Dairoku stood on the side of the bridge, his gang wasn't here yet, he could be himself as he saw nobody from school, but he still wanted to stay clear of anyone he could know. He didn't seem to see anyone, so he sighed and relaxed, admiring the water. There were some leaves around him, it was a nice fall.
"Pretty..i've understand the sports club liking to swim, i like fire more though, way cooler." Dairoku smiled to no one in particular and took out a candy bar, he was far more relaxed then any one from school would ever- Patter Patter Patter crunch. ...Speak of the devil. Dairoku slowly moved his head and looked at whoever was next to him. The boy had fair skin, pretty blonde hair, soft blue eyes, and was wearing a much more casual outfit, a white long sleeved shirt with a pastel blue cardigan and long black pants and normal school shoes, and his signature blue camera, it was none other than the photography club leader. Dairoku relaxed a bit, fureddo wasn't a threat, he knew combat yes, but he never used it unless necessary, not like Dairoku would ever assume that from his looks. Fureddo was calm, most likely not having noticed dairoku yet, he took a picture of the water, admiring it himself. Dairoku felt..weird..he always kinda thought fureddo was handsome and nice looking, but seeing him right here..Dairoku shook his head. Fureddo stood, simply relaxing. Fureddo closed his eyes, dairoku didn't know what to do, he didn't really wanna scare off fureddo, but he didn't know how to-
"Oh, hey!" Dairoku was snapped out of his thoughts when fureddo said that, dairoku slowly looked at him, the blonde boy smiling wide. "Your dairoku, right?" Fureddo seemed nervous, realistic for someone interracting with a delinquent. Dairoku thought before coming up with a usual gruff response. "Why should i tell you anything." Fureddo nodded, nervous, but wasn't trying to press dairokus buttons. "Yeah..uh.." Fureddo fidgeted with his hands, not knowing what to do. Dairoku looked around, it was pretty clear, not many people were around, he let his guard go slightly down. "...Dairoku. Yes. That's me." Fureddo smiled. "I'm Fureddo, but Freds okay too."
Fred smiled, it was genuine. Dairoku felt comfortable around him. "..Yeah, photography club...uh...whatcha..like to do." Fred smiled "Take pictures, read manga, watch shin do occult stuff." Dairoku perked up at the mention of occult. "Wow, the photography leader likes the occult? What a twist." Fred giggled. "I know, most people wouldn't think that of himbo blondie guy who likes to eat snacks." Dairoku giggled this time. "Your funny, fred." Fred smiled. "Thanks, what do you like to do daidai?" The nickname almost threw dairoku off guard, but he stayed calm. "Gang activites. But, i also like to read..I also like the occult but i'm sure that's not anything shocking." "Not really, but it's a cool fact!" Dairoku's gazed softened. This guy really knew how to see the good in people.
Fred thought for as second, then looked back at dairoku. "What's your favorite color? I'd say either blue or maybe white" "I love the color blue. It's masculine yknow? I also like black cause it's intimidating.Like a black panther. It'll tear you in half if you dare to mess with it." Dairoku had a sinister grin. Fred's smile didn't falter, actually, he got closer. "Is that a threat? I understand you and your gang, you guys are..kind of cool, actually." Dairoku looked at fred like he was a rokurokubi. "You think we're cool?" Fred nodded. "I personally don't wanna be a delinquient, but you guys are still cool!" Fred put two thumbs up in the air. Dairoku was internally happy about how well they got along.
"Fred, you ask so many questions. Hm, how's your family? I'm sure with someone like you as they're son they're lucky." Fred's smile faltered for the first time. "Oh, they're...ok..they didn't want me coming here but they don't seem to care about it now..haha!...They never really cared about much.." Dairoku stood there, then put a comforting arm around fred. "I get it. My parents didn't out right hurt me but they weren't that present. Hell. They barely talk to me." Fred blushed slightly at the reassurance. "Yeah..mine are like that too..they still talk to me and stuff but it feels like they don't really see a difference on if I'm there or not..uh, i'm sorry.." Fred looked away. "Hey. You didn't do anything wrong. I was the one who asked." Fred shrugged. "Still.." Dairoku pulled Fred closer, they looked like they were hugging almost. Both of them blushed and looked away.
"Uh, what food do you like? I have some gummies." Fred mumbled. Dairoku looked at him. "That'd be nice...i like steaks.." Fred took out a box of gummy worms and gave some to dairoku, dairoku chewed and relaxed. "These were my favorite growing up, only problem is they get stuck on your teeth, that's annoying." Dairoku nodded. "There good as hell though." Fred nodded. "They always made me feel better, the texture annoyed me but it was just such a good way to ignore life, other than photography and manga of course." Dairoku nodded and pat him.
fred smiled and pulled out a small piece of paper. Writing something down on it. Then gave it to Dairoku. "Uh, we should, hang out! Sometime!" Dairoku stared at the paper, smiled softly and stuck it in his pocket. "Yeah. We should." Both of them stared at each other, soft smiles on they're faces, sharing a slight longing look.
"DAIROKUU!!!!!!!" Dairoku jumped and looked behind him, there he saw hayanari yelling for him. "See ya later fred. Have a good evening." "You too, daidai." Dairoku walked to his gang , heart racing from the interaction, and walked with them to they're hang out spot.
Hayanari got close to dairoku and whispered in his ear:"Soo, who was that boy you talked to? You guys...dating?"
Shit. he had a lot of explaining to do.
