Stuck in a Crypt

Summary:

Being stuck in a stone crypt with a vampire is a great way to have a panic attack and piss yourself.

Omovember day 6: Trapped with someone

Notes:

i heavily edited my prompt list, so i'm just not matching up w anyone else. not much of a focus on desperation.

kind of annoys me that there's not just one 'original vampire' like there is for 'original angel' all of the official/suggested 'original vampire character' has fandom after it. vampires are the most normal oc to have not in a fandom

i use mausoleum, crypt, coffin, all interchangeably. i don't care.

Work Text:

Levi wasn’t sure why he kept letting the vampire get away with it. He knew it was wrong on so many levels. He hated it. His skin always crawled with disgust as soon as the vampire left, and guilt swirled in his stomach.

And yet, when the man came back the next day to stand ominously outside his window, he always went out to meet him. He was careful to never, of course, let him inside. Instead they had to find other structures to sin in.

And that led them to the crypt. It was quiet and cold, much like the vampire holding him, and yet his cheeks and insides burned with passion. He must be enthralled, he decided. Just one look at the sharp red eyes of the man and he was possessed to do these wicked things, like neck in a mausoleum.

He tried not to think about all of that when there was a piece of meat in front of him that he needed to touch.

Footsteps on stone echoed out before they could really go any farther.

His panicked look and accelerating heartbeat was all it took for Victor to take action.

The flickering of tochelight started to lap at the stone walls just as the stone slab of an empty coffin slid shut, sealing the two inside.

It was dark and the panic Levi felt at being found out changed to panic of being confined. Cold stone surrounded him and a cold slab of meat lay below him. He could feel the lid just a few inches above his back. He couldn’t move.

His heart didn’t slow down.

Victor wrapped his arms around him, “Shhh. They’re going to hear your heart beating; you sound just like a rabbit.”

“They’re going to hear you talking first!” He whispered back. He wished his voice came out snipper. Instead it came out in pants. His heart was beating in his ears and he could feel his breath start to become labored.

Fuck, he was going to suffocate here. There wasn’t enough air. He was going to die and no one would know where to find him. And if they did, they’d find his corpse laying on top of a monster.

He needed to stop breathing so hard if he actually wanted to avoid that death. But he couldn’t catch his breath. He wished there was any light so that he could look at Victor and asked to actually be enthralled. It was a sensation he rarely felt, but the complete haze and lack of anxiety was just what he needed.

Victor tried holding him closer but that only made him feel worse.

The cold squeezing him was soon accompanied by another sensation; warmth originating from his crotch.

He hadn’t even felt the urge to go. Had it been there from the beginning? How long had they been stuck? Or was it simply fear. No, it must be his body giving out as he was dying. He was dying. This was how he was going to die. Covered in piss and choked by the acrid smelling air.

Finally his hyperventilating was stopped by Victor biting down on his shoulder. His heavy breath was interrupted by a long groan and a sudden flush of endorphins.

Great. The monster he was dying on top of was going to eat him. Still, he found that pain preferable to panicking, and it was something to focus on. It hurt, yes, but there was always something that felt good about it.

He was drinking more than normal. Levi’s breath eventually slowed down and he passed out. His final breaths.

In all reality, Victor had just ran out of ways to try and keep the man calm. His other, failed tools only included holding him and telling him to calm down.

Victor listened to the procession outside the casket in the mausoleum. And once it was over, he easily freed them from the stone prism. He sat with the unconscious man until the blood loss wore off and his quickly cooling pants woke him up.
