Toga Himikos Point of View:
Lately, Ochaco and I have been having more frequent conversations. Navigating our relationship has been challenging because of the stark differences between us as individuals - from our unique quirks to our positions in the world. I've always been drawn to the pink girl so I was okay with us being a secret as long as I have her I'll be ok.
Today was going to be a special day. I had discovered a new, place for us to visit, and I knew she would love it. She has always enjoyed carnivals, so I decided to surprise her with tickets and take her there for a fun-filled day. I couldn't wait to see the joy and excitement on her face when she found out about the surprise.
I'm not a big fan of going on dates but I figured it would be ok to go on some dates to balance us out. I normally would enjoy talking to her and maybe taking some of her blood. It wasn't common for me to do these things but I did do it. Somehow she was the only person who understood me for who I am and what my quirk is. That's the thing I love most about Ochaco.
I decided to quickly change my outfit to avoid attracting any attention that might lead someone to call the police.
When I got to her dorm I slid into her bathroom window as normal. She was sitting on her pink bed. I watched her for a while as she began to float in the air.
As I approached Oachco, I could see a concerned look on her face. "Oachco, are you okay?" I asked gently, trying to hide my worry. I entered her room and tossed the ruby-red flower onto her neatly made bed, Then, I waited anxiously for her reaction, hoping to see a glimmer of a smile on her face. Down to earth.
She hugged me tightly, she always did this but this hug felt meaningful. "Y-Yeah just thinking about things, I'm so glad you came to visit me again, what brings you buy?" She spoke softly, her warm voice inviting me to join her as she patted a spot on her bed for me to sit down.
"I've got to talk to you about something.. that's one reason why I came over.." I said as I watched Ochaco fiddle with her phone chain. "I'd like us to become more serious. I love you and that won't change.so let me love you to whatever limit I'm allowed to. Even if it's in secret. I don't mind if it's you."
Her eyes lit up with joy as she erupted into a fit of giggles, tears of happiness glistening in the corners of her eyes. For a second I thought I was taking this too far maybe it was too soon. But truth be told I couldn't bear losing this lovely girl. "Di-" As I opened my mouth to speak, she suddenly pulled me in a warm hug, her eyes shining with tears.
Normally I hated hugs i rejected affection from people for years as I believed I could never be truly loved. But now that I have her is weird always being hugged and touched. However, it's not the worst, Simply something I'll have to get used to with Ochaco.
"I love you, Toga Himiko." Those were the words that came out of her mouth. It was like I blinked and suddenly I had someone to care for, someone to lose. Sometimes I still don't understand how I fell in love or how she could love someone like me. And even if we are a secret I can't believe I get to call her mine. "I love you too, Ochaco Urararka."
