Chapter Text
The day started out like every other except this time they were in Vegas Buck woke up from the couch and looked over at Eddie who was arising from the bathtub with no shirt under his blazer.
"Eddie, are you okay", Buck says with a tremolo in his voice.
"Yep", he says with a croak to his voice.
Buck stands up and tries to stabilise himself. Eddie yawned as he reached up at Buck's arms indicating he needed help getting up from the tub. Once they were both standing on both feet, they scattered around the hotel room in search of Chimney. However, they had no luck finding him. After noticing Chimney's suit hanging on the door, they hear a knock at the door and a faint voice saying, "Mr. Han, your limousine is waiting for you out front". Without hesitation, Buck and Eddie both darted out the door and out front to hastily get in the limo.
"We have to tell Maddie" Eddie whispers at Buck so as not to break his eardrums.
"Yeah, we do", Buck responds with a twinge of uncertainty to his voice.

Once they arrived at the wedding venue, they pushed the door open with the little strength they had and immediately ran to Hen.
"Where's Chimney", Hen asks with an extreme amount of concern in her voice.
Buck stays silent for a few seconds until Eddie speaks up, "He's gone, he wasn't at the hotel room when we woke up"
Maddie overhears their conversation and immediately runs off to her car.
"Where are you going?", her parents scream in unison.
She retorts, "I'm going to get my husband"
Maddie runs out of the room with Hen, Josh, Buck, and Eddie following close behind her.
"Maybe you two should go back to your hotel room and try to sober up", Hen turns around to exclaim.
So Buck and Eddie do as they are told and head back to the limousine. However, once they had gotten into the limo, Buck saw another image this time of Eddie knocking down the hotel room's door. Although, not only did Buck remember what happened last night, he also remembered the feelings he had along with it, he remembers thinking about how attracted he was to Eddie at the time and even though he was with Tommy, all he could think about the rest of the night was how much happiness he felt with him. Buck winces. "What is it?", Eddie asks. "You're pretty strong, I mean, you kicked a door down last night", Buck responds trying his best not to let his hung-over brain let his feelings slip through. "Wait, you remember last night?". "Bits of it, I also weirdly remember drag queens being there". "Wild night then", Eddie retorts.
They pull up to the hotel and Eddie remembers seeing the exact building but at night and then suddenly an image of Buck standing on the front step, being screamed at by Tommy, appears in his mind, but he couldn’t make out what they were talking about. All he was focusing on were Buck’s big peachy lips pursing.
Once they enter the hotel room, Eddie tells Buck he is going to the bathroom. Checking back at Buck to notice that he was already asleep on the couch. He didn’t know when Buck would wake up, so he acted quickly.
Eddie locks the door, trying to not wake Buck. Then, he slowly pulls out his phone which had somehow stayed in his pocket throughout the entirety of the night. He stares at Tommy's phone number for a few minutes before hitting the call button...
"WHAT DO YOU WANT, EDDIE" Tommy screams down the phone line as soon as the call is answered.
"Why are you so mad"..."I don't get it, I thought you liked me"
"Because, Eddi-" Tommy says calmly.
“Because what”, Eddie responds without letting Tommy finish his sentence. “You know, I thought we were friends, you know, we played basketball togeth-”
“BECAUSE YOU KISSED BUCK”, Tommy, shouts down the line.
Eddie froze unaware of Tommy repeating his name down the line to see if he was still there until Tommy just hangs up.
Eddie sits on the toilet seat wondering what he was going to tell Buck, he know he had feelings for him, he just didn’t know if Buck felt the same way…
