“Can I catch it?”
“ No you can’t catch it, you can only kiss it.”
Fourth walks into the GMM lobby the next morning, feeling ridiculously energized despite getting maybe only five hours of sleep. He thanks the universe that it’s early enough where there aren’t any fans around to see him and how he pats his face every so often when he feels himself start to smile from thinking of the night before. Gemini’s such an idiot. But he’s his idiot.
He stands in front of the elevator and wonders if the other is already here, not having seen a notification of Gemini doing a morning live like he’s been for the past few days. Fourth knows it’s all that pent-up energy the older has for LOL fest around the corner, otherwise he’d never willingly be awake so early. The elevator doors open and he steps inside, pressing the right floor button before leaning against the back wall, thankful he’s not squished in here for once.
Before the doors close all the way a hand intervenes, opening them back up to reveal the pretty face that Fourth finds himself thinking about nonstop. They both blink at each other in surprise for a moment before Gemini grins and steps inside, leaning against the wall beside him. Their shoulders press against one another as the doors finally close, and Fourth finds himself pressing against the taller even more, seeking out the warmth radiating from him even though he’s been sweating in his t-shirt and shorts since the morning.
“Good morning, baby.”
Fourth can feel Gemini’s eyes on him as he looks at the doors in front of them and he smiles as their fingers brush against each other, opting to look down at them as he intertwines them instead of up at him. He’s too pretty and Fourth won’t be able to take that so early in the morning.
“Good morning, P’.”
His voice is teasing but underneath there’s something else, and he feels Gemini’s fingers stiffen against his momentarily, knowing that if he looked up the older’s eyes would be comically wide. It makes him feel giddy knowing that Gemini gets riled up by the smallest things that Fourth does. It’s reassuring considering he’s just as easy for the other as well.
Finally looking up at the older makes the smaller giggle when he sees the faint blush across Gemini’s face, and he rests his head back against the wall as their eyes meet.
“So P’Gem, were you really all talk last night?”
Gemini’s eyes are drawn to the smaller’s mouth as he smiles, Fourth’s tongue darting out teasingly as the older’s eyes seem to darken by the second. He bites his bottom lip and watches as Gemini’s lips part involuntarily and it’s just too easy. But Fourth knows he has to coax it out of the older a bit more. So he lets go of Gemini’s hand and walks towards the side of the elevator, turning to fully face the older and stretching his arms out while resting back against the handrail, smile anything but innocent as Gemini continues to stare at him.
“Because I don’t think you can catch me, let alone kiss me.”
The taller remains frozen in place, lips still parted and he’s so devastatingly cute that Fourth mentally pats himself on the back for not walking over and kissing him silly. If Gemini doesn’t move soon though he’s going to do just that.
He glances above the elevator doors to see there’s three more floors left before the doors will open, and he notices that Gemini does the same before looking back at Fourth. He’s thinking of something but the younger can’t tell what. He starts to move off the handrail, but before he can do anything Gemini’s moving to press the emergency button and the elevator stops so abruptly Fourth has no choice but to hold onto the railing. “Gem what-”
The older stands in front of him and all coherent thoughts fly out of Fourth’s head as Gemini brings one hand up to cup his face while the other rests on his hip. Fourth’s hands scramble to cling onto the other’s waist, fingers crumpling his t-shirt as Gemini tilts his head up gently and makes him forget how to breathe. The younger’s eyes flutter shut as his thumb traces along his jaw, breath hitching when the older presses down on the swell of his bottom lip softly. He finds himself leaning forward, practically resting all of his body weight against the taller as the hand on his hip squeezes and makes him sigh contently. He feels dizzy with how badly he needs the older to kiss him. Gemini doesn’t though, and when he opens his eyes he sees the taller smirking down at him and knows he’s lost this little game of theirs.
“Gemmm.” Pouting up at the other only makes Gemini smirk more, and if Fourth wasn’t so down bad he’d push his stupid pretty face away.
“Still think I can’t catch you FotFot?”
Even when teasing him, Gemini’s voice is still so soft, and Fourth loves him so much. Hopes Gemini never lets go of him actually. The smaller smiles and gives a playful hum of acknowledgment, leaning up to brush his nose against the taller’s gently.
“Well, now you just have to kiss me P’Gem.”
He feels Gemini’s breath stutter against his lips before he hears it, and finally, the older is kissing him and Fourth feels like he can finally breathe. Gemini’s lips slot against his so perfectly and the push-and-pull rhythm they fall into is a reflex at this point. The taller’s fingers skim under his t-shirt to press into his skin and make him gasp, lips parting to allow Gemini to kiss him deeper. He licks at Fourth’s bottom lip tentatively and the younger licks at Gemini’s top lip in return, making the older let out a quiet mewl and press further into him.
The only thing that makes Fourth break the kiss is when he starts to feel light-headed, still peppering kisses against the older’s lips as they catch their breath. Gemini noses along his jawline and the smaller tips his head back when he presses a kiss against his pulse point, body arching up towards him as Gemini’s hand trails down to pull his shirt collar aside. One of Fourth’s hands comes up to card through the taller’s hair, shaky fingers gripping when he feels Gemini graze his teeth along his collarbone.
“Gem don’t, hah -”
Any protest dies on the tip of his tongue when he feels Gemini bite down gently, pressing a mark into his skin which he knows will bloom into a beautiful bruise later as Fourth cries out, tugging on the older’s hair weakly as he leaves another mark above that. He’ll scold the older for it later even though they both know Fourth would be more upset if Gemini hadn’t left a mark on him. He knows he’s a hypocrite alright sue him.
He tugs on Gemini’s hair a bit firmer to get him to come back up, sighing happily when he gets to kiss him again. Nibbling on Gemini’s top lip earns him a broken whimper, and he giggles when the taller chases after him when he pulls away. He puts a finger against the other’s lips when he tries to kiss him again and internally coos when Gemini starts to pout. “Baby, you know we’ll have to leave the elevator eventually right?”
The older blinks and looks at his watch, pout deepening before turning back to the younger. “Five more minutes.”
Later, when P’Tong sees them in the make-up room with matching hickeys and bruised lips he pinches the bridge of his nose, uttering a prayer under his breath while Gemini smiles at him brightly.
“You two just have to make my job harder, huh?”
Fourth hides his smile and has the decency to be embarrassed. Just a little bit.
