Just another day. Another day with an irritating purple haired girl. Arghghhgh why the heck did Muu stutter in front of her?
Muu discreetly looks up to once again see her. Sitting there with such little care of the world around her. If only Muu was cuter! Maybe then she would notice me..
Muu’s messing bangs fall on her glasses once again, but Muu ignores it. What’s important right now is to get Rei-sama’s attention! So Muu proceeds to ignore the whole teacher's lecture to come up with ideas.
Hmmm…well she’s been known as the prince of the school, so handsome as a girl that even the most straight girl can’t help feeling a flutter in their heart. Muu’s parents are rich but even with all of that, Muu is never noticeable enough to attract any girl’s attention, let alone Rei-sama’s.
Okay okay Muu! You can do this just ask her out whenever the spring formal is around! But first, you have to become close with her. That would be pretty hard as Rei-sama is always busy, whether it’s with extra curricular activities like basketball or helping out others with homework when they beg her.
Finally the bell rings and Muu bursts out to go secretly in the bleachers to watch Rei-sama play. Muu just can’t help it, she’s so handsome! If Muu had to die, I would like a death from her kiss!
The noises of basketballs flying everywhere is distracting, nevertheless, Muu’s eyes lock onto only one girl, Rei. It’s like a dream and before Muu notices, the practice is over.
Muu waits till all the other basketball players are out of the locker room, waiting for the majestic and elegant Rei-sama! Muu’s feet start moving, like some great will in her awaken, leaving no room to abandon my mission. Fingers gently connected with Rei-sama’s, startling her with a jolt.
“You don’t really know me…but Muu was wondering if we could go to the aquarium together! I heard you really like tropical fish like Muu so I thought you wouldn’t mind going with Muu…If it makes you feel better Muu will pay!”
Rei gives a soft smile in return to the anxious little thing Muu is. “There’s no need, it would be a good refreshing thing to do other than my homework. I’m glad we share the same interests.” Rei laughs with such beauty, leaving Muu speechless. How could such a handsome person be so open minded and kind?
“I’m glad then! Are we going now?” Muni’s eyes sparkle, and Muu probably looks like an excited puppy.
“Sure. Are you paying or should I pay?”
“Ah you don’t have to pay! I have lots of money from daddy and mama so there is no need.”
Rei raises an eyebrow at Muu’s statement but doesn’t press Mu for more details. She simply turns her head, looking at Muu with a radiance.
“Shall we go now? Unless you need time to get ready.”
“No no let’s go! You’re a really cool person Rei-san…You’re the first person to willingly spend time with Muu”
“Really? You’re not even that annoying, or less pleasant to be around. If it makes you feel better I could be your friend!”
Muu’s cheek flush and hands start to moisten. Rei-sama is actively choosing to spend time with Muu and it makes her feel warm, like a bundle of fireworks. Well, now Muu definitely can’t mess her mission up! Muu will be a good friend, one way or another, for the sake of love.

It’s finally the day of the spring formal. Muu was able to ask Rei-sama out as a friend. It isn’t as a lover but it doesn’t matter to Muu at this point. All Muu wants is to spend time with her savior, the one thing giving her more joy than money ever could.
Loud noises are everywhere, lights glaring at the dance floor, and dancing girls are laughing. It isn’t too long before Rei arrives in front of the entrance. When she does, Muu’s face turns upward, excited for this long anticipated night with her!
“Sorry I’m late, I hope I didn’t make you wait long.”
“No it’s fine really! I’m glad you could even come with me in the first place.”
Rei looks down at little shortie Muu and pouts. “What did I say about self-deprecating yourself? You're an amazing person, and you don’t have to be special for you to be.” Rei’s hand slightly pats Muu’s hand, even somewhat stroking her hair.
“Ah I’ll try not to Rei! Now we should go in now shouldn’t we?” Muu’s cheeks warm up from the foreign, soft contact. It’s not her fault that Rei makes her heart thump hard in her chest.
Finally, Muu and Rei enter the dance. In a blink of an eye, Rei grabs Muu’s arm, with a large grin. “Come on! We’re obviously dancing together and we will be awesome!”
Rei’s feet are moving rhythmically and her arms sway in a groove. With her suit, she looks like a handsome prince Muu sees in fairytales mama used to read to her.
Muu smiles. My dream has come true. I truly found the person to cherish and love till the end of time.
And maybe tomorrow, Muu will confess her feelings to her one and only prince.
