Chapter Text
The intern was just about to fall asleep, when he heard sudden knocking on his bedroom's door. He slid on his slippers and passively walked to the source of the startling noise — as he opened the door whilst lazily rubbing out the grain in his eyes, he saw his roommate looking.. oddly pale. his skin white as a sheet of paper — it's like he's seen a ghost or something. Not to mention — his face was dripping in cold sweat, although he tried to keep a neutral expression, the raven haired man could clearly see discomfort in the blonde's body language, who was anxiously twirling and fidgeting with his shirt. He was on the verge of opening his mouth to ask what was wrong, when he was abruptly shut down by nervous rambling —
"Heyy- hey sorry i'm disturbing you this late haha- but y'know-"
"Did you have a nightmare or something?"
The man wearing glasses asked, resuming onto what he was just about to say a moment ago, squinting his eyes at the scruffy man in an attempt to see him more clearly, his tone of voice indifferent. “
"Ah.. well- well i-"
The blonde stuttered, a long sigh followed by the dark haired man.
"We can talk about it, if you want."
He stated, as he walked back to his bed, waving his hand behind his back to his companion, indicating for him to follow along. He sat on top of the blankets and patted the space next to him, the blonde hesitatingly sitting right beside him.
After a good 25 minute incoherent explanation session from the scruffy haired man, trying to understand his words between his silly hics and stutters, the intern finally decided it would be fine for him to sleep in the same bed for this night, but god, he wouldn't have expected for the blonde to be so clingy. his roommate was basically squeezing him, sinking his head into his chest, feeling his heartbeat, taking in the warmth of his body. It all felt so.. weird.. but it gave an unusual sense of comfort, and it seemed to be comforting his companion, too.
