Chapter Text
A deep throbbing headache preceded the faint smell of musky body odor penetrating my nostrils, a smell I couldn’t quite place. My head felt foggy, like I was floating were it not for the hard and cold frozen ground underneath me to tell me I wasn’t. I hadn’t opened my eyes just yet, slowly regaining my senses when I felt a rough grip on my chin, lifting my head upwards. “Öffne deine Augen, Liebling” a gruff voice whispered into my ear making my eyes shoot open immediately, memories flooding back like pouring rain down a drain, overwhelming me completely. I was on a mission with my taskforce, Simon and I had been providing overwatch to the team when I heard a strange sound coming from beneath us, inside the building we were set up on top of. I had gone down to check, assuming it was nothing more than one of the stray dogs making a ruckus in one of the uninhabited spaces. I had checked most of the floors and hadn’t found anything but when I rounded one of the last corners on the ground floor I heard heavy footsteps approaching me from behind. I turned on my heel and for a split second seemed to only see a dark figure and two red-ish brown streaks running down from a hood and an incoming pistol butt. Everything went black instantly.
Here I was, god knows where with that same hooded figure crouched in front of me, whispering in my ear in a language I didn’t understand. My eyes darted to my surroundings, it was night now, cloudy and slightly drizzling, the cold water making my clothes cling to my limbs uncomfortably. I saw nothing but trees and heavy foliage around us. I was resting my back against a thick tree, when I tried to move I felt a sharp material cutting into my wrists, fuck. “Finally, there you are” the same heavy voice spoke. He was still crouched in front of me, hunching forward to lower his face to my level. His face obscured with a black sniper veil, two round holes cut roughly into it for his eyes which were smeared in a black substance, making his deep blue eyes peer out even more harshly towards me. A shiver ran down my back, he was completely dressed in tactical gear, sandy brown canvas pants, a long sleeve, plate carrier, knee pads, arm bracers, gloves, the whole six miles. He cocked his head to the side a little as he jerked on my chin shortly, forcing my attention back to his face, or what I could see of it. “I would like to play a game with you little mouse” he said as he held my gaze, his eyes seemed almost maniacal, he barely blinked as he was scanning me for any reaction or expression. My head was still killing me and my consciousness wasn’t completely stable yet, blinking a few times as my vision tried to stay focussed on him. “Who the f…..” SLAP. A sharp pain welled up on my cheek as his massive hand had made impact with the side of my face and cut off my words. “Nein meine Schatz, einfach zuhören” he spoke, his voice wasn’t matching his crude looks and harsh touch, he sounded almost….friendly? My heart was pounding like a hammer behind my sternum, my breath picking up speed as I was slowly realizing the situation, this wasn’t some strange dream. My mind started racing, trying to find a way to undo whatever was holding my wrists behind my back, fumbling uselessly with the plastic. He must have noticed the panic slowly settling it and reaching its tendrils into the deepest parts of me because I could see the smile lines around his eyes as a faint chuckle emanated from underneath the cloth. “Don’t worry, Simon will never know” He said as he ran the same hand that slapped my cheek over the red mark, gentle and almost adoring. “What do you want? Leave me the fuck alone” I hissed at him through my teeth. This only seemed to entertain the psycho as he smiled once again. His hand shot forward with a speed that almost seemed inhuman, wrapping his palm and fingers around my throat. I tried to pull back but the fucking tree was in my way as he started to squeeze. I felt my face start to glow with heat and my lungs jerk in effort to gain a breath. He moved his face forwards, almost pressing his obscure nose to mine. “You are going to play my game and you just might come out alive to return to your precious little group of toy soldiers.” He growled, his thick german accent playing on each syllable. He was now basically straddling me, allowing his weight to press down on my thighs painfully. Every rock and twig underneath me pressed into the back of my legs, making me wince while he was still preventing me from making a sound, or breathe normally. The surge of adrenaline rushed through my veins like a full assault, heightening my senses as I was pinned down by this battering ram of a man. “I will give you a chance to escape” he continued, a darkness slowly seeping into his words. What was he getting at? “I will put you back on your feet and cut your hands free” He shifted slightly with his hips. “Then you will try and find your way out of here” His voice became deeper and seemed to heat up the space around us with every word. “But if I catch you” he squeezed even harder on my throat, my mouth now open trying to suck in any air, moving his face next to mine “I will have you” he growled. My body jerked as my system was trying anything to catch a breath, my eyes tearing up and my chest lurching as he leaned back a little, taking me in so slow I wasn’t sure I was going to pass out or not by the time he was done.
When his hand abruptly released his grip I gasped for air and coughed trying to soothe some of the intense discomfort and crushing pressure on my windpipe. I wanted to scream, call him a dirty motherfucker, a piece of fucking shit but his ice cold gaze told me I wouldn’t survive this very moment if I did. I needed to play along with this stupid fucking game for as long as I could, whatever that would take. I wasn’t going to let this perverted giant put a hand on me again as soon as I was free of my restraints. I was fast and nimble, I could out run him. Though I was trained and knew my way around a fist fight or gun fight for that matter, I fellt a dread settle in the pit of my stomach. What if I couldnt? What would he do to me? His words suggested something I was not ready to even think about. His voice broke my internal struggle “What do you say wunderschönes Mädchen?” his voice back to that strangely kind tone.
He stood up, planting his heavy boots on the ground on each side of me. As he stood up to his full length I felt my stomach drop, he. was. gigantic. His massive frame blocked most of my view, the slight bit of moonlight contrasting his broad shoulders from afar. I felt my chances diminish as his size towered over me. “What’s your name?” I blurted out before I even thought about it. I wasn’t sure why this was the question that came up in my mind in this moment. My head must really have gotten scrambled because that was about the most useless bit of information I could ask for right now. He reached down ward and took a firm grip of my waist with both hands before effortlessly lifting me up onto a standing position. “You may call me König” he said as he held onto me for a moment as my head was spinning. “König” I repeated in my head, as if I needed to remember the name of the man who was most likely going to kill me here in these dark and deserted woods. His intentions were dark and depraved but he had these strange moments in our short time together he seemed genuinely concerned for my wellbeing, it was jarring. I blinked my eyes a few times more as the dizziness subsided and his hand gently stroked a strand of my hair out of my face, tucking it behind my ear. Get your fucking head in the game, y/n, I said to myself over and over, realizing the stupid irony of my own words. I needed to gather information. My eyes darted to his plate-carrier and belt, looking for any type of weapon he might be carrying. A large knife, probably the size of my lower arm hung from his belt, resting against his thigh and a basic 1911 pistol that almost looked comically small compared to him was slotted into a holster on his chest. He must have caught my gaze as he followed it with his eyes. “Don’t worry, I will be playing fair I promise” He said as he grabbed both weapons out of their casings and tossed them to the side into the bushes, disappearing from view. I wasn’t sure if he was trying to give me the impression he was going to chase me unarmed and would retrieve them as soon as he had the chance or if he was actually trying to make it “fair”.
“Turn around” He said, waiting for me to follow his order. I tried not to show him that the fear I was only feeling in my stomach before was now spreading through every fiber of my body. He was fucking serious, he was going to give me a chance to escape. My body instantly kicked itself into fight or flight mode. My breath grew shallow and quick, my muscles tensing up and my headache disappeared in an instant. König was clearly getting impatient and turned me around harshly, grabbing onto my wrists and pulling me backwards, making me bump into him. He held me in place as his hood caressed the bare skin of my neck. The sound of a deep inhale through the nose made me shiver on the spot as he took in my scent like a bloodhound getting ready to find its target. I swore I could hear his tongue run over his lips behind the veil as he was slowly becoming the animal that he was. I could feel the heat radiating off of his body and caress the bare parts of mine. He shifted as a deep guttural growl vibrated against the back of my neck and I could feel his groin being pressed against me. An electric shock shot through my spine as I felt him twitch, he was getting so aroused his hard member strained against the fabric of his pants and made contact with my back. My brow furrowed and my eyes widened as I realized this whole thing was actually turning him on so much he was barely keeping it together. Before I could even think about where I would run he pulled on my wrists with immense force, snapping the restraints and setting my hands free. I barely registered my release as he bellowed in the deepest voice “Run, little mouse”. I didn’t look back to see my predator was hunched over, his eyes lit with a fire that only showed I wasn’t going to get out of this unharmed.
