Chapter 1: A Bizarre World Tour
Chapter Text
Hello everyone! My name is Darklord331 and today we are bringing you a new story! I’m here with my good friend Light He’arth/Xarazechi.
Light/Xara: Hey. Well… this is a strange combination of series. What brought this idea on?
Well, first I was watching Total Drama World Tour which is the first episode walk like an Egyptian. And then something clicked on my mind, the bow and arrow from Jojo were discovered in Egypt so I had a thought, what if those two worlds were combined, considering how bizarre the two worlds are, one with indefinitely hard challenges and the other a bizarre world full of stands, supernatural beings and unnatural phenomena.
Light/Xara: … Do you KNOW what might happen if CHRIS gets a stand…? Oh, I feel the migraine coming from whatever reality warping power he would get… Please tell me he doesn't get it first? He’s already a crazy loon.
…….Unfortunately. He does.
Light/Xara: … You’ve doomed them, and us, all… you know that right?
It's not me! This one I have been digging, Chris is able to get away from all the legal stuff that shouldn’t be allowed, the lawsuits and the illegal challenges. Someone is backing him and I have a strong guess who it is.
Light/Xara: … I want to argue… But I know you're right about this… Welp… we’re let the genie out… better see what the consequences are… Shall we start?
Indeed so, care to do the disclaimer?
Light/Xara: Right. We do not own the Total Drama Series, Jojo Bizarre Adventure Manga/Anime or Song Titles, Albums or names used for the Stands. We only own our own ideas and OCs. That good?
Yes it is, now onto the chapter.
(CRACK)(A boulder crashed onto Dark’s album as he stares at it for a second before screams)
JOOOOOOOOOOOJOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Light/Xara: … What the heck was that about…?
Chapter 1: A Bizarre World Tour
“Yes sir, everything’s being prepared.” A person spoke through the phone which happens to be Chris Mclean, the host of the Greatest (On the verge of lawsuit) show of history, Total Drama. Speaking over the phone with a smile.
“You failed me twice, one in Island and second Action. You failed to bring me what I needed.” The person spoke through the phone while Mclean nervously adjusted his collar.
“Sir, with all due respect, we couldn’t find it in Wawanakwa and the studios.” Chris said nervously but smiled. “But I didn’t come out empty handed. I didn’t choose the island and the studios for nothing. They had clues on where it was. One part of the map was in the island and the other was in the studios. And it matches all the clues and what we were looking for. It's not just in Canada, it's ALL over the world.”
“I see and how do you plan on finding it if it's across the globe.”
“That's where I need your help sir. What I need…………. is a greenlight for another season of Total Drama.” Chris proposed to his superior. “I call it ‘Total Drama: World Tour’, and it won’t be just one country, it will be exploring all across the globe.”
“And the places you’ll head to are located on the map you found?” the person asked him. “I hope this isn’t just you wanting to just play your silly little game some more.”
“No sir, while I do enjoy torturing my contestants, this comes as the number one priority.” Chris stated, sweating in fear.
“........Very well. I’ll allow it.”
“Thank you si-”
“BUT!” Chris nearly bit his tongue from the surprise shout. “You better not fail me this time Chris. I gave you what you need and I can take it back if I wanted to. Fail me once again and you will find that death is more suitable for you.”
Chris gulped nervously and sweats. “Y-y-y-yes sir!”
“Good, and if you're gonna go for this World Tour, my suggestion, include more than just 18 contestants. I will send someone to help you and make sure they keep a close eye on you. Is that clear?”
Chris was sweating a bit. “S-Sir, is that really necessary? I-I mean, I’m not contradicting your wisdom, only an idiot death wishing fool would do such a thing, but are sending your troops over to watch over little old me a bit much?”
“Consider it… Insurance and motivation to make sure you don't fail me again.”
“I understand………….... Father Enrico.” He said, revealing the name of the other line.
“Good, now then. Do what you were ordered to. Bring me………………………the holy corpses.”
“... Still unsure why you want a corpse of all things Sir, but I’m not going to question why you need it.” Chris stated, looking a little grossed out.
(Plane airport)
“Tell me again how is it that I’m stuck with you people?” A korean girl with a snarky look and attitude said towards the groups, most specifically the dark skinned girl with a big booty. This girl is Heather, the queen bee and a manipulative girl.
“Its ‘cause Chris managed to trick us all into participating in the show again.” A hispanic girl crossed her arms and frowned while narrowing her eyes at Heather. “And this is great, I’m stuck with you again.” She said to Heather. Courtney, the CIT(counselor in training) and the bossy girl.
“Oh great, just what we need, another season with whatever the fuck Chris throws at us. What’s he gonna do? Make us rob a bank, destroy the statue of liberty?” A boy with a black shirt with a skeleton logo on it, has piercings on his face and a green mohawk with a frustrated expression. Duncan, the delinquent boy.
“This is Chris we’re talking about here.” An indian boy said to Duncan with his usual stoic expression while reading a book, Noah the book worm. “Its not a surprise if he makes us do it.”
“......Fair point.” Duncan said to Noah.
“Uhhhh, actually have any of you read the fine print?” A geeky-looking boy said to the group with a gap on his teeth, Cody the Geek and the self-proclaimed Codemister.
“Contrat, contract, I’m here for the food!” An overweight happy go lucky blond haired man shouted, wearing a white sure with a blue maple leaf and green cargo shorts, shouted and raising his arms in the air in excitement. “And to win like last time!” Owen the fat overweight cheerful boy.
“Wait, did you?” a girl with blonde in a pony tail wearing a blue hoodie that exposes her stomach and shorts, Bridgette the Malibu surfer girl.
“Of course I did.” Cody said to Bridgette, taking out the contract.
“Wait, you have your contract with you?” A girl with pale skin with black/green hair and goth clothes said to Cody with a raised eyebrow. Gwen the goth girl and Cody's obvious crush.
“Yeah, my parents taught me to always read the fine print. I had this copied before keeping it with me. Mom and Dad always tell me to keep a copy of a contract so I wouldn’t get in trouble for what I’m signing.” Cody said to Gwen. flips through pages and points at some lines. “See, in here says ‘All contestants agree to participate total drama extended date and is not allowed to back away no matter how horrific, deadly or traumatizing the host will give’”
“WHAT?! Let me see that!” Courtney snatched the contract and speed-read it for several seconds. “How come I never noticed this? I read the contract like five times!”
“It's ‘cause it was hidden through the fine print with clear formatting.” Noah sarcastically said to Courtney.
“Don’t you judge me! I am a CIT-”
“And we get that a lot.” Noah says to Courtney and turns to Cody. “If you knew about this, why did you even sign it if you read the fine print.”
“It was either this or christian camp.” Cody said to Noah.
“Think you picked the better option then,” Duncan stated.
“Just where the hell is Chris!” The big booty girl complained while crossing her arms. Leshawna the big sister group and Harold's girlfriend.
“Ohhh! I bet Chris is speaking with a secret operative about some hidden treasures he wants us to find and make him do all his dirty work!” A red head girl with a crazy expression said with a maniac expression. Izzy the crazy girl.
“... Remind me why SHE’S still invited?” Courtney asked.
“You think Chris wouldn’t?” Duncan asked her.
“... Good point…” She said in a deadpan.
SCCREECHH!
The bus stopped at the airport runway where they all glanced at it for a brief second before getting off.
“Well, time to face the madness.” Noah simply said before getting up. “Again.”
“Don’t worry Leshawna! With my mad skills I”ll be sure to win this and bring back the million dollars!” A nerd with glasses said to his girlfriend, Harold (Dark: You know actually it still surprises me that Harold managed to get a girl with a booty like that. Light: To each their own. Xara: And Love is weird.)
Soon everyone gets off the bus, though as Cody was about to get off, he suddenly saw something far out of his sight but someone was standing above a plane. He gets a feeling that they were looking at him. Closes his eyes and the figure disappears, raising one of his brow in confusion before shaking his head.
“Weird, I thought that someone was there for a moment.” Cody said before exiting out of the bus, just in time to hear Chris' announcement.
“And returning favorites, Noah, and Cody!”
(Airport field)
“Welcome everyone to another season of Total Drama, season 3! I am very glad to be here with all of you guys! The last two seasons were a wild ride!” Chris said to the camera in front of him while smiling. “The first season was so crazy that you could feel the tension, actions, and drama but season 2 was even crazy! Oh boy! Total Drama Action was a wild ride! Alliances were made, people already at each other's throats! Actions, violence and most of all Drama! But I’m here today at Canada’s airport for a special season! This season, we’re gonna travel ALL OVER THE WORLD!” Chris exclaimed with excitement. He hears the bus stop near him. “And they’ll be competing another MILLION DOLLARS!(We’re using American Dollars since it's a more famous universal currency). So let's greet the unlucky vicit-I mean our travelers!”
The bus opened its doors and they all exited out of the bus.
“First off we have the crazy CIT lawyer who just can’t bitch (Foul languages will be censored though will be available for uncensored versions worldwide) her way out of the competition Courtney!”
“Hey!”
“The delinquent who just can’t get out of trouble and is the winner of the Total Drama Action Duncan!”
“I’m ready to kick some ass Chris!”
“Duncan language!” Courtney retorted to her boyfriend.
“Gwen the Goth girl who broke the musician's heart when she realized she’ll be lonely for the rest of her life!”
“Eat a dick Mclean!”
“Leshawana the girl who would smack the shit out of you!”
“I’m glad to be here today with all ya folks! Yo people at home! If you're watching this at home, Leshawna is gonna bring back the million-dollar home baby!”
“Heather! The infamous manipulative bitch who lied, cheated and scammed her way to the top!”
“Screw you Mclean!” Heather shouted at the host before angrily walked towards the others. Though Gwen is not very happy to be with Heather, she narrows her eyes at the queen bee.
“Chris, are there any seats that aren't reserved for the fake hair bald bitch.”
“For your information, this is real hair gothbutt!” Heather retorted at Gwen while pushing their heads together and growling.
“Ohohohohoho! Now this is already getting good.” Duncan said with amusement with Courtney glared at her boyfriend.
“Fastwarding! We have the fan favorites, Cody and Noah! The gayest couple on the network!”
“I ONLY KISSED HIS EAR! I’M NOT FUCKING GAY YOU ASSHOLE!” Noah shouted to Chris with anger.
“Ohhhh! But you can’t deny your feelings Noah!” Izzy suddenly popped up behind Noah and got close to his ear. “You know you like it, you dirty boy~.”
“Can someone please get her off of me?” Noah said while pushing Izzy out of the way with annoyance and frustration.
“Already the Drama is rising,” Chris stage whispered to the camera, smiling while enjoying the chaos “Ah, I missed it. And here is the remaining cast of the World Tour! Lindsay!” The hot bombshell walked out of the bus, blowing kisses to the camera. “Owe-”
“NOOOOOOO! YOU NEVER TOLD ME IT'S GONNA BE AT A PLANE!” Own screamed while being held by a muscular black man while wearing a white cap, DJ the gentle Jamacian giant.
“Come on Owen! It's just a plane!” DJ said to Owen.
“JUST A PLANE?! THOSE THINGS ARE A DEATH MINE! I SWORE I’D NEVER GET ON ONE AGAIN!”
“Uhhhhh, just take him with the others.” Chris said to DJ while the Jamaican man carried Owen to the others.
“Now as I was saying, come from the aftermath show the Malibu surfer girl Bridgette! Tyler the jock and……………. Ezekiel.” Chris said the last one with hesitation.
“This time, I’m not gonna screw up.” The boy wearing a hoodie and a winter hat walked out of the bus with his hands over his pocket. Ezekiel, the homeschool prairie boy.
“Then you better keep your mouth in check,” Leshawna stated, giving him the stink eye.
“I said I was sorry eh!” Ezekiel said with his hands raised in the air.
“Anywho! Glad your all here today folks because now we’ll-”
“AHEM!”
Chris stiffened up when he heard someone clearing their throat, his eyes widened in shock and gulping. Shakily turns around and smiles.
“O-o-o-o-oh! S-s-sir! I-I didn’t know you were th-there!” Chris nervously said to the person before him.
He has light hair, dark eyebrows, and light, sharp eyes. Wearing an equestrian helmet with the letters "DIO" loosely mounted on bending pins emerging from a small ribbon tied at its front, a turtleneck jumper patterned with a diagonal grid, light, mid-forearm-length gloves, jodhpurs with flared hips, and tall, dark riding boots. (Light: Hold on, isn’t that!? What’s he doing in this timeline!? Don’t tell me this is an Eye's of Heaven Situation… Dark: I’m afraid so. Xara: On the one hand, cool, on the other, this is bad…)
“Woah! Who is this person? And Chris is scared of him?” Own asked with shock, forgetting his fear.
“He has to be the same age as us. I mean look at him.” Tyler said to the group.
“Damn Chris is scared of him. If he’s scared then that means this is serious.” Leshawana commented.
For some reason Cody had some uneasy feeling around this person like as if his instincts were screaming that this person is full of danger. Glancing his eyes, he saw Bridgette stiffen up and seem to be weary at him and Gwen, she was narrowing her eyes at the person.
“I was here the whole time, Mclean.” The person said to Chris with his hands in his pocket. “You never bothered to check your surroundings.”
“S-Sorry sir.” Chris said with his head down.
“Next time be more aware of your surroundings.” The person retorted at him.
“Yes sir.”
“Damn, if this guy can make Chris look like he’s a wuss, he’s good.” Duncan already liked the person in front of him smiling.
“Uhhhh, Chris. Who’s he?” Fortunately Harold took the initiative to ask what's on everyone's mind.
The person turned around and glanced at them, then stared intensely at Bridgette as she stiffened up and Gwen gripping her knuckles hard, Cody noticed it but didn’t say anything.
“My name is Diego Brando. I am one of the producers of the show.” The person, Diego, introduced himself to the others.
“A producer?” Noah raised his left eye. “Why is a producer here?”
“If you must know, after the last two seasons this idiot.” He pointed his thumb at Chris who smiled nervously, but his eyebrow twitched in annoyance. “Has broken many regulation TV rules many times in two seasons. The studio does not want to risk another lawsuit like last time, so the CEO told me to come and keep an eye on him.” Turning his eye to Courtney who stiffened up. “So I’ll be his supervisor for the time being. Carry on what you're doing, Mclean.” Diego stepped back.
“Wow Chris, looks like someone’s in deep trouble. Someone has to hold your hand for the whole show/season hahahahaha!” Duncan laughed as the few others joined him. He was cut off when Diego was right in his face when no one was looking, spooking the punk. “GEEZU! What the heck!”
“I’d be careful about what you say Mr. Tarun,” Diego said, looking at him like he was looking into his soul. “Or you might be the first to leave, and not through elimination…”
‘What the?!’ Cody widened his eyes in surprise when he saw that Diego was right in front of Duncan's face. Not just him but the others jumped in surprise. ‘He was just with Chris one second. There’s no possible way for him to move that fast in a second.’
“Woah! How’d you do that?” Tyler asked in surprise.
“I……… have no idea how that's possible.” Noah said with both his eyes raised in surprise before lowering them. “Then again logic doesn’t exist in this show.”
“Jeez louize! Are you a magician?” Owen asked with amazement.
“Stand.”
Cody heard Gwen, turning to her and heard her say Stand. What was it that she was talking about, a stand? What could she be referring to-
“Oh wow! Is that a second figure floating behind you?” Suddenly Izzy was beside Diego smiling. “And wow! He looks intimidating but he’s skinny. And less buffer.”
“Uhhhh, what are you saying Izzy?” Heather asked in confusion.
“If that girl screws loose?” Leshawana asked with her hands over her hips.
“Ignore her Mr. Brando. She’s just out of her mind, all the time.” Chris said to his supervisor.
“........... I see………..” He said to Chris.
“Oh! And now it disappeared! How’d you do that? It's like how Chris does it multiple times!” Izzy asked Diego.
Diego narrowed his eyes to Izzy before back to Chris as he walked to his side and whispered in his ear.
“She can see Stands Mclean. Explain this.”
Chris blinked. “Wait, she can?” he whispered back.
CRACK!
“AH!” Chris grunt in pain when he felt his shoulder being gripped hard enough for the bones to crack while Diego heavily glared at Chris.
“Are you telling me that you never thought that this girl could see your Stand and you never bothered to report this, Mclean?”
Chris winced, but answered. “My Stand affects the WHOLE environment I am in in a 3 mile radious, so I wouldn’t have known she could see it.”
“If she can see Stands then it will be a problem, so is that girl from Speedwagon.” Diego said to Chris. “You're lucky that Father Enrico has sent me earlier cause if he didn’t, then you wish that he hasn’t granted you one more mercy.”
“I understand.” Chris said to Diego as the blond hair producer stepped away from the host.
“What was that about? What are they talking about?” Bridgette asked in confusion.
“Oh! I think they're talking about how Chris' pants are so tacky and he needs to wear something different for a change like a brand new shirt or go to a mall!” Lindsay suggested.
“I doubt that's what they're talking about.” Noah dryly said to Lindsay.
“Cody.”
Cody heard Gwen calling out to him, he turned to her as she still narrowed her eyes at Diego.
“Whatever you do, do not trust him.” Gwen said to the geek.
“You don’t trust him either?” he asked her in a whisper.
“Trust me Cody.” Gwen whispered back to him.
Cody gave a quick nod to her in understanding. “Got it.”
Chris then coughed to get everyone’s attention again. “Alright folks, shall I explain how this season is going to work?”
“What is it gonna be this time Chris?” Heather questioned the host, knowing him he gonna’s make them do another round that could possibly be a life-threatening challenge.
“Hohohohoho! I’ll get to that one Heather, as you know due to the success of Total drama-”
“You put us together in so many challenges we nearly lost all our lives multiple times Chris!”
“-we’ve decided to expand more on the rooster!” Chris said while another bus came in. “Which means we’ve decided to add more competitors! Please meet-”
BAM!
BAM!
“Get your hair off of me!”
“You grabbed my hair first!”
“Then you should’ve shaved it!”
“Like I would do that!”
Two girls rolled out of the bus while grabbing each others hair and brawling. Wearing the same cheerleading outfits and same appearances. Though the most identical one is one who has a mole on her bottom left mouth.
“The cheerleading twins Amy and Sammy!”
“It's Samey!” The one with the mole shouted to Chris.
“My name is Sammy!”
“Your name is Samey so stick with it!” Amy shouted to her sister Sammy. (Dark: I’m not going to always put in Samey as clearly her name is Sammy. Her sister is a mean bitch. Light: You can say that again… shesh… You think Dio would have Amy as one of his minions? Xara: She does give the same vibes as him, to the point of mistreating their sibling. Dark: Oh boy, you're not gonna like this. Light and Xara: … Lovely… there’s two, or three Dios now…)
“Enough Amy.” Diego called out to her.
Amy angrily raised her head before widening in fear on who it was.
“B-B-Brother!?” She shouted in surprise. (Light and Xara: BROTHER!?) “Wh-What are you doing here?”
“I work here Amy.” Diego narrowed his eyes to Amy. “I suggest you stop antagonizing your sister and join the others. Is that clear?”
“But brothe-”
“Do not make me repeat myself Amy.” Diego harshly said to her.
Amy growled under her breath while glaring at Sammy before getting up as she joined the others while Cody quickly ran to Sammy and offered his hand to her.
“Thanks.” She thanked Cody.
“It's no problem, I already can tell she really doesn’t like you.” Cody said to Sammy.
“Trust me, Amy is really mean to me. I just wish she wouldn't treat me like a servant.” Sammy sighed.
“Damn, and I thought family relationships were not that great.” Cody said to Sammy while walking with her. “So Diego is your brother?”
“Half brother.” Sammy said to Cody. “Our Mom adopted him a while ago, and he was taking care of us while our mom was out at work. He might look scary but you’ll get to know him better.”
“Heh, I’ll keep that in min-”
“SAMEY! STOP STALLING AND GET OVER HER-”
“Amy!” Diego called out to Amy, causing her to shut her mouth.
“Hehehehe! We got the producers sisters here folks! Bet you didn’t expect that huh?” Chris said while sweating when Diego was glaring at him. “Now I was saying, meet Ennui and Crimson, the exceptionally pale teens!”
CRACK!
The moment the two of them exited out of the bus, lightning struck adding in two more terrifying and horrifying aura that the two emit.
“........ I’m scared, Noah.” Owen said while horrified.
“Did those two crawl from the depths of hell?” Tyler asked while shaking.
“Oh look, looks like we found your relatives.” Heather said to Gwen despite shaking.
“Piss off Heather, they're not related to me.” Gwen retorted at Heather.
Even Diego was unnerved while Chris hid behind him as Amy got behind Owen while Sammy jumped into Cody’s arm and Bridgette held his left arm while all of them shook. Normally Cody would be flustered but fear has taken control over him.
Diego whispered to Chris, “Where did you find these two? They look like followers of Father. Heck, they somehow give ME the crips.” He realized what he said, and glared daggers at Chris. “Not a word to anyone of what you heard.”
Chris gulped. “R-Right, lips are sealed. As for where I found them… They actually showed up in the audition, scared the crap out of the interviewers, because they appeared out of nowhere. Think one was sent to therapy… or the loony bin. Said something about dark spirits calling them to the show.”
Chris and Diego’s eyes widened and looked at each other. “You don’t think?" Chris asked him.
“We are keeping a CLOSE eye on those two as well,” he hissed at Chris, making the showhost nod frantically.
“Wow, so glad to be here.” Ennui said with an emotionless tone.
“Don’t show too much of your excitement.” Crimson emotionlessly said to her boyfriend.
“Oops.” Ennui said despite not showing any reaction.
Chris gulped down in nervousness while adjusting his collar. “A-And coming from British Columbia, an aspiring contestant who is training for the Olympics, please meet Sky!” He said while a native Canadian girl walked out of the bus.
“So glad to be here Chris! Hopefully this will help me get into the Olympics.” Sky said with excitement as she clearly watched total drama and all the actions, something she’s ready for. “And win the million bucks!”
“Ohohohoh! Hold that excitement for later Sky. Go join with the others. It won’t be a piece of cake.” Chris said to Sky as she walked towards the others. “Next up! We have a charming and suave man, who can rival yours truly, just barely, Alejandro.”
What sounded like charming Mexican music played as a charming Hispanic man walked out, looking like he was from a Tela Novela.
Some of the girls, and a few guys, were blushing and/or fanning themselves.
“I think he beats you in looks Chris,” Diego mocked him.
Chris gave him a deadpan. “I want to make a remark, but I value my life.”
“Oh, please, let me hear it, I want to laugh at your pittable remark,” Diego said.
“Fine you asked for it.” Chris stated, before saying, “Who asked you, you blonde haired wannabe horse jockey.”
“Better than I thought you’d come up with.” Diego said to Chris.
Alejandro walked towards the people and took off his sunglasses and smiled. “Hola amigo! It's a pleasure to meet you all. I hope we can get along.”
“Is it just me, or does his smile look fake?” Cobe asked Gwen.
“I’ve seen enough people to know which is real and what not.” Gwen said to Cody.
“Like he’s acting nice?” Cody asked her. “I was kinda getting that impression as well.”
“Then you're not the only one.” Gwen said to Cody.
“And here we have the nature-loving girl who has spent nearly her entire life in the wilderness, living her life as a hermit, Daw-”
“Excuse me Chris.”
“AAAAAHHHHHHH!” Chris jumped in surprise while Diego jumped as well before turning around to see a girl with pale skin, purple lipstick with blonde hair standing there with her backpack. “How-How did you get there?”
“I was standing here for about 3 minutes Chris.” Dawn said to Chris with a stoic expression. “Your aura is mixed with Grey and Dark. You're not a nice person and you're working for someone that is trying to aim for the heavens.” Dawn said to Chris.
“I-I have no idea what you're talking about Dawn.” Chris said while internally sweating.
“Mark my words Chris, Karma will get back to you for what you have done. And whatever it is you're planning, I will find a way to stop them. Not just you but your group.” Dawn narrowed her eyes at Chris as she walked towards the others. “Before you commit a crime against Mother Nature.” She promised him.
“Explain.” Diego demanded Chris. “Now.”
“No idea sir! I swear!”
“Not only there’s one who can see our Stands but another who can read your aura? She’s clearly a Stand user. And you added her in?” Diego grit his teeth to Chris. “If she knows what Father Enrico plan is, then its clear your not suitable-”
“No please! I swear I promise I won’t make another mistake!” Chris panics clearly knowing what would await him if he failed Father Enrico.
“You better, or so help me, I might not send you to Father Enrico, I’ll punish you myself…” Diego stated, glaring at him.
Chris gulped, not sure if that was better or worse. “A-Anywho here is our next contestant, a scrawny little kid who has been sheltered his entire life but is a genius as he is the top of every class, except for gymnastics Cameron!”
THUD!
A large bubble was stuck on the bus door as someone attempted to get out but couldn’t. “Uhhhhh, little help here? I’m kinda stuck here. I miscalculated how big my bubble is.”
DJ and Noah head towards the bubble and pull it, getting the bubble out.
“Thanks!” A black scrawny boy wearing glasses and wore a red hoodie.
“Why are you in that bubble?” Harold asked him.
“Oh it's because my mom is very overprotective of me, worried I might get hurt or diseases. It's my first time outside and I’m actually kinda nervous.” Cameron answered to Harold.
“Well, she might be right but we don’t have time for that.” Chris said while pulling out a needle.
“Wait Chris what are you gonna do with tha-”
POP!
PPPFFFTTTTT!
“WWWWAAAAAAHHHHHHH!” Chris popped Cameron's bubble which caused it to deflate, dart around and wobble unpredictably.
THUD!
“.......Ow.” Cameron groaned while slammed to the floor. A few winced at the impact.
“Oh… That’s gonna leave a mark…” DJ said, wincing.
“You okay?” Cody asked Cameron.
“Y-Yeah I’m fine.” Cameron said to Cody.
“Here, let me help you out.” Alejandro said to Cameron, grabbed his hand and helped him get up. “Wow, you're as light as a feather.”
“Thanks?” Cameron said, unsure how to take that.
“I apologize if that sounded off.” Alejandro said to Cameron.
“Yeah I can see he’s a fake.” Cody said to Gwen, he already can tell his smile is fake due to his time on the island, he also watched Total Drama Action, plus how many times he had to avoid bullies.
“His aura is Gray and Olive. He’s very calculative with his actions and has secret motives. I can see hints of black around it.” Dawn said to them.
“Woah!” Cody jumped in surprise to see Dawn standing near them. “Where’d you come from?”
“I was standing here the whole time.” Dawn answered to Cody.
“... Are you a forest Dryad or something?” Cody asked her.
“Nope, my father is. I’m only following what Mother Nature has planned for me.” Dawn said to Cody. “And it's telling me that there is a great darkness and reckoning that requires the stars and one who rides the light to stop before they desecrate something that isn’t meant to be uncovered.”
“You sensed it as well?” Crimson asked her, making Cody jump in fright, hand covering his heart. “The Dark Spirits told me and Ennui the same thing. ‘Something wicked will only come, from one whose holy rest comes undone. A great evil shall rise from the dead, to bring back their terror that all men dread’.”
“So the spirits of light and dark seek to stop whatever it is from returning,” Dawn said, understanding her.
Cody, after catching his breath, leaned to Gwen. “Do you understand anything they’re saying?”
“......... Is he also a follower of [The World]?” Gwen asked Dawn and the goth couples.
“No. But he is a follower of one who believes in the ideals of DIO.” Dawn stated.
“... Great…” Gwen said, making Cody even more lost.
“... I’m not sure I’m following any of this…”
“And here comes another genius who is also the top of her classes but also managed to win a debate team, won a physician award for her outstanding studies and is a number one candidate to the highest prestige school, Harvard. Scarlett.”
A girl with red hair, a bun, and glasses walked out of the bus.
“A pleasure meeting with you Chris.” Scarlett said to Chris. “I can already calculate how the show will go and hopefully use this advantage to advance my career and use the money to attend Harvard.”
“Oh yeah, let's hope you can use that genius of yours to survive. And let me tell you, nerds always end up getting booted down, hahahahah!” Chris chuckled while Scarlett walked towards the others. “Here’s someone that's a surprise for you! She comes all the way from Australia! She auditioned for Total Drama and the producers picked her, we had her come from Australia all the way here! Jasmine!”
A very tall black skinned girl exited out of the bus while crouching down a bit before got out of the bus.
“Whoa mama she’s tall!” DJ said in surprise.
“Crikey mate! So honored to be here Chris!” Jasmine said to Chris while smiling. “I watched Total Drama and they always put in dangerous challenges. That's one of the reasons why I signed up for this.”
“Oh trust me Jasmine, there are a lot of dangerous challenges. Glad to see someone is excited and knows what they're signing up for.” Chris chuckled. “Welcome our next contestant, she is an aspiring singer who has won many singing awards and her voice is like a beautiful sunshine ray. And dreams to become a princess like all girls do, Ella!”
“Laaaa~ lalalala la! La! Laaaaaaaaaaaa~”
They heard someone singing from above, turning their heads up and to their surprise, there was a girl in a princess outfit and two hair buns as she was being carried by birds as she sang a melody, descending down to the ground slowly before her feet touched the floor.
“Thank you my feathery friends.” Ella said to the birds as the avian chirped at her.
“........Was it just me or did that girl fly down here with birds?” Duncan asked while scandalous.
“Your eyes aren’t blind Duncan.” Noah retorted at Duncan.
“Wow Ella, your singing is absolutely beautiful!” Chris said, amazed at her singing as Diego was also impressed by her singing. “Which is perfect for our season of Total Drama!”
“Thank you Chris, I hope I won’t disappoint you.” Ella said to Chris.
“Oh no. He brought her too?” Gwen groaned.
“What? You know her Gwen?” Cody asked Gwen.
“Yes, she’s my-”
“COUSIN GWEN!” Ella called out to Gwen, surprising everyone to hear Ella calling Gwen her cousin. Quickly ran to her and gave her a hug. “I’m so happy that you're here!”
“What? Cousin?!” Heather said while taken back. “She’s your cousin?”
“Damn girl!” Leshawana said to Gwen. “I did not expect that this sweet girl would be your cousin.”
“This is why I prefer not to say anything that's family related.” Gwen said while annoyed.
“Oh I’m sorry! Did I make you frustrated, Cousin Gwen?” Ella broke the hug and had a worried expression.
“No it's fine Ella.” Gwen said to her cousin.
“I do apologize for my behavior Cousin Gwen. We’re in this together Cousin Gwen so lets hope we can work together as a team!” Ella smiled at Gwen while Gwen smiled back to her cousin.
“Huh, didn’t expect she’s your cousin and I thought the goth couples are related to you.” Chris said while shocked.
“Just because we’re goth doesn’t mean all of us are related.” Gwen retorted back to Chris. “I have a life outside of the show.”
“Right, well anyway, back to what I was saying. Here are two sisters who are completely opposites of each other! One is a fun going gale and the other is a boring one who’s just way too focused. Emma and Kitty!”
Two girls exited out of the bus, a girl who’s slightly taller than the other had pig tails and was taking a selfie, wearing a red sweater and a skirt while the other had straight hair, with red jacket and an orange shirt walked out of the bus.
“Oh my god! Can you believe it Emma! We’re in Total Drama!” Kitty said while excited and took a selfie by the bus.
“Don’t get too excited Kitty, we’re here to win and get the million dollars so there’s no time for distraction.” Emma said with a stern expression.
“Bummer.” Kitty said with a frown before walking towards the others.
Chris coughed, getting everyone's attention again. “We still have two more constants, people. He considers himself Normal, average and is germaphobic. Dave.”
A lancy, tan skin man then walked off the bus, wondering why he let himself do this again.
“I’m still wondering if this was a smart choice to sign up for this deathtrap you call a show…?” He said, letting out a sigh. “Well… I made my bed, no turning back now.”
“Well you signed up for it and auditioned.”
“I thought it would be somewhere easier like an island!” Dave shouted at Chris.
“You're already here Dave.” Noah said to Dave. “I’m surprised that your parents allowed you to leave.”
“It's because they wanted me to be more of an outdoor person like you, Noah.” Dave said to Noah.
“Uhhhhh, do you two know each other?” Owen asked Noah.
“Yeah, he’s my cousin.” Noah answered to Owen.
“Huh, and I thought Gwen would be the only to have family,” Owen said.
“What does he mean?” Dave asked Noah.
“Turns out, the Princess over there is Gwen’s cousin,” Noah informed him.
Dave looked to see two two polar opposites. “... You’re joking? They look nothing alike.”
“Trust me, we were just as surprised to find out those two were family,” Noah stated. “Never thought Gwen had a happy go lucky cousin.”
“... I have no idea how to take that…” Gwen said, but looked annoyed.
“And now! The last contestant to join us! She’s a sugar-addicted superfan with 16 Total Drama blogs! Sierra!”
An instant a tanned girl with purple hair, pony tail and multiple hairbraids exited out of the bus looking very excited. “Oh my gosh! I love you guys! And this is the greatest day of my life!” She started hyperventilating with wide eyes. “Anybody got a paperbag I can breathe into?”
“Ok I think I can say this to everyone here. She’s really weird.” Noah said what's on everyone's mind.
“Oh my gosh Cody!”
WHOOSH!
She was right by his side with her fingers interlocked and looked very excited. “I’ve dreamt off this moment, only you weren’t wearing a shirt.” She smiled creepily at him.
“Uhhhhhh.” Cody was really weirded out, scout a little bit away from her. “Help?”
“What? Can’t handle a fangirl?” Duncan playfully elbowed the guy. “Thought you’d like the attention?”
THUD!
“Ow!” He winced when someone stepped on his foot. He turned to glare at Courtney as she whistled with her hands behind her back.
Diego whispered to Chris, “... I thinkI’m starting to see WHY you made this show, I’m actually starting to be entertained.”
“Oh, we haven’t even STARTED the chaos yet Sir, this is just the TIP of the iceberg~” Chris stated. “And while they’re off playing my ‘Games’ we can search for the item in each place we land.”
They heard some engine sputtering, causing everyone to turn their attention to an incoming plane that looked like it was barely holding together while the pilot was Chief driving the plane before stopping by Chris and Diego’s side.
“Uhhhh, Chris, what the hell is this?” Duncan asked them while looking at the plane.
“Our new mobile transportation!”
“This thing? It looks like it was built in a rush and held together with duck type, chewing gum, and per.” Lashawana stated.
“... Is it too late to back out?” Dave asked, looking like he was going to have a panic attack.
“Chris, how'd you manage to build a plane? This goes against every plane's safety.” Cameron asked while looking nervous and scared at the plane.
“Relax, it's perfectly safe.”
THUD!
A piece of a plane fell off with a racoon and a rat quickly running.
“....... Chris.” Diego said to him while turning to him. It was not a kind look.
“Ahaha… Uh… Oops?” Chris laughed nervously, sweating a bit. “Cheif and I can fix that. Don’t worry.”
“NO WAY! I’M NOT GETTING IN THAT PLANE! I CAN’T RIDE THAT! CALL THE UNITED NATIONS! CALL A CAB! CALL MY MOM! NO I’M NOT DOING THIS! I’M OUT! THIS IS UNETHICA-!”
DING!
THUD!
Owen was knocked unconscious by Chris with his frying pan that everyone winced.
“If you weren’t going to do something, I was,” Deigo said. “But he is right. I expect you to fix this Death Trap, and get it working, or we’re canceling the show.” He then grabbed Chris by the shirt and brought him close to his face, and whispered in a low tone, “And your usefulness to us…”
Chris gulped. “R-Right away sir.” Turning to Chief. “Chief! Get your tools! We’re fixing the plane!”
“What?! I just finished assembling this piece of garbage 2 hours ago and now you want me to fix it all over?” Chief grumbled as he exited the plane. “Whats the big idea? You told me this flying death trap is supposed to be perfect for flying all over the world when you bought cheap materials on ebay.” Saying this to Chris without noticing that Diego was behind Chief which Chief didn’t notice.
“Uhhhhh.” Now Chris was really sweating with Diego glare at him.
“What made you change your mind pretty boy? Didn’t you spend enough money on your hair gel-?”
“Ahem…” Diego coughs, making Chief freeze, knowing that voice.
“... The CEO sent our producer?" he asked, making Chris nod. “He’s right behind me?” Another nod. “He ain’t happy with this old plane and if looks would kill, I’d be six feet?” and another nod. “I don’t want to look behind me, but need to?” and a final nod.
Chief gulped and slowly turned and saw the IRATE look he was giving the big man. “As impressive as this plane being built and getting here in one piece is. I would ADVISE you to make it a bit more secure. I do not plan on dying on this trip. That also includes my sisters as well. Am. I. Clear?”
“Y-YES SIR!” Chief saluted him.
“Now get to work.”
WHOOSH!
Chief left immediately like a blur with a toolbox on his hand and hammered every part of the plane.
“In the meantime we’ll cut to the commercials. Next time we’re gonna be boarding on a voyage to a million big ones, countries across the states! So stay buckled on TOTAL! DRAMA! WORLD TOUR~!”
“And no ending with a musical tone. It's annoying and gives me a headache.” Diego said to Chris.
“.....Yes sir.”
(Time skip- Egypt)
A few hours passed, and the now better intact airplane landed at the airport in Egypt. Owen was the first to get off, the ride was better, but he still didn’t like being up in a plane.
“You guys are ready for a little fun?” Chris said to them while wearing an Egyptian Pharaoh outfit with a cold drink, sitting on a throne that is being carried by the interns who are also wearing Egyptian outfits.
“Chris what the hell are you wearing?” Diego asked while walking towards them.
“What? I wanted to dress for the occasion,” Chris stated.
“You look stupid and you know it.” Diego retorted to Chris.
“Finally someone said it!” Amy cried out with her hands up in exaggeration.
“Ignoring what you said, I call this challenge, Pyramid Over Under!”
“Are you serious mate?” Jasmine said to Chris with a raised eyebrow.
“Serious Chris? We just got back from an 11 hour flight, and we had to eat Chef’s in-flight cuisine. Now got a challenge?” Leshawana complained to Chris.
“Hey! Your lucky I didn’t put in a musical number-”
“Which the boss and I REFUSE to listen to.” Diego said to Chris. “I’d rather not listen to a bunch of teenagers singing with a random tone that wouldn’t make any sense.”
“Geez, being attacked on all sides here, aren’t I?” Chris grumbled. “Anyway, everyone starts over there.” Chris pointed at the starting line.
“It's like I’m baked in a giant oven.” Harold said with lots of sweat dripping.
“It might help if you didn’t wear that aluminum foil over your head mate.” Jasmine pointed out to Harold. “It only gets worse.”
“Aluminum foil helps to keep my mind from being read by aliens. Don’t you know that pyramids were built by aliens?” Harold said to Jasmine.
“Actually that isn’t true.” Cameron interjected. “There is no scientific proof that aliens built the pyramids or any evidence that proves it. It's just a myth.”
“You know your history.” Jasmine complimented Cameron.
“Th-Thanks. I read lots of history books.” Cameron blushed a little to the black Australians' compliment.
BAM!
Chris slammed a cymbal together with a smile, already liking the tension rising. “Man, that's satisfying! Alright, pyramid over under means you choose how you’ll get to the finish line. Either over or under the pyramid got it? Alright, ready in 3! 2! 1-”
“Are you forgetting something Chris?” Diego interrupted him.
“What? ................ Oh right! I forgot!” Chris slapped his hand over his forehead.
“Ugh, let me explain.” Diego stepped forward while facing every contestant. “Chris has forgotten and failed to mention that in most or every challenge, there is a hidden treasure across every country.”
“What are these treasures?” Sammy asked her brother.
“Glad you asked, sister. It is a component of human bodies.”
“What?!”
“Ew!”
“Are you serious?!”
“Don’t tell me we’re desecrating some graves!”
“Oh joy, you hear that Crimson? We get to see human corpses.”
“I am very excited. I can almost smile.”
“Don’t worry! It's not real! We’re not gonna commit a grave robbery.” Diego assured them. “The network has placed them across the countries and they’re special rewards on those who can find them. The reward for finding them is immunity from elimination and 10,000 dollars.”
“Wait, so we get a side prize from this even if we don’t win?” Duncan asked in shock.
Chris leaned in to whisper, “Wait, I don’t remember THAT being part of the agreement. When was this agreed upon?”
“It was our leader. He placed this agreement to give those teenagers motivations, avoiding elimination and greed that will help drive their focus.” Diego answered back to Chris.
“Couldn’t he have informed me about this sir?”
“If he did, you would’ve twisted into some sick challenge that would be less concerned with them and our leader does not want to waste the opportunity.” Diego answered to the host Chris.
“... I could have at least made it a bit of a side challenge with my Stand to see which would be brave enough to get it, and if they didn’t get it, we’d still get the location of it, sense I can see through my stand,” Chris gripped in annoyance.
“And yet, you couldn’t tell if any of them were Stand Users with it,” Diego shot back. “And are you questioning the Fathers decision?”
“N-No sir!”
“Good, now get back to work.” Turning away from Chris and back to Duncan. “And yes, there is a side prize.”
“Ah hell yeah! Even if I don’t get a million dollars, I wouldn’t go empty handed!” Leshanawa shouted, whooping in joy. “And not a bad sum if I do say so myself.”
“How many of these pieces are there?” Cody asked.
“That is only your concern on how many you can gather but to answer your question. There are 30 pieces. One of those or a few of them could be in the countries but if you could find them, then you’ll be rewarded.” Diego said to Cody.
“Hmmmmm, by my calculations of the human parts. 30 of them, they are the forehead, eyes, ears, nose, cheeks, lips, tongue, chin, jaw, neck, collarbones, shoulders, breastbone, rib cage, armpits, shoulder blades, chest, abdomen, navel, hips, lower back, upper arms, elbows, forearms, wrists, hands and fingers, thighs, knees, shins, ankles, and feet.” Scarlet listed them.
“Alright! Now that my supervisor has explained the special treasures, now then get ready! Set! And GO!”
BAM!
Slamming the cymbal again which everyone began to run towards the pyramids as Chris smiles before the cymbals were snatched from him by Diego and broken it in half, making Chris deflate.
“Uhhhh, ok. Which one should we go to? Over or through?” Cody asked Gwen.
“I’m not gonna climb a pyramid that high especially in this heat. So I’m gonna go through.” Gwen said to Cody.
“Same here!” Heather said while walking to the pyramid.
“Ugh I already have half a mind to go over the pyramid instead.” Gwen complained as she begrudgingly entered the pyramid.
“SAMEY! Get over here and help me climb up the pyramid!” Amy called out to her twin.
Just as Sammy was about to head over to her twin, Cody placed his hand over her shoulder while she looked at him with confusion. “You don’t have to follow her, you know?”
“But-But-”
“Trust me, it's best to not follow someone who thinks you're a minion to them. Instead follow your guts.” Cody said to Sammy.
“He’s right, ya know.” Jasmine chimed in. “You can decide for yourself instead of following her.” The Australian said to the cheerleader twin.
“Trust us, we had to deal with Heather for the last two seasons,” Gwen stated, pointing her thumb at said girl.
“HEY! She shouted in protest.
“... Thank you,” Sammy thanked them. “Diego is the only one that takes my side. I’m… glad to know that you lot have my back as well.”
(Confession Room - Jasmine)
“Crikey mate. Other than her brother taking her side she has been treated like livestock by her sister? Clearly she’s gonna need to learn how to stand up ‘cause in the wild, you have to avoid being scared or else lions and leopards will eat you alive.”
(Confession Room - Cody)
“Not gonna lie, I see a bit of myself in Sammy. She has been bullied by her twin for how long. I also didn’t have friends back in school, everyone picked on me and bullied me for being a geek.”
(Confession Room - Gwen)
“And I thought dealing with Heather for two seasons was rough. Sammy has had to deal with her OWN Heather for all her life. … Is it weird that I want to help build up her confidence to stand up to her bratty twin sister?”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
“SAMMY!” Amy shouted to her sister only to see she entered the pyramid with the others. “Ugh! That stupid bitch!”
“It would be better if you stop whining all the time!” Courtney rebuked Amy with a robe tied on her waist along with Duncan’s.
“Remind me why can’t we head inside of the pyramid princess?” Duncan asked his girlfriend.
“Because it's too dangerous to go inside that death place. I read about it in history that they are filled with traps that would kill you.”
“Come on! Those treasures could be inside!” Duncan argued with his girlfriend, wanting to find the treasure.
“No and my decision is final. Didn’t you read the list that on page 12 you’re supposed to agree with every decision I make?” Courtney reminded her boyfriend.
“Ugh! Fine!” Duncan let out a sigh of defeat.
“Besides, I have a feeling that one of the ‘body parts’ might be ON top of this pyramid,” Cortney added. “It would be too convenient to be placed inside with the mummies and treasure. That would be the FIRST place we’d look.”
“... Okay, now that’s good thinking,” Duncan said, actually taking a moment to consider that.
“Good now hope onto it-”
“Wait!” Amy called out to them. “Can you also take me with you?”
“Why should we?” Courntey questioned her.
“Because it would be much of a hassle if I climbed up the pyramid and I don’t want to be eliminated.” She answered to Courtney before turning to Duncan. “And your a strong guy. I bet you can help with climbing.”
“Sorry, but we’re occupie-”
“Sure you can come with us.”
“What the-Duncan!” Courtney retorted to the punk.
“Come on Courtney, you think it's easy going up the pyramid with just the two of us?” Duncan rebuked back to his girlfriend.
“Ugh fine, but only because three belay is stronger.” Courtney accepted Duncan’s reason.
Cameron struggled to get up the pyramid but couldn’t even pull himself up and fell to the ground and it was just only one block he couldn’t get up. “Ahhh this is gonna be harder than I thought. Physical activities are not my best attribute, especially when my arms feel like overcooked noodles.” Cameron then looks at the pyramid above and thinks for a bit. “Hmmmmmmm, how can I get up there without the risk of straining my arm muscles………………….. I got it!” An idea came up in mind and went off screen to build something.
“Need a hand there mate?” Jasmine asked Cameron, seeing he’s struggling to get up the pyramid.
“That would be great but I’m alright, just need to tie this up around, check the knot, adjust the counterweight and-” Cameron tightens one last bolt with his teeth. He steps back proudly, holding what looks like a homemade grappling hook made out of tent stakes, a slingshot cable, and a busted camera tripod. “-perfect! My prototype, lightweight, pulley-assisted, tensile-grip grappling hook launcher!” he announces, trembling with excitement.
Jasmine tilts her head. “You built that… in three minutes?”
Cameron nods. “Well, technically two minutes and forty-six seconds. I added a reinforced spring mechanism, so all I have to do is aim, fire, and let physics do the rest for me… preferably without any bone fractures this time.”
“Wow, that's impressive mate. How’d you manage to build one?” Jasmine asked Cameron, impressed by his ingenuity.
“Well, I’ve always been a wiz at mathematics and building,” he answered, smiling. “I might not be strong, but sometimes you have to think over your limitations to find multiple solutions.”
“Sounds like you’d be a good survivalist back home,” Jasmine stated. “Ya have ta be clever to survive the outback.”
“Thanks, though I think mom would have a heart attack if I suggested going there. I was lucky enough to get her to allow me to be on this show.”
(Confession Room - Jasmine)
“I’m actually impressed by Cameron’s skills. Despite looking like a stick he knows how to use his mind in tricky situations. If I didn’t know any better he would’ve been a great natural survivalist, if he could work with his body more. ‘Cause in Australia, you have to have both the mind and body to survive.”
(Confession Room - Cameron)
“I read a few survivalist books and guides in my spare time. Mom was really protective of me, I always wanted to go outside. The last time I was outside was when I was in the backyard………. for a second. Maybe I can ask Jasmine for survival tips during my trip around the world.”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
While Jasmine was talking with Cameron, Cody and Gwen were at the entrance of the pyramid. “Okay, I can probably be able to detect traps while we’re in there, I read a lot on the pyramids. But the creatures in there are another matter.”
“So what do you suggest?” Gwen asked him.
“... Well… We could ask your cousin to help us?” Cody suggested to her.
“Oh?” Ella asked, popping up right next to the two.
“I mean your singing can help us avoid poisonous snakes and creatures.”
“It's actually a great idea~! Thank you sir Cody!” Ella said with excitement.
“Though we have to be careful.” Dawn interjected. “I sense there’s something deep hiding inside the pyramid with great power.”
“Whatever it is, we need to prepare ‘cause if we know one thing about Chris, he loves to make something that would kill us.” Gwen said to Dawn before the four of them entered the pyramid following the others ahead.
(Host place)
“I’m absolutely positive sir.” Chris said to Diego holding a map in front of him. “One of the holy corpse pieces is there.”
“How can you be sure Chris?” Diego asked him while crossing his arms.
“Because in the map, the scribes said that ‘He who bears the weight of sin, shall be buried under the birthplace of heavenly kin’. I did some research, and the pharaohs were considered the embodiment of the gods. Heavenly Kin.”
“Hmmmmm, I see. Very well then Chris I see your logic.” Diego said, seeing Chris' reason and the clues fit what Chris describes.
“Thanks sir, now if you’ll excuse me. I have to make this more ‘challenging’” Chris sadistically smiled.
“Just remember, any harm comes to my sisters. You will be lucky to walk out of here with your legs, Mclean.” Diego warned Chris.
“No worries sir. I’ll make sure they won’t get hurt!” Chris said, nodding rapidly. His aura glowed in Orange while smiling. Diego stepped back while the host began to release his stand.
“The Greatest Show.”
WHOOSH!
(Pyramid - Inside)
Inside the pyramid, Cody was looking at the hieroglyphics on the wall. There were three different sets of doors. A Dung beetle, a mummy and an Ankh.
“Uhhh where are we supposed to go?” Bridgette asked while choosing to go inside of the pyramid.
“I’m trying to understand what it says here,” Code said. “My hieroglyphic is a bit rusty. But I can make some sense here.” He said to the group.
“You can read Hieroglyphics?” Gwen asked Cody.
“Not that much. Only some of it.”
(Confession Room - Cody)
“I was a huge fan of the Mummy series. When I was a kid I used to watch those two movies. They were my favorites. I practiced on how to read hieroglyphics cause I dreamt of going to Egypt and going on an awesome adventures, but now, I’m trying to survive what Chris has plans for us.”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
“Hey, check this out.” Cody said while calling to the gang. “In the hieroglyphics, it's said that before their civilization, they encountered an ancient group of people that possessed unnatural powers called Pillar Men.”
“Pillar Men?” Bridgette repeated while raising her eyes.
“Do you know them, Bridgette?” Cody asked Bridgette.
“Yeah, my grandfather told me stories about them.” Bridgette said to Cody. “They were believed to be an ancient race long before the human race. They look almost exactly like us, but the difference is that they are immortal.”
“Immortal?” Owen asked. “Isn’t that impossible?”
“Maybe, but Cody may be right.” Noah joined in, looking interested while taking a closer look at the hieroglyphics. “One of the books I read told that there was a tribe of them, they were called Tribe of Darkness that lived in the American continental.”
“Wow, you know your history.” Emma complimented Noah.
“When you have spare time, the library is best for no distractions and knowledge you can use.” Noah said to Emma.
“Ohhhh cool!” Kitty said while taking a selfie along with Izzy as they pose for the camera.
“Thats impressive. Usually I’m at the library all the time, studying for my classes.” Emma said to Noah.
“What are you studying in, if you don’t mind?” Noah asked Emma.
“I’m studying international law, I’m going to a law school. I hope to win this so I can use the money to pay for my tuition.” Emma said to Noah.
“And I’m here to help her. I signed up to be a part of Total Drama, though mostly to have fun.” Kitty chimed in.
“Now’s not the time Kitty. We need to get moving before we’re last.” Emma said to her sister.
Cody continued to read the hieroglyphics, finding a specific line there. “‘To those who reach great power, one must prove themselves in the eyes of the heavenly kin’ wonder what that mean-”
CRRRRRKKKKK!
Suddenly when Cody pressed on an Ankh it slid inside the wall.
“.....Cody what did you do?” Noah asked Cody.
“........I think I messed up big time.” Cody slowly said.
“He’s gonna die.” Ennui said.
“Oh no, he’s doomed.” Crimson said while speaking in monotone.
CLICK!
CRACK!
“AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!”
“AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!”
“GAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!”
“WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!”
“WOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!”
A floor beneath them suddenly opened causing Cody, Dawn, Gwen, Ella, Sammy, and Bridgette to fall.
“Cody!” Sierra cried out while attempting to reach out.
“Bridgette! Gwen!” Owen called out to them.
“No! We can’t!” Noah stopped his big friend.
“But they could be hurt,” Owen said, worried about his friends.
“We’ll worry about them later! We need to focus on the game.” Noah said to Owen. “They’ll survive cause I’m pretty sure that Chris does not want to get sued if any of them die.”
(Confession Room - Diego)
“Chris has broken so many laws, national and international, it's a miracle that the show is still running. The only reason why it hasn’t been canceled is ‘cause our CEO had to make some calls, lawyers and judges to avoid the lawsuit. We’re already in deep trouble with the RCMP.” Diego pinches the bridge of his nose. “Sometimes I wonder if he’s more trouble than he’s worth…”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!”
Cody was sliding for a while before-
WHAM!
He hit solid ground, groaning. “Ugh… I think I still have most of my bones…”
He barely had time to exhale before-
THUD!
“OOF!” Gwen landed right on his back.
WHAM!
“Ow… Sorry, Cody!” Bridgette crashed down onto Gwen and him.
KRA-THUMP!
“Eep! I’m so sorry!” Ella yelped as she fell directly onto Bridgette, compressing the stack.
WHUD!
Sammy dropped next, knocking the air from everyone under her.
THOOM!
“W-Wait-!” Cody managed to wheeze before-
BAM!
Dawn gently descended last… except she didn’t land beside them like a graceful fairy. She landed smack on top of the pile.
Now, six girls were piled on top of Cody like a human pancake tower. His eyes twitched.
“… This is… not how I imagined being surrounded by girls…” he muttered, voice squashed. “Can’t… feel… my… lungs…”
Gwen groaned from somewhere in the pile. “At least your spine broke our fall.”
(Confessional – Cody)
“I mean… I’ve dreamed about being underneath a group of girls before, but not like this. Definitely not like this.” He pops his back back in place. “That was a pain in the back, literally.”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
“Uhhhhh, where the hell are we now?” Cody asked while everyone got off of him. “I can’t even see anything.” He said as everything was literally pitch black with only their eyes visible.
“Does anyone have any light with them?” Gwen asked the group.
“No.”
“Unfortenetly not.”
“I don’t carry such dangerous weapons with me. It has caused many fires and destroyed nature itself.” Dawn said to them.
“Hold on, I think I got something I-OW!” Cody shouted in pain. “Something bit me!”
“Wait a minute, I think I got something.” Gwen said, feeling along the cold stone wall. Her hand brushed over some carvings when—
CLICK.
“Uh… Gwen? What did you just touch?” Cody asked nervously.
Before she could answer—
FWOOSH!
FWOOSH!
FWOOSH!
One by one, ancient torches along the hallway burst into bright flames, igniting a chain reaction down the walls like a fiery domino effect.
“Well, at least we have some light.” Sammy said, while a small smile before turning it to shock when she turned to Cody. “Uhhhhhh, C-Cody.”
“What?”
“Your-Your arm!” She said while pointing at it.
“What about it?” Cody was confused at Sammy's sudden shockness.
“It-It-It-”
“Oh for crying out loud! It has an arrow lodge in it!”
“WHAT?!” He shouted before looking down to see that he landed on a pile of skeletons and there was an arrow that had a skeleton hand gripping on it lodged in his flash, digging deeper. “AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! There’s an arrow on my arm! Get it out! Get it out! Get it out!”
Cody tried to pull the damn thing out. He would've been thinking straight on the proper way of getting an arrow out of him, but he was in pain and freaking out.
The others go and try to pull it out of him. With all of them pulling, the arrow came out of his arm.
Cody hissed in pain, holding his arm. “Has anyone got a med kit?” He asked.
(Host place)
Diego slowly turned to Chris and Chef, who’s jaws dropped seeing what was in the hands of the contestant through their monitors.
“Chris… Please tell me… that is NOT what I think it is…!” Diego growled at them, making the two gulp in fear.
“If it’s THAT kind of arrow… M-Maybe?” Chirs said, hiding behind Chief. “I-I didn’t think another one of THOSE was here.”
THUD!
BAM!
“ACK!”
“YOU FUCKING IDIOT! THERE WAS AN ARROW IN THE PYRAMID! DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT CAN DO?!” Diego shouted while a mysterious light explosion appeared behind him and something grabbed both Chris and Chief by the collar of their shirts.
“I swear sir! I had no idea that there was one of those Arrows in the pyramids!” Chris cried out. “Just that one of the holy corpse parts was here, honest!”
Chief nodded in agreement. “If we had, we would have grabbed the damnable thing for the CEO.”
“But you two didn’t.”
“We checked every perimeter of the pyramid with our interns (Diego: For crying out loud Chris, you really need to stop using them as guinea pigs. They're not easy to come by). Cody only activated a mysterious mechanism that caused them to drop in a hidden room. I mean can’t you say you can get the arrow from him and compensate him?”
“You really are an idiot you know?” Diego growled at him. “One: I can’t because if I get the arrow and compensate him, not only he but that Joestar will get suspicious as she clearly can see my Stand but also a few others. It would cause our plans, yours to be ruined and will get exposed by the Speedwagon Foundation and they’ll send that traitorous Brando and one of Johnny spawn to come after us. That traitorous Brando has an evolved stand that the CEO can’t stand against and two, you really are a fucking idiot you know Mclean? How many times have you been screwed after tormenting those teenagers?”
“Uhhhhh, probably a lot sir.” Chief said to Diego.
“Quiet you!” Chief squealed at the producer. “Let me ask you this again, do you know, what happens when a person is stabbed by that arrow?” Diego questioned the idiot host.
“Something about awakening a person’s inner power if they are strong willed?” Chris pondered. “But this is Cody, he’s not that strong willed. … I think…”
“That was before you created the show, tormented the kids, made them go at each other's throat for two seasons which helped them grow mentally and physically THAT ALL OF THEM WANT TO WIN BECAUSE OF GREED AND MOTIVATIONS! HAVE YOU NOT THOUGHT OF THAT BEFORE?!” Diego shouted at Chris, which he has a good point about, two seasons of challenges that the cast went through which a normal person wouldn’t have the guts to do so but the bunches of disgustingness, fear factor, death challenges, alliances, and lots of backstabbing.
Chris tried to find a silver lining. “W-Well, what are the odds of him getting a strong and/or versatile Stand? It might just be something that only has minor effects?”
THUD!
“AAAHHH!” Chris shouted in pain when he was slammed on the ground and lifted up again as Diego glared at him.
“You really are stupid aren’t you? It's a fifty/fifty chance that neither I nor the CEO wants to take those chances.”
“S-Sir, I’m sure we can fix this,” Chief said, trying to calm down the situation. “Yes this was AN oversight on our end, but I’m sure we could use this to our advantage if it’s something useful. Right?” Diego turned his glare at him, making Chief gulp. “... Right?”
“If he has that Arrow and discovers its use, not only will he be a threat but others he’ll recruit!”
THUD!
Dropping Chief and Chris on the ground as they groaned in pain, Diego took out his phone and dialed a number.
“Since you two can’t do anything right, I’m gonna make some calls.” Diego said to Chris and Chief. Hearing it ring and bring it close to his ear and hear someone picking it up. “Hello, I’d like to set an immediate bounty on one specific person…………………. His name is Cody Emmet Jameson Anderson. I will send the information…………… set the bounty to………… 50 million dollars. Added 25 million if they can get the arrow.”
Chris and Chief blanched. “Whoa, sir! Isn’t that a bit extreme? Not to question your authority, but shouldn’t we at least see what his Stand is?”
“I am not taking any chances,” Diego stated. “You caused too much damage leaving me and the Father to fix your damn problems. You do your job and I’ll do my own.”
(Back to the groups - On top of the pyramids)
“RRRRRHHHH!!” Cameron pulled himself up while climbing on the sandblocks. After reaching the grappling hook, sweats a lot while panting as he swipes his head. “Thats 1.2 millions. Only 1.1 million blocks to climb.”
“You alright there mate?” Jasmine asked Cameron while reaching up to him.
“I’m…………. I’m just short of breath…………. I need to slow down my heart rate and my body……….. before they think I’m flatlining and automatically shut down to preserve energy.” Cameron pants heavily. “I wish I had water with me.”
“Hah! Look at you nerd.” Duncan laughed at Cameron. “Can’t go up any further?” The punk insulted Cameron.
Cortney elbowed Duncan in the ribs. “Cut him some slack, Duncan. He’s actually doing great for his first time out.”
“... Okay, I’ll admit, the damn grappling hook he made from scraps was pretty awesome,” Duncan admitted, rubbing his sore ribs.
“Stop complimenting the nerd,” Amy stated. “This is a competition.”
“Oh right my bad, I mean how long until your scrawny body can keep up. You look like a stick that can easily be destroyed, hahahaha!” Duncan laughed at him.
“Oi! Stop making fun of him, he’s doing his best.” Jasmine said to Duncan. “At least he’s keeping up.”
“Yeah, when pigs fly-”
THUD!
“AAAAHHH!” Amy was suddenly hit by something. Nearly causing Courtney and Duncan to fall since the three of them are tied up together. Regaining her balance, she was holding something; instinctually she looked down to see a pig on her hands.
OINK! OINK!
“EEEEWWWWWWW!” Amy shouted in disgust before throwing the pig away. “WHERE’D THAT PIG COME FROM!?”
BOOM!
BOOM!
“INCOMING!” Cameron shouted while pointing at incoming projections which were pigs.
“CRIKEY! THERE ARE PIGS! TAKE COVER!” Jasmine shouted before grabbing Cameron and ducked down just before the pigs were slammed onto them.
THUD!
Though Courtney was not so lucky causing her, Amy and Duncan to fall.
“Oh yeah! I forgot to mention that climbing a pyramid sounded so boring, so why not add more fun to it! Better hope you can climb up the pyramid without getting turned to smashed pork! Hahahahaha!”
“CHRIS THIS IS HIGHLY UNETHICAL! THE PETA WILL NOT LIKE THIS AND THIS IS EGYPT! A COUNTRY OF MUSLIM POPULARITY!” Cameron shouted to Chris.
(Host place)
BOOM!
BOOM!
“Hahahahahahahahaha!” Chris laughed while launching pigs towards the contestants that are climbing up the pyramid.
Diego crossed his arms while watching the host shoot pigs. “How many lawsuits are we gonna face, Chief?” He asked Chief.
“I dunno?” Chief said, shrugging. “I’m just here for the free entertainment.”
Diego groaned, pinching the bridge of his nose. “First the Arrow… Now this…? I’m starting to get a mig-” Diego stopped to see that one of the contestants being fired on was Amy through the monitors. “... Chris, did you look to see WHO was on the pyramid?”
“No why-? … Oh.” Chris was confused about what his supervisor was asking until he saw who it was.
“Alright that's it. Chief, take over.” He said while cracking his knuckles.
“Hehehhee, I-Uhhhhh, I swear I didn’t look where I was aiming sir!” Chris nervously walked back while Diego was walking to him.
“You have ten seconds headstart before I give the viewers and the contestants the karma you very much deserve.” Diego stated, before his body started to morph.
“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Chris shouted while running away.
(Confessional - Chris)
Chris looks beaten up with a purple eye and lots of bruises all over his face, with a few scratch marks all over his body. “This is why most people prefer not having your boss to work closely with you. I wish they could’ve sent someone else to ‘chaperone’ me… like Miuccia or Rikiel.”
“So you'd rather have someone else to chaperone you than me?” Diego's voice is heard outside of the confession before grabbing Chris on his collar, what looked like a clawed hand grabbing him, and dragged him out. “Looks like you need another lesson!”
“AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! NONONONO! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIT-!”
(Inside of the Pyramid)
DJ, Crimson, Ennui, Harold, and Leshawana ran through the halls and passed by mummified animals. DJ slid back to where the animals were.
“That's a real dog!” DJ said while surprised and turned it to a sad expression. “Poor little guy.”
“In ancient Egypt, when a Pharaoh's pets die they mummify their pets which they believe would allow them to go to the afterlife.” Ennui explained to DJ. “This is my first time seeing one in person.”
“This is truly amazing.” Crimson said with a monotone. “I always liked to know what it is to be mummified.”
“Maybe we could see if we can in the future.” Ennui said to his girlfriend.
“... I don’t know whether that's creepy or wholesome.” Leshawana stated.
“... Reminds me of the Addam’s Family a bit,” DJ said.
“You watched the Addam’s Family?” Harold asked him.
DJ shrugged. “As creepy as they are, they are entertaining. And also ‘cause my momma wanted me to be prepared for any creepy stuff since she saw the scary killer episode.”
“Alright as much as we want to continue, we gotta get going before we’re dead last!” Leshawana said to the group.
“In a minute Leshawana. Just let me honor these poor animals.” DJ said to Leshawana and turned to the mummified dog and smiled. “Hey there little guy, wished I had a biscuit to give ya-”
“I wouldn’t recommend touching it.” Crimson interjected DJ before his hands could reach the mummified dog.
“Huh? Why not?” DJ asked the scary goth girl.
“Egypt is known to have hexes and curses. It's the home of cursed stuff, if you dissecrate their corpses or touch something that isn’t meant to be touched they will be cursed forever.” Ennui answered DJ.
“What?! I could’ve been cursed!?” DJ shouted while pulling back his hand with a shock and terrified expression.
“I am SO glad we have you two with us,” Leshawana stated, making sure not to touch a thing. “I don’t feel like havin’ a curse on me. Had to deal with that back on the island when someone touched something they shouldn’t have.”
“We gotta get moving before-”
BAM!
They turned to see a boulder slammed behind them as it began to roll towards them.
“-BEFORE THAT BOULDER TURNS UP INTO GROUND BEEF!” DJ shouted in horror.
“AAAAAHHHHHHH!” everyone shouted as they ran for their lives.
(With the others)
“AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!”
They weren’t the only ones screaming while horrified, Heather, Dave, Ezekiel and Sierra were screaming while running away from what they think is a mummy but its actually Izzy wrapped like a mummy, didn’t help she had her hands up like a zombie.
“Guys guys guys! You should totally check this out! It's so awesome while being tightly wrapped around I mean how cool is that?” Izzy said to the running away groups while walking like a zombie.
(The other people)
“Owen, did I ever mention that using your big body can be used as an advantage?” Noah said to Owen.
“Yeah?”
“Well I guess this is your chance now.” Noah said to him while he, Owen, Ezekiel, Kitty and Emma pressed themselves to the walls while beneath them were snakes that were slithering around and hissing.
“But I can’t! I’ll die by those vicious snakes!” Owen said to Noah.
“I’ve seen you getting bit by some venomous animals and eaten things that aren't meant to be eaten. I want to thank God or curse him that your fat can be of some use.” Noah said to Owen.
“This is not how I imagined it to be in Total Drama.” Kitty said while afraid.
“Just stay calm Kitty, as long as you don’t look down. You’ll be fine.” Emma assured her sister.
“Please don’t say that, whenever someone says ‘don’t look down’ it causes people to do just that, you know,” Noah stated, groaning.
Kitty looked sheepish.
(Back to Cody)
“Ugh holy shit!” Cody groaned out in pain while Dawn was wrapping a bandage around his arm.
“Be still!”
“Sorry about that!” Cody apologized to Dawn. “I’ve gotten hurt many times before, including getting mauled by a bear. Surprised to have come out of that one alive.”
“Well it's a good thing you heal fast.” Bridgette said to Cody.
“Am I lucky or what?” Cody said to Bridgette before getting up. “Can’t believe an arrow was shot into me. I didn’t even notice it until now.” he said before looking down at the arrow and being taken back. “Huh, this is new.”
“What is it Cody?” Gwen asked him.
Cody bent down and picked up an arrow as the skeleton hand fell off. It was a golden arrow with a butterfly on the side of the arrow blade.
“I’ve never seen any arrows like this before.” Cody said while looking it over at each side, examining it. “It’s very intricately carved. Most arrowheads are never made like this.”
“Now that you mention it, it doesn’t look like one of Chris' usual cheap items.” Gwen chimed in.
“Yeah, and I’ve seen many arrow designs before.” Bridgette said while interested in the arrow.
“Hmmmmm, let me see, it looks closely like gold, the eyes on the butterfly seem like there isn’t any flaws in it. I think I might need to take a closer look at it when we get back, maybe a vendor can take a look-”
“Cody! Be careful with it.” Dawn said to Cody, interrupting him.
“Huh? What do you mean?”
“Mother nature has told me that this arrow holds great power and many will and have sought over it. It holds a great power and yet a deadly aura.” Dawn warned Cody.
“... It’s not poisonous, is it?” Cody asked, worried that he was now poisoned.
“No, but I suggest you keep it with you. Trust me Cody, it holds a great power of destiny over it.” Dawn said to Cody.
“I…….. I think she isn’t lying, Cody.” Bridgette said to Cody.
For some reason his instincts tell him to trust Dawn and what she says, he thinks they aren’t lies. He’s not so sure but he feels like something in this arrow was more than what it looks like. He’s not sure what it is but he’ll get to the bottom of it. “Alright whatever you say so Dawn.” He said before putting the arrow away. He turns to see the skeletons and finds a book there. “Hey a book.” he said before getting the book that's beside the skeleton, and picking it up. “Maybe this will tell us what the arrow is.”
“Maybe this will tell us what the arrow is.” Cody said, brushing dust off the ancient-looking book. The cover was worn with age, marked with strange symbols and a faded scarab emblem.
“Careful,” Gwen warned. “Old books in pyramids usually mean curses or puzzles… sometimes both.”
Cody slowly opened it. “Relax, it’s just… Egyptian drawings, star charts, and… uh… pictures of people getting crushed by boulders. Great.”
Ella leaned over his shoulder. “Oh! Maybe it tells us how to get out of here!”
Dawn closed her eyes for a moment. “The spirits whisper of a passage… a hidden way beneath the falcon engraving on the wall.”
They all turned to the wall, spotting the carved falcon above a stone slab.
“Worth a shot.” Gwen said, pressing her hand against it.
CLICK.
The slab groaned and slid open, revealing a narrow passageway descending deeper into the pyramid.
“Finally, a way out!” Bridgette said with relief.
They stepped inside cautiously, torches flickering to life as they walked. Cody clutched the arrow and the book nervously.
“This place is giving me major Temple of Doom vibes,” he muttered.
Sammy looked ahead. “Does anyone else see that big metal plate on the floor up there?”
Cody squinted. “Probably just a pressure plat-”
CLICK.
The ground rumbled violently beneath their feet.
Gwen’s eyes widened. “Cody… what did you do?”
“I DIDN’T EVEN STEP ON IT THIS TIME!” Cody yelled.
BOING!!!
A massive hidden spring-loaded platform shot up beneath them with explosive force.
“AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!”
The entire group, Cody, Gwen, Bridgette, Ella, Sammy, and Dawn, were launched straight upward like human missiles.
They blasted through a crumbling stone ceiling, soared past hieroglyph-covered walls, and shot out of the pyramid-
FWOOOOOOOOSH!
-crashing into the sand right next to the finish line where Chris and Chef were standing with cameras rolling.
Cody’s face was buried in sand as he mumbled, “I hate this show…”
Chris grinned at the camera. “Now that’s what I call fast-tracking your way to the finale!”
Cody pulled his head out of the sand, shaking the remains out of his hair, and spitting out what got in his mouth. “Uh… Reminds me of the times I was at the beach…” Cody said, groaning.
(Confessional – Cody)
“Yeah, being a nerd at the beach is not fun… Bullies tend to bury you for fun…”
(Back to the groups - On top of the pyramids)
“Almost there…………………………. yes!” Cameron shouted in victory while reaching the top.
Duncan whistles, seeing the view from the top of the pyramid. “Got to admit, this view is awesome.” He took another step, when one of the bricks of the pyramid fell under him, causing him to catch himself, and opening a secret passage. “Sweet! I might have found the hiding body part!” Duncan then looked in to see if he found the $10,000 prop piece.
“Hey! I should be the one to get it!” Amy shouted, about to push Duncan out of the way, but was stopped by Courtney and Jasmine.
“Duncan was the one to find it, so he should get to look,” Courtney said.
“Ya mate, it’s the rule of scavenging in the wild,” Jasmine said.
Amy glared at them, but huffed. “Fine… I didn’t want to go into a dusty old room anyways.”
“AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!”
“Huh, what the-DUNCAN!” Courtney suddenly heard her boyfriends shout from inside of the pyramid though was suddenly yanked inside of the room with Amy due to them being tied together.
“WAAAAAAAHHH!” Amy shouted while being dragged inside.
Cameron and Jasmine looked at the dark entrance with nervousness and hesitation.
“Should………… Should we do something?” Cameron asked Jasmine with hesitation.
“You know, it's best not to go in the deep dark corner. Something like ‘don't wake the beast up’.” Jasmine said to Cameron. “Lets just go on ahead mate. Going down shouldn’t be too hard for you.”
“Considering I won’t have to use my upper strength and avoid slipping at the risk of breaking my bones. I think it's much easier.” Cameron said to Jasmine.
They heard some grunting and turned around to see a pair of hands at the top of the pyramid revealing to be Sky dragging herself up.
“Finally I’m at the top-ahhh! I’m not the first?” Sky asked before seeing Cameron and Jasmine.
“If you arrived only 3 minutes ago, then you would have.” Cameron said to Sky.
“Shoot! I only took one break to catch my breath! Ugh! So close!”
“We still have the climb down,” Cameron said. “We should-”
RUUUMBLEEE!
The three of them braced themselves, after the WHOLE pyramid shook.
“Criky! What was that!?”
(With Duncan)
THUD!
Duncan jumped in the hole and crouched for a second before getting up and looked around.
“Great. Creepy, dusty, smells like mummy feet… feels like home,” he muttered with a smirk.
The chamber was dimly lit by dying torchlight, casting long, jagged shadows across the sandstone walls. Strange hieroglyphs lined every surface—some depicting pharaohs, others showing traps swallowing terrified explorers whole.
He ran his hand along the wall. “Huh. Either this is ancient history… or Chris spent way too much budget on set design this season.”
WHOOSH!
“GAAAHH!”
Suddenly a strong gust of wind blew, covering his eyes. Lowering them while annoyed.
“Is this some kind of trick that you're trying to scare me Chris? Think again cause that 10,000 dollars is mine-!”
“What do you offer?”
“Huh?! What the fuck was that?” Duncan suddenly heard a deep voice that spoke through his mind. “Is this one of your gizmos Chris? Bring it on!”
“What do you offer?”
“Again? Let me tell you what my offer is, a knuckle sandwich! And I’m ready for a delivery!” Duncan growled while cracking his knuckles.
“Offer must be made.”
Hearing some stones grinding each other, Duncan looks ahead to see the walls splitting, revealing a dark corridor and for some reason the punk felt unnatural.
“Uhhhh, Chris? You can knock it off now, hehehe. I think I get the message now. Chief? Alright I know you're pissed at me but come on! You gotta admit it was fun.” Duncan nervously laughed while slowly taking his steps back.
“You will make an offering.”
WHOOSH!
“WOOOOOAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!”
Suddenly Duncan was sucked and pulled into the dark corridor with Courtney and Amy. Duncan looked down and realized he was still tied up with the two of them.
“SHIT! I FORGOT ABOUT THE ROPE!”
“AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!”
“THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT YA DAMN PUUUUNNNNNKKKK!” Amy shouted to Duncan before they were pulled into the dark corridor.
(With Duncan, Courtney and Amy)
THUD!
“OFF!”
“AAHH!”
“OH SUNNVABITCH!”
The three were now in a pile, in another room of the pyramid.
“Duncan… What did you do?” Courtney asked her boyfriend.
“Nothing princess I swear!” Duncan said to the CIT. “It's probably one of Chris' damn death traps. And I told you we should’ve taken the ropes off!”
“Ugh! I still can’t believe why my brother didn’t fire him.” Amy groaned. “I just got into his stupid show and now I’m already stuck with a lowlife and a bitch.”
“HEY!” Courtney said to the mean cheerleader twin.
“Woah I’d be careful what you say about that sweetheart.” Duncan said to Amy. “Princess here has a nasty temper.”
“I do not!”
“Yeah yeah whatever suits your mo-...............” Duncan was about to say something until he stopped and saw what's in front of him.
“Duncan?” Courtney said to Duncan. “Hello, are you there?” waving her hands in front of him but no response. Turning to what Duncan was looking and was equally stunned as well. “Oh……. my…………… god……” Courtney said with disbelief. Not just her but Amy as well as they looked at what's in front of them.
In front of them, carved into the sandstone wall and illuminated by a soft, golden glow, was something none of them expected to see in an ancient Egyptian pyramid.
A large, perfectly preserved portrait of Jesus Christ.
His expression was calm, compassionate—his eyes gentle yet powerful. Beneath the image, ancient text was etched in stone, translated into English beneath the original script:
“What… the heck is Jesus doing in a pyramid?” Duncan muttered, completely thrown off his usual sarcasm. “This has to be a joke… right?”
Courtney took a cautious step forward. “This isn’t one of Chris’ props,” she whispered. “This looks… real.”
Amy’s tough attitude wavered. “Okay… that’s actually kinda creepy. Why would something like this be down here?”
Just below the portrait sat an old altar made of white stone, cracked with age but carefully maintained. On it rested a chalice, a broken loaf of bread carved from limestone, and faded carvings of a final meal: The Last Supper.
Courtney swallowed. “This doesn’t make any sense. Egyptian tombs don’t have Christian iconography. This is thousands of years apart.”
Duncan looked around the chamber. Symbols of ankh, scarabs, and hieroglyphs were blended strangely with crosses, doves, olive branches, and phrases written in Latin and Greek.
“This………. This is the portrait of the last supper.” Courtney said to them.
“You know this Courtney?” Duncan asked his girlfriend.
“I’m christian Duncan, remember?” Courtney reminded her boyfriend. “It was the last supper of Jesus Christ with his disciples before Judas Iscariot betrayed him. It holds a significant influence to Christian.” She said to them.
“There’s one thing I don’t get, what is a christian portrait doing in an Egyptian Pyrami-?”
“When the Holy son, on the last day of supper, he has said “This is my body, which is given for you.”. Body broken, blood shed. Thy has made his sacrifice. Once more I shall ask, make your offering.”
“... Did anyone else hear that?” Courtney asked, looking worried.
“T-That might have been Chris messing around.” Amy said, not sounding sure herself.
The voice echoed once more—deep, sacred, merciless:
“He gave His body for salvation.
Will you give yours… or be judged unworthy?”
CLUNK.
Courtney’s eyes widened. The walls around them, massive blocks of sandstone engraved with both hieroglyphs and crosses, began to shift inward, grinding like ancient gears.
GRRRRRRKKKKK…
Dust rained from the ceiling. The floor trembled beneath their feet.
“What-What’s happening?!” Courtney yelled.
“The room… It’s shrinking!” Amy shrieked.
Duncan spun around, every wall was moving toward them, slowly but steadily, like the jaws of a stone beast.
The angelic statue stepped forward with a stone nail and a golden blade, its voice resonating through the chamber: “Offer flesh. Or be crushed beneath it.”
Courtney grabbed Duncan’s arm. “We need to find a switch! A lever! Anything!”
Amy pounded on the walls. “There isn’t one! We’re going to die here!”
The space was already smaller—barely enough for them to stand without their shoulders brushing the walls.
Courtney whispered, trembling, “Jesus offered His body to save others… The sacrifice is symbolic but… here it’s literal.”
Duncan’s jaw clenched. He looked at Courtney, then at Amy—panic on their faces.
Then he looked at the golden blade and the flat stone slab set before the altar—shaped like an arm rest.
He exhaled. Once.
Twice.
Then stepped forward.
“Duncan? What are you doing?!” Courtney shouted, eyes wide.
He turned back, smirking weakly but real. “Buying us a few more seconds, princess.”
Amy’s voice cracked. “Duncan, don’t you freaking dare-”
GRRRRKKKHHH!
“Lay thine right arm upon the altar. Blood for life. Sacrifice for salvation.”
Duncan lifted his right arm onto the cold stone slab.
Courtney grabbed him, tears in her eyes. “Duncan, stop! We’ll find another way, please!”
He gently removed her hands. “…It’s just an arm,” he muttered. “I’ve got another one.”
The golden blade raised itself, guided by unseen force. Courtney screamed. Amy shut her eyes. Duncan didn’t flinch.
SHHHHK!
Blood hit the altar. The entire room froze.
The walls stopped moving, mere inches from crushing them. The statue spoke, softer now:
“Sacrifice accepted. Body given… life preserved.”
Courtney caught Duncan as he collapsed to his knees, clutching his wounded, bleeding arm, partially cut, not severed, but deep enough to mark the sacrifice.
“…Ow,” he muttered weakly, forcing a grin. “Better me than you two.”
Courtney held him close, eyes wet but fierce. “You idiot… You absolute idiot.”
Amy looked away, jaw tight, but for once, silent.
“You have proven. Sacrificing thyself without hesitation for your allies, for your beloved. Thus are worthy in the eyes of Gods and King.”
CLICK!
GGGGGRRRRRKKKKK!
Something opened near them and an altar slowly slid up before them. On it, on top of it was a preserved upper right arm body piece.
“Take it, it's yours.”
“Geeze… All this for a piece of a prop body?” Duncan asked, wincing as Courtney was tending to his arm. “Well, you can tell the others I’d give up pieces of myself to protect you.” He said, trying to lighten the mood.
“You idiot, that was reckless of you.” Courtney stated, looking upset at him.
“But hey! At least I got the arm!” Duncan said while lifting the right arm.
“That looks more like a corpse's arm! Just what is it that my brother and the damn network want with these?” Amy said with discontent.
“I dunno.” Duncan shrugged his shoulders. “Maybe for halloween?”
“And beware, of the one that follows the world and the one attempting to reach heaven itself.”
“... Well that’s not ominous at all…” Duncan said in a sarcastic tone.
RUUUMBLEEE!
Suddenly the whole pyramid shook. Nearly making all of them lose their balance.
“Uh oh! That's not good!” Duncan shouted with his eyes widened.
CCCRRAACCCKKK!
BAM!
BAM!
BAM!
“What’s going on?!” Amy shouted while avoiding falling debris.
“The whole pyramid is crumbling! It's starting to fall apart! We need to get out of here!” Courtney shouted to Duncan and Amy.
“Oh great, we destroyed a national treasure….” Courtney said, sighing.
(Confessional - Courtney)
Groans as she puts her head in her hands. “Great… and I thought the property damages for the last two seasons were something… I just hope Chris gets blamed for this and not us…”
(Confessional - Diego)
His eye was twitching in pure anger. “CHRIS YOU ABSOLUTE MORON! WHY DIDN’T YOU TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE DESTRUCTION OF A WHOLE DAMNABLE PHYRAMID!”
(Confessional - Chris)
“... I really hope the studio does get mad at me for this… I’m already in deep/hot water…” Chris gulped, pulling the collar of his shirt in nervousness.
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
“No time reminiscing about a destroyed architect! We need to get the fuck out!” Duncan said before seeing a boat there. “There! Let's get on that!” He said before running towards the boat.
“Are you crazy?!”
“Do you want to think about your lives or waiting to get crushed by a collapsing pyramid?” Duncan retorted to Amy.
“... Fair point, let’s move!” Amy shouted, as three grabbed the boat.
“What’s the idea for getting out of here?” Courtney asked Duncan.
“Our ticket out of this place!” Duncan said to Courtney.
BAM!
“Now get in!” The CIT and the mean cheerleader immediately got in and the boat began to slide down.
Courtney and Amy scrambled into the boat, gripping the sides as Duncan jumped in after them. The moment his foot hit the floorboards-
CHNK!
The carved stone ramp beneath them shifted downward, revealing a steep, polished chute that glistened like worn marble.
WHOOSH!
The entire boat lurched forward.
“W-WAIT, WE’RE MOVING?!” Courtney yelled.
“WE’RE FALLING!” Amy corrected, screaming in fear.
“Nope, we’re sliding!” Duncan grinned as the boat shot forward, sails flapping uselessly behind them. “Hold on!”
The boat flew down the hidden passageway, bouncing off smooth sandstone rails. Flameless torches ignited in rapid succession along the walls as they passed, casting long shafts of golden light.
Just like some unholy mashup of a water slide and ancient death trap, the ride twisted around tight corners-
WHOOOSH!
Left turn, nearly tipping.
BAM!
Right turn, Amy’s head slammed into Duncan’s shoulder.
“OW! WATCH IT!” Amy yelled.
“STOP MOVING OR WE’RE GONNA TIP!” Courtney screamed as she held onto the edge for dear life.
Hieroglyphs and painted murals whizzed past them, some depicting peaceful pharaohs… others showing boats just like theirs plunging into giant crocodile mouths.
“Oh that’s comforting!” Duncan shouted sarcastically.
The slide grew darker… then suddenly, light appeared at the end.
“Is that… daylight?!” Courtney gasped.
“Either that or we’re heading straight into the sun god’s mouth!” Amy yelled.
BOOM!
BOOM!
Debris began to fall as stones crumbled.
“WE’RE NOT GONNA MAKE IT!” Amy shouted in horror.
“DUNCAN! IF THIS IS THE LAST MOMENT WE HAD TOGETHER! THEN I WANT TO SAY I ENJOYED OUR TIME TOGETHER!” Courtney shouted while hugging Duncan.
BAM!
Looking up and Duncan saw a stone falling to them as he widened in horror. “NO! NO! NO! NO! I DON’T WANT IT TO END LIKE THIS! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!” He shouted while hugging her as the falling stone nearly fell on them as they closed their eyes.
Unknown, if Duncan kept his eyes open, a dark green aura surrounded him and a dark figure manifested behind him as it pulled its hands.
“KIIIIIIIIIIIAAAAAAAAAAAA!”
BOOM!
And smashed the falling stone to pieces. Not just stopping there as it destroyed the incoming rocks with rapid attacks.
“KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIA!KIIIIIIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!”
(Outside the pyramid)
KA-BOOM!!!
The pyramid crumbled as they burst from the ground and slid through the sand and to the finish line while hugging each other.
“Well, Amy, I didn’t know you were Bi?” the smug voice of Diego called out.
“WHAT?! I’M NOT BISEXUAL BROTHER! I DON’T LIKE GIRLS!” Amy immediately shouted to her brother and jumped off of Duncan while glaring at her brother. Until she realized they were not in the pyramid anymore. “Wait, we got out?” Amy asked while stunned. “WE’RE ALIVE!”
“We did?” Duncan said to Amy before opening his eyes, seeing the sun and the sand. “Oh thank god we’re alive!” Duncan praised while pushing Courtney off and kissed the sand, which wasn’t a good idea as he spat out said sand from his mouth.
Courtney let out a breath she didn’t know she was holding. “Oh… I thought we were actually goners that time…” she said, before slumping over the side of the boat.
“I trust you made it out alive?” Diego asked them.
“Yeah… With a souvenir…” Duncan said, holding up the Right Upper Arm. “If the challenges for getting these things are like that… I think you should raise the prize money… $10,000 is NOT enough to risk our lives for these things…”
Diego looked to see the crumbling pyramid and the other contests making a mad dash to get out of it. “... I’m starting to think raising it to the original Season reward of $100,000 might be more beneficial in the long run…But as promised. You are the first to receive the $10,000’s and are safe from elimination. Here is your prize.” Diego said before giving Duncan a suitcase of cash to him which he snatched it from his hands.
“AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!”
They heard multiple screams, looking up to see Alejandro and Lindsay quickly getting off the pyramid and running.
“INCOMING!”
“COMING THROUGH!”
“MAKE WAY! MAKE WAY!”
Cameron, Jasmine, and Sky all slide down with the sign as a surfing board to the ground, reaching the finish line. Cameron, Jasmine and Sky all had a scared and/or horrified expression while Cameron was hyperventilating.
“Oh thank god we got out before being crushed by boulders.”
THUD!
THUD!
THUD!
THUD!
“AAHHH! OOOFFF! ACK! GAAAHHH! AAAAAAHHHHH!”
Though… Tyler fell through the crumbling pyramid with multiple impacts before sliding to the finish line as the jock groaned in pain in the sand.
“QUICKLY! THERE’S THE EXIT!”
Noah, Owen, Emma and Kitty all quickly ran out of the pyramid. Soon Heather, Dave, Ezekiel and Sierra followed alongside and finally DJ, Crimson, Ennui, Harold, and Leshawana all quickly got out of the pyramid.
“Ok…..” Noah panted while not being used to running this fast in his life as he slowly regained his breath. “I know Chris is insane but destroying a national architecture, what is he trying to do to make a point?”
“Better yet when the Egyptian will report to him because there’s no way he’ll get away with this.” Emma chimed in with Noah’s statement.
“Wait, where’s Izzy?!” Owen noticed his crush isn’t here with them. “She could be still inside!”
“YEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!” came the cry or Izzy being shot out of the pyramid, riding a chariot, while balancing it without an animal to pull it.
BOOOOOOMMM!
“... Found her.”
By the time Izzy got out, the whole pyramid crumbled to the ground and smashed to pieces.
“YEEEHHHAAAA! THAT WAS FUN! LETS DO IT AGAIN!” Izzy shouted after crossing the finish line.
““NO!”” Everyone shouted at her.
“WOAH! What happened?” Cody asked while shocked. “How did the pyramid collapse?”
“One of Chris’s challenges for getting one of the prop body pieces…” Duncan stated, rubbing his bandaged arm.
“That is correct. Duncan Taurns is the first to win the side prize in obtaining a body piece and is safe from elimination.” Diego said while putting away the body piece though Dawn got a glance of it and widened her eyes and gasped silently.
“No, the holy son's upper right arm.” Dawn silently said though enough for Cody to hear it.
“Where’s Chris right now?” Sammy asked her brother, seeing the host is not here.
“That damn idiot is currently hiding from getting detected by the Egyptian authorities so he’s out for now.” Diego scowled.
(Confession - Diego)
“And for the record the Network is not responsible for the collateral damage of national property as all of it is Chris's responsibility. Why, just why did the CEO still keep him here?”
(Confession - ???)
“Honestly, I’m wondering that question for myself as well.” A mysterious dark figure said to the confession
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
“For the remaining challenge. I will be in charge until the lawsuit is settled.” Diego grumbled.
“What about Chief?” DJ asked him. “Couldn’t he help you?”
“He is, he’s currently setting up the challenges as we speak,” Diego answered to DJ. “Anyway, now that all of you are out of the pyramid, this is not just a normal challenge, it is a team set up.”
“So, how is this going to play out?” Gwen asked. “Is it going to be like last season?”
“Normally yes but due to everyone rushing in, and Chris not here. So I’ll assign your teams based on the ones that got out first.” Diego said to them. “Cody, Gwen, Dawn, Bridgette, Sammy (Amy: It's Samey! Diego: Shut up Amy or else I’ll disqualify you.) and Ella. You are the first to get out so your team one, team two Duncan, Courtney and Amy, you are team two, Alejandro and Linday, you are team three and finally team four Noah, Owen, Emma and Kitty you are the last team to get out. So here’s what's gonna happen, when I call your name, you'll be assigned to the teams.” Diego said to the group. “Cameron, Jasmine, Sky; you’re on team one. Sierra, Heather, Scarlett; you’re on team two, Ezekiel, Harold, DJ, Leshawana; you’re on team three, Dave, Izzy, Crimson and Ennui; you’re on team four.”
“Guessing we’re going to have team names?” Bridgette asked, as everyone got to their teams.
“Hey wait a minute.” Leshawana interjected. “Team one has three more players and team two and four have one more player than us. Only team three are the only ones that aren't even.”
“That's Chris’s problem. Whatever shit he’s done he has to fix it himself so I don’t care. I’m only here to chaperone.” Diego simply said to Leshawana.
“... Would it be possible for you to be the host for the rest of the season?” Duncan asked.
“I HEARD THAT!” Chris shouted from the plane.
“I’m not much of a host person as I rather not deal with the already loads of trouble Mclean has made over the seasons.” Diego said to Duncan. “And if I was the host I’d rather have Chief to take over since he’s more experienced.
“HEY!”
“THANK YOU SIR!”
“Now like what Bridgette said, you teams decide what will be your team name. You have five minutes.” Diego said to the group before he walked away from them.
Team one all huddled up in a circle.
“Ok, this is our first group meeting. What do you think should be our team name guys?” Cody asked the teammates. “Any suggestions?”
“Hmmmmmm, how about Team Wildlife mate?” Jasmine suggested. “From what I’ve seen from the show, it's all about survival.”
“To be fair, we’re trying our best not to die from what Chris has got for us.” Gwen said to Jasmine.
“How about Team Shining Knight?” Ella suggested. “We could be the knights shining in victory as knights are heroes and save the day?”
“No offense cousin but I doubt that would work. I like the tales of King Aurther as much as the next, but we’re not the Knightly sort of group.” Gwen said, making her cousin pout.
“The Roaring Suns?” Cody suggested. “I know it sounds Geeky, like from a comic, but it would fit.”
“Hmmmm, close. How about Team Olympics?” Sky suggested. “In the Olympics, talent, skill and motivation is the only way to win the game.”
“Sounds tempting.” Gwen said to Sky.
“What about The Techno Knights?" Cameron suggested. “A modern twist to Shining Knights.” Cody and Cameron fist bumped.
“Oh, this is hard…” Sammy said. “Maybe… Something that combines a few of our name suggestions… Like… I don’t know… Team Wildlife Olympic Knights?”
“Knowing Chris, he’d find a way to make a roast out of it.” Cody said to Sammy. “Sorry Sammy.”
“It's fine.”
“What about you Gwen? What do you think should the name our team should be?” He asked her.
Gwen thought long and hard of what the team name should be as it was challenging to think what the name should be. She nearly gave up until she remembered one of the stories her elder nephew told her about, from their journey across the land all the way to Egypt which is poetic since they were in Egypt.
“How about…………. Starfall Crusaders?” Gwen suggested them.
“Huh, that's actually not a bad name.” Cody said to Gwen. “I’m all up for it, what do you think guys?”
“Not a bad name mate.”
“Same here.”
“It's actually a delightful name cousin!”
“It…. actually sounds better.”
“Could’ve been better but it's a good name.”
“So it's settled?” Cody asked the group. “Team Starfall Crusaders it is.”
With Team One, a.k.a Team Starfall Crusaders, having their name deceased, the camera pans over to Team Two.
Sierra, Heather, Duncan, Courtney, Amy, Ezekiel, and Scarlett were in a circle… while Heather and Amy were arguing that THEY should be the team leaders.
“I’m telling you, I’m in charge,” Heather stated, glaring at Amy.
“No, I am!” Amy shouted back. “I’m actually MORE important than you!”
“You did NOT just say that!” Heather shouted, leaping at her, the two fighting each other.
“Great… We have two Heathers on our team…” Courtney said in a deadpan.
Ezekiel pinched the bridge of his nose. “I wonder if I can annoy Chris and Diego enough to toss me out immediately…?”
“Oh no you don’t, if we have to suffer with them, you’re suffering with us,” Duncan stated.
“This hostility wouldn’t be that good. If we have to work as a team we need each other's cooperation.” Scarlett said to them. “I suggest after the challenge, we pick a leader.”
“I’m the leader!” both shouted at her.
Scarlett then had a dark Aura around her after they shouted at her, her hair starting to stand on end, her smile forced. “I said… C̸͓̱͍̹̟͎̽͒̌̆͒̓́͜͝͠ą̸̒̾͝ĺ̴̛̖͍̈́̈́̄̑̀͆́͝m̴̥͇̹̦͕̄̅̀̅́̈́̂͋͐ ̸̢̛̩̠̻̝̮̙̬͍͝Ḍ̷̻̰̈́̀̀̍̈́̓͌͂̔̓̽̃̿͠o̸̡̰̫̳͙̻͕̻͕̭̟͌ͅͅw̵̧̩̻̃̌̏̾̈̔ͅņ̸̼̣͈̘͙̖̤̆̐͌͜…̷̡̰͙͉̼̥̠̝̮̤̜̖̈̊͊̆̃͐̂̕ͅ!̵̧̮̥̣͍̖̲͎͔̰̈́͂̒̑͐̏͒́͗̈́͗̌ͅͅ” (Light: … Is she related to Kashinas Uzamaki…? Dark: AAAAAAAHHHHHH! Xara: … Vedic is still in the air…)
“Y-Y-YES MA’AM!” Heather and Amy hugged each other while shaking with wide eyes.
The ones closest to Scarlett scooted away from her.
“And I thought YOU could be terrifying, Princess…” Duncan said to Courtney.
“I don’t know whether to hurt you, or agree with you for that comment," Corurtny said.
Scarlett then calmed down, taking a few deep breaths. “Sorry, I normally only do that when someone does something stupid.”
“... I mean…” Ezekiel trailed off, looking at the two cowering Queen Bees. “You’re not TOO far off with those two…”
“HEY!” both girls shouted at him.
The others tried to hold back their snickers from Ezekiel’s Roast, while Duncan was on the ground laughing his ass off.
“Dun-Snicker-Duncan, don’t laugh…” Courtney tried to scold her boyfriend, but was trying to hold back her laughter. “W-We need to get back to-hehe-to picking our Team Name.”
Meanwhile with the other teams, while Team Two was trying to compose themselves, the camera changed to Team Three.
“I propose Team E-Scope!” Izzy proposed. “Short for Team Kalediscope!”
“Hmmmmmm not a bad idea I’d say senorita. What do you think?” Alejandro asked the group.
“We’ll keep it as a back up if we can’t think of something,” Leshawana said. “It’s not bad, but we should see what everyone has in mind.”
“Yeah!” Izzy cheered. “Glad you guys like it though~”
“Choosing our own Team Name is kinda hard, to be honest,” Harold said. “What about Team Victory?”
“No need to be rude Harold but I doubt that we would be winning every challenge. Considering Chris.” DJ said to Harold.
Harold looked sheepish. “Yeah, I figured it was a bit pretentious. It was just the first thing to come to mind.”
“Oh, oh, what about Team Good Looks~!” Lindsay suggested. “Everyone here is pretty cute, gorgeous and/or handsome~!”
Harold pointed at himself. “Even me?”
“You’re cute in that adorkable kinda way. I think that’s how it’s pronounced.” Lindsay said to Harold.
“Ahhh, thanks Lindsay.” Harold smiled to Lindsay.
(Confession - Harold)
“I haven’t really got the chance to hang around with Lindsay but she is a sweet girl, not as sweet as my chocolate goddess Leshawana. I have been watching her actions for a while. I think what I can say is that Lindsay has some cases of a dyslexic symptoms. I mean it's obvious for her to be really clueless and airheaded all the time. Maybe after this challenge I can do Tyler a favor and help Lindsay with her problems.”
(Confession - Leshawana)
“I have to admit, as airheaded as she can be, Lindsay can be creative. I mean, she DID suggest getting a hair cut from Chief of all people. I feel like she had that in mind for Heather after she betrayed her on the island. That takes REAL imagination to come up with.”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
The camera then changed to Team Four.
“I suggest Team Vultures.” Ennui suggested it to the team.
“Vultures are known to be a representation of death and decay. They are considered to be bad omen.” Crimson added. “And scavenge dead animals to eat and survive in the wilderness.” The teams had an uneasy expression towards the goth couple.
“Uh… Can we try something LESS terrifying?” Owen asked, raising his hand. “Like Team Banquet?”
“I know your whole thing is food Owen, but I don’t think our team name should be like that…” Noah said. Owen looked sheepish.
“How about Team Besties!” Kitty suggested. “We can be like the best team there is. And become best friends.”
“Kitty no, that's not gonna be the name.” Emma said to her younger sister.
“Uh… what about… Team… Wild Expedition?" Dave suggested, sounding unsure. “Sorry if it sounds too normal.”
“... Okay, now that sounds cool,” Owen said, pointing at Dave, who was surprised.
“Yes, a bit of everything mixed in, for the Wild Unknown is scary at times, and we are the brave ones to explore it,” Crimson said.
“Very poetic,” Ennui said.
“Simple… yet effective,” Noah said, actually liking the name.
“... Huh… I actually didn’t think you guys would go for it,” Dave admitted, looking bashful.
Diego stepped up. “Alright, have you chosen your names?”
“We have sir. We are Team Starfall Crusader!” Cody said to Diego as a logo of a shoot star appeared above them.
“Team 3 is Team E-scope, short for Team Kalediscope!” Izzy said with a rainbow shape color appeared above them.
“Team 4 is Wild Expedition.” Noah announced with a wild explorer logo above them.
Deigo turned to team 2. “Team two, do you have your team name?”
“We have, Team-”
““HEATHER/AMY!”” Both Heather and Amy shouted at the same time.
“Oh come on!” Duncan shouted in annoyance.
“No wait! That's not the team name!” Courtney said to Diego.
“You’ve already chosen a name for your team so unfortunately, it's going to be team Heather/Amy.” Diego said, groaning and pinching the bridge of his nose. “... But I might give you leeway if you tell me THE actual name of your team in the next 5 seconds.”
Both Heather and Amy were about to shout again, but Scarlett was right behind them, aura on full blast, making the two gulp in fear.
“OuractualteamnameisTeamDarkKnowledge!” Duncan and Cortney shouted at the same time as a black book icon appeared over their team. The two let out a sigh of relief.
“Better.” Diego said, nodding his head.
“Thank you sir,” Ezekiel thanked him. “I might have just said screw it and left if Heather/Amy was our actual team name…”
“It's honestly a lot better name than having it be their team name.” Diego said to Ezekiel.
“HEY!”
“WHAT THE HELL BROTHER?”
Diego shakes his head before pointing at the four carpets, the orange one had a stick on it, the blue one had a camel on it, the dark one had a boat on it and the green one had a goat.
“Continuing on what Chris left behind, the second part of the challenge, the camel race.”
“Camel race?” Harold said in confusion. “Where are the camels?”
“That idiot host is supposed to be here to explain.” Diego said with annoyance, sighing in frustration as he continued to speak. “The ones that got here first in first place, team Starfall Crusade gets the advantage of having a camel while the others have their own set of rides.”
“Ugh, this camel smell!” Cody said while pinching his nose that it was followed with Gwen, Sky, Sammy and Cameron.
“That smell is actually camel odor that is mixed with urine, hay and gas.”
“EEEEWWWWW!” Sammy said with disgust. “And we’re supposed to ride that?”
“Don’t be so harsh on the camel.” Dawn said while approaching the camel as she pets it which the camel leans on it. “It's only their natural survival instincts to avoid predators in the desert.”
“She’s right, guys. Camels aren’t really that bad, they can survive in the desert for a long time without food and water.” Jasmine chimed in. “Plus it's not the worst thing I’ve smelt before.”
Cameron attempted to get close but his face turned green and puked. “It is… for me…” He groaned out. “Does anyone have a clothes pin…?”
“Hold on! They get the camel while we get a stick, and they get a goat?” Leshawana complained to Diego about the unfair advantage.
“I don’t handle the challenges around but thankfully Chris has told me of the challenges ahead of time. Each item you get will have an advantage of its own.” Diego said to Leshawana.
“How’s a stick supposed to help us?” DJ asked in confusion.
“Not my problem anyway you’ll be racing to the Egyptian known waterway, the Nile river. You have 2 minutes to strategize. Go.” Diego said before stepping away again.
“BLLEEERRRGGGHHHHH!” Cameron still puked while couldn’t get closer to the camel. “I…………. I don’t think I can get on that thing without fainting…” Cameron gagged, clutching his stomach.
Cody squinted at the camel. “Okay… how do we even climb this? There’s no saddle, no reins, and it smells like expired yogurt left in a sauna.”
Sammy tried to hop onto the camel’s side… only to slide right back down like it was made of butter. “Nope, too tall!”
Sky raised a finger. “Maybe we make a platform out of sand-”
“Sky, that’s just… sand.” Gwen deadpanned.
Cameron adjusted his glasses. “We could engineer a step ladder using rope, wood fragments, leverage, and possibly-”
“We won’t have time for that mate.” Jasmine said to Cameron.
The camel blinked. Loudly.
Cameron groaned. “We’re wasting time! How are we supposed to get ON this thing without getting kicked, spat on, or traumatized?!”
Dawn stepped forward, serene as always, her hand resting on the camel’s neck.
“You simply ask.”
Everyone paused, blinking.
“… Come again?” Cody asked.
Dawn looked at the camel with her eyes. “Great desert wanderer… bearer of dunes and stars… might you kneel so we may ride in peace?”
The camel stared at her for three long seconds. Then-
FWHUMP.
It knelt down.
“Wha-how-did she just-?!” Sammy gasped.
“No freaking way,” Gwen muttered.
“Camels respect trust and kindness,” Dawn said, smiling softly as she stroked its fur. “And also because I promised it we'd give it fresh dates later.”
Cody blinked. “We don’t even HAVE dates!”
The camel turned its head toward him.
Cody gulped. “…We’ll GET dates.”
“Okay! Everyone, before it changes its mind!” Jasmine said, helping Sammy and Gwen climb up.
Cameron shakily approached, holding his breath. “Please… no spitting… no biting… no internal organ failure…”
Sky reached down, offering her hand. “Come on, Cam!”
The camel burped.
Cameron cried internally but grabbed her hand anyway.
(Team Dark Knowledge)
“If we hold the boat over our heads we can avoid the heatwaves without getting dehydrated.” Scarlett said to her team.
“We’re gonna have to carry this all the way to the Nile river?” Amy asked them. “Cause there’s no way I’m gonna hold that for the whole trip! I’m gonna get someone to do it, SPAREAMY! GET OVER HER-”
“And absolutely not helping the other teams.” Diego quickly added in a rule.
“WHAT THE HELL BROTHER!?” Amy shouted to her half brother.
“You do your own stuff Amy instead of having your sister do all the work.” Diego retorted to his sister.
“Hey! She’s the clumsy one! She can’t do anything right and you're letting her go scotfree?”
“One more word and you're out of the game.” Diego threatened his sister as Amy growled under her breath.
“Zeke, you carry his’ while I stay under the shade.” Heather said to the prairie boy.
“Excuse me? Who died and made you leader?” Courtney said to Heather.
“I did.”
“Nice try but no way in hell you're gonna be the leader. You’ll just drag us down with your skinny legs.” Duncan said to Heather.
“Excuse you!?” Heather shouted at him.
“Stop wasting time and GET OVER HERE!” Scarlett shouted with fire in her eyes.
““YES MA’AM!”” Amy and Heather instantly respond while pickup the boat with the others, blocking the sun.
“That's better.” Scarlett said, calmed down.
“I WISH we had you back in the last two seasons,” Ezekiel stated. “Would have made dealing with Heather a WHOLE lot more bearable…”
“Same,” Duncan and Courtney agreed.
“What’d you say-EEKK!” Heather was about to retort at Ezekiel until she squeaked when Scarlett turned and glared at her. “Shutting up now!”
(Team E-scope)
“Look, the other team may have a camel but they don’t have what we have. We need no camels, we have each other.” Alejandro said while walking like a sergeant. “And we are unstoppable, we have the will and the strength and together we will triumph!”
“Yeah!”
“We got this!”
“You can count on us!”
(Confession - Harold)
“PFFTT! I could’ve come up with that speech! They didn’t see my mad speech!” Harold cleared his throat and was about to say something until the clip cut off.
(Confession - DJ)
“I feel like Alejandro is helping us, giving us the courage to win. He placed heavy hopes for us so you know what? I’m not gonna let him down.”
(Confession - Cody)
“That might’ve been some speech but I know for a fact that Alejandro is hiding something. I’ve seen people like him, manipulators. One time in school there was this kid who looked like the school golden child but underneath it is manipulation. A student tried to expose him that he copied his work and the next day, he was transferred to another school. I got my eye on your Alejandro.”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
(Team Wild Expedition)
“What are we supposed to do with a stick?” Dave asked while holding the stick.
“It must have some kind of hidden treasure in it.” Owen says to Dave and takes it as he beats it to the ground. “OPEN DAMN YOU! OPEN! SHOW US THE MONEY! THE GOLD! WHATEVER YOU HAVE THAT YOU HAVE! SHOW US THE TREASURE!”
“OWEN!” Noah quickly took the stick from his hands. “Are you trying to get us disqualified?”
“Hehehe, sorry.” Owen said to Noah, laughing nervously.
“Maybe they are like dowsing rods?” Emma suggested.
“Those things you use to find water?” Kitty asked her sister.
“Hmmmm, the nicer host said that each reward does have its advantages. Hold on, let me check.” Noah said, rubbing his chin. He pointed the stick in other directions for a bit until he felt something shaking. “Of course! It is a Divining rod!” Noah said to Emma.
“That's amazing sis!” Kitty said to her sister with amazement.
“Hey, I don’t just use the library for nothing.” Emma said while proud of herself with her hands on her hips.
“Yeah, indeed.” Noah slowly said while his eyes slowly shined at Emma. Something his cousin Dave and Owen caught.
“2 minutes have passed. Everyone ready?” Diego asked them while everyone got to position (While team E-scope managed to balance themselves when they were all huddled together on the goat with Alejandro acting as an Anchor). “Find the Nile River and from there you’ll find the finish line. So are you ready?” Everyone nodded their heads to Diego. “Alright, in 3, 2, 1-”
THUD!
An intern suddenly shoved a vase to the ground, breaking it and with it came scarabs crawling all over.
“AAAAAAAAHHHHHH! SCARBS!”
“OH SHIT!”
“OH NO!”
“AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!”
Everyone screamed as they quickly ran away from the swarms of scarabs as none of them approached Diego and the intern as if sensing the primal danger coming from the producer. Diego narrowed his eyes and turned to the sheepish intern. “What is the meaning of this?”
“Sorry sir, Chris said to add in scarab beetles for the challenge.”
“Right, in that case you're fired for not telling me this ahead, pack your stuff and get out of here.” Diego said to the intern as he sadly lowered his head and left Diego sight.
(Somewhere in the desert)
Now that everyone was gone from his sight, no camera’s within range and making sure that there’s absolutely no one around, taking a quick check before Diego pulls out his phone and dialed a number. Hearing it ring for a second before the other line answered it.
“Chris was right all along, sir.” Diego said to his leader while glancing at the right arm corpse piece. “We have the first holy corpse piece.”
“Finally, after all these years. It seems that Mclean is competent after all.”
“I don’t understand why you keep him around sir? He’s obviously gonna screw everything up with his ego, his needs for fame and attraction will be the downfall of us.” Diego complained to his leader. “Have you seen how many lawsuits we’re currently facing? Hell, a national monument was destroyed and we’re already on thin ice with Egypt.”
“I am well aware of his antics. Despite what he has done, he does serve a significant role.”
“And that is?”
“He has obtained us a Holy Corpse part. That map of his proves that it indeed has the locations of the corpses pieces. Using the network while fooling everyone including the Joestar family and Speedwagon wouldn’t find out our goals.”
“... That might not be the case sir.”
“... Explain.”
“It seems that some of the contestants may be Stand Users of their own… And another Stand Arrow was found in the pyramid… As well as the first team calling themselves Starfall Crusaders…”
“........You mean to tell me, that there are a few contestants that have Stands, not only that they have a fucking Stand Arrow? And who was it that named their team Starfall Crusaders?”
“It was a girl with green/black hair with gothic clothes, and pale skin.” Diego said while taking out a photo of Gwen. “And her name is Gwen.”
“Gwen? Wait a minute, did you take a closer look at her?”
“No sir I haven-?!” Diego replied to his leader until he stopped when he took out another picture of Gwen which had a swim suit. It wasn’t really how she looked in her swimming clothes (He’s not interested in a relationship thank you very much) but the fact is she has a star shaped birth mark on her right shoulder. “... No…” Diego said, touching his own birthmark on his neck. “She’s a Jostar!?”
“YOU ABSOLUTE FUCKING MORON!”
“I’m sorry sir! It's not me! Chris is the one who picked her!”
“And you should’ve checked if she had that birthmark! She must have a Stand as well! And worst of all! She has the Stand Arrow!”
Diego paled further, after realizing and remembering that one of the newest contestants that joined the show was her family member. The shock of it almost made him lose his grip on his phone. “... No… We don’t have ONE Jostar… We have TWO… That Princess contestant… she’s her cousin…”
“......... WHAT!? TWO!?”
“I wasn’t the one who picked them! Chris did-”
“And you allowed him?!”
“Sir, I swear I had NO idea who their families were. If I did, I would have told Chris to choose other people.”
“Just try and not reveal your Stand to them,” the person on the phone ordered. “We CANNOT let them see my research into Artificial/Combining Stands, am I clear!? Only use it when necessary, or when you’re with Chris alone!”
“Yes sir!”
“Do you remember why I hired you? You asked for protection for your family and I have kept my promise. You thought? You're only lucky that I’ve accepted you, perhaps I should reconsider that deal. When you have no one other than your sisters.”
“No please sir! Leave my sisters alone! I haven’t broken my promise with you! Chris has found a Holy Corpse Piece and if he can find others then your goal shall be achieved! Please, I beg you! Don’t hurt my sisters!” Diego begged his leader.
“Very well, this ‘Total Drama World Tour’ must proceed and if you fail me once more, then you’ll wish that you were stuck as the lowest you were before I approached you.”
CLICK!
Hearing the phone line click from the other side, Diego limbed his arms down for a brief second before falling to his knees.
“Sammy, Amy. I’m so sorry.”
He couldn’t break the deal he made with HIM. He needed to keep them safe, his adoptive father, his mother and his sisters. After everything they did for him when he was all alone, he can’t leave them alone. If selling his soul to the devil would keep them safe, then he would do it less than a heartbeat.
Just only one season, and his sisters will be alright. That was the deal.
(Team Starfall Crusaders)
As they were riding on the camels, Cody took a closer look at the book which was just the pyramid structure they were in but it was destroyed (Thankfully it wasn’t gonna be pinpointed at him or the others, especially Duncan).
“What are you reading there Cody?” Cameron asked his teammate.
“Oh just something from the book.” Cody answered to Cameron, holding up the book. “Trying to see what else is in here. So far it had information on hidden passages and treasure in the pyramid but there’s nothing now.”
“Hmmmm, maybe you should turn it over to the Egyptian historians.” Cameron suggested to Cody. “If you can’t find anything useful then why not give it to them? At least they would help out preserving history that has been dated back in ancient times.”
“Hmmmm, not a bad idea Cameron.” Cody responded to the skinny black boy. “Have you been to museums before?”
“No.” Cameron deflated. “I was homeschooled all my entire life by my mom. I never went anywhere that's less than 3 feet away from home. I lived in a bubble.”
“Woah, you lived in a bubble?” Cody said with shock in his tone.
“Yeah, I really wanted to explore the world and go outside. I was living with constant fear with all the dangers there were.”
“Damn.”
(Confession - Cody)
“Wow, I feel bad for Cameron. His mom means well and I could nearly relate to him. When I was 8 years old, I was outside playing in the yard before a dog nearly mauled me if my dad wasn’t there. I was confined to my room ‘cause my parents were really overprotective. It was only thanks that I’ve convinced them that I would be alright.”
(Confession - Jasmine)
“Crikey, he lived in his home his entire life? And he never went outside? He seemed to be doing alright with his skills and I nearly thought that he was a survivalist. Hmmmmm, clearly he needs more lessons on whats it like on being outside, watching out for poisonous snakes, man eating beast, lions, tigers, diseases that could cling onto ya and spread it across your body until your heart is stoppe-”
“THOSE EXIST?! AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!” Cameron shouted outside of the confession, before the sound of him running and screaming was heard.
THUD!
And ran into something hard…
“.......Ooops. Maybe I should start slowly with him, hehehe.”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
“Huh? What's this?” Cody wondered in confusion when he noticed something hidden in the book.
“What is it Cody?” Cameron asked him.
“There are pages that are glued to each other.” Cody said while noticing the pages are slightly thinner than the other pages. “Ah, can’t get it to open without a knife.”
“Here you are, mate.” Jasmine handed him a knife.
“Oh, thanks Jasmine.” Cody said to Jasmine before cutting the glued pages which revealed to be some sort of text, more likely a spiral in it and a drawn ball that's spinning, raising an eyebrow at it as he read the text.
‘To those who would find this book and found the hidden pages, I congratulate you for your skills. I might be long gone but before I do, I want to make sure that the knowledge wouldn’t disappear. Many centuries ago, there was a special technique that is passed down through centuries, The Spin. I fear that I may be the last user of the Spin so I wrote this down to those who would find my corpse and my book. My only regret is not coming back with the Arrow I was supposed to deliver to Jonathan Joestar to stop Dio before it is too late. Jonathan, my friend, I hope to see you, one last time.’
Both Gwen and Ella nearly choked on air after hearing what Cody read out loud. “D-Did you just say, Jonathan?” Gwen asked and she and Ella looked at him.
“Yeah, why?”
“He was………………… he was our Great grandfather.” Ella said to Cody.
“Great Grandfather?” Sammy asked, looking back and father between them and the book Coduy was reading. “That doesn't seem right. This book is over a century old, isn’t it?”
“Yeah, shouldn’t it be like, Great Great Great Grandfather or something?” Bridgette asked as well.
“Let’s just say… Our family is anything BUT normal,” Gwen stated, sweatdropping.
Ella's smile was strained a bit. “Yeah, what my cousin said…”
“Still, this belongs to you Gwen. If this person was looking for your grandfather, then I think you should have this.” Cody said while handing it to Gwen.
To his surprise, she pushed it away from him. “No its fine Cody, you found it so you can keep it.”
“You sure? I mean its obviously a friend of your family.”
“He is but I think its better if you keep it in your hands.” Gwen said to him smiling, it might be more useful to you than me. Plus you might learn something if you read it.”
“Alright, thanks Gwen.” Cody said to Gwen.
(Confession - Cody)
“I’ve stopped trying to get Gwen’s attention. One of those was the whole bear maul, it wasn’t really a pleasant experience as I nearly died from a bear and two, she broke up with Trent even though the guy was becoming insane so I think that she’s still feeling from the breakup, no more Codemeister anymore just Cody.”
(Confession - Gwen)
“You know, I think I kinda miss that old side of him but I like his new side that isn’t perverting over me all the time. I think he is a sweet guy, he seemed kinda nice to know the real side of him and wished he had this when we were at the island.”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
(Nile River)
“Oh finally we made it!” Team Starfall Crusaders made it to the Nile rivers, along with Team Dark Knowledge, E-scope and just only a second later, Wild Expedition appearing a few seconds later.
On the Nile river was chomping crocodiles that jumped from the water, snapping their jaws.
“There’s the finish line!” Kitty pointed at the finish line across the river of snapping crocodiles. Across was Diego and Chief standing at the finish line.
“Yeah on the other side." Noah reminded Kitty.
“Welcome to the third challenge!”
“What?” Owen asked Diego as they couldn’t hear him.
“I said welcome to the third challenge!”
“Still didn’t hear you!” Gwen shouted.
“Oh for crying out loud!”
Chief handed Diego a microphone to talk through.
“I said WELCOME TO THE THIRD CHALLENGE!”
Everyone covered their ears from how loud that was, even Diego and Chief winced from the volume and the screeching sound afterwards. Diego adjusted the volume setting on it. “This batter!?”
“What?!” Owen shouted as he turned deaf.
“I’m gonna take that as a yes! As I was saying, welcome to the third final Egyptian part of the challenge, the basket cases. In this challenge you have to make boats out of river leaves big enough for your entire team including the items that were given to you. Then you’ll use the oars.” Pointing at the row of oars that was at the palm tree. “To row across the Nile rivers, the first group to get across gets to fly first class to our next destination.”
“Ah this is perfect!” Duncan said with excitement. “We don’t need to make a boat cause we already have a boat!” He said while referring to the boat they carried.
“Of course, the producer said that every item has its advantage.” Scarlett said to her team. “Get the oars, we are sailing across the Nile rivers.”
“Why should we get the oar-?”
“I SAID GET THEM!”
““YES MA’AM!”” Heather and Amy saluted to Scarlett and rushed to get the oars.
(Confession - Heather)
“Ugh! I hate that stupid bitch! The first thing I’m gonna do is have her eliminated! No one but no one bosses me around!”
(Confession - Amy)
“Stupid nerd! Now I know why I hate them! If anyone gets to be boss around it's me! Not her! SAMEY! GET OVER HERE AND BRUSH MY HAIR!”
Diego opens the door with the brush on his hand and drops it to her. “Now you have a brush, do it yourself.” He said before leaving the confession.
“That's not what I meant!”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
““I know how to build a boat!”” Both Jasmine and Cameron said at the same time, though looked at each other in surprise.
“You know how to build a boat, Jasmine?” Cameron asked Jasmine.
“Yup mate. In Australia there aren’t that many boats in the region so we had to learn how to make one for ourselves.”
“That's amazing! I learned how to make a book with my weaving knowledge and books about boat structures.” Cameron said to Jasmine.
“Impressive. Are you sure you were homeschooled Cameron?”
“Yup, I might not have built one but I know how to build one.” Cameron said to Jasmine. “How about we build one together?” Cameron proposed to Jasmine.
“Great idea, nice thinking Cam!” Jasmine said to Cameron as she slapped him on the back.
WHACK!
“AAAHH!”
THUD!
Though it caused him to fall and slam to the ground.
“Oops! Sorry mate!” Jasmine apologized to him while wincing.
Cameron gave a shaky thumbs-up from the ground. “S’all good… just temporarily reconsidering teamwork…”
While Team Team E-Scope began gathering wood, rope, and cloth to construct their boat, the camera panned over to the remaining two teams.
“Okay, so… how do we turn this into transportation?” Harold asked, pointing to their prize: a single, grumpy-looking goat chewing on a piece of someone’s shoelace.
Izzy gasped dramatically. “We ride into battle on the noble desert GOAT! Like ancient warriors of the Sandalorian clan!”
“That’s not a real thing,” Harold muttered.
Alejandro smirked, brushing sand off his pants. “Actually… it could work. If we attach rope, leaf planks, and maybe wheels, it could pull us like a royal chariot.”
“I can braid the rope!” Lindsay said happily. “I’ve braided hair, string, vines, and once a raccoon!”
“That explains why it growled at you for a week,” Leshawana muttered.
DJ crouched beside the goat. “Uh… he keeps staring at me like he knows I’m scared…”
Tyler puffed out his chest. “Relax, bro, it’s just a-”
CHOMP.
The goat bit his sleeve and wouldn’t let go.
Tyler flailed. “GET IT OFF! GET IT OFF!”
Izzy grinned. “He likes you!”
Alejandro sighed dramatically. “We’ll… start building the harness.”
Team Wild Expedition stood in a circle around… a stick. Not a magical staff. Not a spear. Just… a stick.
“You're kidding…” Noah deadpanned. “They get a camel, a goat, and we get something that I could trip over in a forest?”
Crimson knelt, examining it. “This isn’t just a stick. It’s carved with ancient symbols.”
Ennui nodded. “It hums with ominous vibes.”
Owen poked it. “Do you think it turns into a camel if I say ‘alakazoodle’?”
“It does not,” Emma said flatly.
Dave rubbed the back of his head. “Okay… no camel, no goat. But we’re near the Nile. We build a raft. A good one.”
Kitty brightened. “And we can decorate it with cute little flags!”
Noah stared. “…Yes. Because when drowning in a crocodile-infested river, aesthetic matters.”
Owen was already collecting logs. “I’ll get more river leaves!”
Emma tied her hair back. “Kitty, rope duty. Dave, blueprint. Crimson and Ennui… help Owen get the river leaves?”
Crimson simply stared at the horizon. “If we fail… our bones will bleach beneath the desert moon.”
Ennui nodded. “… Metal.”
Owen gulped. “... Can you guys hold off on the horror talk?”
“No promises,” Ennui said, helping to collect river leaves.
The camera then switched over to Team Dark Knowledge, who were now on the river paddling to the other side.
Amy was grumbling. “Can’t believe I’m being forced to row the boat…”
“I hate to agree… but I do…” Heather said in annoyance. “I should NOT do this…”
“Stop complaining and keep rowing,” Courtney said. “I don’t plan on becoming gator food.”
CHOMP!
“AAAAHHHH!”
Suddenly a gator bit a part of their boat, making them panic, scooting further. Scarlett quickly grabbed an oar and hit the gator over the head so hard, it had a lump on its head, and its eyes were spinning. It then fell backwards into the water.
“Thanks Scarlett-wait a minute, do gators do that all the time?” Ezekiel asked as the gators were slowly gathering around them.
“Why are they coming after us?!” Amy shouted in panic.
“Diego! Did Chris do something to our boat!?” Sierra shouted to the blond man.
“Not that I’m aware of.” Diego said to Sierra.
Scarlett notices a fragrance that's coming from the boat. She takes a piece off the boat and inspects it.
“Hey! What are you doing? Are you trying to tear the boat off?!” Heather said to Scarlett.
“This isn’t any type of wood I’ve recognized, nor any that's related to wood based materials.” She said while inspecting it and licking it.
“Ew! What are you some wood pecke-”
“This isn’t wood!” Scarlett said while widening her eyes. “This is sheep meat!”
“WHAT?!” Courtney shouted in shock.
“Are you telling me that this boat is made of shesh kabob?” Duncan asked Scarlett while raising his eyebrows.
“Thats why the gators are after us! Our boat is made of meat!” Ezekiel shouted in panic.
CHOMP!
“AAAAHHHHH!”
Ezekiel dodged another gator attack.
“CHRRRIIIISSSSSSSS!”
(Confession - Chris)
“HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Having Chief make that sheep meat boat was PURE genius~! He even enjoyed the idea himself~! And he had fun crafting it~!”
(Confession - Chief)
“I have to admit, it’s fun seeing my work put to use like that. Enjoying the kids trying to defend themselves while trying to keep their boat afloat.”
(Confession - Diego)
Was banging his head on the wall. “Damn it Chris! I know you enjoy putting people through hell, but this is TOO MUCH! AND THAT’S COMING FROM ME!”
(Confession - Amy)
“... How much would it take to ask the CEO to swap out Chris for my brother? He might be mean, but my life expectancy would drastically improve…”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
After the confessions, the camera went to the point of Team Starfall Crusaders.
“Yes we got it!” Cameron said with his hands up.
The group had finished making their decently sized raft, Cameron and Jasmine telling the others where to place the river leaves, and what knots to use to make the skeleton of the bandy and tie the leaves to it. They made sure that they have it air tight so no leaks would come from it.
“Great job Cam!”
“It's all thanks to my boat knowledge and years of clothes weaving, plus I wouldn't have done it without your help as well Jasmine.” Cameron complimented the Aussie girl.
“The only question now is, will it hold all of us?” Gwen asked.
“Only one way to find out,” Cody said. Getting onto the boat and feeling the boat isn’t sinking. “It's good guys! Hop on!”
“Come my wonderful desert friend, after this challenge you will be free to roam the desert land.” Dawn said to the camel as it bellowed before it went to the boat with the others getting on as well.
The team and their camels got on the boat, as they started to row to the other side of the Nile river.
For the other team, team E-scope.
“Alright we got it!” Lindsay to her team. “This should hold us!” She said.
“Are you sure about that Lindsay?” Alejandro asked the airheaded blonde girl.
“Yup I’m sure Al! (Missing the shivering shudder Alejandro had when she said Al) This managed to hold my sister's hair for days which had the doctors to surgically remove the brand cause it was too tight.”
For Team Wild Expeditions
CCRRACCCCKKKK!
WOMAN’S SCREECHS!
For their boat………….. well its a perfectly described as what could be something that's from the depths of hell added with lightning dramatic.
“Uhhhhh, what did you do to our boats?” Noah asked the goth couples while Kitty and Emma hugged together while looking scared and Owen shaking while holding Dave as they both were shaking at the sight of the boat.
“Just added some finishing touches to the boat. Needs something that fits to the depths of the abyss ocean.” Ennui said to Noah in a monotone.
“And as a memento to our lord of the ocean depths Cthullu.” Crimon added.
Team Starfall Crusaders pushed off first, their leaf-woven raft miraculously holding steady.
“Paddle steady, everyone!” Jasmine shouted.
Cameron clung to his oar like a lifeline. “Keep the rhythm! Right! Left! Right—AAH!”
A crocodile lunged beside them, snapping inches from his arm.
“Faster! FASTER!” Gwen yelled, rowing like her life depended on it.
“Go, my noble camel, go!” Dawn encouraged… until the camel decided to sit down in the middle of the raft, nearly tipping it.
Meanwhile, Team Dark Knowledge was still battling off the hungry gators.
“Row harder!” Courtney barked.
“I’m trying, princess!” Duncan yelled, whacking a crocodile with his oar. “They’re everywhere!”
Scarlett calmly flung a meat plank overboard. The gators swarmed it.
“There. Temporary distraction,” she said.
“Brilliant!” Ezekiel cheered… until another gator bit the back of the raft. “Never mind!”
Across the water, Team E-Scope had somehow harnessed their goat to the front of their raft.
“Forward, noble steed!” Izzy cried, waving a palm leaf like a flag.
The goat bleated angrily and charged straight ahead, dragging their raft at breakneck speed.
“Whoa whoa WHOA!” Harold shouted, holding on for dear life.
“Harold, do something nerdy!” Leshawana screamed.
“I-I don’t have a ‘Stop a raging goat’ algorithm!” he shouted back.
“WOOOOO!” Lindsay cheered as they careened past Dark Knowledge, splashing everyone.
Then came Team Wild Expedition, whose gothic abomination of a boat was… somehow floating.
Lightning cracked overhead though the sky was clear. The water around them churned black.
“Why is it storming only on us?!” Owen screamed.
Crimson raised a hand. “The spirits approve of our craftsmanship.”
Ennui nodded. “They demand tribute.”
“NO TRIBUTES!” Noah yelled, bailing water with a bucket.
Emma and Kitty frantically rowed. “We are NOT dying to a cursed canoe!”
Dave shouted, “Row faster!” as Owen’s screams echoed, “IT’S TALKING TO ME!”
Starfall Crusaders’ raft slammed into Dark Knowledge’s meat boat, splattering everyone with greasy water.
“EWWWWW!” Sammy shrieked.
“HEY! WATCH WHERE YOU’RE GOING!” Courtney snapped.
“Blame the camel!” Gwen yelled back. “It’s steering itself!”
“HE SPAT AT ME!” Amy screeched as camel spit hit her face.
Then E-Scope’s turbo-goat raft blasted through both teams like a cannonball, spinning them around.
“MAKE WAY FOR THE GOAT EXPRESS!” Izzy howled.
“YOU’RE INSANE!” Heather screamed as they spiraled in their wake.
And just when it couldn’t get worse—Wild Expedition’s cursed boat struck a hidden sandbank and exploded into a plume of dark smoke.
“AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!” Noah yelled as the whole team was launched sky-high, flying over everyone’s heads.
They crashed right across the finish line, upside-down but alive.
(Confession – Chris)
“Crocodiles? Meat boats? Exploding goth rafts? This is EXACTLY why I keep getting renewed for more seasons.”
CLICK!
Suddenly a familiar reptile hand grabbed Chris on his collar and dragged him out.
“YOU AND I ARE HAVING A NICE LONG TALK ABOUT THE MEAT BOAT!”
“GAAAAAHHHHHHH! NOT AGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIN!” Chris shouted, being dragged out.
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
Team Dark Knowledge made it to the other side of the river, their boat missing pieces, and all of them looking frazzled. “Do we need to carry our boat over the finish line to win?" Sierra asked Diego. They were hoping he’d say no.
“For Chris, he would say it would count as a disqualification.” Team Dark Knowledge all groaned in frustration. “BUT he seemed to not intentionally tell you that the boat was made of sheep meat so no. You're safe.”
“PLEASE BE THE HOST!” Courtney shouted to Diego while practically kneeling down to him, Diego is practically the nicer version of Chris and isn’t a sadistic asshole as Chris nor does he love to inflict torture/pain to them.
“Unfortunately I can’t. Anyway, all of you have made it across the finish line and no one will be eliminated, so long as they brought their items towards the finish line.” Noah held up the divine rod which Diego nodded his head. “Then everyone is safe.”
“WOOHOOO!”
“WE DID IT GUYS!”
“I say we all deserve a break after this…” Scarletts said, trying to put her hair back in it’s normal form.
“And as an added bonus.” Diego added in. “This will be like a podium. First place gets First class, second place gets business class, third place gets premium economy and last is economy. Due to the plane not being stable and Chris, plus Chief repairing the plane that isn’t a death trap or not safe to fly. First place, Dark Knowledge, Second, Starfall Crusaders, Third place Wild expedition and last place E-scope.”
“We still managed to win, guys!” Cameron said to the team.
“Up here shortie!”
SMACK!
“AAAAHHHH!”
“Sorry!”
“We still did it guys!” Sammy hugged the teams together with a big smile. “For the first time I managed to beat my sister!”
“What’d you say Spareamy?!” Amy shouted to her twin. “You only won because your team did the hard work while you stayed behind!”
“Hey! Leave her alone!” Cody shouted to Amy.
“Yeah, she actually helped us out,” Gwen said. “She made sure the rope was sturdy and wasn’t frayed.”
“All that time making pigtails helped.” Sammy stated.
“So what? Your just gonna hide with them like a coward you are-”
WHOOSH!
She stopped when Diego appeared right in front of her with a stern hard expression, scaring her.
“Amy, this is the last time I’m gonna tell you this. One more word against your sister and you are out. If your team calls in for elimination they will vote for you and I won’t stop them. Is that clear Amy?” Diego said to his sister, deciding he had enough of her attitude.
“I-I-”
“I said, is that clear Amy Brando?”
Gwen and Ella nearly choked on air hearing her last name.
“It's alright brother, she had enough brother.” Sammy said to Diego. Diego glanced at Sammy for a moment and to Amy before turning away from her. Sammy offered her hand to her sister. “You need some help Amy?”
“Don’t talk to me Sammy!” Amy slapped her sister's hand and walked away as Sammy looked at her twin sister's retreating figure with a sad expression.
Diego resumed speaking. “Another policy that Chris did not add in is that after every challenge, all challengers can spend a week of break before we head into another challenge.”
“Wait really?” Owen asked while taken back what Diego said.
“We get to spend a week here in this desert?” Duncan said to Diego while waving his hand at the vast field of sand.
“We’re close to the capital city of Egypt, Cairo which is only five miles away.” Diego pointed in the other direction. “You can decide to head to the city or explore the desert which I’m sure a few of you don’t want to do.”
“THANK YOU SIR! CHRIS NEVER GAVE US ANY TIMES FOR BREAK! YOU ARE A BLESSING OF THE LORD!” Owen cried while hugging Diego.
“ACK! O-Owen! T-TOO TIGHT! LET GO BEFORE YOU SUFFICATE ME TO DEATH!” Diego shouted to Owen while choking as the fat one let the producer go as he gasped for air. “A-Anyway, enjoy your week off break. On the last day of your break head back to the plane and don’t miss it, we won’t turn back to get you if you are left behind.” Diego said to them.
(Confession – Noah)
“I gotta say, this producer seems like he’s more competent than Chris ever was. If he’s gonna be around then there’s less of a chance we’ll lose our life…………… but why do I get the feeling that there is more to it? I have a bad feeling I can’t shake off. I know for one thing.” Noah got closer to the camera with a suspicious look. “The producer, Sammy and Amy’s half brother, Diego, must have an ulterior motive.”
(Confession – Sammy)
“EEEEEKKKKK! First I made lots of friends, being in a team that isn’t with Amy and managed to win against her! Oh this is a dream come true! Thank you Team Starfall for believing in me, I won’t let my team down!”
TTTTTZZZZCCCCCCHHHHHH!
(Chris plane)
“Damn this is getting really intense! Looks like our resident bookworm seems to be suspicious with the producer, Sammy winning her first challenge against her mean twin, Team Dark Knowledge nearly got eaten by crocodiles though wished that Diego failed them on their challenge but he is pretty pissed at me.” Chris said while on the plane. “What's next on our next destination? Will Sammy be able to stand up against her sister or stay with her team? Find out next time in
TOTAL!
DRAMA!
WORLD TOUR!”
THUD! THUD! THUD!
“CHRIS! THIS IS THE EGYPTIAN AUTHORITIES! WE KNOW YOUR IN THERE!”
“Uh oh!” Chris panicked when he heard the Egyptian police were outside of the plane, knocking on his door, quickly taking his phone out and dialing Diego’s number. “Sir they’re here! I need your help!”
(Back to the others)
“Goddammit Chris.” Diego said with annoyance.
“AAAANNNNDDDDD CUT!” Cameramen said, cutting off the live action.
“Excuse me while I deal with this.” Diego said to the group before walking towards the plane.
To Be Continued------>
AN:
Light/Xara: … Well… That was actually entertaining.
Yeah same here! I mean damn! First Duncan and the others found the right upper arm corpse piece, he has somehow awakened a Stand, Dawn read Chris aura as she knows what plans he might have and Gwen is apparently a Joestar! Who knew!
Light/Xara: Don’t forget a displaced Diego and Spin being in this Universe.
Yup that too, and Cody’s not being a pervert, that's an added bonus. Also why Gwen is not ignoring Cody and is acting friendly? Well I can say that after Total Drama Action, during the time before World Tour she was visited by a relative of hers who managed to help her out from her time of her breakup with Trent. I’ll give you a hint, its a member of the Joestar family.
Light/Xara: … That doesn’t narrow it down at all…
And also received proper training of her special abilities which helped her mood, like a lot.
Light/Xara: Still surprised Ella is her Cousin… Who the heck is Suzi Q’s sibling? Because I know Joseph didn’t have any siblings…
It’s not Joseph who had siblings (if they’re not dead or hunted all the time) but rather his wife side of the family.
Light/Xara: … That’s what I just said… Who are her Sibling(s)...
Her sister's side of the family.
Light/Xara: … This family is screwed up… I wish Jonathen was here… He was my favorite.
Yeah, anyway, the next chapter will not be a regular total drama cause, Cody and his gang will be meeting their first opponent who is after the bounty and not a regular opponent, a Stand opponent!
Light/Xara: And we might get to see the other’s Stand of the group. Speaking of, I should explain where Chris’s Stand Name: The Greatest Show comes from. If you hadn’t guessed, it’s the song from The Greatest Showmen. I thought the name fit being he wants to make a show that is legendary. Anyways. Anything else to add Dark?
Nope that should be all! Thank you guys for reading our story! Be sure to leave a review and comment if you like, maybe you can also suggest what the next challenge should be as it's not gonna be typically the same as World Tour but most of the other countries that weren't explored, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Russia, and other places!
Light/Xara: And if you have Stand Names and powers, leave the ideas in the comments and where the names come from. And with that, we’ll see you all in the next chapter then.
Until next time!
PEACE OUT!
Chapter 2: Fight Like An Egyptian
Chapter Text
Hello everyone! My name is Darklord331 and today we are bringing you another chapter of Total Drama: Bizarre! Story! I’m here with my friend Light He’arth/Xarazechi.
Light/Xara: Hey. So, there was an interesting comment on AO3 about who Cody’s ancestors are. You saw that?
I did! To my Spanish fellow fan, instead of me giving you the answer I will let my Co author answer it for you. Tell me Light/Xara, who is Cody’s ancestor?
Light/Xara: Oh, that’s a tough one… Both are good blonelines. … Couldn’t he be from both somehow?
It is possible to have both bloodlines BUT! If you checked from the last chapter, they said about a Speedwagon brat there which entitled that there’s already one among the group and I’ll give you a hint, it’s who Diego has glanced at for a while.
Light/Xara: Okay, so Zeppeli it is.
HAHAHAHAHA! Close but no, it's ‘cause there’s already another displacement in it which I'll give another spoiler, is gonna be someone who is very knowledgeable with the power of spin.
Light/Xara: Okay, okay. Anyways, shall we get to the story?
We shall, care to do the disclaimer?
Light/Xara: Sure. We do not own Total Drama or Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, or music titles, albums or artists used as names. We only own changes to the story and OCs, and Original Stand powers. Is that good?
Yup that's good, now then lets start the chapter! SUTANDO! (Unleashes his stand) BEHOLD MY STAND! PREPARE TO BE BEATEN JOOOOJOOOOOOOOO!
Light/Xara: … Yada Yada Darza… (Pinches the bridge of his nose) Stop being dramatic please… That never ends well fo- (A steamroller lands on Dark, Wizard of Oz style) -r…. You… You okay there?
(groans in pain)
Light/Xara: (Sweatdrops) I’ll take that as a no…
Chapter 2: Fight Like An Egyptian
(Desert)
Cody along with the others were still walking through the desert, the others left ahead of them as they stayed back for sightseeing, mostly for Cameron since he wanted to explore.
“Wow, it's only one time you get to see the pyramids out here.” Cameron said while taking pictures of the pyramids.
“Watch yourself there Cam.” Jasmine said to Cameron. “You gotta be careful where you're stepping, you won’t know what's hiding in the sands, scorpions or sand snakes.”
“THOSE ARE HIDING IN THE SANDS?” Cameron shouted while jumping from the ground to Jasmine's arm. “I’M DEATHLY AFRAID OF SNAKES!”
“Do not worry,” Dawn said. “I can charm snakes if any appear.”
“And scorpians?” Sammy asked.
“Them as well.”
“Oh, I can do that as well~!” Ella said. “Nature Power Gals~!”
Both Dawn and Ella highfived, smiling.
“... I forgot that those two can somehow command animals,” Sky said.
“Same,” Cameron said, still clinging to Jasmine like a koala.
Cody chuckled for a bit before going back to read the book.
“Anything else interesting in the journal?” Gwen asked him.
“Just some instructions about the book and how to use the ‘Spin’.” Cody said while reading out loud to Gwen. “The Spin is based on perfect rotational energy, a motion that forms a golden ratio spiral. It’s not just spinning something fast; it’s spinning it perfectly so that the rotation creates a continuous flow of energy. When done correctly, this Spin creates energy that can transfer through materials, restore life, or cause destruction depending on intent.”
“Uh, can you put it in terms for people that aren’t as smart as you and Cameron are?” Bridgette asked, looking lost.
“He means it's some sort of special type of technique that's based on spinning.” Gwen said to her surfer friend.
“So… like when a wave on the ocean spins in on itself to form a tunnel?” Bridgette asked, using her time surfing as a reference.
“That’s… not a bad comparison,” Cody said. “Or is it similar?"
“Wow Bridgette, you're actually smart.” Gwen complimented her friend.
“Thanks. I’m more than just a Malibu girl.” Bridgette said to Gwen. “I’m planning on studying marine biology so I can spend more time on the ocean.”
“Huh, you sound like our nephew,” Ella said. “He’s a marine biologist.”
“Who’s your nephew?”
“Jotaro Joestar.” Gwen said to Bridgette.
“Oh yeah I remember him! I’ve seen him around. He works for my grandfather's company, Speedwagon Foundation. He works very closely with my family.” Bridgette said with recognition.
“Wait a minute. Your grandfather's company?” Cameron caught on what Bridgette said, getting off of Jasmine. “Are you related to Joseph E. Speedwagon.”
“Yeah. I’m his granddaughter.” Bridgette said while sheepish. “My full name is Bridgette Fairlie Speedwagon.”
“No way!” Cody said while shocked. “You never told us that you're related to the Speedwagon Foundation! That's like the top organization in the world! You're, like, rich, rich enough that you could buy a country. Why did you sign up for Total Drama?” Cody asked her since she’s like loaded.
“I wanted to make some friends, I was kinda lonely back home and I had a few surfer friends. The times I tried to make friends, they wanted to try to get as close to me due to my family’s company.” Bridgette answered to Cody. “I………. really didn’t tell anyone ‘cause I was afraid if no one knew who I was.”
“Are you kidding me? I would’ve loved to be friends with you Bridgette.” Cody said to Bridgette. “We might not have hung around like a lot but I would’ve been your friend regardless who you are.”
“True,” Gwen agreed. “And our families have known each other since the founding of Speedwagon. Though I think hiding it was a good idea.” She got questioning looks from her team for that comment. “One word: Heather.”
“... Yeah, I can see her trying to sweet talk her way into being friends with you,” Sky said. Everyone sweatdropped, agreeing.
“Okay, but we’re still friends,” Cody said.
“Heck, I’m happy to have ANY friends,” Sammy stated.
“Same,” Cameron agreed, having finally let go of Jasmine.
Bridgette genuinely smiled towards them. “Thanks guys, it really means a lot.”
“It's no problem Bridgette.” Cody said to her. “Though there is one small favor if I can ask.”
“Sure what is it?”
“Can your grandfather get me a job there?” Cody asked her. “I really want to focus on my career in the future and the best place is Speedwagon.”
“Me too.” Cameron added in. “I got a scholarship from them and I want to repay them by working for their company.”
“No problem, I’ll ask my grandfather and he’ll hit you guys up for a job.” Bridgette said to Cameron and Cody as they cheered and high-fived each other.
Gwen playful elbowed Bridgette. “I thought you didn’t want people to use you to get connections~?”
“Ha ha,” Bridgette sarcastically laughed, before bursting into regular laughter. “But seriously, those two are smart, they might actually get in, I’m just giving a good word.”
Cody smiled before he saw something on the horizon. Taking a closer look and widen his eyes. “Uh oh, I think we need to go.”
“Why what's wrong Cody?”
“There’s a sandstorm up ahead and we need to go.” Cody said while pointing ahead.
“Oh dear.” Dawn said with concern. “He is speaking the truth.”
“Welp, it's nice while it lasts.” Cameron said while sighing.
“Don’t worry mate, we can visit tomorrow if you like.” Jasmine suggested to Cameron.
“Yeah, thanks Jasmine.” Cameron smiled at Jasmine.
Cody got off the ground as he and the others decided to head back to the city.
Though unaware that there was a scorpion that climbed on the palm tree and its eyes glint in red, specifically at the group.
Thanks to Dawn and Ella’s help, they managed to convince the mammals to give them a ride back to the capital city though Cameron hid his nose on his jacket as he tried not to vomit from the smell.
Cody still read the book, seemingly invested in the spin.
“That journal on Spin must be interesting,” Sammy said. “You’ve been reading it the whole trip.”
Sammy smiled. “So what’s it supposed to do again?”
Cody turned a page, eyes gleaming. “According to this, the Spin is an ancient technique that uses the golden ratio of rotation to channel energy through perfect motion. If you master it, you can control force, balance, even life itself.”
Jasmine blinked. “Sounds like a fancy way of saying ‘throwing stuff real good.’”
Cody shook his head eagerly. “No, no, look! If I can figure out how to apply it properly, I could make projectiles move forever! Or even heal injuries through rotational energy! This could be my thing!”
He reached into his pocket, pulled out a small stone disk, and flicked it between his fingers. “All about rhythm, control, and feeling the world’s flow, like it’s breathing with you.”
He spun the disk. It whirled smoothly for a second… then bounced off Cameron’s helmet and ricocheted into the sand.
“OW!” Cameron winced.
Cody cringed. “Heh… okay, maybe I need more practice.”
“Hmmm, sounds similar to what I practiced in Cody.” Dawn chimed in.
“Really, what's it called?”
“Hamo-”
WHOOSH!
All of a sudden, there was a gust of wind that blew through them.
“WAAAAAAHHHHHH!” Cameron was nearly blown off of his camel if Jasmine hadn’t caught him.
“Watch out there Cameron!” Jasmine said to Cameron.
“Thanks Jasmine!” Cameron thanked Jasmine as she pulled out ropes and tied Cameron to the camel.
“What the?! What's going on!?” Cody shouted while covering his eyes from the wind.
“I don’t know Cody! There was a strong gust of wind for some reason and-” Bridgette was about to answer Cody until she looked back and widened her eyes in horror. “Oh no, the sandstorm!”
“What about it?!” Sky asked Bridgette.
“It's right behind us!”
“WHAT?!”
They looked back and the sandstorm was approaching them rapidly, making them shocked and horrified.
“But that's impossible!” Cameron shouted. “There’s no logical reason why the sandstorm should approach this fast!”
“Whatever it is, brace yourself guys!” Jasmine shouted to the group.
Gwen was about to cover herself until with her keen eye, she spotted something within the sandstorm, a figure was standing there, narrowing it before widening it. Realizing what it is. “Guys be careful!” Gwen shouted to them.
“Hey…” Cody said, sounding drowsy all of a sudden. “Anyone else… Feeling tired…?”
The other looked confused, they didn’t feel that at all. “No, but you shouldn’t fall asleep,” Sky stated, trying to keep Cody away by shaking him.
Cody tried to stay awake, but no matter how he tried, he just kept getting sleepier and sleepier. He glanced at the book in his hand and soon got an idea. Taking out a bag of marbles and getting one marble out.
‘Keep your mind calm, focus on your intent. Focus on balance, posture, and breathing.’
Doing some calculations on his head as he leans his arm back. Maintaining constant angular velocity. If he had taken a peek, something projected above his arm and held the marble.
BAM!
Before he throws it.
THUD!
“AARRRGGGGHHHHH!”
Hearing someone screaming, all the drowsiness faded away from Cody, Gwen and Dawn though Cameron, Ella, Sky and Sammy were knocked out.
“BROTHER!”
The sandstorm faded, Cody blinked while rubbing his eyes. “Huh?”
“AAAAAAAHHHHH! FUCK IT HURTS!” A man screamed out in pain.
Getting a clear view, the tech geek soon sees two figures there. The two were twins, one male, the other female. Both of them had brown hair, the woman’s hair reaching her waist while the male’s reached his shoulders. They both had tan skin. And both were in nomad garbs and robes.

“WHAT THE HELL DID HE HIT ME WITH!?” the man shouted, clutching his bleeding shoulder. “SOMETHING JUST TWISTED AND BENT AROUND MY MUSCLES!”
The woman quickly pulled out whatever was lodged, making the man goan as she pulled it out. She gawked after seeing what it was. “A Marble!?”
“A MARBLE?! THEY THREW A FUCKING MARBLE!!” The man shouted in fury. Turning to Cody as he had the bag of marbles in his hand. “You!”
“Ahhhh!” Cody shouted in fear.
“I’M GONNA KILL YOU!”
WHOOSH!
He shouted in a yellow/golden aura as something manifested from behind. What looked like a humanoid being that looked like a sand storm appeared from him, causing the sand around them to start to swirl around them.

“Wha-What the hell is that?!” Cody shouted while pointed at the being behind the man.
“Oh, you can see Stands?” The woman said to Cody. “How interesting, guess he was right about the arrow, you were stabbed by it.”
“Who-Who are you? What do you want from me?!”
“Since you can see Stands, allow us to introduce ourselves. My name is Jill and that is my brother Jack. What you saw is a Stand, a manifestation of inner power. Normal people can’t see it but those who are pierced by the arrow can.” Toman Jill introduced herself, shimmering in purple aura. A Stand manifested behind her looking similar to her brother’s Stand, a female humanoid being that looked like a sand storm, but it looked like a dark sand storm with stars in it. It looked like something out of how children story books described sand in dreams.

“A-Arrow? Wha-What are you talking about pierced by an arro-?!” Cody tried to question them until he remembered something, looking at his bandaged arm and realized what they were talking about.
“By that expression you know what I’m talking about, unfortunately you were caught on the wrong side kid. Nothing personal.” Jill said to him. “Kill him brother.”
“With pleasure sis! ENTER SANDMAN!”
WHOOSH!
SHINK!
Sands burst up and formed in pikes. “Say goodbye kid!”
WHOOSH!
“GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Cody shouted, his life flashing before his eyes.
“Shock to the System!” Gwen’s voice shouted. Then what sounded like thunder and lightning crashing or striking the earth with a woman shouting “ORA!” with the pikes breaking and parts turning to glass from the heat.
“GAAAAAAAH!” Then came the shock shouts of Jack and Jill, like they were being electrified.
Cody, seeing that the danger passed for now, turned to look at Gwen, his eyes widening to see that SHE had a Stand as well. It was humanoid as well, almost looking like Gwen herself in body shape and appearance. It was muscular, with its skin being blue, with grey patches that looked like storm clouds, yellow sunglasses in the shape of sparking electricity, what looked like tesla coils on its arms and legs, with wires connected to its back from them. And electricity coursing over its body. It was posed in a kickboxer’s stance.

“G-Gwen!? Y-You have a Stand…!?” Cody gawked in surprise.
“There’s no time Cody, you need to get out of here.” Gwen said to her friend.
“What about you?”
“She’ll have me with her,” Dawn said. “You have to take the others with you to safety.”
“No I won’t leave you behind as we-wait. You're also a Stand User?” Cody was about to refuse until something came up on his mind about Dawn.
Dawn only smiled as a purple and green aura shimmered around her and a stand manifested behind her. Her stand looked like it was two stands in one, a mother carrying her son in her arms, except they were both made out of plains. The woman was motherly in nature, her body in robes of vines, her face made up of flowers resembling a face. Her ‘son’ was carried in her arms, riding in a seated position to, his body leaning into his ‘mother’s’ shoulder. He was dressed in leaves that looked like clothing, and his face was made up of bark.

“... You have TWO Stands?” Cody asked, shocked.
“It's not two Stands, it's part of my Stand.” Dawn said to Cody. “Mother Nature's Son.”
“Dammit! They have two Stand Users?” Jack said in fury.
“Don’t worry brother, the sooner we finish this the faster we get paid once we deal with them.” Jill assured her brother.
“What deal?” Gwen asked then, having Shock to the System next to her, ready to strike.
“Someone placed a bounty on this kid’s head and the Arrow.” Jack answered them.
“WHAT?! Someone placed a bounty on me?” Cody shouted in shock. “For what for?”
“Don’t know and don’t care kid!” Jack said to Cody. “Now hold still!”
“No you don’t! Shock!”
“ORA!”
TZZZZZCCCCCHH!
BAM!
Shock to the System punched the air and sent a lightning bolt firing at the two Enemy Stand Users. Jack quickly had MEnter Sandman make a wall of sand thick enough to block it. The bolt was stopped, but there was a giant piece of glass in the wall now.
“Cody, get out of here!” Gwen shouted to him.
“Mr. Sandman! Give me your dreams!”
WHOOSH!
Immediately Jill’s Stand, Mr Sandman, let out a pink and purple mist that spread across the field and enveloped them. “Fall into the eternity of slumber!”
“You nearly had me once but Mother Nature still protects me. Mother’s Nature’s Son!” Dawn shouted to her Stand. “Spread your children across the land!”
CCRAACCKKK!
Plants sprout up from the sands and flowers bloomed, sucking the mist.
“What?! How are you able to grow plants in the desert? There’s nothing but sand for miles! How are you able to summon plants!?”
“Even if it’s just sand, there’s nutrients and underground water to help the plants grow. Life always finds a way, as they say.” Dawn said to Jill. “Mother Nature’s Son!”
CCRRACCCKKK!
WHOPISH!WHOPISH!WHOPISH!WHOPISH!WHOPISH!WHOPISH!
Vines burst from the ground and slashed at Mr. Sandman as it attempted to block the attack. A vine got past its guard, and wrapped around its waist, as thorns sprouted, piercing it. Jill coughed up blood, as would appear where the vines’ thorns dug into her Stand. It wasn’t deep, to hurt vital organs, but it hurt like hell.
“You listen well, nature girl,” Jill said softly. “But can you hear a desert breathe?”
Dawn’s eyes softened, resolute. “Every place has a pulse. Yours thrums with hunger. Mother Nature’s Son, mend and bind.”
The mother-and-child Stand swept an arm; root-lattices knitted beneath the sand, stabilizing the ground. Wildflowers bloomed at the storm’s edge.
Jill’s lips curved. “Sweet. But deserts devour seeds.”
Mr. Sandman rippled, a night-sky of grains, and exhaled a lullaby wind. Petals sagged, roots loosened, sleep folded over the plants like velvet.
Dawn pressed two fingers to her temple, voice calm. “Wake.”
CHLORO-REVEILLE.
Her Stand rang an invisible bell; the “child” stirred, green veins pulsing. The field re-budded, flowers snapping open with a collective gasp. The dream-fog burned away on their breath.
Jill’s eyes sharpened. “Counter-hypnosis… with growth cycles.” She spread her hands. “Then we accelerate entropy.”
The dark-sanded Mr. Sandman unspooled into a spiral hourglass, grains hissing downward. Every falling grain brushed a vine, aging it a season. Leaves browned, stems brittle.
Dawn clasped the child close; the “mother” breathed into the vines.
RING OF RENEWAL.
Moisture welled up from deep aquifers, youth returned, rings un-withered. The plants leaned into the phantom current and stood.
“Life finds a way,” Dawn said simply. “Even through time.”
Jill tilted her head. For the first time, a sliver of respect. “Then stop life by removing time from the equation.”
Her Stand clenched a fist, a vacuum spiral. The sand turned frictionless, root anchors lost purchase, the lattice drifted. The desert became fluid, a sea that refused all grip.
(Gwen vs Jack)
Jack stomped forward, sand spiraling up his arms like gauntlets.
“ENTER SANDMAN!”
Gwen planted her feet, fists up.
“Shock to the System! Let’s dance!”
ORAORAORA!
Her Stand hammered the air, punching arcs of lightning that stitched into a roaring bolt. Jack swept his arm; his Stand raised a dune-shield that melted to glass under the heat, then cracked with a whip of pressure.
“Sand eats lightning, sweetheart!” Jack sneered, reforming the shield.
Gwen’s eyes narrowed. “It eats careless lightning.”
She feinted a high jab, then snapped a kick. Shock to the System mirrored the motion; a low, flat thunderclap rolled across the sand, ionizing a wide strip.
Jack laughed. “Missed!”
“Did I?” Gwen flexed both hands. “Capacitance Chain.”
The air along that strip lit up-
ZZZRAKK!
-turning the ionized path into a conductive runway that raced under Jack’s feet, up his sand armor, and into Enter Sandman’s chest. The armor foamed to fulgurite, vitrifying and locking joint angles.
Jack’s grin finally faltered. “What-?!”
“Storm Clinch.” Gwen stepped in, close and mean.
ORA! ORA! ORA! ORA!
Hook! Cross! Elbow! Her Stand pounded fulgurite plates until they spidered, then shattered. Jack staggered, coughing sand.
He flung both hands. “Grain Coffin!”
Enter Sandman erupted into a spiral sarcophagus around Gwen, dense, grinding walls. They began to twist.
Gwen exhaled. “Bad move.”
Shock to the System jammed open-palm against the inner wall and pulsed micro-bursts—tiny, metered shocks at precise intervals.
“Resonant Breaker.”
The sarcophagus sang, then burst outward in glittering shards. Gwen slipped past Jack’s guard and drove a lightning-heeled knee into his sternum.
KRAK!
Jack hit the dune, wheezing, armor sloughed to lifeless sand.
“How……………. How are you this strong?” Jack questioned Gwen while looking at her with hatred.
“Lets just say the reason why, its cause you piss me the fuck off.” Gwen said to him. Walking to him as her stand floats alongside her before her stand grabs the collar of his robe and lifts close to her. “Now tell me, who was it that placed the bounty on Cody?”
“.............”
“You got one second or else.” Shock to the system pulled her arm back while gripping her knuckles. “I’ll beat the shit out of you.”
“............... Hahahahahahahahah! You think that you have the upper advantage?” Jack laughed.
“What the hell do you mean by that asshole?”
“My sister and I have completed every assignment there is. No one is able to match us because both of us were born at the same time. When we were born, we shared the same sense, same energy, same power. Jill and I are the perfect unity.” Jack monologued to Gwen. “You thought that you had beaten me? Guess what, you’ve just fallen into our trap.” Jack said to Gwen. “My sisters Stand, Mr Sandman. It embodies the spirit of sleep of the Sandman, he not only makes people sleep but manipulates sand as well.”
“What are you talking about-?!” Gwen nearly had it with the arrogant assassin until she caught what he was saying.
“By now you figured it out, but it's too late!”
“GAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!” Cody yelped, barely rolling aside as one slammed into the ground beside him. “SHE’S CONTROLLING THE WHOLE DESERT?!”
(Dawn vs Jill)
“Impressive feat, I’ll give you that girl.” Jill complimented Dawn while wiping off the blood from her mouth.
“I take no joy in hurting anyone,” Dawn said calmly, though sweat rolled down her brow. “But you threaten the balance of life and nature. That, I will not forgive.”
Jill’s grin widened. “Then let’s unbalance it completely. Mr. Sandman!” she shouted, and her Stand erupted into a storm of purple-and-gold sand that raced across the dunes like a tidal wave.
“Mother Nature’s Son!” Dawn called back. Vines burst from the ground, wrapping around her ankles, wrists, and torso, anchoring her to the land. Her Stand mimicked the motion, its hands pressing into the sand. The ground bloomed green in a twenty-foot radius, the desert turning momentarily to a living oasis.
“Life energy against dream sand, huh?” Jill smirked, summoning a spinning cyclone of glittering grains. “Let’s see which lasts longer.”
She clapped her hands. “Sleep, my children!”
The mist that rolled from Mr. Sandman shimmered with stardust. As the vapor touched the vines, their green began to dull, petals closing, stalks drooping. Dawn’s eyes fluttered.
“...So warm... so peaceful…”
Her Stand’s son stirred in the mother’s arms, placing his tiny hand to her cheek. The mother’s voice echoed softly:
“No sleep for the caretakers of life.”
The vines trembled, and suddenly surged outward with renewed power, wrapping around Jill’s legs.
“Wha-?!” Jill gasped.
Dawn’s voice rose. “You may command dreams, but life will not rest while danger stands!”
Vines lashed around Mr. Sandman’s limbs, dragging it downward. Roots burst upward beneath Jill’s feet, striking like spears.
But Jill grinned wider, even as she bled.
“That’s adorable… but you really thought I only had one trick?”
Dawn blinked. “What are you-?”
The sand beneath her suddenly shifted. The vines stopped responding.
Jill’s aura pulsed black. The dreamlike shimmer around her Stand darkened into the golden hue of Jack’s Enter Sandman.
“GAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!” Cody yelped, barely rolling aside as one slammed into the ground beside him. “SHE’S CONTROLLING THE WHOLE DESERT?!”
“Wait…” Gwen muttered from her side of the battlefield, hearing the change in tone as her opponent coughed blood. “That aura… it’s the same!”
Jill wiped her mouth, smiling with mad pride.
“Here’s the truth, girls, Jack and I aren’t just twins. We’re one body divided in two! He controls the daylight sands of consciousness…” she raised her hand, sand swirling around it in constellations of gold and violet,
“…and I command the sleeping sands of the subconscious!”
The ground trembled violently.
“All that life energy you poured into the earth, sweet Dawn…” Jill whispered. “It’s mine now.”
Dawn gasped as her own vines turned against her—thickening, twisting—dragging her down. “No…! This-This is impossible!”
“Oh, it’s very possible,” Jill purred. “When my brother’s sand touches mine, our dominions merge. Wake or sleep, dream or reality, it’s all our territory.”
She raised both hands high.
“Sandstorm Dominion!”
A blinding cyclone of sand erupted, swallowing everything. Gwen shielded her eyes, barely keeping her footing as lightning sparked in all directions. Cody struggled to stand, clutching the marble bag close.
“Gwen! Dawn!” Cody shouted, trying to reach them.
But Jill turned, smiling at him, eyes glowing like dying suns.
“You were our real target all along, boy. Your Spin, the Arrow, everything you are.”
“Stay away from him!” Gwen roared, charging forward with Shock to the System.
Jack’s weakened body smirked as Enter Sandman flickered back to life, intercepting her with a wave of golden dunes. The two Stands clashed, lightning against sand.
BZZZT! BOOM!
Each blow sent sparks exploding and sand melting to glass.
“Gwen, focus on Jack!” Dawn shouted, struggling against the vines binding her. “I’ll… try… to handle her!”
“You’ll try,” Jill said, raising a hand as her Stand mirrored her. “But you’ll dream before you do.”
Mr. Sandman exhaled a fine mist directly into Dawn’s face. Her movements slowed; her eyes half-lidded.
“Sleep now,” Jill whispered. “And let the desert cradle you.”
Dawn’s Stand staggered—and yet, from her fading lips came a whisper:
“Mother’s… Son… Bloom again…”
Tiny green motes drifted from her Stand’s hand, wrapping around Cody.
“Cody… your energy… is still turning. Don’t… stop spinning.”
Cody’s eyes widened as her aura touched him. The vines constricting her briefly loosened—just enough for her to meet his gaze.
Jill snarled. “No you don’t!”
She slammed both palms to the ground.
The entire battlefield shifted, sand spiraling like a whirlpool beneath Cody’s feet.
“GAH! WHAT IS THIS?!” Cody yelled as his legs sank deeper.
Jill’s smirk returned. “My Stand doesn’t just bring sleep, boy. When I put someone under, their mind drifts into the dream realm-” she clenched her fists, and the sands hardened around Cody like molten glass. “-and their body becomes mine to bury.”
Cody thrashed, but every movement drew him deeper. The marble bag slipped from his fingers, falling into the sand.
“You’re not just sinking,” Jill whispered, voice low and echoing. “You’re falling asleep—in the arms of eternity.”
Her Stand loomed behind her, its face a swirling void of violet stars.
“Mr. Sandman! Eternal Dream Burial!”
The dunes roared, swallowing Cody up to his chest.
“NO!” Gwen screamed, lightning dancing across her arms. “CODY!”
Jill only laughed—half triumphant, half delirious—as her shadow stretched across the dunes.
“When he sleeps, his world will stop spinning forever.”
(Cody)
‘No, no this can’t be happening.’ Cody thrashed around while trying to get out of the quicksand but the more he thrashed, the further he went down into the sand. ‘Gwen needs me, Dawn needs my help, I can’t. If I can just………’
Attempting to reach out, but no matter what he did, the sand pulled harder. Every twitch, every breath drew him deeper, up to his ribs, then his chest. His fingers scraped against air, trembling inches from freedom.
‘No, no… this can’t be it…!’ Cody thought, heart hammering in his chest. The pressure crushed against his ribs, his lungs screaming for air. The sound of distant thunder—Gwen’s Stand battling—echoed dimly above him.
He could see nothing but swirling gold around him, each grain spinning like tiny stars in a storm. The light from above faded as the sand swallowed his shoulders.
‘I have to get back up! I have to help Gwen I……………… I……….’ Cody’s thoughts broke apart mid-sentence. The sand pressed tighter around his chest; every breath he took filled his mouth with grit. He clawed upward, but the more he moved, the faster he sank. His fingers scraped at nothing but dust.
He could hear nothing but his heartbeat, slow, uneven, and the muffled cries of Gwen fading into the distance.
So this is it… I’m really… going to die here…
His eyelids drooped, the world shrinking to a dim blur of gold and black.

(Flashback)
“Grandpa?” a young Cody said, tugging gently on the old man’s sleeve. The smell of grass and leather hung in the air, a late afternoon in the backyard, the sky burning orange.
His grandfather looked up from the worn baseball glove in his lap and smiled, lines around his eyes creasing with kindness.
“Yeah, sport? What’s on your mind?”
Cody hesitated, eyes darting toward the road where his parents’ car had just disappeared, leaving behind a trail of dust.
“They’re… not coming back today, are they?”
The old man sighed softly, ruffling the boy’s hair. “Nah, not today. You know how your mom gets when she’s got a case to win. And your dad, well, hospitals never sleep.”
Cody’s little hands clenched. “They always say they’re too busy. Do they even remember me sometimes?”
His grandfather looked at him for a long moment, then smiled at that patient, knowing the way only grandparents can. “Listen here, Cody. The world’s full of people who chase big things; money, fame, pride. But you? You just gotta find your why. You hear me? The reason that keeps you standing when everyone else sits down.”
He handed Cody the baseball. Its surface was scuffed, the stitches loose, like it had seen decades of use. “Life’s like this ball, kiddo. You’ll drop it a thousand times. You’ll miss a few catches. But what matters is…”
He stepped back, raising his voice slightly, “...you pick it up and throw it again.”
Cody blinked, confused. “Even if I miss?”
“Especially if you miss,” the old man said firmly. “Because that’s when it counts. When everything’s heavy, when the world’s got you down — that’s when you gotta throw harder than ever before.”
He smiled wider, eyes twinkling. “Now, show me that arm of yours.”
Cody lifted the ball weakly. “I can’t throw far…”
“Then throw it short,” Grandpa said. “But throw with your heart.”
He crouched beside the boy, whispering with a grin:
“Cody, the world’s gonna try to bury you. People’ll forget your name. But when it does-” He took Cody’s small hand, guiding it back. “-you get back up. You rise up. You don’t give up.”
Cody’s lip trembled. “What if I fall?”
“Then I’ll be the voice that yells at you from up there.” He tapped his own chest. “Right here. Always.”
The old man stepped back, pointing to the open field.
“Now throw it, Cody. As hard as you can!”
The boy wound up.
“Throw it!” Grandpa’s voice echoed.
The ball left his hand.
“THROW IT!”
The echo rang again, louder, resounding through time itself.
“THROW IT, CODY!”
“THROW IT! THROW IT! THROW IT!”
(Present)
BAAAAAAMMMMM!
“Huh?! What the?!” Suddenly where Cody was, the sand just suddenly burst and gushed out like a geyser. It was a spiraling pillar of fire that blew the sand up like a geyser. And to add more disbelief to the image the group was seeing, they saw Cody riding on the back of an armored centaur looking beast that looked like it was in pitch black armor with orange light forming under the slits, its head looking like a horse, with a main and tail of fire for hair, crimson eyes like that of lava, and smoke coming from its mouth and nostrils. When it galloped, it left fury hoof prints, even in the air.

“What the hell is that!?” Jack shouted in shock.
“D-Did he just awaken his Stand?” Jill asked in shock.
“This is Cody’s Stand?” Gwen asked in shock.
“Its fire is so hot, it’s burning the air somehow,” Dawn said in shock.
Cody was surprised as well, holding onto his Stand. “Whoa, I guess this is what my inner will looks like? Guess my time playing D&D shows. A Black Knight Centar… No, not a good name… Dark Horse? Yeah, that feels right. Dark Horse it is.”
“Impressive looking Stand, but even if you just acquired a Stand-”
BOOM!
“YOU'RE STILL JUST A WEAK PATHETIC KID! ENTER SANDMAN! CRUSH HIM!”
“HMMMMMMMMM!”
WHOOSH!
“WHAT THE!?” Jack shouted in shock and Jill is taken aback that Cody’s still dodging the ground slam of Jack’s Stand with a trail of fire. “HOLD STILL YA FUCKING BRAT! ENTER SANDMAN! BARRAGE HIM WITH SAND!”
Enter Sandman raised up its arms with hundreds of sand spears formed around it and launched it to Cody.
WHOOSH! WHOOSH! WHOOSH! WHOOSH!
Though none could strike at Cody as Dark Horse sped in a trail of fire left and right, dodging the sand spears like it was nothing.
“STOP MOVING AROUND!”
“How about, no.” Cody said to Jack. “You're trying to kill me, asshole!” Cody shouted at him while shocked at how Dark Horse is dodging them or more likely how he can feel it listening to the command in his mind on avoiding the sand spears from skewering him.
“It’s your own fault for being unlucky,” Jill stated, trying to put up a veil of sleeping mist in front of him.
Dark Horse was able to maneuver around the mist.
“You may be fast, but even speed has its limits.” Jill said. “Mr Sandman! Unleash the realm of Morpheus!”
Her Stand placed her hands together causing the purple mist to form around between her palms as it gathered and condensed.
WHOOSH!
And sends it flying to Cody.
“You can’t run from this boy! I laced the dream mist powerful enough to match Mach 2 speed! Nothing can escape the speed of sound!” Jill taunted Cody, watching it flashed towards him.
BAAMM!
Though unfortunately Dark Horse caught it between its hands as it skidded back a few feet.
“Ouch! That hurt!” Cody shouted in pain, feeling the pain over his hand. “How could my hands hurt?”
“Cody, listen! Whatever damage a Stand takes, their users also take damage as well!” Gwen shouted to Cody. “If the Stand gets hurt, you also get hurt!”
“WATCH YOUR SURROUNDINGS BOY!”
“SHIT! DARK HORSE! GET US OUT OF HERE!” Cody shouted to his Stand as it obeys and quickly gallops through the sand.
BOOM!
BOOM!
BOOM!
Each time he nearly gets hit by Jill purple mist. Just by an inch.
“YOU CAN’T HIDE FOREVER BOY!”
BAM! BAAM! BAAM!
Her brother joined in and his Stand slammed its hand on the sand causing sand pillars to erupt to Cody’s path, making Dark Horse maneuver it.
‘Goddammit! How am I supposed to get out of here? She just keeps sending those mist attacks to me! If I get hit by them then it's game over for me!’ Cody mentally shouted at his mind while gritting his teeth. ‘She can’t keep sending those purple mist forever, just how is she able to make those mist? She needed to have water to make mist appear……………..wait a minute, water!’ Cody widens his eyes in thoughts, remembering how mist appears. ‘She can’t manifest mist without any water, we’re in a desert, there’s no water around us. It shouldn’t be possible, unless.’ Taking a quick look at the purple mist gathered around Mr Sandman. Notice a faint trail of mist coming from Jill all the way to her water container. ‘That's it! That's how she’s able to conjure those mist! She has a container of water with her!’ Cody thought of a plan immediately and perked up.
“GWEN!” He shouted to Gwen. “I NEED YOUR HELP!”
“What is it Cody?”
“I have a plan! Can you distract her for a second? I just need you to distract her, can you do that?”
“I can,” Gwen said.
“You need me to keep Jack distracted?” Dawn asked.
“Yeah, I don't need him blindsiding me!” Cody agreed, quickly, pulling Dark Horse into a tight circle of flame as the sands shook beneath them. “You and Gwen hold their attention, just thirty seconds! That’s all I need!”
“Got it!” Gwen answered, summoning Shock to the System, lightning bursting off her knuckles. She charged straight at Jill, her Stand mirroring her movement in a blur of thunder. “You wanted another round, sand-witch? Come and get it!”
Electric fists met swirling sand as Jill blocked with Mr. Sandman, sparks flying, the air cracking like gunfire. Jack moved to intercept, but Mother Nature’s Son rose from the dunes, vines lashing his legs and dragging him down.
“You’ll face me,” Dawn said, her voice calm but firm.
For a moment, Jill grinned, confident, poised.
“Two against two again? You’re predictable. All I need is one good shot and your little tech-boy’s dream ends.”
She pressed her palms together. The mist between them glowed a deep violet, swirling faster and faster until it shrieked with pressure. “Mr. Sandman! Dream Lance!”
Lightning met fog, earth split, air trembled. Gwen blocked the first blast, her arms shaking, sweat dripping down her temple.
“Cody, whatever you’re planning, do it fast!” she yelled.
Cody crouched low on Dark Horse’s back, eyes fixed not on Jill, but on the faint silvery line connecting her Stand to something at her belt. A flash of metal. A water container.
‘There it is… the source of the mist.’
He whispered to his Stand, “Dark Horse! Next Go Around!.”
The centaur’s hooves ignited, burning a spiral track through the dunes as it vanished behind the cover of Gwen’s storm. Jill’s eyes narrowed, sensing the motion but unable to see through the haze.
“Trying to flank me? I can feel every grain of sand around you, boy! You can’t hide from me!”
She swept her arm, and the desert shifted with her. The sand rippled, searching, hunting for heat.
Then she froze.
A strange, crackling laugh echoed behind her. Cody’s voice, clear, mocking.
“Really? For someone who ‘feels every grain,’ you missed something pretty big.”
Jill’s smile faltered. “What-?”
Something cold brushed against her hip. She looked down… Her water container was gone. The line of mist that had been feeding Mr. Sandman’s attacks had vanished into the air.
Her eyes darted toward the dunes.
Dawn stood there, calm and smiling, holding the container in her hands.
“Sorry,” Dawn said softly. “But the desert gives and takes away.”
Jill’s pupils dilated. “You…! When-how-?!”
Cody’s grin widened as Dark Horse burst from the flames behind her, its hooves striking the air, every step leaving molten embers. “Gwen was just the lightning you were supposed to see,” he said. “Dawn was the calm that stole what you didn’t.” Taunting her while Dawn opened the container and spilled water to her Stand, causing it to be refreshed and energized. “I figured out your Stand ability! You can’t actively use your purple mist without any water source ‘cause mist is formed from water vapor! Without it, you can’t put anyone to sleep!”
“GAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!”
BOOM!
Sand erupts around Jill as she shouts in anger and fury. “MY PERFECT PLAN! MY FLAWLESS PLAN! YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS WERE SUPPOSED TO FALL ASLEEP! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE A NATURAL DEATH! RUINED BY A BRAT WHO JUST GOT A STAND!” She roared out. “BROTHER! I DON’T CARE WHAT HAPPENS! HE DIES HERE NOW!”
“Understood sis! Come on! Let's become one!” Jack smiled as the sands gathered around him and Jill, and slowly the sands hardened into a giant sand golem.
“DIE NOW CODY ANDERSON!”
“Dark Horse! If Today Was Your Last Day!” Cody shouted on instinct, as his Stand summoned what looked like a giant Sun, shocking everyone that saw this. Cody could feel that all his energy was put into this last attack, so he had to make it count. Slowly shrinks it into a small ball which Cody can feel like it was a marble. Again using the spin as the miniature sun slowly spins around as heat gathers and looks like a flaming comet.
When it struck the center of the golem, it made a spiral indent and reached the center of the golem. Dark Horse shouted, “YOMI!” before snapping its fingers and the small ball exploded like and with the force of an erupting volcano.
BOOOOOOMMMMM!
Jack and Jill both screamed as they were sent flying, their bodies burnt from the attack.
“AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! IT BURNS! IT FUCKING BURNS!”
“PUT IT OUT! PUT OUT THE FLAME! IT'S SPREADING ALL OVER ME!”
Cody pants while sweat drops from him and can feel that his stamina was nearly depleted. Wiping the sweat off his forehead and walking towards them. Gwen joined Cody with her Stand, cackling with lightning.
By the time Jack and Jill recovered, they glanced up.
“NO! ENTER SANDMAN!”
“MR. SANDMAN!”
“YOMI!”
“ORA!”
BOOM!
BAM!
Both siblings’ Stands’ heads were punched off causing it to slowly disperse. Both widened their eyes in horror while Cody and Gwen glanced down at them with hardened glare.
Dark Horse stood behind Cody, flames rolling off its armor like molten waves.
Shock to the System stood behind Gwen, electricity crawling across its knuckles, the air vibrating with static.
Jack trembled. “N-No… this can’t be… w-we’re the perfect pair, we never lose-”
Cody cracked his neck, exhaling through his nose.
“…Yeah? Well…” He wiped the last bead of sweat from his brow. “… you picked the wrong kid to bury.”
Gwen stepped forward, her shadow falling over Jill. “And the wrong friends to threaten.”
Jack and Jill desperately tried to summon their Stands again, but the sand behind them only shifted weakly, unable to reform.
Their eyes widened further.
“W-wait! Hold on! Let’s talk about thi-!” But it was too late.
Cody tightened his fist. “Dark Horse!”
Gwen mirrored him. “Shock to the System!”
The two Stands snapped into position at the same time poised like twin hammer blows.
Cody's voice dropped, cold and steady.
“You’re finished.”
Gwen’s eyes narrowed, lightning flaring behind her.
“Sleep tight.”
“YOMI-”
“ORA-”
“GAAAAHHHH!”
“AAAAAAHHHHHH!”
Jack and Jill both get punched by Gwen and Cody’s stand but the two of them are not done yet.
“YOMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMIMI!”
“ORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORA!”
“YOMI!”
“ORA!”
The combined blow detonated like a meteor strike. Their fists slammed down together-
KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKOOOOOM!!!
A blinding flash tore across the desert.
Sand turned to glass.
The shockwave echoed for miles.
When the light faded, Jack and Jill were sprawled in the crater, unmoving, defeated, their Stands shattered to dust.
Jack and Jill were launched straight back, smashing into the stone ridge behind them. Their bodies hit so hard the rock cracked like pottery.
They slumped forward, coughing, barely conscious.
Jack’s fingers twitched. Jill tried to crawl.
It was over.
Cody slumps down to the ground, exhausted and spent all his energy causing Dark Horse disperse, panting.
“No………… This………… shouldn’t be……… possible.” Jack weakly said with a small tone.
“They…………………… They didn’t tell us…………………. They didn’t tell us…………..” Jill weakly said, crawling. “We never………….. failed a mission…………… yet we got beaten…………. by an adolescent kid who just…………….. awakened his Stand?”
“Well you did just now.” Gwen said to Jill before grabbing Jill and lifted her close with her eyes hardening. “I’m not gonna ask again, if you value your lives then you will answer me. Who was it that hired you and your brother to kill Cody?”
“..................... Fine……………. I’ll tell you…………” Jack said to Gwen.
“Brother! What are you doing?” Jill shouted to her brother.
“Saving our lives sister, its more important than money. Your my sister, and I don’t care what happens.” Jack said to his sister with brotherly resolve.
“...........I…………….”
“Please sister, I don’t want to lose you,” Jack pleaded with his sister. His sister doesn’t say anything when Jack takes the initiative to answer Gwen’s question. “We were hired by…………. By………… by……….” he tried to answer Gwen but something was stopping him.
Jack widened his eyes when he felt something on his body. By the time he realized it, it was too late.
Jack’s head jerked violently to the side.
“GAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!”
His spine arched backward at an impossible angle as if invisible hands were twisting him like a ragdoll. His fingers curled and snapped, his knees buckled inward.
“B-BROTHER?!” Jill screamed, reaching for him, but her body jerked too. Her neck twitched sharply, her jaw clamped open, eyes bulging.
Cody froze. Gwen tensed, Shock to the System flaring. Dawn looked sick seeing this.
“What the hell-?” Cody whispered.
Jack clawed at his throat as if something inside was tearing loose.
CRKK! CRKK! CRKCKK!
His neck twisted again, farther than bone should bend. His jaw locked open, spit and sand foaming at the corners.
“STOP…! PLEASE…!” Jill tried to scream, but her voice warped into a choking gargle. “WE FAILED…! WE FAILED…! PLEASE SPARE-!”
Their bodies spasmed in sync, twisted by a Stand neither of them had summoned. Then…
Click.
A faint sound.
Like a knuckle cracking.
Jack’s eyes rolled white.
“Gah… wh-what is… happening to m-?”
CRACK!
His neck snapped sideways.
His skull began to bulge and dent inward, like something was crushing it from the inside.
“BROTHER!! NO!!” Jill shrieked, crawling toward him—
before her own ribs compressed, popping one by one under unseen pressure.
“No… no no… STOP! PLEASE-!”
But the pressure only increased. Jack’s face twisted grotesquely. His lower jaw snapped off to the side with a wet clack. His eyes bulged, veins bursting. His whole body shuddered uncontrollably.
KRRRKK! KRRKKKK!
His head was swollen, pulsing…
BOOM.
Jack’s head exploded like a burst water balloon, spraying sand red. His body fell limp, twitching once before going still.
Jill froze in horror.
“Jack…? … JACK!!”
She crawled forward, sobbing… until her own body seized again.
“No… please… I surrender… I SURRENDER-!”
Her arms snapped backward. Her spine twisted into a harsh S-shape. Blood dripped from her eyes.
“STO–!”
CRACK!
Her head jerked up sharply.
And just like her brother, her skull began to swell, pulsing with internal pressure.
Cody took a step back. “Oh my god…”
Jill’s face twisted in terror.
“NOOOOOOO-!”
BOOOOM!
Her head detonated, blood mist vanishing into the desert wind.
Her lifeless body collapsed beside her brother’s, the two assassins finally still.
A silence fell over the battlefield.
Gwen’s Stand faded beside her.
Cody swallowed hard, chest heaving.
Dawn ran over to a rock and threw up.
Only one thing Cody had to say.
“What……… What……………..WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!?”
(Chris Plane)
BAM!
“AAAAARRRGGGHHHHH!” Chris shouted in pain, flying back a bit.
BAAMMM!
“AAAAAHHHH!” Punched in the ribs, the host hunched over.
BAM!
And punched to his abdominal as Chris widened his eyes before vomiting out blood as he pants.
“I’m sorry sir! I’m sorry!”
“They failed their task, Mclean.” The angry voice of his supervisor can be heard as Diego walked towards Chris with slit eyes and his arms were reptile claws. “Do you know why they failed Chris?”
“Because they got cocky?” Chris suggested.
BAM!
“UUAAAAAHHH!”
“Wrong, they should’ve finished the job! Not even the Joestar spawn could beat them due to their similar stands. But no they didn’t, do you wanna know the answer?” Diego said to Chris. “They lost, because that contestant of yours, Cody Anderson, has managed to beat them BECAUSE HE AWAKENED A STAND!”
“Sir I’m sorry-!”
“Do you know what you have done, Mclean?! That boy has a Stand now, a powerful one that he beat the twins Sandman Stands! He’s by now our biggest thorn in our plans, Mclean!” Diego shouted at the host.
“I still call Hacks. He SHOULDN’T have been able to have that fine of control so soon…” Chris muttered to himself.
“Have you learned NOTHING at all Chris?” Diego was now starting to get fed up with Chris. “Have you even checked his background?”
“..... No……..”
“Oh my fucking god. He’s a prodigy child, what you people call them geeks or nerds! He is in the top of his class in terms of his studies which means he’s a genius! He is able to quickly grasp his Stand’s abilities! Combine that with his intellect!”
“... Okay… We might have a problem… But… It seems his Stand uses his own Stamina, which he doesn’t have a lot.”
“Are you trying to talk your way out of this Mclean?”
“No no!” Chris shouted, waving his hands frantically. “I’m just saying that every Stand has a limitation. And Cody’s is his Stamina. Once that’s all used, he’d be a sitting duck.”
“It still sounds like you’re making excuses, Mclean.”
“What I’m saying is, what if we use other ways to drain his stamina. Like a Stand that can do so, or give him difficult challenges? Tire him out so he can’t use his Stand.”
Diego went to scold him again… but stopped, seeing Chris’s logic. “... I hate that you can come up with REASONABLE ideas on the fly…” Diego said, pinching the bridge of his nose with his hand turned back. “It almost makes it hard to want to hurt you for your blunders.”
“Thank you si-” Chris started to thank him, before he was grabbed by Diego by his shirt.
“I said ‘Almost’,” Duiego said, making Chris sweat in fear. “You forgot to tell Jack and Jill not to get my sister Sammy caught in the middle of this mess…”
“... W-Weren’t you the one to hire them?” Chris asked, still in fear. “I thought you told them? I just told them the direction to find Cody.”
“And you forgot to mention that my sister is with them.”
“I… Uh… I thought you told them the teams…?” Chris lamely suggested.
“I didn’t, I wanted to have you tell them the details, sense this is your plan,” Diego stated, glaring daggers into Chris’s soul. “I remembered I asked you if you told them about the plan which you did. I remembered that you had told them to not harm my sister and you said in your words ‘Yeah yeah, I told them everything sir.’.”
“................I forgot?” Chris said, sweating buckets. He didn't want to be hurt again.
“Then you are in for a world of hurt…” Diego said. “Pain seems to be the only way you learn things…”
The color drained from Chris’s face… again. He then said in a high pitched voice, “Mother….”
(Later)
“If we’re gonna make the challenges much harder, then we need another mindset.” Diego said to Chef and Chris (As he is quite literally the definition of being beaten up by Shaq). “And by that we’ll need to hire an addition.” Diego said to them.
“Sir, are you doubting my skills? My Stand can already make the challenges more difficult for them and we can avoid getting a lawsuit if they were badly damaged or traumatized?" Chris asked his boss.
“I am Chris. In less than one day, you already caused major headaches for all of us including the CEO.” Diego said to Chris.
“Hey, how was I supposed to know that the damn pyramid would collapse after finding the Holy Corpse Piece?” Chris asked. “The map said nothing about that.”
“Do I need to remind you about the Arrow as well?”
“........... Right.”
“I’m gonna make some calls and have the CEO to hire as an obstacle designer.” Diego said to Chris.
“Yes sir.”
“AND! We’ll add in more contestants as well.”
“WHAT?!” Chris shouted to his supervisor. “More contestants? Sir, why do we need to add more people into the game? The network says we are allowed to have 30 challengers.”
“The plans changed, if we need to get rid of Cody Anderson, Gwen Joestar, Dawn and the other Stand users from becoming a threat, we need to stall them and eliminate them before they hinder our plans.” Diego said to Chris.
“Sir………how am I supposed to explain this to the audience?”
“You do what you do best Chris, make up something believable and convincing that people would believe in.” Diego said to Chris.
“What!? Like saying we’re going to explore the WHOLE world, not just a few places!?”
“Isn’t that what your show is? World Tour?” Diego retorted to Chris.
“Sir I can’t-”
“You caused this mess and you are fixing this, Chris Mclean.” Diego said to Chris, stepping closer to him while narrowing his eyes at him, and pointing his finger on his chest. “When you first came to us you were desperate, desperate to become famous, and the need to have fame, the greed to be a rising star, who was it that approached you Mclean? Our leader, he was kind enough to give you what you want despite how many troubles you caused, so many lawsuits that's enough for the authorities all across the world to have a warrant on your arrest. He gave you power in return for his loyalty and what do you repay him? Lots of headaches and so many difficulties that would jeopardize the entire plan.”
Chris was now up against the wall of the plane. “W-Well.. That is… It’s not… I mean…” Chris tried to think of something. “W-What about Chef? H-He’s messed up as well?”
“Don’t drag me into this mess!” Chef called from the cockpit.
“Chef is barely the problem ‘cause he actually does his job while you just stand around and pit those teenagers together at each other's throats for ratings.” Diego rebuked Chris. “I will say this once last time, either you listen to what I say or I’ll have our leader to find a replacement. And trust me, he has a lot of lists of hosts who can perfectly well replace you in a second.”
Chris looked shocked. “You wouldn’t. I’m the FACE of Total Drama.”
“And it can be replaced with just the snap of the fingers.” Diego snapped his fingers. “No one will miss you, hell even the contestants would be so glad that you would be gone that they already begged me to be the host. No one cares about you Chris. Remember this, you might think you're available but in the end you're just another expendable person so easily replaced.”
Chris grumbles, not showing how Diego’s words cut deep. “FINE!” he shouted, agreeing with Diego’s demands. “We’ll add more contestants! But we're going to need a lot more food and supplies for this trip. I only had enough packed for the contestants we HAVE.”
“It will be provided, from your own budget.”
“WHAT?! NOW WAIT JUST A mIN-!”
“Chef has been complaining about you hogging the budgets so I went and checked the finances. Turns out you spend nearly half a million dollars on hair gels, the 100,000 dollars for cheap ineffective items for the challenge that would end up in a series of so many lawsuits we would be taken to the supreme court.” Diego interrupted Chris. “From now on, I’m keeping a close eye on your budget and if you buy any more useless stuff then I’ll make Chef be in charge of the finance.”
“What!? But I need my styling products to be camera ready!” Chris objected. “I’m supposed to look good for it.”
“Don’t care. Use what hair gel you have and if you show good progress, I might let you get more hair gel if you care about your hair that much.” Diego said to Chris before leaving. “You better hope you fix this Chris and remember what I said before, your expendable and that's all you’ll ever be!”
(Cairo Lotus Hotel)
BAM!
CLICK!
Cody quickly enters the room with Dawn and Gwen as he shuts the door and locks it, taking a close peek on the eyehole. Looking frantic while panicking. After what happened to Jack and Jill, Cody hasn’t said a word to Dawn and Gwen as Gwen knows what's going on with Cody’s mind. They managed to get to Egypt’s capital city Cairo, went to drop off their team's room as they were still sleeping before they ran to Cody’s room.
“Cody, are……………are you alright?” Gwen asked her friend as he looked panicked and scared as he seemed to be glued on the eyehole for longer than usual.
“Friend Cody, it's alright, there’s no one here that will threaten our lives. I sensed that there are no malicious threats or any vile auras.” Dawn said to Cody.
The tech geek stepped away from the door still not facing them, Gwen was worried and concerned about him until she heard him speak. “Gwen………………….. what the hell is going on?” Cody asked Gwen.
“...................... I’m sorry Cody, I didn’t want you to know about this.” Gwen apologized to him.
“I asked a fucking question Gwen.” For once Cody sweared against Gwen, surprising her. “I said WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!” Turning to Gwen with an angry/horrified expression. “First there’s two people who are after me because I apparently pissed off someone whom I don’t know. There's a bounty on my head that they're willing to kill everyone, even our friends. I have something that's like a superpower and now this?!”
“Cody calm down-”
“Don’t tell me to calm down Gwen! I just saw two people's heads explode!” Cody shouted to Gwen. “If I’m not freaked out I’m fucking scared! How am I supposed to calm down?! GAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH! WHY? WHO THE HELL DID I PISS OFF TO DESERVE THIS?! DID I PISS OFF GOD BECAUSE I HAVEN’T PRAYED TO HIM THAT MUCH? IS THIS MY PUNISHMENT?! WHO DID I PISS OFF WHO?!” Cody shouted while breaking down. “Where the hell am I supposed to go? Do I have to be constantly running for the rest of my life?”
SLAP!
“Cody! Snap out of it!” Gwen slapped Cody.
“............Thanks, I needed that.” Cody thanked Gwen as he was having a panic attack.
“We understand your plight, Cody,” Dawn said. “But we are here to help.”
“Thanks, but still, what the hell is going on you two? Just, what is it that you haven’t told me?” Cody asked both girls, mostly Gwen.
“I think it has to do with the Stand Arrow you found,” Gwen stated.
Cody furrowed his brow before remembering the Arrow that stabbed him, grabbing it from his pockets and pulling it out as the arrow gleamed in light. “You mean this thing, was the reason why I have a Stand?”
“I never believed it until I saw it happen.” Gwen said to Cody. “Its also related to my family as well.”
“Your family?”
“........... I haven’t told you my past so let me tell you what my name is. It's Gwen, Gwen Fahlenbock Joestar.” Gwen said to Cody.
“Oh my, that must be very difficult to come out like that considering you hated that you're an illegitimate child of a Joestar who slept with your mother.” Dawn said to Gwen.
“What the-how did you know about that?”
“I can read aura’s. It's part of my abilities and oh! I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to tell your secrets all of a sudden.” Dawn said to Gwen.
“Wait, you're basically born from a one night sta-ah shit I didn’t mean that way Gwen!” Cody was about to blurt it out in surprise until he realized what he was saying.
“It's fine, it's actually nice to get this off of my chest. I didn’t tell this to anyone, not even to Trent.” Gwen frowned at the memory of her former boyfriend. Shaking her head and turning to Cody. “Anyway, when I was young, I had a bad fever that I felt that I couldn’t recover from. My mother was really worried about the sickness I have. I had the fever until I felt that it was gone. Though a month after that something was floating behind me and I thought it was my imaginary friend. A month ago before the show I was approached by someone who claims to be my nephew even though he was older than me. His name was Jotaro Joestar.”
“I know him! He’s a marine biologist who’s known for his research about sharks.” Dawn added in. “You didn’t have a good family meeting and nearly beat him up when he revealed who your father was. You were so angry you caused the whole block of your city to drain the power and nearly blew him to smithereens." Dawn added in.
“Wait, I remember that blackout, that was you?” Cody asked Gwen in surprise, remembering the sudden blackout the city had when he was doing his homework. He was lucky to do it in hand writing rather than going digital which saved him from nearly losing a grade of his homework.
“Yeah, I was really pissed off at him though he managed to beat some sense into me.” Gwen chuckled nervously, remembering how she went berserk about her father being an old man, Joseph Joestar had an affair with her mother. “Though I did get an extended family. He told me what the figure was that has been my side all this time, a Stand.” She said while manifesting Shock to the System, Cody instinctively manifested his Stand as well. “Stands are the physical manifestation of the persona. Jotaro said that a Stand embodies the individual's psyche, usually as the representation of their user's "fighting spirit".”
“... Wait, but Ella is your cousin? And you’re both around the same age. How-?” Cody asked, confused.
“Thats pretty simple Cody. Not all Stands can be awakened by the Arrow.” Dawn chimed in.
“Not what I was asking, but that makes sense, and is good to know. But I was wondering how she’s your cousin?” Cody said, clarifying.
“Oh… Well, my… Stepmother? I think that’s the right term. Well, my Stepmother has a sibling, and they had Ella. So, we… Half Cousins? Is that even a term?”
“... Gwen… Your family is weird… and that’s coming from me,” Cody said.
Gwen rubbed the sides of her head. “How do you think I feel?”
“So these Stands, they're basically like Persona’s. Manifestations of our wills?” Cody asked while looking at his Stand.
“Persona?” Dawn asked, looking lost.
“It’s a video game series,” Gwen answered. “And yes, it’s sort of like that, but our Stands aren’t based on legends. Another thing about Stands is that some are powerful while others aren’t. It depends on how much willpower they have.”
“So basically out time in Total Drama Island and Action helped out a lot, from all the pain, sweat, tears and torture?”
“If I didn’t unlock my Stand earlier I would’ve caused a violent electric voltage outbreak.” Gwen said to Cody.
“Not gonna blame you on that.” Cody said to Gwen. “So basically I hit the jackpot.”
“Guess so.”
“But that doesn’t explain why these people are targeting me. What do they want from me?” Cody asked Gwen.
“I……………… I don’t know but I have a hunch.” Gwen said to Cody. “Those people, they might be working for remnants of an evil person known as DIO.”
“DIO?” Cody said in confusion while his Italian is a bit rusty but he can make out of what DIO means in Italian, it means God.
“He’s a personification of evil, Cody.” Dawn said to Cody with a serious expression. “He once conspired to rule the world and has nearly succeeded twice if he wasn’t stopped by two Joestar, Jonathan Joestar and Jotaro Kujo.”
“I see-wait, Jonathan Joestar?” Cody said in taken aback, turning to Gwen. “Isn’t that the name of your grandfather?”
“Yes, he is. He’s from the 19th century, he somehow managed to obtain some sort of immortality.” Gwen frowned. “Jotaro said he managed to survive using the body of my grandfather Jonathan Joestar. He nearly succeeded with the power of his Stand, The World. It has the ability to stop time itself.”
“Wait, it can stop time itself?!”
“Yes Cody, his Stand was very powerful. But my nephew Jotaro managed to stop him cause he also had the same ability as the world, stopping time as well. After Jotaro defeated DIO, even if he’s gone, his forces are still around the world. One of his followers, Enya and a mind controlled man, Jean Pierre Polnerff, has been around the world stabbing people with the arrows to unlock their Stands.” Gwen said to Cody.
“Wait, there’s more of these things out there!?” Cody shouted, pointing at the Arrow he had.
“Yeah, we don’t know how many but there are quite a lot of Stand users out there.”
“What does DIO’s group want with me?” Cody asked while being scared. “What was it that I pissed them off?”
“I don’t know Cody but my strong guess is that it has something to do with Total Drama and the challenge. They think you know something that should’ve been kept hidden.” Gwen said to Cody.
Cody groaned, falling back on his bed. “Great… Just my luck…”
Dawn patted him on the head. “Do not worry. I have faith that we can see this through.”
“So………… what do we do?” Cody asked Gwen with uncertainty.
“I’m gonna call Jotaro and tell him what happened, hopefully he’ll provide something that can help us. In the meantime, I think it's a good time for you to train your Stand.” Gwen said to Cody.
“Train?” Cody said to Gwen, taken back.
“You are just barely scratching the surface of your Stand and you need to learn how to use it. There are many special abilities a Stand has. Yours might be fire manipulation but Jotaro said that some Stands have special effects.” Gwen said to Cody.
“Huh… I guess that does make sense… That last move I did, it drained nearly all my stamina when I used it.” He muttered.
“There might be more of them out there so we all need to be prepared for Cody.”
“For what?”
“Something they might plan that we need to stop, before it's too late.” Gwen grimly said to Cody.
(Duncan, Courtney and Amy’s room)
“I’m telling you Duncan, you need to save your money!” Corutney said to her boyfriend.
“Princess, I have 10,000 dollars. Do you know how much I can get from this?”
“And I’m saying you need to save your money responsibly.” Courtney crossed her arms to the punk.
“Come on! What's wrong with spending some money?” Duncan argued with the CIT. “... I was thinking of getting you a gift…” he muttered that last part quietly.
“You were?” Courtney said to Duncan with bright eyes, though shakes her head. “I mean we can talk more about that later and focus on our future.”
“We don’t need to worry about what's gonna happen if it's not gonna happen.” Duncan said to Courtney.
“You were so close to winning that million dollars (Dark: In this version, Beth won the million dollars. Light: Whoa… Go Beth.). You need to learn some responsibility, mister.” Corutney said to her boyfriend.
“Ugh, what's wrong with spending some money anyway?” Amy said while groaning, listening to the CIT bitchy lectures. “Whats the use of money if you don’t spend it.”
“See, she gets it.” Duncan said to Courtney.
“Duncan.”
“And besides, I won’t need to worry about money anyway, I can spend whatever I want thanks to my brother.”
“I doubt that he would allow you to spend any money considering how he treats you.” Courtney reminded Amy.
“Ugh! He’s always on Samey's side as if she’s his golden child!” Amy groaned while remembering her brother's behavior towards her.
“Well, she’s a hundred times nicer than you,” Duncan shot back. “And considering how you're treating her, maybe like I don’t know not to treat her like a slave?”
“So you're taking her side?”
“No I’m just saying if you want to get your brother's good grace then you need to get along with your sister.” Duncan shot back at Amy.
“Like as if I would get along with her!”
“Your loss then, Blonde.” Duncan said to Amy, shrugging his shoulders. “Don’t come crying to us, sense we warned you.”
“Says the Delinquent." Amy shot back.
“Takes one to know it.” Duncan rebuked Amy, getting up from the bed and heading to the bathroom. “I’m gonna be right back.”
“Don’t take too long! I need to use it for a shower!” Amy said to Duncan.
“Don’t waste too much water Duncan!”
(Bathroom)
Duncan splashed water to face, washing it for a few seconds and looked at the sink. “Sheesh, Courtney really needs to loosen up a bit more.” Duncan muttered to himself. It was thankful that Courtney threw away the list in her dictionary of her being the ‘perfect’ boyfriend after the whole pyramid when she had a bit of enlightenment that she needed to avoid trying to be more controlling and restrictive.
Though he can’t help but to remember what happened back at the pyramid, the delinquent frowned. He remembered that the boulder should’ve crushed him but it didn’t. He couldn’t make out what happened but something shouted and caused many explosions when they rode out of the collapsing pyramid.
What the hell was it?
Shaking his head, getting rid of those thoughts, at least they were alive. Unknowingly a dark green aura shimmered around him as he didn’t notice it. “No use thinking this over.” he said before lifting his face and instead of one pair of faces, there were two. The being in the mirror looked like a four armed man, with what looked like celtic attire, only it was green a purple, with pistons on each arm, a rebreather mask on its face, and the skin of the being gun metal grey.

“What the!?” Duncan shouted, turning around to see the strange figure. “Who-What are you!?”
“Duncan?” Courtney called through the door after hearing the shouting. “Is everything okay in there?”
“Stay back! Stay back!” Duncan shouted while seeing the buff figure floating like it was a demon. “Get the hell away from me!”
THUD!
“OOFF!”
Duncan fell out of the bathroom door and fell to the floor.
“Duncan!” Courtney shouted to him and ran towards him. “What happened?”
“There’s something there! It was floating and had four arms!” He shouted while pointing at the bathroom.
“What? Four arms?” Courtney checks at the bathroom, finds nothing there and goes back to her boyfriend. “Duncan there’s nothing there.”
“Come on! It was there! Believe me!” Duncan said to Courtney, getting up and finding it wasn’t there.
“Sheesh, are you messed up in the head?” Amy asked Duncan in an annoyed tone.
“Shut up Blonde!” He shot back.
“Duncan calm down.” Courtney said to her boyfriend, placing her hand over his shoulder. “I think Chris' challenge has messed up a bit in your head and the pyramid collapsing.”
“... Are you saying I was hallucinating or something?” Duncan asked her. “Because we’ve been through a LOT of Chris’ challenges, but this is the first time something like this has happened. I swear if this is one of Chris messing us up, I don’t care if I go back to Juvie.”
“Wait until my brother fires him.” Amy nonchalantly said to Duncan before going back to her phone.
“I think you need to lay down for a bit Duncan, maybe shutting your eyes will help rest your mind.”
“........ Fine, I am worn out from that damn pyramid challenge.” Duncan sighs and listens to his girlfriend, getting to his bed and lays down.
Amy looked at Courtney after Duncan lied down, and asked, “ What do you see in him?”
“Something that you seem to lack,” Courtney said.
“And what's that?”
“Actually having a heart, rather than being a heartless person.” Courtney retorted to Amy. “Maybe that's why you never had a boyfriend.”
“SCREW YOU UPTIGHT BITCH!”
(With Team Wild Expedition: Restaurant)
Team Wild Expedition all decided to stop at a restaurant to try out authentic Egyptian cuisine. Well, more like Owen begging his team, but they were all hungry after their first challenge.
“I heard Snake is a good meat to try out,” Crimson said, being able to read the menu.
“I think I’ll try something normalish if you don’t mind,” Dave said. “No offense.”
“None taken,” Owen said. “I’m going to get the whole roasted chicken. Looks good.”
“You sure?” Noah asked him. “I don’t trust that shade of red.”
“It might just be some sauce they put on to marinade it,” Owen said.
“Ohhh! We should get the Kofta, Emma!”
“Kitty we need to avoid spending too much money.” Emma said to her sister.
“Come on sis! We’re in another country. What's there to worry about?”
“We did survive our first competition,” Noah said. “So I think we can celebrate tonight. Besides, we’re planning a strategy while we eat for the next event Chris might have for us.”
“I still think we should be considerate of our budget," Emma said. “None of us won that $10,000 side pot.”
“Come on sis, please, just this once?” Kitty begged, giving her the puppy dog eyes.
“That won’t work Kitty. I’m sorry but-”
“I’ll pay for her meal.” Noah added in.
“Wait what?” Emma was taken back at what Noah said just now.
“You will?” Kitty eyes brighten to the bookworm.
“You're sure about this? I mean it looks pricy-”
“It's alright, I’ve worked as Chris' agent and he paid me a good sum of money.” Noah said to Emma, assuring her.
“Yay! Thanks Noah!” Kitty cheered up and hugged him.
“N-No problem.” Noah choked while being hugged by Kitty a bit tight.
“Hey how come you never pay for my meal Noah?” Owen asked his friend.
“Because you would drain my wallet faster than Niagara falls.” Noah instantly replied to Owen.
“Aaaahhhhh!”
“And plus, we’re in a team so if we need to work together, we need to work together as a team to win what horrors Chris might aim at us.” Noah added in.
“Hmmmm, doesn’t sound like a bad idea.” Dave said while rubbing his chin.
“And that also means………… getting dirtier.”
“What?!” Dave shouted in shock to his cousin.
“Knowing Chris, he’ll have something that would result in something disgusting like a lot.” Noah said to Dave.
“... I want to say he doesn’t… but watching the last two seasons… I can’t argue with you on that…” Dave said, groaning. “But can we at least not discuss THAT topic when we’re not eating?”
“Be ready for that cousin.” Noah said to Dave.
Crimson lifted her tea calmly. “Cooperation is mandatory in the face of doom.”
Ennui nodded. “Those who stand alone are the first to be sacrificed to the desert.”
Everyone at the table froze.
“D-Dude,” Owen whispered, “We’re… We’re talking about challenges, right? Like mud. Or… I dunno… food fights?”
Crimson stared at him without blinking. “Yes.”
Ennui added, “And also betrayal, traps, and the endless void of despair.”
Noah sighed, rubbing his temples. “See? Even if they get it. Chris isn’t just gonna throw physical stuff at us: it’ll be mental, gross, and humiliating. We need to trust each other before we even get on the next flight.”
Kitty gave a determined nod. “Exactly! Like… if someone falls, we grab them!”
Emma crossed her arms. “And if someone panics-”
Owen raised his hand. “Probably me.”
“-we keep them focused,” Emma finished.
Dave finally relaxed a bit. “Yeah… okay. If we’re going to survive the next challenge, we gotta be on the same wavelength.”
Crimson raised her cup. “Then let us form a pact.”
Ennui raised his as well, monotone. “Bound in sand, fear, and suffering.”
Noah grimaced. “Okay, maybe… maybe not that wording-”
Owen clinked his glass against theirs. “TEAM WILD EXPEDITION!”
Kitty beamed. “Together!”
Emma sighed but smiled. “Fine… together.”
Dave nodded. “Yeah. Let’s face whatever Chris throws at us… as a unit.”
Crimson’s lip curled into the faintest smile.
“Good. The desert favors those who move as one.”
Ennui added quietly. “And devours those who don’t.”
Everyone gulped.
(???)
“So they failed?”
“I regret to inform you of this leader. The twin Sandmen failed on their missions, and one of the contestants Cody Anderson has awakened a Stand.”
“I see.” A dark figure spoke through the phone. “What is done is done.”
“Leader this is one of those damn Mclean screw ups! Not once has he been more of a problem than the Joestars but also caused so much damn trouble the government will be breathing down our necks! Why do you still keep him around?”
“Despite his…………… attitude he still has a lot of use to us.”
“How? Forgive me, leader, but Chris Mclean has nothing been a greedy, selfish, self absorbed, self centered, biggest egoist bastard I’ve ever seen! His greed for fame would ruin us all! Do you know how many lawsuits we’re facing? There’s piles of paperwork our lawyers need to do all to keep him around.”
“But he has obtained one of the Holy Corpses Piece from the map location, has he not?”
“..........That I won’t deny.”
“Then he still has his use. He managed to prove his worth, without him it would take another decade or two to find them.”
“But leader I-”
“If it helps, I’ll personally hire someone who would be a challenge obstacle designer and also would keep an eye on him. The only reason why you're with him is ‘cause you need to keep an eye on him and make sure all the Holy Corpse Pieces are collected no matter what. Can I trust you?”
“.....Yes leader I won’t fail you.”
“Keep an eye on Chris, make sure he doesn’t go too far that would expose us to the Joestars and Speedwagon corporation.”
“I will, leader.”
CLICK!
Putting down his phone as he walked towards another room, opening the door and entering the room with only visible light ahead of him. Kneeling down and interlocking his fingers while lowering his head in a prayer position.
“Soon your will shall be done.” The man spoke in a fanatic tone. “The path to heaven is within our grasp, soon the dream of ascending to heaven shall be close. So shall say you.” The lights flickered, revealing a bit of a dark skinned man while in front of him was a marble sculpture of a man in front of him who was DIO. “Lord DIO.”
To be Continued----->
AN:
Oh no, one of DIO’s followers is behind this!
Light/Xara: Kinda hard not to see that coming… You were trying to be dramatic, weren’t you?
Way to ruin my fun ‘cause nearly all of the problems in Jojo always involve Dio.
Light/Xara: I know that. Still can’t figure out where he had that second coffin. He only had the one in part one when he was on the ship, or am I mistaken?
Oh that's a question that Araki himself needs to answer since he just puts in a lot of bizarre situations that couldn’t be explained or are hard to comprehend.
Light/Xara: Yeah. … But knowing Dio, he might have, just in case his plan did fail. He always tried to never underestimate his ‘brother’.
A Joestar will always stop DIO. Anyway we have seen our very first Stand fights and Cody awakening his’! Dark Horse! And others, Shock to the System, Mother Nature’s Son, Mr Sandman and Enter Sandman! Light/Xara! Put in the Stand parameters that those Stand have, would you be so kind?

Light/Xra: And if you’re wondering about Duncan’s Stand? His hasn’t been named yet, and hasn’t been fully shown what it can do. What do you think of the stats Dark?
They're perfect and you're right about Duncan’s Stand. I mean his reaction is common to see a stand like that. I mean what would your reaction realistically be with a being floating behind you too close and looks intimidating?
Light/Xara: True. But enough about that, what should we expect in the next chapter?
One, Japan, two, new contestants, three, a new teacher. Oh yeah, also added another thing that Chris will make the challenge more deadlier and harder which means there will be some if not a lot of challenges that WILL be literally life or death.
Light/Xara: … Like they already weren’t from the start…
Only for this one, they’re ACTIVELY trying to kill Cody while dragging others for what Chris in his words ‘ratings’.
Light/Xara: … True. Anyways. Shall we end it here?
Yes we shall, thank you guys for reading our story. I am so glad and happy that people are already making suggestions for the future Stands and you know what? I’m gonna let Light choose which Stand name will be for Duncan’s Stand.
Light/Xara: Thank you. We hope you all enjoyed the story and leave a Kudo’s, fave and review. Anything else Dark?
Again leave a comment/review on Stand suggestions you can suggest to us and I’ll have Light/Xara pick one.
Light/Xara: Okay. And with that, we’ll see you in the next chapter.
PEACE OUT!
