"I'm sorry I let you down, mom" Sam said speaking to his mom on the phone.
"Oh, there's nothing to be sorry about ,Samuel! "Sam's mother said in a gentle tone.
"Ah, I'll say. "He chuckled sadly.
"Samuel." She said this time in a harsher tone but the gentless in her voice still there.
"This is really for the best!, you wouldn't survive here." She said.
"You have a good life, with good friends, 'we' all envy you!"

"I miss you. " Sam said in a sad tone.
"Im always with you, and if you ever need me;I'll be there!"she said the harshness in her tone now disappearing all that was left with kindness and gentleness in her voice.
Sam didn't reply to that maybe because if he did he would have broken down in tears.
" now go, dear it's starting to get dark , get the rest you need"..she said as background noises came from her .
"Samuel? I love you. "
"I.. I love you to , mom" he said one last time before the call ended.
Maybe the time of the call ended or she had business, but that didn't matter as Sam let go of the phone he was holding making it make a thud which alerted a certain someone.
"You good? " grian said as he came Out from where he was.
But Sam didn't answer which made him worry more.
"Want me to go wake up,Taurtis? "He said as Taurtis was the only person who thought of that could comfort Sam in this situation.
" don't. "This time he answered as he turned around go face grain.
Well that surprised grain I mean Taurtis was the only person Sam trust he didn't even trust his dad nor him like he did with Taurtis which sometimes he was saddened with i, but he gets it if he just had stayed with him when they were younger more then maybe.mabye he could have trusted him like he did with Taurtis but he doubted it.
" what, why? Im sure he could-"he tried reasoning with him but, "no " he still refused.
God was this awkward, grian thought as he was making eye contact with Sam.
"So.. Uhm do you want me to go because I.. " ,
"no.stay."sam like the little child he was refused to let him go.
Then he walked to closer to grain which scared grain a little but surprisingly Sam put his arm around his shoulders and hugged him tight .
Which made grians heart surprised by this, flutter a little.
But before he could even think,Sam started crying in his embrace.
