him that she has never used the fire place in her bedroom, so he is planning a romantic candlelight picnic in front of the fire place tonight.
Rebecca comes home later than usual, she had a stressful day at work…a lot of paperwork etc, she looks forward to coming home to Ted and his date idea(they switch with deciding what they do, this week it’s his turn)
“Ted?” She calls out his name “where are you?” “UP HERE!” That came out of their bedroom. She walks up and slowly opens the door “hey te-“ She can’t even finish her sentence, instead she gets teary eyes immediately. “W-what is all that? God Ted!” Rebecca is fully crying now. “Hey, hey darling I’m sorry…I didn’t mean to make you cry” he caress her cheek softly and pulls her into his chest. “Ted this is perfect, oh my love…I love it” He smiles at her. “Well then… let’s have dinner, shall we.”
Rebecca couldn’t be more in love with him, he made her favorite for dinner, got her her favorite flowers, her favorite wine, everything is just perfect.
“God I love you, this is the best date night we’ve had so far…it’ll be hard to top that my love” he grins at her. “Only the best for my beautiful woman..” Rebecca blushes. “You’re adorable when you blush you know” instead of saying anything, she pulls him into a breathtaking, passionate kiss. He whispers sweet nothings against her lips, before moving down to her neck kissing and sucking, until he leaves a hickey, Rebecca starts moaning at the sensation. “God Ted…I-I need you…please” he smirks against her skin.
They lay down slowly, they start undressing each other slowly, it’s almost painful, the heat from the fire place adding to the heat that is slowly burning up inside of their bodies. “God Rebecca…” he looks her up and down “you look perfect, I couldn’t imagine anyone else making me feel like you do, I’m in love with you..” she feels a single tear spilling out of her eye, she cups his face and kisses him slowly.
He eases slowly into her, moans and groans can be heard around the room, the feeling of love and safety. “T-Ted…please” Rebecca never begs, but right now, right now she needs to feel everything Ted can give her. “I know my love…I know”
His movements get stronger and faster, Rebecca’s breath hitches, she feels herself getting closer and closer to the release she is begging for. She can feel that he is close too…
“Ted…c-come inside of me, I need to feel all of you” He blushes, he can feel his face heating up, she never asked him to do this…but he would never deny her anything.
So he does, with a final push he spills inside of her, the pleasures is taking over, he can feel Rebecca being so close. “Darling…let go, I’ve got you” and she does, she lets go, she feels like she is seeing stars.
They’re slowly catching their breath, suddenly she starts giggling “god…you make me feel like a teenager girl… this was…perfect, thank you Ted” he smiles and pulls her closer “I love you too…my sunflower”
“Ted…please never leave me again okay?” She looks up at him, her green eyes shining in the dark, the only lightning that there is coming from the fireplace…
He looks at Rebecca “I’ll never leave you again, I promise.” He caress her cheek softly “You’re stuck with me…Mrs Lasso”
Rebecca’s face heats up, he has never called her by…his last name “I like the sound of that, being stuck with you…and the Mrs Lasso part”
He chuckles, and when he holds her hand, just then she feels something against her finger… when she looks down, she sees a ring…an engagement ring…
“H-how…?” She is stunned, he grins at her. “So what do you say?” Rebecca starts crying immediately.
“Yes”
