Chapter Text
Everyone was excited at the arrivel of the new hybrid. The moment Price has pulled up his truck and trailer, opening the back and revealing a small mohawked bearing Sheep hybrid nicknamed "Soap", the rest of the animal hybrids knew he would be a delite. And they weren't wrong.
The fluffy little sheep was bouncy and bubbly, extremly talkative and seemed to always have something to add to any senario and converstaion. He made quick friends with Roach, the farms herding Collie, and Horangi, the resident barn cat. He'd cautious approached Konig, seeing how skitish the large bull was, giving the towering hybrid a mollasses cookie Gaz, the farm hand, had given him as a sort of offering in friendship. After taking the sweet treat Konig gladly chatted with the smaller creature and introducted him to the mated horse hybrid couple Rodolfo and Alejandro, who in turn gave Soap a tour of the fields and barn. Soap had even gotten around to exchanging a few words with the goat hybrid Graves and his small band of fellow goat followers.
The only one he'd yet to meet was the cow hybird, Ghost. He'd been sulking away in his stall, preturbed by the little fluffballs sunny disposition and kept his distance, not even wanting to make eye contact with the sheep. Everyone seemed to love him, Price even gifting Soap a little bell wrapped on a black ribbon to wrap around his neck, as a welcoming gift for joining the farm. The tiny sheep had 'bahed' happily and nudging his head to Price and Gaz's hands as they pet him.
Ghost didn't even dare look over the stall door, the chiming of the bell already getting on his nerves.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That damened bell hadn't been the only thing to bother him. Sure, during the day Soap was annoying, jumping around excitedly malking the bell jingle and clang, his scottish borough carrying through the barn and across the fields. But at night, at night it had to be the worst.
When Gaz had brought them all back in for the night, locking their gates and setting out their evening meals, everyone had expected the small addition to the farm to fall into a gentle sleep, curling up on his bed of hay and dream peacefully with a full belly of oats and grains but they were wrong. Night had been filled with sobbing and whining, trashing in the hay bed that made the decorative bell chime and wake anyone who had been sleeping through the crying. The residents had all been surprised to hear such calls coming from the warm and happy sheeps stall. Alejandro and Rudy watched over the stall gate, not sure if they should wake the little one. The both tried to reach out past the fencing, quietly calling ou Soap's name as to not startled the alreay distressed sheep.
Eventually Roach had wandered into the barn and heard the poor hyrbids cries, asking the others what was wrong and no one knew, he immedietly ran to their owner and Gaz's home near the barn. He called out, barking and alerting the two humans, unsure if the sheep could be hurt or in pain and needed help.
Price and Gaz quickly exited their home, pulling on their coats and rushing to the barn, hearing the faint bahing and cries of Soap. Getting into the stall the two woke up Soap, shaking him lightly and also searching over his body for any visable injuries. Soap awoke confused, unsure as to why the men were over him and looking so concerened. They asked him what was wrong but he sweetly tilted his head, questioning wordlessly they would ask him such a thing knowing that even if he did speak they wouldn't understand him.
He bleeted quietly and looked around the stall, seeing the furrowed and worried stares of the two horses next to him, the same looks reflected on the humans. Eventually, after looking the sheep over one last time, both men got up and left the stall, Gaz giving one finally pet to Soaps fluffly brown hair and rubbing down his protruding ears.
Roach stayed by the stall gate, watching the sheep, barking softly to him "What's wrong Soap? You sounded like you were hurt, I got really worried," The Collie tilited his head, eyes creased with worry. Soap shook his head, unsure how to answer still rather confused himself as to why everyone was so concered.
"It's true hermano, we thought you were injured with how you were crying," Rudy neighed as he leaned over the railing, Alejandro drapped over his back, watching the ineteraction.
"I dinnae ken what everyone is on about, I'm fine. Really," Soap said, scooting back into the hay and laying down.
The hybrids all looked at each other and shrugged, decideding to leave it alone. Maybe it was just a nightmare the sheep couldn't remember that caused him such distress. Price and Gaz stood by the barn doors near the goat and cow pens, discussing what had happened.
"What do you think happened to him?" Gaz leaned against the door, trying not to yawn and adjusted his coat. They tried to speak in hushed tones but Graves sat out of view from the human's tilting his fluffy ear to the converstaion. Price lifted his hat that he had haphazardly thrown on when running from the house, and ran his fingers through his hair.
"It's probably all stuff from the last place he was at. He was a rescue remember? I don't know all the details about all of it but I know they did some thing's to a hybrid that shouldn't be done by humans or anyone really." He sighed as Gaz nodded solomly, understanding what the older man meant.
They gave one last look over to the sheep's stall and opened the barn door to leave. Graves left the stall wall and went back to his hay pile, laying down and thinking over the information he'd just learned about the jovial little sheep.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
'For five days,' Ghost thought, trying to turn over in the hay and cover his ears.
'Five days the little brat has done this.'
Soap had cried out every night. He sobbed and whimpered, rolling in his hay and hitting the wooden walls. He'd do it for hours, until someone came to wake him up or he tired himself out enough in his restlessness that he quieted down and passed out properly, only to writhe around again a short time later or to be woken up by Gaz coming to give them their morning meal and he'd be happier than ever as if he hadn't kept every hybrid in the barn up.
Gaz and Price had stopped coming after the second day, knowing that nothing they did would help and said if it continued for a week then they'd get the vet involved. Possibly to give him some sort of seditive to take at night.
None of the hyrbrids said anything harsh to the sheep, they knew whatever was going on with him wasn't his fault after Grave's had gathered them all out in the field when Soap was taken away after his first fitfully night to receive a bath from Gaz to tell them what their owner had said.
"What do you think that means happened to him?" Konig asks, nervously fidgeting the fence wire that divided him and Ghost from the others, the cow and bull needing to be seperated from the smaller hybrids due to saftey issues.
"It must have been something really bad to make the poor little oveja cry out like that. It hurts my heart to hear him cry in such a way," Rudy leaned on his mate, the other hyrbrid patting him soothingly.
"We can always try to wake him up ourselves," The taller horse suggested, "After he woke up last night he didn't seem to have too bad of a fit after."
"I don't think it's any of our buisness what's wrong with him," Ghost interjected from his shadded spot under a tree near the fence. He hadn't wanted to be a part of this asinine converstation but the others had brought it to his favorite nap spot and spoke rather loudly.

"I think a human mated him, or at least tried to." Graves spat abruptly and the other hybrids all flinched, collective gasps went around.
"What would make you say such an awful thing goat," Horangi hissed and stepped through the fence gap, stepping into Graves side of the fence and away from the cow and bull. His tail bristled and was holding back a deeper hiss that made Roach's ears tilt back.
Graves helf up his hands defensively, "Hey hey, we're trying to figure this all out right? And I've heard about humans doing this to Hybrids at my last ranch. 'Course they never did it there," he waved his hand dismissively," But why else would the sheep freak out so much, and what's much worse you could do to a Hybrid besides kill 'em or torture 'em. No offense Ghost," The goat turned his head to the cow, also having been nosie and learned about his past, having blabbed it to everyone years ago. Ghost turned his head and huffed, ears twitching.
"D-do you really think they did that to him? There's no way a human would be so..so cruel!" Roach whimpered out from the cows side of the fence. He nervously pawed at his ears, dreading the thought of anyone hurting the sweet sheep in any way, let alone that way. Konig reached down and pat the dogs head.
"Even if it is true," Rudy glared at Graves who crossed his arms, dead set on his ideas as to what happened, "We need to be understanding of this and be there for him and not ask him inappropriate questions that could send him into a fit during the day." Alejandro stomped his hoof in agreeement and everyone else nodded along.
@@@@@@@@@@@
"He can keep it to himself, but I can bet you he's going to keep having those nightmares and keep waking us up through all hours of the night." Graves walked away from the little meeting. And of course the prissy goat had to be right.
Ghost tried to roll over again and block out the noise but it was no use. Usually Alejandro and Rudy would wake Soap up, since they were right next to his stall, but tonight the two were out having needed to do an overnight stay at the vet. The hyrbids wouldn't tell anyone why and Price didn't let anything slip while he was loading them up on the trailer, it was like they were purposely making it a secret.
Roach would be the next to wake Soap up but he was out prowling the side of the farm, a hole having been discovered on the southern end and needed to be guarded while Price gathered supplies to fix it.
Konig was too far away to wake the sheep without yelling along with Ghost, Graves and the other goats, and Ghost guessed Horangi was too busy sleeping away up in the rafters in some cozy place. He cared but in the end he was a cat and they were fickle creatures, left to their own devices they would sleep, eat and hunt.
It was clear that Graves wasn't going to try yelling across the way, Rudy had already chastised the smaller hybrid for trying to ask too personal questions the other day and they'd all areeed that it would be best if the goat stayed out of Soap's affairs unless the other's were around.
Konig would rarely raise his voice and could sleep like the dead when he was deep in his sleep. That left Ghost.
And he honestly couldn't take it anymore. No more crying, no more slamming into the walls and no more of that damned bell.
Standing up with a huff the cow stommped over to the gate of his stall, leaning over and glaring at Soap's stall down the aisle. The infernal crying failing to stop. He could have yelled, bellowed at the top of his lungs, kicked his own door in rage and wake up the whole barn, but even in his sleep deprived mind he knew he'd get so much shit for it in the morning.
So instead he did something he knew he was never allowed to do, none of them were allowed to do. He leaped his gate.
It was locked from the outside with a stange magnet that Gaz kept the 'key' to on his key ring, he wouldn't have been able to open it without breaking it apart and causing more noise than intended, another thing he'd be reamed out for come moring, not just by the other hybrids but by Price and Gaz. So there were no other options but to jump it.
He knew he could, he'd jumped over barricades way higher back at his own farm and once needed to jumo from his side of the fence to Rudy and Alejandro's to help when the smaller hybrid had stepped on some loose barbed wire from the old fence.
He easily cleared the wooden gate, huffing when he got over and looking over to Graves and Konig's stall, seeing how they were both facing away, having not heard him surprisingly.
Stoming over to Soap's area Ghost was ready to jump the smaller hybrids gate as well and shake him awake, demand (even though he knew it to be impossible) to stop thrashing about and crying and having nightmares. But the moment he made his way to the whimpering calls of the sheep he paused, holding his breath at finally seeing the state Soap was in.
He was sprawled out on his back, hands clutching at the hay bed, hooves digging into the straw buried beneath. His eyes were squeezed shut, brow scrunched and furrowed, tears streaming down his once soft and pleasant looking face. His mouth was screwed up into a pained grimace and panted whines ebbed out of him, echoing in the small space. He jolted once, kicking one of his legs out as if to strike an assailant, and called out again, a sob wracking through his little body. He looked so..broken. So distraught and in pain, the poor creature.
Ghost couldn't do it.
As harsh and as cruel as he wished to be in this moment he couldn't bring himself to lash out at the distressed sheep.
In fact Ghost felt something else slowly taking over the rage that once drove him forward. Something soft and nurturing enveloped him, and before he knew it Ghost had hopped the gate like he had down a few minutes earlier and carefully stepping over to Soap, stopping a couple inches from him before his mind caught up with him, unsure at to why he felt the growing need to approach the sheep.
Soap rolled onto his side, a choked cry sputtering out of him, one arm shooting out as if to grab something or someone. His fingers flexed and clawed at the air before he threw his arm back down to the hay and whimpered loudly.
Ghost sighed, trying not to groan as he knelt down, furred legs pressing to the floor and leaned down to gently shake awake Soap. Before his hand made contact Soap reached out his arms again, jumping up and trying to again grab the closet thing to him but this time instead of air it so happened to be the waist of the kneeling hybrid.
Just like a leech Soap clung onto him, instantly wrapping around him more, still deep in his sleep and whining as he scoots up closer to Ghost's lap and curling into the fluff plush thighs. Ghost tried not to bound up or yell when he felt Soap hold tight to him. He went ridged, arms raising and staring down at Soap bewildered at his actions, watching the sheep nuzzle his face in deeper to his large furred thighs. Swiveling his head, Ghost frantically glanced around trying to see if any of the other hyrbids had decided to finally come and try to sooth the scottish sheep.
For one, they'd be able to help him out of this awkward situation, but on the other hoof..if any of them saw the bullheaded, rough and gruff Ghost, kneeled down and seemingly letting the smaller crying hybrid cuddle to him for comfort they'd never let him forget it. The thought of any of the others seeing him in such a state quickly changed his mind about wishing for assistance.
Something did catch his attention though, and it wasn't the sound of hooves or paws padding along the pens, actually it was the lack of sound. No whimpering or cut of sobs, no slamming of hands and hooves to the floor, it was relatively quiet.
Looking down he saw Soap, still trying to nuzzle and dig his way deeper into Ghost's legs, arms squeezing around him tighter and tears still flowing down his reddened cheeks, but he was no longer calling out, only a shuttered bah every so often to break between his breaths.
Had this really been comforting the sheep? Clutching tight to Ghost and trying to burrow his way closer; that was all he had needed? Something to hold to?
Ghost wanted to slap himself, thinking about how simple the solution was to their problem. He made a mental note to tell the others that they need to fill up and old sack with hay and wrap it in something soft for Soap to cling to at night, somthing comforting, like a lamb would cling to their mother. Maybe he could get out of the stall now and go and throw something together for him to get him through the night.
Tentatively, Ghost lowered his hands, bringing them to the arms wrapped around his waist and getting ready to stand up to make the makeshift comfort item. When Ghost started to rise, grabbing to Soap's wrists and starting to pull away when a heartbreaking cry stopped him in his tracks. An anguished cry rang out, and Ghost immediately sat back down, startled by the sudden noise. Soap grabbed on tighter to his hold on Ghost, yanking him with all his might and pulling the cow down into the hay.
"God, please shut up.." A southern twanged voice spoke out in the once again quiet barn and then everything went silent again.
Ghost opened his eyes that he hadn't realized he'd closed. He was met with the world sideways, plush hay having cushioned his right side when he had been pulled down. A hum rumbled against his chest but it wasn't his own. Looking down the sheep was holding onto him, having shimmied himself up in the fall, face now resting pleasently against the middle of his broad chest, arms no longer wrapped around his waist but palms pressed down right below Ghost's pecs.
The sheep took the now still moment, knowing that his living pillow wouldn't try to get away again, to nuzzle into Ghost chest, making the cow gasp.
Okay now he'd really be embarrassed if someone got up and saw him in such a humiliating postition. Prone on his side with Soap pressed as close as he could to him. Ghost felt the smaller's legs push against his own, now fully cuddling with him.
From this positon Ghost could really tell how tiny Soap really was. Sure he was a full grown adult sheep but he was still dwarfed in size, he meager 5'6 overshadowed by Ghost's colossal 6'4. Soap looked so delicate and the cow hybrid felt that twinge in his being again, that enveloping need to pull Soap closer and keep him safe, let him curl into him as much as he wanted to and stay there for as long as he needed.
He felt his arm raising getting ready to comply with those inate needs when he gasped again, a shiver running up his spine that made his tail flick harshly as a low surprised moo came from himself. Looking down he saw what had caused such a reaction.
Soap had nuzzled agaisnt him so much trying to sooth himself that he had pushed himself up Ghost's chest a bit further until he had reached on of his perked nipples and in his drowzy and desperate need for comfort the sheep had latched on, acting as if he was a mere lamb again suckling at his mothers teat.
Blush spread across Ghost's face like a wild fire, spanning over his cheeks and down his neck and chest, leading to meet right near where Soap's face was nestled. Ghost opened his mouth, so deeply in shock at what Soap was doing. He was in complete shock, mind running though his body was frozen but when Soap gave a rather hearty suck Ghost's hand quickly shot up to cover his mouth, a low moo caught behind his palm as Soap kept mouthing and pulling at his nipple.
Ghost closed his eyes, trying to frown at the feeling Soap was causeing him. He shouldn't he liking this, hell he shouldn't even be letting this happen but here he was laid out on his side, the annoying little scottish sheep suckling at him. His tears had stopped flowing the moment he latched on, the lambish need to be comforted by warmth and by something to occupy him in his sleep seemingly fulfilled. Ghost needed to stop this now.
He needed to get up, push away Soap no matter the anguish it would cause him and get back to his stall to try and forget any of this ever happened. Soap would slowly get out of having the nightmares after giving him the comfort hay bag doll and everything will slowly fall back into a sense of normalcy.
When Soap cried out again after being pushed away Ghost could give the excuse that he just got up to wake him since no one else was going to try. He could easily get away with it, he-
The cow's thoughts were intrupted by a strange feeling in his chest once again, something felt off, pulling, like a string about to snap, and a moment later it did. Ghost clenched his teeth and mooed low, arms coming down to wrap around the sheep as Soap bahhed happily in his sleep, still sucking away.
But now it was no longer just mindless sucking and lapping at nothing, now the hybrids mouth was being filled with milk with every draw he took. The creamy white liquid spurting onto his tongue and quickly being swallowed down only to repeat the process over again.
Ghost, as you might guess, was extremely surprised at this. Yes, he was a cow, but he wasn't a dairy cow! He'd had other cow's back on his old farm who could produce milk but most of those were female and nursed their calves but could any cow make milk? Apparently so with how much was flowing from his now swollen feeling chest. But none of it bothered the still sleep sheep who vigorously sucked it all down, his hands now pawing almost like a cat at Ghosts stomach, pushing in ever closer and nosing away at his tits.
He tired to breath slowly, hands clutching more around Soap as he pulled more from him, both were moaning quietly entralled in what they were experiencing. Ghost's mind felt hazy, eyes unfocused as he trailed a hand up Soap's spine and coming up to the base of his neck, feeling the soft fluff there and carding his fingers through the end of his ridiculous mohawk.
It was an unconscious effort, his mind too frazzled to make heads or tails of what he was doing, all he knew was that this was feeling so amazing and making him so deliciously light headed. Not only was it causing a warmth to spread in his head but it was going further down. Farther than his chest, past his stomach and collecting like a slowly filling pool at his navel.
A fleeting thought dashed through his mind about how he could possibly be getting off by this but was quietly forgotten when Soap pulled hard again, filling his waiting mouth and making Ghost tangle his finger's in the sheep mohawk, moaning again, ending with his lips in the familiar 'o' shape, usually brought on by his mooing.
Soap's body was so small pressed up againt him, eagerly pawing at him as that heat buildt more and more in Ghost's loins, so lost in his feeding of Soap he didn't realize his cock had begun to emerge until it was pressed up between the sheep's flat chest, dragging wetly across the skin and soaking the small puff of fur that fluffed out right on his sternum.
Soap was so so small, pressed to Ghost that with the way he was positioned he was at perfect level for his chest and upper stomach to meet the prodding of Ghost's rather impressive length. It was creating a devilishly breathtaking friction in such a tight space.
Eyes rolling back in his head, Ghost breathed a sigh of relief as he let his head finally relax into the hay, dropping like a heavy weight and letting his hips slowly piston forward, craving more of that constricting space between them, loving the feeling of Soap's chest fluff teasing the sides of his throbbing cock.
Soap surprisingly still didn't stir, still content to stay in his pleasant dream world and drink away happily without a care in the world. His night full of crying seemed like it was miles away. His tail flicked back and forth behind him much like Ghost's that whipped around, slapping his own thigh and the hay bed below.
Hot languid panting filled the air along with breathy moans, drool dripped down Ghost's chin. It was all so much, too little and not enough. He needed more, needed more sweet sweet friction, something tighter wrapped around his cock than just the space between him and the sheep. He needed the tight hot heat of something more. Something velvety and soft to constrict and flutter around him, needed to hear whining but not those from a nightmare. Whines and cries for more, begging calls to be filled and used while in-between they'd lean in and suck away at his leaking tits.
His hips stuttered and Soap jolted, making a startled coo.
Ghost needed.. No, craved a partner, a mate. Someone to pump full and claim.
Ghost head shifted when the suckling stopped for a second, quickly looking down and slwoly in hips to see why the sheep had stopped so suddenly. He hadn't expected to see the little sheep staring drowsy eyed up at him, face flush and milk dribbling down his chin.
Soap looked confused yet somehow completely fucked out of his mind, drunk on the milk he had been taking and his brows creased trying to piece together what was going on.
But that dazzed look from Soap, his own milk glistening off Soap's lips and chin was what pushed him over the edge.
He slammed forward again, cock pushing so far up Soap's lithe form that the rudy tip touched his fuzzed chin and jangled the bell around his neck.
Ghost bellowed, thick viscus cum spurting out from him, coating the underside of Soap's chin neck and smothering the golden bell, stunning the poor sheep even more from the sudden coating of warm liquid.
The cow shuttered, sweating and breathing hard, chest rising and falling rapidly. He couldn't stop staring down at Soap, even as the edges of his vision faded momentarily. The confused and innocent look on his face now tainted by the cum that now dripped down him.
The last weak shot of cum left his twitching cock, splattering an unmared piece of the sheeps chest near his side and Ghost released all the tension in his body, exhaustion now trying to pull him into a well deserved nap but Soap's tender little brough cut through the silence.
"Ghost? W-What's goin' on..I-" Soap stuttered, pulling away to look down at his chest and the mess that had been made
"For the love of eveyrthing on this farm can you keep it down?!" Graves voice carried through the barn from his stall and both Ghost and Soap went ridged, now staring at each other, hearts racing as it went quiet again, Ghost protectivly going back to holding onto Soap again, pulling him back close to his chest and in turn smearing his spend on himself.
Soap tried to bah, but was only muffled by Ghost's chest, only hearing the now steady hearbeat of the cow.
His mouth tasted..funny, sweet but funny. He tried to recall what all had been going on as he had been pulled out of his sleep. Soa's whole body felt strange and warm and floaty. It felt so familiar, something so so right yet seemingly wrong melded together and became a goo of it's own in his brain.
Soap managed to turn his face, cheek now pressed to Ghost's chest. The larger hyrbid was staring at the stall gate, looking as if he was going to tear apart the next creature that walked through it. Soap frowned and bahed needily quickly getting the others attention.
"What...what happened?"
