Please come home..

Summary:

While Wednesday is away on a business trip to another country, she leaves her wife, Enid Sinclair, at home. Unbeknownst to Wednesday, Enid unexpectedly got her heat that week she left. At first, it wasn't like the other heats Enid has experienced. Instead of being a whiny vulnerable half-transformed werewolf, she completely wolfed out. Jumping out the window before she fully transformed.

Her pheromones quickly attract a nearby male werewolf… and what follows is something Enid never wanted, and something that ends in trauma.

Chapter 1: Forgive me.

Chapter Text

“Wait, you're leaving tomorrow?.. The blonde haired girl turns her head to face the goth, who looks completely unbothered. Drinking a cup of tea and reading the daily newspaper.

Wednesday stopped flipping through pages. She turned toward her wife, dark eyes calm yet attentive.

“Yes.” she replied. Of course, her tone cool as always… yet the smallest warmth slipped through. “Why do you ask?”

Enid’s fingers fidgeted in her lap. “How long… will you be gone?”

The goth pretends to think. Scooting closer to her wife until Enid had no choice but to look up at her.
“A week,” Wednesday answered– “Maybe two.”Her voice tried to remain flat… But there was a softness there, the kind she only ever had for Enid, the love of her life.

“Is something wrong? Something bothering you perhaps..?” Being married to the Wednesday Addams makes you feel like you’re dating two different people.
One side, the stoic, stubborn, annoying partner who would not return your physical touches in public, the person who would point out even your smallest flaws, insecurities and other bad habits. But another side of her is the highly affectionate, caring, and possessive partner, asking you where you are every 10 minutes, asking about your well being. And basically cares for you like a good partner.

“No… nothing’s wrong, I just…” The werewolf’s voice faded as she struggled to finish the sentence.

Wednesday arched an eyebrow, her expression sharp but curious.

“Well?” she urged. “Spit it out. You know I hate waiting.”
And there's the annoying part of Wednesday Enid never really liked.
Though, she brushed it off like she always does. Classic ‘ol Wednesday..
The wolf rolled her eyes playfully, “I’m gonna miss you SOO much you know?” Enid snuggled into the crook of her wife’s neck, enjoying the warmth of her wife before she left her home alone for who knows how long.

The raven sighed, “Of course you will.” She lets the wolf melt into her, enjoying the comfort.

Days without Wednesday seem normal enough for Enid.

Binge watching, midnight drives to wherever, frequent visits to Yoko and Divina’s house (heck she even babysitted their kids), and just being Enid.

But… She felt something was amiss..

She had her heat.

Panting and feeling hot all over, physically sensitive to the touch. She needed Wednesday..
The heat itself wasn’t triggered by cycle, but perhaps the stress of being away from her wife, her mate, the love of her life.

Before she could even react, her claws extended, back arches and she could feel herself transform fully into a wolf.

Wait.

This never happened before..

When she has her heat, she never fully transforms into a wolf.. Wednesday would describe it as Enid’s “Half-wolf” form, body completely human. Yet she has her wolf features, such as tails, ears, and her sharp canine teeth. Being half-transformed made it easier for her to just stay inside the house, but here she is. Transforming completely into a werewolf.. Boy- what could go wrong?

Everything could go wrong..

Wednesday used to set up some ground rules for Enid during her heats.

“Number one : you do not leave the house during heat. Not under any circumstance.”
“Number two : you tell me the moment you feel it starting.”
“Number three : windows locked. Doors secured. Always.”
“And most importantly.."
"Number four : you are never alone outside. Ever.”

Those rules echo through Enid’s entire existence..

However, here Enid is now. Breaking the most important rule of them all..

Being outside in the woods, alone, scared, and most of all.. Vulnerable.

Enid lets out a low growl as she wolfs out completely, fur covering her body and ears perking up. Something felt off. She felt a strong urges, urges that made her feel guilty.

She was already pretty anxious from being outside in the woods during moments of vulnerability. The fact her body was producing pheromones made her even more scared and guilty.

The werewolf sprinted through the woods in record speed, her legs moving on their own. Distracting herself from the intense impulse.

That's when–

She bumped into an alpha. A type of werewolf who doesn't need a full moon to transform. If you learn to control it, you can wolf out and transform back whenever you’d like.

Enid herself is an omega in this situation. Being in contact with an alpha (Who isn’t Wednesday) seems more than terrifying. But that's not even the worst part.

You know what's worse?

Enid is an omega, an omega in heat.

The unknown werewolf sniffed Enid. Curious? Perhaps..

Enid’s fur bristled as she felt the strange werewolf sniff her. The wolf suddenly stepped closer towards her, causing her to take a few steps back defensively.

He towered Enid over. Grinning, looking at Enid like a fresh piece of meat.

She growled at the wolf, howled at it, and snarled.

But it didn't stop him.

The male alpha stopped dead in his tracks right in front of her. With the size difference between them, he could easily take advantage of her. And that's horrible.

The omega gulped as she slowly slid down the tree, whimpering in fear, her body growing hotter as she desperately tried to stay in control.
With that. She releases pheromones.

Of course, a grave mistake.
The unknown wolf smirks, and does things without Enid’s consent.

To Enid, every second felt like her world was collapsing inward. Guilt washes over every inch of her cells. Her mind immediately thought about how Wednesday would react.. Could it be that she's upset? Disappointed?... Or could she even consider leaving her after this incident..?

Her body wasn’t responding to her commands, her instincts weren’t her own, and more fear and guilt was clawing up her throat like spiders.

She closed her eyes, wanting all of this to be a nightmare, a dream, an imagination.
But there she was. Whimpering for him to stop.

“Please, please, don’t-”

To the alpha, it was something entirely different.
In his mind, this was instinct, biology, an unavoidable pull written somewhere deep in the bones of werewolves. He didn’t see fear. He didn’t hear the tremor in her growls or the desperation in her whimpers. All he recognized was scent, a signal that to him meant consent.

Where Enid saw trauma,
He saw an opportunity.

He wasn’t thinking about the consequences. He didn’t care that she was shaking, that she was howling for him to stop with every rigid ounce of her body.

In his world, power justified action. Dominance erased the need for permission. Biology excused brutality. The male wolf got off of her, staring down at Enid coldly. His eyes shone with a dark glean, the yellow almost piercing into Enid's skin. The omega gulped, not saying anything, but scooted away.

She ran back home, crying pitifully.

She waited in front of her house to finally turn back into a human..

When the time she turned back came, she was freezing, feeling dirty as ever. Bruises on her body, a reality of how the unknown wolf had treated her.

“Gotta get… Inside..” Enid hoarsely murmured out as she walked in her front door, naked and trembling.

First thing the werewolf did was go inside her shared room, she cried in there.
Sobbing pitifully, curled beneath her blankets, fidgeting until her knuckles bled, she couldn’t feel anything but the sting of the aftermath.

She kept hearing it...
The snapping of branches.
The growl behind her.
The way her body betrayed her.

Her breath shook. She pressed her forehead to her knees, trying to make herself disappear.
“I’m sorry…” the vulnerable werewolf whispered over and over.. “I’m so, so sorry…”

Sorry for leaving the house.
Sorry for breaking the rules.
Sorry for existing…

She wasn’t sure when she stopped crying, she was exhausted. Obviously she didn’t keep count when.

But the silence was deafening....
