Quicksand Embrace

Summary:

Okay, so please let me know what you think of this. I like writing quicksand stories. If you do like this, maybe I will write more Reddie quicksand stories.

Anyway, Eddie and Richie are hiking and come across quicksand. Instead of panicking, they feel something totally different.

Work Text:

Eddie Kaspbrak and Richie Tozier had always been drawn to the bizarre and the unusual. Despite growing up and facing the horrors of Pennywise the Clown, their penchant for mischief and adventure never truly faded. Now, as adults, they found themselves in a peculiar situation.

On a warm summer day, Eddie and Richie decided to embark on an offbeat escapade in the woods, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. They stumbled upon a hidden area, a secluded clearing surrounded by dense foliage.

“I’m surprised I talked you into a nature hike, Eds,” Richie chanted happily as he held Eddie’s hand, walking through the forest.

“Shouldn’t I be saying that about you? You’re not a fan of anything exercise-related,” Eddie shot back.

Richie hummed, “I am when you’re around. If you know what I’m saying.” He kissed his cheek making Eddie roll his eyes.

As they ventured deeper into the forest, the air grew heavy with humidity, the aftermath of a recent downpour. Eddie's keen eye caught sight of the shifting terrain, noticing the ground becoming increasingly adhesive. However, he paid it little mind, finding solace in the warmth of Richie's hand firmly clasped in his own.

While nature hikes weren't their typical pastime, lost in the serenity of the woods, Eddie marveled at Richie's burgeoning success in his comedy career, a source of immense pride and admiration. Unable to contain his affection any longer, Eddie tugged lightly on Richie's hand, pulling him closer.

Lost in his thoughts, Eddie found himself drawn to a secluded clearing nestled within the foliage. "Hey, Richie, I have an idea," Eddie began, his voice brimming with excitement. "How about we venture off the beaten path?

“You, Mr. Kaspbrak want to venture off grounds? My, my, my what have you done with my boyfriend?”

Stepping around a pile of bushes, Eddie and Richie were both shocked when the ground gave way beneath them.

Their feet disappeared immediately, slowly followed by their legs. Eddie didn’t have to question it as they found themselves sinking into a vast expanse of quicksand. How could he have not been more cautious? Panic flashed across their faces momentarily as they struggled to comprehend the situation.

Eddie quickly rummaged through his bag and pulled out a rope, his hands trembling. "We're sinking, Richie! We need to get out of here!" Eddie exclaimed, his voice laced with anxiety.

Richie, now sinking to his knees in the bog, maintained a strangely serene composure. His eyes held a mixture of mischief and something deeper."Relax, Eddie. This is just a little adventure. Nothing we can't handle."

Eddie shot him a perplexed look, watching him briefly. "Adventure? Richie, we're sinking into quicksand! This is serious! We could suffocate!"

Richie waved off Eddie's concerns, wading a little further into the quicksand with a nonchalant shrug. "Come on, Eds, it's not that bad. Look at me! And I thought this stuff only existed in the cartoons!" Richie playfully bounced his body up and down, causing a rippling effect in the mud.

Eddie's frustration grew, and he tightened his grip on the rope, securing it around a nearby tree. "You're unbelievable, Richie! This is not a joke! We need to find a way out before it's too late!"

Richie paused for a moment, his grin fading slightly. He looked back at Eddie, his expression softening. "Hey, Eds... Do you trust me?"

Eddie blinked, momentarily caught off guard by the question. He was also sinking over his thighs, but the sand pushing against his body felt good almost. It reminded him of the way Richie would smooth his large hands up his legs. "Trust you? Richie, this is not the time for your games!"

But Richie persisted, his voice earnest, reaching a hand towards him. "I mean it, Eds. Do you trust me? Trust that we can find a way out together?"

Eddie hesitated, his eyes flickering with uncertainty. He glanced at Richie, then at the sinking sand around him. Quicksand was dangerous. But he’d never been in it a pit before. Was he feeling okay today? He was feeling strangely blissful and... some other feeling at this moment, especially when he looked at Richie slowly sinking in the muck.

With a deep breath, he let go of the double-tied rope and reached out to Richie, surrendering to his boyfriend’s pleas. "I trust you, Richie," Eddie finally admitted, his voice tinged with a mix of resignation and hope.

A genuine smile spread across Richie's face as Eddie joined him in the quicksand. "That's the spirit, Eds! We'll make it out of this mess in no time!"

The quicksand continued its relentless pull, but at that moment, Eddie felt a peculiar mix of sensations. As they sank deeper, now to their hips, the mud was cold the ground continued to give way beneath them. Both panic and curiosity illuminated them the more they moved, little bubbles popping on the dark surface.

Eddie, always cautious by nature, initially fought against the suffocating grip of the quicksand, desperately trying to find solid footing. Richie, on the other hand, reacted in his usual irreverent manner, laughing and making light of the situation.

"Hey, Eds! Looks like we're in a bit of a sticky situation here!" Richie chuckled, his laughter echoing through the trees. He was starting to sink up to his chest. Oh, why was that making Eddie feel something?

“Richie, you should be careful,” Eddie felt breathless as the mud pressed against his chest. He kept his arms out of the way of the mud making sure they wouldn’t get stuck.

As the quicksand climbed higher, wrapping around their chests, the initial panic subsided, replaced by a growing sense of pleasure and liberation. Eddie and Richie glanced at each other, their eyes reflecting a mix of confusion and delight. They reached out to hold each other's hands.

"This is...surprisingly enjoyable," Eddie admitted a faint blush coloring his cheeks.

Richie's mischievous grin widened as he quipped, "Well, Eds, maybe we've stumbled upon a new kink. 'Quicksand enthusiasts'? What do you think of that?"

Eddie playfully splashed a bit of quicksand toward Richie, causing him to burst into laughter. Their movements slowed as the quicksand enveloped them over their chests, cradling their bodies.

Watching Richie's large form sinking into the ground, with the sunlight hitting him just right, Eddie couldn't help but feel turned on. And it seemed Richie felt the same way, looking at him with the same fervent expression.

They struggled to lean forward, coming into a muddy embrace, kissing and holding each other as the quicksand took them further.

Eventually, as twilight painted the sky in hues of pink and orange, the quicksand reached their shoulders. Continuing their warm embrace, wrapped in the hands of the mud, Richie said, "Who would've thought sinking in quicksand could be so erotic? I wonder what this would be like if we were naked."

Eddie’s heart quickened at the thought. Realizing they reached their necks. Instead of fear, something more elicit slipped through his body. He wanted to find out what being swallowed by this bog felt like, but instead, he reached for the rope and together they pulled themselves to solid ground.

Breathing heavily, their bodies covered with layers of mud, they sat together, basking in the afterglow of their encounter with the quicksand. Eddie's whispered words brushed against Richie's ear, filled with a craving for more. “We need to do that again.”

“You read my mind, Eds.”

They held each other tightly, their hearts beating in sync, cherishing the profound connection forged in the midst of the quicksand's embrace. Their lips met in one final, fervent kiss near the edge of the pit, a promise of their imminent return to this sacred space of uncharted pleasure.
