There was nothing.
No waiting for him in this room anymore.
When his friends told him, he couldn't believe his ears.
He had to make sure himself.
The sound of water dripping on the wet floor.
It's all over.
Just like that.
Destroyed it in a second.
By someone he trusted the most.
The pain from this loss was burning him from the inside.
Was there any slightest thought about him when this happened?
Most probably no.
It happened without any second thought.
Raw emotions.
Sounds of heavy rain fill up the room.
He was standing there alone.
For how long?
What is he to do now?
His sigh was too loud.
He would not give up.
This was just the first time.
Next time, it would be different.
He would try again.
And again.
Until he gets what he wants.
But now...
Muffled sounds of metal taken by unsteady hand.
Now he has to clean here everything before Professor Garlick came back.
He carefully swept away the shatters of the pot.
One by one gathered all the wilted petals.
Repaired the holes burned with acid.
He would try again.
