It was 7:30, sun already shining. All the boys and mikaza were out in the main room waiting for you and the rest. The scouts plus some others who helped were invited to an event after killing a particularly difficult abnormal titan.
You were helping Sasha pin up her hair when you heard a knock on the door. “Yeah?” You yell out. “It’s Connie, Levi says we’re gonna leave you if you don’t hurry it up.” Before you have a chance to argue in your defense, historia comes out of the bathroom yelling back, “If we’re leaving anyone it should be you Connie, i don’t even know why you where invited when you didn’t do much of anything”. “Excuse me, for your information- hitch cutting Connie off by opening the door to leave. “We’re not leaving anyone but we do need to hurry or we will be late”, hange cuts in. “okay well i just finished sashas hair so I’m ready” you chime in. “Yeah I’m ready too” historia says following Rico out the door. You had on a tight formal white dress. You rented it just for this occasion and loved how it hugged your body yet still looking professional. When you walk out you notice Levi glacé at you and quickly away. “Quick reminder, its going to be cold so for those who are weather sensitive you might want to bring a coat” Levi announces specifically glancing at you and Sasha. “Yeah, yeah… I just hope there’s some food there” Sasha replys nearly drooling. You go to grab your purse and some water and meet everyone back to the main room. “So is everyone ready?” Hange looking around the room for everyone. Once they’re sure everyone’s there we all start filing out the room, Levi trailing behind. You catch up to Eren and Mikaza. “Oh hey Y/N you look great!” “Aw thanks Mikaza you too.” Eren looking rather concerned about something, “I can’t believe they have us going out this early for a random event the day after we jut fought to death against an abnormal”. “Oh I was thinking that too. The hotels nice and all but i mean the very day after? Why not wait till the weekend.” You reply then looking back to see Armin has caught up to you three. “You gotta admit this is pretty exiting though! I mean we are basically celeberties!” “Tch i guess.” Eren says seeming more annoyed than concerned now.
Two coachmen and 2 wagons. You get in the front part with eren, Sasha, Mikaza, armin, hange, and Levi. Levi annd Hnage sat on the left while you annd everyone else grouped together on the right. Everyone else sat in the second wagon. “Oh no…” you say at the relization how cold it is and you don’t have your jacket. “What’s wrong” hange asks from across the wagon. “I left my jacket back at the hotel.” “I knew you’d forget” Levi says as he begins to take off his jacket. You not noticing and looking at Sasha as she begins to pull something out of her bag. “Don’t worry I expected this from you so i brought a blanket haha” “Ah, thanks Sash.” You reply chucking. “Oh by the way guys i brought some jerk chicken for the ride!” You say as you reach out of your coat. Sasha being the first one to respond as always, “REALLY?!” “Hah yeah here” you hand one to her and the rest on your side. “Hange, Captain, you want some?” “Sure!” Hange says as you already tossed on to her. “Captain?” “Is that your last one?” He says in a monotone. “Yea but I wasn’t planning on eating it if that’s what you’re implying”. “*sigh* pass it over”. course your quick to comply. Despite your horrible pass to him he still catches it before it shoots off the wagon. “Sorry bout that.” You say with an awkward chuckle. “How are you so bad at throwing things yet one of the best ranking scouts?” Armin says as he turn to you with a small smirk. “Honestly I don’t even know myself”. You say that getting a few chuckles out of your group.
About 20 minutes later you ask one of the drivers how much more time till you arrive since it’s almost being 30 minutes at this point. “About another 2 hours. Plus we have to stop for the horses to have a break soon.” You choke at that time. “forget this, I’m taking a nap” While your eyes where closed for just those few seconds hange and the rest of the group exchanged looks. “Uhh “Y/N can you come over here really quick?” “Huh, oh sure” you reply and get up without a thought in your head. Everyone yells out at you but by then it was to late and a certain bump in the road leads to you falling. You braced for impact and shut your eyes closed. To your surprise, instead of hitting the ground you felt yourself being held by someone’s arms You open your eyes meeting with Levi’s and for a short second you swear you can see deep concern cover his face. Only after a split second he gently pushes you off of him. “That was pretty stupid. You should really be more careful” he says looking up. “Oh yeah sorry bout that I don’t know what i was thinking.” You scootch over between hange and Levi. “Damn Y/N, you had us scared there.” Hange says. “I know i know” you say putting your face into your hands. “Oh what did you want to say by the way?” “Oh uhhh i forgot. I guess the shock of you falling make me forget!” She says in the most awkward tone. “Oh uh okay well I’m still gonna take a nap. Wake me once we get there Kay?” “Course” Hange reply’s giving a sly look to the others. You almost immediacy drift asleep, leaning on hange. She whispers your name a few times and once she is sure you’re asleep she gives Sasha a thumbs up. “Oh uh Hange we are gonna play this game you should come over here!” “Ohh okay coming right over!!” She gently pushes your head up and slightly over to Levi and then crawls to Sasha. At this point Levi still wasn’t suspicious of them. He kept is arms crossed over his chest and glancing down at your sleeping body. You looked so peaceful. If he hadn’t know better he would’ve never guessed you could be a scout. he watched the others sit in a circle not fully sure hat they where doing. After a slight bump your whole body shifted onto Levi. Immediatly he looked down, mouth slightly agape and eyes shot open. He desperately looked up to the others likely about to try and ask one of them to move you since he didn’t want to be the one to disturb your slumber. Of course the others pretended the pay no attention so he let you rest there for the rest of the ride. Whole time conflicted about if he should push you off or let you sleep.
once the cart stops everyone starts funneling off, exept for Levi and you since you where still asleep almost fully on top of him at this point. After a few seconds of people getting off and you likely noticing the shift in movement you start to stir awake. You let out a small groan and pull Levi closer, and snuggling up to him before opening your eyes. Shot with embarrassment as you come to realize who you were leaning on you almost throw yourself off him and back. “AH, Uh, c-captain” You say fumbling onto your feet. Before you can say anything else he cut you off “Come on we’re already late”. Likely saying this to reduce embarrassment from the situation for the both of you. You run off catching up to Sarah and the rest of them leaving Levi behind.
You all walk in frozen with amazement from how fancy the place looked. “Wowww how’d they even manage to build something like this?” Armin says talking to Mikaza and eren. Sasha spotted the food table and almost made a dash for it before Hange grabbed her by the back of her dress pulling her almost to the floor. You all were too in amazement to notice the man in front of you waiting for you to introduce yourselves. Levi entually pushes through you all to shake the mans hand and introduce you all.
