"Stormfly!" Astrid screamed as her belvoed dragon tumbled to the water sending her flying in the open ocean. Ryker grinned as they hauled the dragon on board.
"What about the rider sir!" a hunter questioned
"Take her!" Ryker barked, a wicked grin crossing his features.
Astrid was hauled out of the water and thrown in a cell, the young warrior gasped, throwing up water. Ryker stood outside of her cell grinning like a lunatic, "you'll tell us where the dragon eye is or else"
"NEVER!"
She were thrown back to the cells. One of the hunters gripped Astrid's arm but she striked back.
"Where are is my dragon? What did you do to her!"
"Oh, if I were you, I'd worry about yourself." Ryker taunted.
Astrid glared daggers at the balding man but what came next surprised Astrid to the core. A girl with jet black hair stood next to Ryker, a duble-headed axe resting on her sholder. "Heather?" and next to her was none other than Dagur the Deranged.
Heather gave her a what could only be described as a devilish grin, theri reunion was anything but joyful.
"Surprise! Did ya miss me? Of course you did! Oh! Do you know my sister? Wait a minute, sure you do! You guys were little pals and buddy buddies." Dagur cackled.
"Hey, family is family." Heather simply replied.
"I can't believe this, Heather."
Astrid was shocked. No absolutely flabbergasted , bewildered, Heather, the very girl she called best friend was working with the dragon hunters and that bastard Dagur.
"I know that this" Heather gestured to Astrid's cell, "Is not Dragon's Edge but it'll do"
"Enjoy your new home, Astrid. You're gonna be here a while."

The wind howled outside, as if it were raging for Astrid, who stood at the gate of her cell glaring at the wall of her cell, wondering how her dragon was. the heavy door creaked open, and Heather's silhouette appeared against the dim light from the corridor.
"What do you want?" snapped Astrid
"Your about to find out" came Heather's reply
Heather's hand was firm on Astrid's shoulder as she pushed her out of the cell. "Ryker wants to have a little chat with you," she said, her tone showing emotionless
Astrid stumbled slightly but regained her balance quickly. "You're lucky these guards are here, or I'd take your head off," she spat, her eyes practically blazing with fury. Heather merely smirked, guiding Astrid down the corridor with the Dragon Hunter guards trailing behind. "You'd try." Astrid's anger seethed. "After everything we did for you, took you in, taught you to ride, saved your life more than once."
"And I thank you for all of that, but I have to follow my destiny," Heather replied.
. "By betraying your friends and joining these Dragon Hunter scum?" Astrid asked in disbelief
"You don't know what it's like to be truly alone, Astrid. Dagur is my brother. I trust him with my life," Heather replied with a harsher tone.
Heather knocks on a strange looking door with two jewelry stuck in the middle with dragon-hunter ship insignia's
"Come." a deep voice rings out
"Ryker wants information and he can be very persuasive." the raven-haired girl says before pushing the blonde inside the room.
