Chapter Text
Choso Kamo had always been a master of maintaining balance. By day, he was a diligent employee at Tokyo Crossing Inc., a prominent corporate firm in Tokyo. His colleagues admired his dedication and work ethic, viewing him as reliable and always willing to work overtime. However, none of them knew about the pressures he faced—the need to provide for his younger brother, Yuji, who had recently come into his life.
Their relationship was still new and fragile. Choso had only discovered that Yuji was his brother a few months ago, and they had quickly moved in together, trying to make up for lost time. After losing the only family he thought he had left, Yuji had become excited and nervous about living with his older brother, a man he had no idea existed prior to these months. It didn’t take long for Yuji to form an admiration towards his new found brother, seeing how much Chose was willing to sacrifice and do for them to be able to live together.
But Choso’s day job wasn’t enough to cover all their expenses, especially with Yuji’s upcoming college fees. So, by night, Choso transformed into "Kuro," his alter ego while working for Whispers, an anonymous sex website. Choso chose the site because he was able to do what he was comfortable with, setting his boundaries and being able to use different forms of communication with clients: texting, phone calls, video calls. It was a secret he kept fiercely guarded, a necessity to ensure Yuji could continue his studies without financial burden.
It was a hard adjustment at first for the both of them, but they had set simple ground rules to be able to coexist and grow together.
Rule 1. Always have dinner together.
Rule 2. Let the other know when you’ll be out.
And Rule 3. Never lie to each other.
Yuji's POV
Moving in with his brother Choso happened so fast that Yuji hadn’t had a moment to himself to think about the situation unfolding before him. He was always a go-with-the-flow type of guy but even he was surprised with himself how easy it was to be around Choso.
From the moment they met, Choso spoke with a warm and sultry tone that made Yuji feel a connection that could only be described as tender. Choso had reassured him in the move and told him that making up for lost time was a priority to him. It made his lonely heart full, hearing out loud that someone once again would be there for him unconditionally.
Although it was his last year of high school already, Yuji was about to introduce Choso as his guardian to his teachers, and briefly catch his friends up on the entire situation.
“Are you sure you guys are related?” Megumi simply raises an eyebrow.
“Yeah, you guys definitely don’t seem to be cut from the same cloth.” Nobora chuckles while watching Yuji talk in excitement about his new living situation, then peeking at Choso speaking with their teacher in such a calm and collected manner.
“Guys it’s true!” Yuji whines. “We have a letter from a lawyer and even got DNA tested. We’re family!” He beams a smile and waves goodbye to Choso proudly. “See you at home.”
“They were so surprised!” Yuji tells Choso about his day at school over dinner.
Choso had taken the day off from work to be able to meet his teachers, and was able to make a full course meal to celebrate the occasion. “They seem nice.” Choso smiles and listens intently to his brother's conversation.
Yuji had found himself in a comfortable routine with his brother in the afternoons. He’d get home, wash up, help get dinner ready, then spend time together in the living room before calling it a night. Usually Choso would read a book or catch up on some work he brought home, while Yuji would either do his homework or play a few video games with the volume all the way down so he wouldn't disturb his brother. It was the simple things that made their home feel warm.
That afternoon, his friend’s words lingered a bit and Yuji caught himself staring at Choso trying to find a similarity between the two. Choso had pitch black hair that he liked to wear in buns, and deep dark circles around his eyes that made him look fragile yet even with clothing Yuji could make out his brother’s well taken care of body.
What are you doing?” Choso raises an eyebrow and looks up from his book.
“Looking at you.” Yuji answers honestly and continues his search.
“I see that.” Choso lightheartedly laughs. “Why so intensely?”
“You’re very handsome… and you work so hard. You're an amazing cook, and dress very well. You’re polite, caring, and-” Yuji stops mid sentence realizing he said all his thoughts out loud. He blushes and Choso ruffles Yuji’s hair, trying to hide his own pink stained cheeks.
“I don’t know what I did to deserve such a cute brother.” Choso playfully brings Yuji into a hug. “Why the compliments though?”
“Nobora had said that we dont look like brothers to her.” Yuji shrugs but remains close to his brother. “Dont brothers usually look alike or at the very least fight a lot?”
“You want us to fight?” Choso feigns a frown.
“NO WAY!” Yuji sits up and pouts.
“You see, me neither. That’s something we have in common.” Choso smiles and closes his books. “Okay i'm going to head to bed. Don’t stay up too late, okay?”
“Okay, good night!” Yuji follows but heads into his room for the night.
While in bed, Yuji’s restless mind once again tries to dissect Choso for a smidge of resemblance. Yuji never considered himself to be ugly, but his brother was definitely more handsome than he was. His pale skin always looks so soft, and even with his hair down there was no denying the masculinity that radiated off of him. The fact that Yuji only ever saw Choso smile around him was another appealing attribute to his big brother. Yuji felt like a frat boy compared to his brother’s handsome complexity.
“Am I weird?” Yuji whispers to himself and covers his mouth in realization. Now realizing that he finds his brother attractive, he instantly covers his face with a pillow and tries to suffocate the thoughts away.
But he fails. “There’s no way… right?”
By the time Yuji catches a glimpse of the clock, he realizes it’s 2AM and hasn’t gotten a wink of sleep. So he gets up to make himself a cup of tea to help calm his mind down. Peaking across to his brother’s room, he sees a dim light coming from the bottom of the door and wonders if his brother can’t sleep as well. He might as well make him a cup of tea as well, he thinks to himself.
Yuji peacefully makes their tea and makes sure to use their favorite mugs, respectively. He chuckles to himself while looking at the cat shaped mug his brother loves to use. Yuji’s favorite happens to be a mug from Choso’s work company that he was gifted on his first day of moving in. Not a very appealing mug, but his brother gave it to him so how could it not be his favorite.
With a full mug in each hand, he walks slowly until he reaches his brother's door. Without a free hand to knock, he squats down to place the mugs down on the floor. Before he can even bring himself to stand upright again, he hears soft moans from underneath the door. Yuji freezes at the sound, wondering if what he heard was exactly what he’s thinking he heard. He can't bring himself to stand up, instead, he tries to quietly get closer to the door.
Not noticing he’s holding his breath, he hears a sequence of groans, knowing it’s coming from his brother and not some video or movie he could be watching.
In seconds, Yuji grabs both mugs and jets to his room. His cheeks to his ears are flushed a bright red, and once alone it registers in his brain that he just heard his brother jacking off… and it turned him on. I’m a hormonal teen. I haven’t had sex before, so it’s only natural I'm aroused. I’d be turned on if I heard anyone masturbate. It’s not because he’s my brother. Is it because he’s my brother?? NO, it’s because he’s Choso! He tries to justify his thoughts but as his hands shakingly find their way into his shorts, he can't deny that hearing his brother turned him on more than any porn he’s ever watched before. That night he cums three times while thinking of his brother, and manages to sleep for the entirety of 5 minutes before his alarm rings.
“Why do you look like death?” Nobora concernedly asks.
“Please don’t ask.” Yuji slams his head into his desk. “I was fighting some demons last night.” He states matter of factly.
Both Megumi and Nobora make eye contact in confusion, but decide not to pester Yuji any further, knowing he’d spill once he feels more comfortable. Which took all but 1 minute.
“I need to get laid.” Yuji lifts his head and nods his head, agreeing with himself. “Yeah, that’s what it is. I’m sure.”
“Uh- Where is this coming from?” Megumi asks.
“I don’t know, I think I'm just pent up?” Yuji defeatedly sighs.
“I mean, we can’t really help you out with that, but I think I know what can.” Nobora’s devilish smile sends shivers of nervousness down Yuji’s spine but indulges his friend nonetheless. “I’ve heard this website has gotten pretty popular. It’s like Only fans, but I hear the prices are reasonable and the services are much better. It’s also mostly anonymous, unless they’re okay with showing their faces.” She rubs her hands menacingly, while passing him a piece of paper with the website info on. “This might help.”
Yuji slips the paper into his pocket, while feeling his phone vibrate several times. He pulls out his phone in confusion and instantly blushes when he sees several messages from his brother.
Choso-nii:
I didn’t even hear you leave this morning?
╥﹏╥
Choso-nii:
Make sure you eat something! 。◕‿‿◕。
Choso-nii:
Also have you seen my mug? I couldn't find it this morning
Ó╭╮Ò
Yuji internally screams. His brother is so precious, even the way he texts is adorable. Yet he had the nerve to think of his brother in the worst way possible.
That morning, instead of paying attention in class, he created his profile for the website, Whispers, that Nobora recommended so highly.
This must work .
