Work Text:
They fought. Cypher doesn’t even remember why at this point - something about working with criminals - but Sova was too angry at him, saying something that he later will regret, with them both not speaking for one whole day.
But once Sova realized his mistake, he apologized, and of course Amir forgave him - it was sincere apology, Sasha could not do it other way. And how can you be mad at a man who can easily cut off someone's limb without blinking, now standing in front of you with a guilty expression, holding a little bouquet of lilies of the valley in his hand? All tension disappeared, making Amir smile under his mask.
- Thank you, habibi. - He cupped Sasha’s face, taking flowers from him.
- I’m sorry, - he said again, leaning into other’s hand.
- I know, love. I forgive you.
Slowly, Sasha’s hand moved to his back, bringing him closer. Other hand cupped Amir’s cheek, their faces close, breaths mixing together.
- Can I…? - Sova’s hand brushed the edge of his mask, and as Cypher nodded, removed it carefully. Slowly, delicately, as something fragile and precious.
When it’s gone, Amir blinks a few times, getting used to the light. Sasha looks at him with the soft, carrying expression, now caressing his cheek, adoring his skin, brushing away his dark curls, and then leaning in, kissing him with all tenderness he has to offer. Amir simply melts in his arms, parting his lips for Sasha, letting other's tongue explore his mouth. Ability of Siberian hunter to show such softness and delicacy always left him stunned. Sometimes he wondered how he could be so lucky to have Sasha in his life, but the way Sova looked at him proved that there has to be something that is worth loving.
Amir doesn’t know if it’s Russian culture or just Sasha, but when hunter screws up - he apologizes for good.
For the past two weeks after he apologized, he has been paying Cypher extra dose of affection. Instead of simply lifting him up bride style as if he weighted nothing and dragging him to sleep if he stayed at his workshop for too long - night work was a habit at this point after all - he instead hugged him from behind, softly asking him to go and rest.
He found his favourite sort of tea in his personal lock. It was a Marrakesh green tea, which wasn’t very expensive, but not cheap either. But Atay tea made of this type is simply divine, in his humble opinion, so he gladly accepted this present.
Sova agreed to almost anything he asked - be it a play of chess which Sasha would most likely lose or to let him see Sova’s drone to add some “improvements” - he would agree with no hesitation, which was amusing, considering the fact that usually his partner will refuse some of his requests.
He payed on Cypher some extra attention during the mission they were assigned. Wasn’t something hard, just gathering some information - in which they both are very skilled. However, Sova still made sure information broker was safe, staying by his side, refusing to split up - which would've made work go much faster - and insisted on working together.
- This way I can make sure no one will hurt you - He reasoned, and admittedly, it was nice to know that you have a 190 cm tall Russian Hunter as a personal bodyguard.
Bed was Amir’s breaking point though.
In two weeks, Sasha made his way into him only two times. And Amir is almost sure he stopped because he thought he hurt him, despite moving slowly, hitting his prostate in the way that made him let out shameful, needy whines. But somehow it didn’t convince him, so instead every time they did it yet he payed all his attention to bring Amir to the edge in the most affectionate and delicate way possible.
Now, as his legs hang on Sasha’s broad shoulders, he tried to figure out how to finally make his precious boy understand that he forgave him already, but fingers that pressed against his prostate and tongue that rimmed his entrance made it a lot harder.
- S-Sasha… Ah! Wait-! - He tried to resist, pressing his palm on a blond head.
Sasha looked at him almost immediately, his tongue and fingers leaving Amir’s body with a lewd, wet sound, sending shivers down his spine.
- Something wrong, habibi? - he kissed his thigh, as if apologizing. Again. - Too much for you? Did I make it wrong?
He did not. In fact, he did it perfectly, and Amir was glad that it was dark because his own face was probably in deep shape of red.
- That’s not the point, sweetheart, - He managed to mumble, calming his uneven breath. - But it feels like you still didn’t let go of our little confrontation.
Sova’s face went guilty, proving his point.
- It wasn't little-!
- Sasha, - he reached out for other’s face, cupping it gently. - look at me.
Leaning into his touch, Sasha obeyed, sitting Amir on his lap, looking at other’s face with expression of a puppy who got scowled for a ruined pair of slippers. Cypher smiled.
- I want you to listen carefully, love. I am not mad at you. What’s done is done, and the only thing we can do is to move on. Right?
Sova sighted, looking away.
- I know… - He said quietly. - I just don’t want to hurt you again.
Amir chuckled, his eyes softening.
- We will hurt each other at some point. That’s life, ya qualbee, we cannot predict it. But at least I am sure that we can always find your way with each other. - he pressed their foreheads together, hugging broad shoulders.
- Besides, - he took other's chin in his hand, brown eyes meeting blue. - despite me liking your lovely attitude, I don't want to lose my darling hunter.
Somethings changed in Sasha’s gaze as soon as he said this. A sign of understanding, gratitude… and even deeper level of adoration if that was even possible.
In a second he found himself pressed against pillows, hands held over his head, with Sova looming over him. Before he could think of anything, he was leaned into hungry, passionate kiss, pushing every unnecessary thing out of his mind.
- Люблю тебя… Амир, так люблю тебя, солнце мое, - Sova whispered in his ear between their attempts to catch their breaths.
”That’s my Sasha” Amir thought to himself before giving himself to hunter.
He woke up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, some nice smelling breakfast and a light kiss to his forehead. He slowly opened his eyes, smiling as soon as he saw Sova sitting next to him on their bed.
- Morning, солнце. - He pulled Amir to himself, hugging him from behind. - How do you feel?
- A bit sore, sleepy, - Cypher nuzzled closer, placing his head on other’s shoulder. - and happy.
Sasha nods, caressing his back gently. It was nice he finally found piece with that situation, he loved Sasha the way he was, and he won’t like it any other way.
They will fight again. That’s how life is. But now it was only two of them, their cooling breakfast and joyful piece of the Saturday morning.
