(Benny’s POV)
It was windy this morning, as the cold harsh air crashed subtly against my inky black starless hair and fair fawn skin. Despite the winter setting outside all that would wash away when I sat in my seat in homeroom next to my best friend Anthony, Anthony’s warm embrace always gave me a warm soft comforting feeling in my stomach.
Me and Anthony have always just been ourselves around each other, we’ve always understood each other like no one could like we were meant for each other In a platonic way of course. I tap Anthony at least 4 times before realizing he has his airpods in, he’s listening to Spotify! He's listening to the Spotify playlist she made him. What happened when we only understood each other? Anthony takes out his airpods after repeated tapping “Oh hey Benny!” he said excitedly , I would have to respond. I've been awfully quiet “Oh hey Anthony, what are you listening to?” I said half-heartedly “Just listening to Tyler the creator I guess” he shared “Cool..” oh god that was so awkward , I'll just listen to my homeroom teacher for once.
A half an hour later
As I was walking to block 3 I spotted Anthony talking to one of our friends so I obviously walked over since he was already in line and our friend was leaving and because Anthony is my best friend not there”s. I slightly cling onto his arm as he’s walking to our seats.Time flies when you and and your best friend are joking around with each other about other people, we both catch a random girl looking anthony “bro she wants me so bad’ I’d HOPE she thinks better then that not “haha totally” i reply awkwardly. I was watching something on my phone until Anthony tapped my arm ‘oh by the way my mom said i could have a sleepover tonight do you wanna come?” be casual “sure”.
