Surprisingly, everyone was hanging out altogether. The Slytherins and Gryffindors, together. It rarely happened but once a month Marlene and Dorcas would complain that they never got to see both of their friend groups at the same time so everyone would pile into the Marauders' dorm and just, hang out. This time, Sirius and Barty were playing a very competitive game of Go Fish, Remus, and Evan watching their boyfriends, amused. Regulus was reading a book, sitting in James' lap while he animatedly talked to Lily about Quittage. Peter, Mary, and Pandora playing Poker in the corner. Everyone was at peace in their circle, but happy in the presence of others. Until Dorcas and Marlene walked in and Dorcas shouted;
"I am literally a genius,"
"About what?" Lily asked.
"Okay so you all know how we call Reggie 'Baby Black'" She started
"I swear to God 'Cas if this is another nickname-" Regulus cut in.
"Yeah it is a nickname but you'll love this one!"
"We'll see,"
"Anyway, like I was saying," She said getting back on track. "We all call Regulus 'Baby Black' but, I have come up with an even better one! I present to you the best nickname you will ever here; Little Padfoot!"
"I love it!"
"I hate it!" Sirius and Regulus said at the same time.
"Absolutely not, no way is my nickname gonna be 'little padfoot'" Regulus said.
"Personally I love it, good job Dorcas," Barty piped in.
"Yeah it's great," Peter said.
"Nope, you're not using it," Regulus still wasn't sold.
"Oh come on Little Padf-" James started but Regulus cut him off.
"No, I don't know if I can't stop them from using it but you cannot use it, James Fleamont Potter, I will break up with you and reveal all of your secrets,"
"Message received," James said kissing his cheek.
"Well, I for one will be using it and I would as well like to know James' secrets," Marlene said.
"So whatever I do your all using it?" Regulus asked and everyone nodded except James of course. "Fine, you can use it but I don't like it,"
"Doesn't matter if you like it or not we will be using it. All. The. Time." Sirius commented.
Regulus sighed, defeated.
"Now that that's settled," Remus said. "How about a game?"
