Chapter Text

The day was bright and sunny such a difference to the streets where the dead had risen and now feasted on the last of the living. Eden stared out the window confused. She could see the zombies all just standing around or moving to a sound they may have heard.

She was freaking out. One minute she was going to bed and the next she glanced out her window and there are LITERALLY zombies. She was very confused, she was sure the world couldn't have ended in just one night so what had happen.

She closed her blinds and walked to the fornt door to leave. 'this must be a prank, maybe my brother set it up. ' she thought. As she passed the mirror in the corner of the room, she thought she saw something weird. She walked back to mirror and saw a reflection, she didn't recognize.

She slowly walked towards the mirror, and hesitantly held a hand to touch the mirror when the same reflection did it as well. She moved back.

That was her.... But at the same time it wasn't

Her original body had blonde hair, know she had black. Originally green eyes, now turned blue. Her skin was still pale white so that was the same. Which sucked, she would still sunburn easily.

What had happened when she fell asleep on her bed last night. She had a feeling she would never get the answers. She simply shook her head. She needed to focus. She couldn't allow things she can't solve now effect her. If this was real and not a prank then it meant life and death for her.

She walked to the open kitchen as it a single room apartment so it was open based. She grab her broom and took off the part that was to sweep. She grab some duct tape and a two knifes and made some sort of spear. She didn't want to get close to those zombies if they were real.

After making sure her diy weapon would last at least for the venture outside, she felt ready to leave. She walked to her door holding the door knob in one hand and her weapon in the other. She took a deep breath and open the door.

Chapter Text

She looked out making sure the hall way was clear but she saw some one standing at the end of the hallway. Her apartment was the at the end of the hallway so she only had one way to go.

"Hello..." She hesitantly called out holding out her weapon as she had fully moved out into the hallway. She could see the person perk up and slowly turned around to her.

She gasp horrified, the "person" had blood all over them and a huge chuck of their neck missing. It started to walk in her direction. She held out her weapon with shaky hands. " Please stop.... I don't want to hurt you" she called out.

The things didn't stop. She knew, at that moment it was real. It was the end and somehow she was now apart of it. As the thing moved closer, she held her weapon higher.

If she didn't kill it then it would kill her so she held her weapon at head point and stabbed when it got close enough. She closed her eyes feeling how easy it was to stab. She could feel tears falling. She opened her eyes and saw on the end of her spear the dead had stopped moving and was now fully dead.

She pulled her weapon out with yank as the body fall on to the floor with a thump. She could feel her hands shaking. 'I just killed someone' she thought. She knew, she shouldn't think of these things as human.

These things were not human but she couldn't help but feel that way. They were someone once, they had a family, friends, lives. And now she killed someone.

She repeated one worded thought in her head. 'mercy' She thought. This was mercy. No one would want to live like that so that was her saving grace. She could only hope if she ever ended up like that someone would give her mercy. As she moved down the hallway and making sure they weren't alive. She stabbed over and over.

She finally finished clearing her floor. The body she was in didn't recognize anyone so that made it somewhat easier. She hadn't check the apartments, she passed but the hallway was cleared.

She wasn't a very religious person but she felt the need to at least give a small prayer asking God to save their souls and maybe they be in peace. She open her eyes and looked at the doors that were closed and maybe have more of the undead in them.

The priority was too find out who she was and where she was. So She moved back to her apartment. Walking in and laying her weapon against the wall, she looked around after locking her apartment door. She walked to some pictures on the wall, it was this body and a man in a sheriff outfit.

The man look familiar but she couldn't place a name. She look at more pictures to see one without the body but a family. The man again, what appeared to be a wife and child. She couldn't help but simple at the photo. They looked happy unlike her family. She look away and by the bed to see a purse. She pinched her nose and sighed.

She needed to get better at paying attention. One mistake could cost her life now. She walked to the purse and dump it out on the bed. What came out was some gum, change. Finally a small wallet fell out. She dropped the purse and pick up the wallet. She open it up to see the id.

Her hands started to shake again cause why did the Id say "Eden Penelope Grimes".

Chapter 3: The Beginning part two

Notes:

Another chapter, to give you readers a better view of how I'm plan on writing.

Chapter Text

She had to sit down. She recognized that last name from a character in show she loved. She was now the sister to Rick Grimes, the main character of the walking dead. At least she had the same name, she had in her other life.

She knew she couldn't be his daughter as she was 20. He was 30, he would have been 10 when she was born. How could this happen. What do she do? Did she try to find him.

Where at was she in the show? She knew she was at least in Georgia as the ID was a state issue Georgia ID, which made things easier. She was glad she didn't have to try to travel cross country. But now that made everything that happens in the show real. That meant this was her reality.

She dropped the ID and put her head in her hands taking deep breaths. She couldn't panic. At least now she had a plan. To find the Grimes family. Even if she may not remember them now, she hope that she would get some memories by the time she caught up to the group.

She knew she was in Atlanta as she was in a city. Was Rick even in the hospital still? Should she just head for the group now and hope for the best that Rick will safely make his way to them like he originally did.

She stayed there for a few minutes. Just breathing in and out. She couldn't just leave Rick in the hospital like Shane did. If he was alive like she saw in the show then she couldn't just leave him there.

Who to say that her now being here didn't change things. She had to make sure, the man was ok. If he was still there then she could wait until he woke up to head to the group. It was the least she could do, that man was now her brother as she didn't know if she would even go back to her original body or universe.

She stood up, she now has to get ready to leave. She needed supplies. It might take a few days but she had to plan on now. She searched the apartment for some paper and a pen or pencil.

Finding some she sat down on the bed again and started to make a list.

1. Find supplies: water ,food , first aid.
2. Put them in her car.
3. Make sure they will last more then a few days
4. Find a map of the surrounding areas. Not just the city.
5. Get a better weapon
7. Find Rick and the group.
8. Make sure she didn't get bit or scratched.

That was just the basics, she knew there was a lot more to plan but for now she was sure that would work. She sat down the notebook. And pen. She moved back to window, she looked out again to notice the sun was now setting meaning it was becoming night.

It had been hours. She could feel her stomach grumble and decided to look for food. She went to the kitchen area and search the cabinets. Most of the food was rotten so she just left it alone until she found a box of granola bars. She ate at least two. She now to be conservative on what food she had until she had more.

She knew she done all she could today, so she decided to go to bed early to get a good night sleep so tomorrow she could do more. She had moved a book shelf in front of her apartment door and made sure that if something tried to come in she could be at least able to wake up easy.

She also made sure her weapon was within grabbing range so if she need to attack. She settle down after getting washed up with some water in the bathroom that was some how still working.

Which to her indicated that the fall hadn't happen that long ago. She laid down looking at the ceiling wondering how her life turned out like this. She turned on her side, she fell asleep pretty quick after the shock of today.

Chapter 4: Leaving the apartment

Notes:

I hope you enjoy, I plan to keeping writing this one so. Let me know what you think I could write better. I love to hear your thoughts😁

Chapter Text

She woke up to some birds out her window. She had hoped it was dream but she was still in the apartment with the diy weapon, she made next to her. She had dreamed some memories of this Eden

What she understood was that She and Rick were close. Shane and her were some what friends He mostly ignored her, and left her alone when he was with Rick. But when they were alone, he at least tried to make small talk and be kind to his best friend younger sister.

She and Lori, got along well enough. With Lori like Shame, they got a long well enough when they were together but they weren't close which was weird since they were Ricks family. The two she was closest with were Rick and Carl. They were like peas in a pod. She had so many memories with the two.

Rick had reminded her of her past brother. So it wouldn't be hard to keep up the secret she wasn't quite his true sister. But At least now she has some memories to accompany the body she was in.

She slowly got up and stretched. She ate her breakfast which was another two granola bars. She got up and looked threw her clothes. Even if this body wasn't hers, she had to live with it so why make things harder by thinking these were the other Eden things and not hers.

Now they were now one in the same. She put some jeans and a simple shirt that wouldn't make her sweaty too much as it was super hot. She cleared the door form the things she put in front of it and grabbed her weapon before taking a deep breath.

She had already cleared the hall, now she needed to clear the apartments. She already had a plan. She would bang twice on the door, if there was someone in there they would open the door if not then it made sure that what ever was in there wanted to come out.

She open the door and stepped out. She could see down the hallway the body she killed the other day. She shook her head, she needed a clear head. She couldn't focus on that these used to be people.

She moved to the apartment in front of hers. She banged twice on the doors and waited. She stood to side and threw upen the door. Again she's banged. She wait for a minute before looking in.

It was a mess, it seems who ever lived here was gone. She thoroughly searched, moving what she did find back to her apartment. She did it over and over until the whole floor apartments was cleared. She was lucky that the apartments were all unlocked which was probably cause of the panic and waiting to get out as soon as possible.

There was one last room. She hoped that it was like the others. She could feel like something was going to go wrong. Like her luck was going to run out. She banged on the door twice. She threw the door open and waited.

She sighed and moved to walk in the apartment when she was slam to the ground the thing start to try to bite her face. She push the thing off her before she stabbed the face. She was breathing heavily. She looked over her body making sure it didn't some how get bite in.

The slam had hurt her back but quickly wore off. 'I should have waited longer' she thought. The walker seem to have been limping which cause it to show up not as soon as the other had. She was stupid, she almost closed her life. She just shook her head and made work clearing the apartment.

She moved the last of the ideas she collected. She written all what she had down. What she had collected would last her at least a few days. After that scare, she wanted out of this walker infested apartment building. So she moved up her plan to leave tomorrow morning.

She also wanted to get to Rick as soon as possible. So she spent the rest of the day moving everything to her car. Luckily she didn't have to go through the front of the apartment. At the end of the hallway was a fire escape.

It seemed like Eden had used it in as a way to leave her building instead of the front door. She could see her car down in the alley way. She wonder how no one before the fall didn't run to tow the car but they didn't. She spent the last few day light hours she had packing her car.

After the last item she locked her car and covered it so no one would notice it was full of supplies. She safely made her way back up the fire escape and back into the building. She moved into her apartment cover the door and sat down on the bed.

She had made plan to not eat anything and have a bit extra breakfast so she could last longer tomorrow. She looked over her list. She didn't quite check anything off as she still need more supplies. But for now her trip to the hospital where Rick would be at hopefully they would last.

Before she got ready for the night she went though her check list. "Windows, locked. Door, locked and covered. Weapon within reach" she said put loud to keep track. Once done she made her way to lay down.

She once again fell asleep dreaming of her new family.

Chapter 5: King county

Notes:

Hi another chapter. Hope you enjoy!!!

Chapter Text

Eden laid there staring at the ceiling. Today was the third day she was here. She had hope like before that this was dream but she was still here. She sat up and moved to look out window which became her routine this past days, she was here. It was still a bit dark but the sun was coming up which meant morning.

It was time for her to leave. She put on the outfit and ate the breakfast she left out the other day. She remembered to eat the last three in the box of granola bars. She was not coming back so no point in leaving them. She sat on her bed longer then she should have as the sun was now up and high in the sky.

She got up grab her weapon and sighed. She was conflicted, she was attacked yesterday but this apartment provided her comfort and safety. She knew logically, she needed to leave it was unsafe to stay in the city but the apartment was comforting. What made her leave was the thought that Rick was alive and didn't know what was going on.

She left her apartment and made her way down the fire escape and too her car which was still full of the supplies she had. She got in the car and set her weapon in the passenger seat. And started the car. Make sure the alley was still open as she remembered Glenn, a character from the show had said some of the Alley ways was blocked off.

With one glance at the window, she drove off. She had a old map, she found in the bottom of a draw in the apartment across from hers. It was probably out dated but at least she could maybe get a general idea of the area.

She follow the road she was on luckily, it led out of the city for her but now it was the hard part. Finding a road to where Rick would be in King county which showed it would probably take all afternoon and be night time she arrived in the town.

So her plan was to stop right before the town and sleep in her car before making the journey to the hospital in the morning.

Driving was a easy thing for Eden, it relax her. But the sight was terrible, the dead walking and following the car as she passed. She was excited, she knew she probably shouldn't be but to finally be out of that apartment and put in the open made her happy.

To actually breathe the air and not be in that hot stuffy apartment. The only down side she could find was the dead. She was now in dangerous territory, one wrong move and she was dead.

As she drove, the hours seemed to pass by and she finally saw her first landmark a gas station. Which made her glance at how much fuel she had. She could probably last until she got to the town but knew she wouldn't last to drive in the town. So she decided to stop to see the abandoned gas station had any gas.

She parked the car and took a good looked around. There was a few cars but they clearing had been abandoned by the way the doors were all left open. And the way they were dusty.

She grab her weapon and got out of the car. She grab a gas can that she found in her trunk at the beginning of her putting her new supplies in the car. The past Eden like to be prepared so she had a empty gas can so if she had ever needed it, she would have it.

She walked up to the pumps try to get gas out of it. She honestly did not know what she was doing and hope it would work. She put the hose into the opening and pressed some buttons on the pump when it started to come out. She did a silent cheer. She could see some other empty gas cans which she took too and filled.

It looked like maybe a herd had pass though which caused everyone to panic and run. She filled her car with the first one and took the two extra and put them on the floor of the passenger seat and made sure they weren't going to fall over.

Before she left she searched the gas station which prove unfruitful. It had already been picked and what was left was rotten. She made her way back to the car and drove off. Not wanting to stick around for too long.

She drove all the way until night fall. Just as the sun had set she could see the sign what usually welcomes you into town. "King county, welcomes you" She read out loud. She drove past the sign and drove until she found a spot to park that was hidden where if someone would happen to pass by they wouldn't think someone was in the car.

Making sure the doors were locked, she ate some uncooked top ramen. It probably wasn't the best but it was what she had on hand and ready. She didn't risk trying to cook something or starting a fire. She leaned her seat back. It wasn't the most comfortable but it would do for the night.

She just laid there looking at the night sky threw her car window.

Chapter 6: Rick?

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

Eden had slept longer since she was going to meet Rick today or she plans too. She wasn't still quick sure how long it's been since the start of the fall. She ate another pack of ramen. She knew she was going to soon find packs of ramen annoying but it was food in her belly.

She fixed her seat and started to drive. She followed the signs which made her quickly find the town easier. She looked at the map she had of the town. To see if the hospital was on there which luckily it was.

She followed the map. The road was empty so it was pretty quick drive to the hospital. She pulled to where the ambulances would unload and parked the car. She grab her weapon and a flashlight as she remembered the stair case that was pitch black.

She got out and walked pass by the dead bodies in white. She could feel her eyes tear up. She clasped her hand in a prayer and gave a silent prayer for the bodies. Finally she made her way into the hospital. She turned the flashlight and started to walk up the stairs.

From what she remembered, the time in the stair case was short so she went up once and saw a door that was labeled south wing recovery ward floor. She pushed open the door and walked in .

It was exactly like the show. Broken Glass, and blood everywhere. Bullet holes in the walls and blood splatter. It was horror sight like one would see in a show. Tears regather in her eyes and made her way down the hall to where the nurses station would.

It was dark, so the flashlight came in handy. As She found the nurse station, she turned and look for a room with the bed in front of the door. She slowly made her way to the room. She look at the label for who might be in the room and prayed.

She looked "Rick Grimes, gun shot wound" . Eden sighed, this was it. Either Rick was still here or he wasn't. The bed appeared undisturbed so that meant he might still be in there.
She put away her flashlight and set her weapon on the bed and carefully pushed the bed out of the way. ' this was it' she thought. She open the door.

She instantly saw Rick on the bed with his eyes closed. She could feel her self becoming emotional. She walked in to his side. She softly set her hand on his head. She set a hand on his stomach to feel if he was breathing.

She had been staying in the hospital room keeping the a watch on the door. She didn't leave Ricks room for a second other than to bring up her supplies that would last her for a few days.

She sipped on her water looking over at Rick. His breathing the past few days she been here had gotten better. Over the days, she been clearing the hospital of all their medications and supplies as those were practically gold during a time like this.

They would come in handy when he woke up and even then when they got to the group. Eden thought about what she would tell Rick. Did she tell him, she not actually her sister? She wanted them to avoid harm which he wouldn't just take I know what I'm doing answer without a good explanation.

So her answer was that she would tell him some of the truth. That she knew the future somewhat and that she was like a version of her future self. That way its not necessarily a lie.

Notes:

We finally meet Rick. After the safe travel will it stay safe now that we have Rick in tow?

Chapter 7: Rick is finally awake

Chapter Text

The days blended together for her. At this point it's been weeks. She thought she had lost Rick the other day this breathe had stopped. But he started breathing again not a minute later. It had been too light for her to tell but got deeper again.

He had practically sent her into a panic. Today was the last day her supplies would last. And she would need to make a run back to the car if Rick didn't wake up.

She sat on the floor playing with her crowbar. She had found it in one of Janitors closet full of cleaning supplies, she had left behind. So they honestly didn't need blench or toilet bowl cleaner but she did take any soap they had.

As strange mumble went though the room which caused Eden to stand up. 'What? Was that a walker' she thought. Looking at the door to see nothing, she turned to Rick who had his eyes open and his mouth groaning in pain.

She drop her crowbar which sounds with a loud clang and rush to his side. " Rick.... Rick. Answer me, are you ok?" Eden exclaimed. She was excited, he was awake. His eyes moved to her face and smiled. "Eden.... Water " Rick asked.

Eden grimace, she now has to explain what's going on to him. But first water. She held a water bottle to his lips and let him take a few mouth fulls before pulling it away.

She could see him become more coherent so she help him sit up. She could see the questions in his eyes. "Let's clean your wound first then questions. Ok?" Eden softly explained.

She went right away cleaning his wound, she hadn't done it yet that day. So that way she now can think about how she was going to answer him.

She could see him become more impatient as the longer she took to clean his wound. She finally finished warping the wound and sat down on a chair that was beside the bed.

She had grab him some crackers to tide him over until she fixed dinner which would be a can of corn. " So what are you questions " Eden asked. She could see him think to ask first.

" Where are the doctors or nurses? Wheres Carl and Lori? Shane?" Rick rushed out all at once. Eden looked at Rick in the eyes. He was going crazy. She grab his hand. "Rick, Lori and Carl are ok. So is Shane. But the world as we use to know it is gone." Eden explained.

She let the words take effect. " What? What happened?" Rick asked. Eden grimace once again. "Well while you were in a coma, the dead came back alive and started to eat the living. I don't know how it started but the news started to spread about a new virus and then it got worse and worse" Eden said not sugarcoating it.

Rick looked to her horrified. " What!" Rick yelled. He tired to get out of the bed. Eden just pushed him back in it. " No you need to rest. I'll explain everything just lay down ok" Eden order. She could see him not wanting to listen to her.

"Like I said people believe it was a virus or infection. No one knew what started it. One day it was just there. At first a fever then sweats. Then they die and start to reanimate. That's when you want to stab or shoot them in the head as that's the only way to stop them. They like noise so if your loud then they will go after you. They can smell you if you get close enough" Eden explained. Rick closed his eyes breathing though his nose.

"Where Carl? Lori?" Rick asked a bit calmer this time Eden noted. This was the hard part for Eden, she hadn't actually seen them yet. She looked in his and couldn't lie so she just told him everything. Her last life, how she not really his sisters soul. What everything, she knows.

Notes:

So She didn't lie. She told him everything. Honestly I was going to have her lie to him but I couldn't bring myself to have her lie. I felt like she needed at least someone to tell the truth too and who better the Rick! Now maybe every thing will go smoothly!!!

Chapter 8: The talk

Notes:

Hi, everyone another chapter. Hope you enjoy this one as well

Chapter Text

Rick stared at her like she was alien from outer space. She knew he probably wouldn't believe her and maybe think she had a brain injury.

"I'm telling the truth. I wouldn't lie to you Rick. I was not going to tell you everything but I couldn't do that. Not when you would think of me as your sister" Eden explained. She could feel Rick still staring at her.

"I believe you. I don't know why but I do" Rick whispered. He could see the truth in her eyes. This person wasn't lying He didn't know what that meant, if this person was not his sister then Where was she?

Eden smiled at least now she had someone on her side. She didn't have to keep everything bottle up and hope everyone listened to her. Now she had someone to back her up.

" If what you are saying in the truth then where is my sister soul. Where is she?" Rick asked sadly. Eden smile died down. "Well in the show, you never had a sister. I'm not sure where her soul would have gone." Eden explained.

Rick looked at his hands. ' so in this show, I didn't have a sister' Rick thought. Then a idea came to him. "What if you are my sister but are now getting memories from another lie you lived before coming here. And all this just made you remember your past life." Rick said.

He wanted this to be true. That this was the case. Eden thought about it. It seemed that could be it. But that would lead to her to that she died in her past life and she didn't remember dieing.

" I suppose but then I would have had to die in my past life and I don't remember that. But that could definitely be a possibility. I do seem to be getting memories from your sisters life." Eden said. It was true that could be a real possibility.

"Your getting her memories?" Rick asked hopefully. Eden smiled again, "Yes I am. I have a lot with you and Carl. Tonight, we are going to stay in the hospital and then get two people tomorrow. Then we leave check the town for supplies and then find Carl and Lori which should be pretty easy since I know where they are" Eden said as she laid the plan out for Rick.

Rick nodded his head. " Do I know these people we are picking up tomorrow?" Rick asked. Eden shook her head, " Nope, but I hope they will be willing to go. I might just kidnap them. They had a terrible future and I don't want that for them" Eden explained.

Rick smiled, it seems that this person was kind and wanted the best for strangers. 'Exactly like my sister would have done' Rick thought sadly. Eden could see his thoughts turn sad.

"So what do you want for dinner, we have corn? Or corn?" Eden asked trying to make him smile. Rick rolled his eyes with a smile on his lips. " Corn, please and thank you" Rick answered.

Eden just shook her head and started to open the can of corn and split it up between the two.

Chapter 9: New car

Notes:

Hope you enjoy. I was busy for the last days or so but I have had time today to add a chapter

Chapter Text

After they had dinner the two went to bed as the whole discussion had taken all day and now it was the next day. The sun had shown though the window in the hospital room.

Rick was already up laying in his hospital. The wound causing him trouble with sleeping. Eden laid in the piles of blankets and a bed from a different room she had stolen from.

Rick wasn't too sure if the woman was his sister at first from what she told him. But if she was getting memories then maybe his sister was hidden deep down in there.

The sun shown though the window more casting a light on Eden's faces which scrunched from the light. Rick chuckled, she reminded him of his sister. Even if she claimed to not be, he will still take her as his sister since it was her body.

One thing that still confused him was why his sister would be in Atlanta. She was supposed to be at college. She had still a year left of school, so she should have been at school. But he supposed, it didn't matter anymore with what's going on that he have yet to see.

"Eden.... It's time to get up" Rick called out softly. Eden turned over and covered more with a blanket. Rick smiled sadly, exactly like his sister. "Eden, we need to go. It morning." Rick said louder and more forcefully.

This time Eden open her eyes and glared at Rick who just smiled. "You said to wake you up when the sun shown though the window and it is so" Rick teased. Eden just sat up, and rubbed her eyes.

"Yes, your right. Sorry. I'm not exactly a morning person" Eden mumbled from her tiredness. Eden stood up and stretched. Rubbing her eyes, she got out some food for the two. Old stale pop tarts, that would be a decent breakfast.

Handing Rick one and eating the other one. Eden brushed her hair and tied it up. She should really cut her hair but she liked having it long. She decided she would think about it.

"The plan in to find, the two people and convince them to join us. Which might be hard, but hopefully it's not." Eden explained as she finished off her pop tart. She made sure she put everything back in her bags.

They had a bit to take to the car, so it wasn't all going to fit. But maybe the military camp near the hospital might have a car still useable Rick could drive. For the time being while in town.

The plan was to get some clothes for Rick which meant stopping by the Grimes house. And then finding the two. Eden did most of the work with putting half of the items in the car which was all her car could fit.

The rest would have to be put in a different vehicle. "You stay with the supplies while I find a car we can get so we can fit the rest of the supplies." Eden said. Rick sat up in a rush and voiced "Absolutely, not. If its as bad as you say. You are not going alone. I allowed you to load up the car cause I can see you from the window but if you going away out of my sight. I'm going".

Eden sighed, "Rick, you're hurt. I can't have you coming with me. One mistake, and your dead. I rather not have to explain to Carl and Lori that you were alive and then died on my watch". Rick grimaced, she did have a point.

"But how then did I get to Carl and Lori. You said in this "show", you weren't there. No one was so I had to leave on my own. So in theory I should be safe." Rick reasoned. Eden did think about that but she changed too much by being here. She wouldn't take the risk.

"No, you are staying here with the supplies. Like I said me being here change a lot probably. I can't risk you going out there and dying. I'll get the car and be right back" Eden order. This time she didn't wait for a reply. She made sure, he had everything he needed.

"I'll be back. I promise. I always keep my promises. The spear there is for killing anyone the dead. Just a stab though the brain and it should be done. Ill be back" Eden added as she left the room and Rick on the hospital bed. Rick stared at the door waiting for her to turn back and say he can come but she didn't.

So Rick was forced to wait until She came back with another car.
