"Daddy!" Teddy shouted, running towards his dad.
Remus smiled when he saw his son and picked him up. Teddy giggled and hugged his father's neck tightly.
"How was school Ted?" Remus asked.
"Great!" Ted replied.
The small boy rambled on and on about his day as Remus entered their corolla. Remus hummed in response to everything, paying attention to his son and the road. Remus drove them home and smiled as his son gestured and demonstrated as he talked- a habit gotten from his wife, Nymphadora.
They reached the driveway of their little house, Nymphadora sat on a rocking chair, snoring with her head tilted back. Remus got out of the car and picked his son out of the car. He walked to his wife and pressed a kiss to her cheek which woke her up.
"Remus, you're back." Nymphadora murmured and kissed his cheek.
"You should head to the bed, dear." Remus suggested.
Nymphadora zoned out, considering Remus suggestion. She finally nodded and stood up, patted Teddy's head- making the toddler giggle. She walked into the house and headed to her bedroom. Remus took Teddy to his bedroom and helped the smaller boy out of his clothes. He took the child to the bathroom and put him in the bathtub. Teddy was singing 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star' while Remus bathed the boy, humming along with his kid.
After the bath, Remus put his son into pyjamas and took him to the sitting room where he put on 'Teletubbies'. Teddy immediately focused on the show so that allowed Remus to go to the kitchen and make his beautiful family a beautiful dinner. He put on a black apron and got an onion from the fridge and began chopping it on a cutting board.
Ding-Dong!
Remus froze in surprise. He wasn't expecting anyone. He stopped chopping the onions and walked to the front door. He opened the door and frowned at the person infront of him.
"Was expecting a smile from you, Moony." Sirius said.
Sirius Black stood on his porch with his hair in a messy bun, his dangerous yet amazing body in a leather jacket, a white t-shirt and jeans, his grey eyes still held that dangerous glint from years ago that Remus happily fell for, a goatee sat on his chin- the only visible change that happened to the man.
"Sirius Black.." Remus muttered.
"Did you miss me, Moons?" Sirius gave him a smug smile and stepped closer to him. Remus held a hand infront of him and turned away causing the Black to frown.
"You should go, Sirius." Remus commanded but his tone was soft.
"You don't want me to go." Sirius retorted. "I can see it in your eyes, you missed me and I missed you too."
Remus kept his mouth shut, not sure how to respond to that. He did miss Sirius Black. He wanted to smother the man in kisses and never release him. He wanted to touch the man like it was his last day on earth.
But he was a married man with a kid.
"Please g-" Remus was interrupted by Sirius grabbed his neck and forcing their lips to collide. Sirius Black tasted like danger, smoke and lust. Remus tangled his fingers in Sirius' dark hair causing Sirius to smirk against his lips.

"Imagine asking me to leave then moaning 'don't stop' in three languages." Sirius said, chuckling. Remus ran a hand through his messy hair. He was so fucked. The brunette forced himself to get up. Sirius frowned at his movement and nearly grabbed him back.
"Do not touch me, Black." Remus snapped, his jaw clenched.
"Baby-"
"Don't call me that. I am a married man with a caring wife and a four years old son named Teddy who is a very intelligent boy. My life is absolutely wonderful, Sirius Black. I do not need you and I will not go back to being your fucking dog." Remus barked, stepping closer to Sirius.
Sirius didn't speak. Someone knocked on the door which made the two men look at each other with clear panic in their eyes. Sirius slid under the bed while Remus quickly slid on a huge jersey. He kicked Sirius' clothes under the bed.
"Darling, I'm coming in." Nymphadora said. Remus ran to the door and quickly opened it.
"Dear, you're..awake.." Remus said, with surprise in his tone.
"Well, Teddy woke me up. He was hungry and looking for you. He said he heard weird voices coming from your room." Nymphadora groggily continued, "Are you having nightmares again?"
Remus opened his mouth to say 'no' but that would lead to more questions so he lied. "Yes."
Nymphadora's eyes went wide. She scrubbed her eyes hard as if to remove the sleep. "Oh dear, I thought you were getting better.." Nymphadora said. She grabbed her husband's hand and dragged him to his bed to sit down.
"It wasn't too bad, dora."
"Doesn't matter if it was a nightmare. Were you very stressed? I told you to allow me to pick Teddy up."
"Dora-"
"You should always tell me when you're too stressed dear. I will do absolutely anything for-"
"DORA!" Remus shouted, shaking Nymphadora out of her panic ramble.
"Baby I said I'm fine." Remus stood up and grabbed her shoulders. Nymphadora sighed and hugged her husband and he hugged her back.
"I'm sorry."
"Don't apologise. It's nice to know you're that worried about me." Remus soothed her by caressing her back.
"If you have any more nightmares, I want to be told." Nymphadora released Remus and kissed his cheek. Remus smiled as she walked out, closing the door behind her. Remus quickly locked the door and sighed with his back pressed on the door.
"You're still having nightmares..?" Sirius asked, worry present in his eyes. He was awkwardly holding his clothes.
Remus didn't answer his question but instead said, "Get out of my house, Black."
Sirius' shoulder sagged and he kept blinking as if to stop tears from falling down his cheeks. He wore his clothes and jumped out of the bedroom window. He kept his hands in his pockets and walked away from the house with his head facing downwards.

Remus knocked on the Potters' front door with his right hand while he used his left hand to hold Teddy's small hand tightly. Lily came to the door and smiled immediately at the sight of her best friend.
"Rem-" Remus pushed Lily aside and entered the house causing the red head to frown. James sat on the couch with Harry sitted infront of him. The Potter males frowned at Remus forceful entry. Teddy ran to Harry with a huge smile.
"You told Sirius my address, didn't you?" Remus accused.
"What?" Lily asked.
"Sirius is back?" Harry inquired.
"..You guys didn't know..?" Remus hesitantly questioned.
The two of them shook their head. James cleared his throat and turned away from them. The three adults immediately gave him suspicious stares.
"James..What did you do?" Lily inquired, glaring at her husband.
"N-Nothing..."
The three of them glared at him.
"Fine! Sirius came over two days ago and we were talking then he asked where you were living. I didn't want to tell him but he kept persisting so I said it but ordered him to stay away that you were married and had a son. I swear I did." James blurted out.
Remus opened his mouth and Harry closed Teddy's ears.
"You daft cow is that fucking head of yours a fucking decoration." Remus stepped closer to the man. "Tell me you numpty. If I cut open your head will I see a brain or will it be empty with nothing but cobwebs and spiders? Tell me right now knobhead."
Lily dragged Remus away from James who looked tearful. Remus continued saying slurs as Lily dragged him to the kitchen. Lily forced an apple into his mouth to shut him up.
"Calm down dear." Lily tried to soothe him by drawing circles with her finger on his shoulder.
Remus took a bite out of the apple, slowly calming down.
"Can you believe your daft husband?" Remus murmured. Lily slapped him and forced him to get to her level.
"Do not call my husband daft." Lily warned. "I understand that you're angry, I am also angry at him and I will give him an earful."
Remus scowled and returned back to his height.
"So..did you and Sirius talk about anything?" Lily questioned.
Remus looked around the kitchen trying to avoid the red head's gaze. This reaction caused Lily to get suspicious. She reached for his face and forced him to look at her.
"What did you two do?" Lily asked.
"We slept together.." Remus said, his voice barely above a whisper.
"WHAT?!" Lily landed hits on Remus without stopping.
"Why" hit "would" hit "you" hit "sleep" hit "with" hit "him?"
Remus tried to dodge the woman's painful beating. "It wasn't my fault, he kissed me!" Remus tried to defend himself. Lily abruptly stopped and sighed. She pressed her face into her palms and shook her head in disappointment.
"You have a wife and a kid, Remy..." Lily murmured.
Remus turned his face away from Lily and frowned. "I know.."
"You're in your fucking 30's. He left you for seven years and made you mess. If you go back to him, I will hate you for leaving a beautiful marriage because of a horrible man." Lily said.
"I won't go back to him. Nymphadora's a wonderful wife and Teddy is such a smart and amazing boy." Remus said, smiling as he thought of his family.
"I hope you won't."

Remus sat on a park bench with his camera in hand. His son was at school and Nymphadora was at her 9 to 5 job. It had been so long since Remus just went out to capture the earth's beauty. A young couple were having a picnic, laughing and eating. Remus smiled at the two youngsters.
"I remember when we were like that." Someone whispered into his ear.
Remus yelped and hit the person who whispered. The person fell on the ground.
"What are you doing here, Sirius?" Remus questioned, annoyed at the man's presence.
"Wanted to see your lovely face." Sirius answered, standing up and dusting himself. He was wearing his leather jacket which was absolutely idiotic considering how hot the weather was.
"Aren't you hot under that jacket?"
"Oh I am melting under this, Moony." Sirius smirked.
Remus almost laughed at the statement but forced himself to glare at the man. Sirius cleared his throat and averted his gaze. It was a very awkward silence. Remus had a deep hatred for this kind of silence maybe that's why he said something he shouldn't have.
"We weren't even that lovey dovey." Remus said, gesturing to the couple who were packing their stuff.
"Yes we were!" Sirius retorted. "I bought you flowers and chocolate and-"
"Cocaine. I think Morphine too." Remus interrupted.
Sirius kept his mouth shut and sat back on the bench.
"You still like taking pictures." Sirius said, almost taking the camera out of Remus grip. Remus slapped his hand away in annoyance.
"I didn't allow you with my camera back then what makes you think I will now, Padfoot." Remus replied.
"..I still love that nickname.." Sirius muttered. He sounded so turned on that it was affecting Remus' critical thinking. Sirius was breathing so hard. Sirius moved closer to him and at that moment Remus forgot how to breathe. Sirius smirked at Remus' reaction and grabbed his hand. He stood up and took him to a portable toilet, lucky for them it was unoccupied. He pressed Remus against the door and locked it. Their lips collided messily.
Remus held onto Sirius' leather jacket for support, he pulled him closer, needing the man so much that it was unbearable. Sirius grabbed Remus' waist and grinded against him. They moaned against each other's mouths. Remus wrapped his arms around the other male's neck and tried to pull him even closer. He wanted to feel every bit of Sirius, it was disappointing they were both clothed.
Remus released his mouth, panting slightly. "Let's go to my house. My wife's not home."
A smug smile appeared on the other man's face.

Sirius pulled out a cigarette and a lighter. Remus raised an eyebrow at the other man.
"You still smoke?" Remus inquired.
"Yup, you don't?"
Remus shook his head. Sirius placed the cigarette in his mouth and flicked the lighter. He had to flick it twice before a flame danced infront of him. He took a long drag and exhaled a thin line of grey smoke towards the basil green ceiling. Remus pulled out his phone and his eyes went wide at the time. He had to go pick up Teddy.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck." Remus muttered continuously. He jumped out of bed and looked for something to wear. Sirius chortled at Remus messy movements.
"What's the rush, Moony?" Sirius said, grinning. He casually exhaled a line of grey smoke with his head tilted back.
"I have to pick up my son." Remus answered, pulling a white polo over his head. Sirius coughed and frowned deeply at his answer.
"Oh.." Sirius whispered.
Remus put on a blue jumper and pulled on some jeans. Sirius stood up and put on his own clothes.
"Erm..Should I drop you off?" Remus hesitantly asked.
Sirius shook his head and walked out of the bedroom without muttering another word to the other male. Remus quickly followed Sirius out of the house. He waved at Sirius but he ignored him and began walking away from the house. Remus frowned.

Remus arrived at the diner and immediately spotted the lesbians and their daughter. Marlene spotted Remus and smiled and waved at the male. Remus walked over to them and grinned at them.
"Marls, Cas and Cheryl. My three favourite girls."
"Uncle Moony!" Cheryl stood up and hugged Remus. Remus smiled at small brunette. Cheryl had short brown hair with bright blue eyes, pale freckled skin and braces on crooked teeth. She was a pretty chubby eight year old.
"That you haven't called in two weeks." Dorcas replied.
"I've been busy." Remus responded.
"You should be glad that i'm too happy to be annoyed at you." Marlene said. Remus grinned.
"So..Did you guys order anything?" Remus questioned.
"I ordered some fries and I guessed that you didn't really want to eat so, I ordered coffee for you." Marlene answered.
"Well thank you my favourite blonde." Remus retorted.
Dorcas pulled out her phone and smiled. She looked up and said, "Mary said she's here."
"Mary? I barely see her these days because of her workload." Remus murmured.
"I know right."
A brown woman walked up to them wearing a white and green floral patterned sundress and a green boater hat.
"Auntie Mary!" Cheryl screamed in excitement. The eight year old threw herself on Mary and giggled as Mary caught her.
"Cheryl! You're so big now." Mary said, placing the child back in her seat.
She turned to Remus and grinned at him. "Remus Lupin." She placed her hands on her hips. "Where's my hug, wanker?"
Remus returned the grin and stood up and embraced Mary. She patted his back and buried her head in his shoulder.
"Missed you, MacDonald."
"Missed you more, Lupin."

Remus and Sirius were not supposed to be sleeping with each other anymore. It should've stopped. He had a wife and a son. It was a betrayal to them. He should've stopped this but he missed the man. The amount of regret that filled his heart after sleeping with Sirius was enough to make a villain have a redemption arc. Remus placed his face in his palms and nearly cried right there.
"Let's go to a beach." Sirius suggested.
"What?" Remus looked at the other man with confusion on his face.
"Beach. I want to feel the sand in my toes and your palm in mine."
Remus didn't respond instead he stood up and started putting on some clothes. Sirius pulled on his own clothes. When they were done, they went out of the house.
"I'll drive." Sirius suggested.
"My car?" Remus raised an eyebrow.
Sirius grimaced. "I rather die than allow someone to see me driving a corolla."
Remus laughed loudly and Sirius couldn't control the smile that slid onto his face.
"Ok Mr. Sirius Black the Third." Remus smirked.
Sirius cringed and playfully shoved Remus who was chuckling. "How dare you call my full name, Wolf John McWolfy."
Remus rolled his eyes and shoved Sirius who was now laughing. "Haha, very funny, twat. Now, where's the car you want to drive?"
"Baby we both know it's not a car."
Remus frowned. It took him a while to realise and when he did he took a step back and kept shaking his head.
"I am not getting on your death machine, Black"
"It's not a death machine!"
"It becomes a death machine when you're the one driving."
"Oh fuck you, moony."
"I'll drive us to the beach."
"I won't be caught dead in a corolla, Remus." Sirius said again. Sirius grabbed the other man's arm and dragged him to his motorcycle that was parked a few blocks away. Remus still hated Sirius' motorcycle. It was a standard black bicycle that Sirius got back when they just left college. He remembered the vivid excitement on Sirius face when he bought it with his inheritance.
Sirius handed him a pink helmet. Remus glared but put it on. They climbed onto the bike. Remus shook with fear and adrenaline. He didn't like the bike one bit but he can't deny his love for the rush of the wind on his face.
"Hold me." Sirius commanded.
Remus immediately wrapped his arms around Sirius abdomen. The motorcycle started with a sharp jolt that caused Remus yelp. They leaned forward and zoomed through the street. Sirius kept turning abruptly that it scared the shit out of him.
They stopped at a red light, Remus was holding Sirius even tighter. Sirius looked down and couldn't help the smile that came on his face.
"Sirius!"
Sirius and Remus turned to the sound to see Lily right beside them in a Honda. James was in the driver's seat and waved happily at them.
"You didn't even come and meet me when you came back, that breaks my heart, Siri." Lily said. Lily glanced at the person holding Sirius so tight.
"I apologise, Lils."
"I forgive you dear. So you're on a date.." Lily smiled at the person. Remus' eyes were wide behind the helmet, he turned his head away from Lily.
"Rude." Lily muttered. She stared at the person's neck, it was very tanned and held a rigid white scar that was similar to Remus'. The brown hair poking out of the helmet was the same as Remus' too.
"Wait..Is that Remus?!" Lily screamed. Sirius gave her a sheepish smile and glanced at the traffic light that had turned green. He zoomed away and sighed in relief. Remus was holding him way tighter that it was very uncomfortable.
They arrived at the beach and Remus quickly climbed off.
"Lily is going to kill me. I'm doomed. I shouldn't be here."
"You're right. You shouldn't." Sirius sighed. "I shouldn't be chasing a married man. I'm destroying a beautiful marriage. It's even my fault you're married to her. I shouldn't have left all those years ago. But I was stupid and didn't know I was leaving the best thing that had ever happened to me now I'm chasing you because of regret."
Remus chewed on his lip ad looked away as tears formed in his eyes. They fell down his cheeks and Sirius couldn't do anything but watch.

They walked down the beach barefoot and holding each other's hands. They hadn't utter a single word since. The moment didn't need words, it needed silence and just them.
The sun sank gently, forcing the light to transition to darkness. The sky that was once a bright orange was slowly changing to a dark purple. Remus turned his head towards and smiled at the sight. He closed his eyes and just breathed in.
"Remus, I do love you." Sirius whispered. Remus looked at him. He was surprised at the tears forming in Sirius' grey eyes. "I loved you back then and I felt shameful for it but for the most wrong reason. I felt shameful to love you but now I realise I should be showing off my love by showering you with gifts and admiration. I should've said this years ago but I was just some immature dude with no empathy for others. I'm still some immature dude but I've started showing empathy. I just wanted to tell you you're the only reason my heart is still beating."
"I still love you Sirius. I don't think I will ever stop. But I would have to be an idiot to leave my amazing family for you."
