[ spArk STARTING LIVE : Kim Iwol's Album Unboxing ]
The title alone pulled Sparklers as soon as they saw the notification. Like always, when they enter Iwol's live, the first few minutes are just him greeting Sparklers—he had always said that he'll wait for Sparklers for a few minutes before he officially starts his lives.

“Hello, Sparklers. Thank you for your greetings and concerns. I'm doing well, and I'm healthy too. Please stay healthy as always too, Sparklers.”
After a short greeting toward Sparklers, one he never forgets to do, Iwol finally began his agenda.
“Today, I'm doing an unboxing video of our new album. We prepared a lot for it so please enjoy it, Sparklers.” Iwol said, smiling as he looked at the fast-moving comment section.

Behind the camera, Daeyeon handed him the album package.
“It's quite neat, isn't it? The size is 6x8 inches, something similar to an a5 notebook. The width is about ½ inch,” he spoke while showing each side of the album.
Even though UA had already released the inclusion list for the album and Sparklers had already pre-ordered the album, they still wanted to see how it looked.
“Sparklers, let's check it open now.”
With a small cutter, Iwol carefully cut the plastic covering. He had long learned to be cautious when cutting albums open.
Iwol hummed, satisfied with how the album package felt. It came in a form of a box so Iwol flipped the cover up.
“The box is sturdy. This must be waterproof too.”
The first that he took out was the photobook.
“This is the concept photobook. On the last page,” he opened to the cover, “is the album CD and credits list. It's kept securely on the cover.”
Since the album hasn't been released, Iwol only showed a few pages of photos that have already been posted online for promotion.
“The photos are printed really well. Although, of course, the members look better in person. No camera nor printer can show the vividness of their looks.”
At his words, Sparklers flooded the comments again.

Iwol placed the photobook down on the table and finally moved onto the merch that Sparklers have been curious about since earlier.
“Aside from the photobook and CD, the other inclusions are,” Iwol took a printed card and showed it to the camera, “one postcard with our group photo.”
He took another item, a smaller one.
“A sticker set containing three stickers. And of course, there are two copies of each so please don't hesitate to use them.”

“And I know, what most of you are probably looking forward to, the polaroid and photocard.”

Seeing the comments, Iwol gently took the photocard and polaroid from the box, ensuring it remained down.
“Since it's 1 out of 6 members, I think I'm happy with getting any member. Ah, would it be bad if I got the same member's photocard and polaroid?”

“That would be awkward… Although I don't think I'd get my own photos. The chances of getting the other members’ photos are 5 out of 6, you know?”

Iwol pursed his lips, a little embarrassed at the fans’ sentiments.
“No… What would I even do with my own photos?”

Iwol was confident. A ⅚ probability was on his side.
“Alright. If I get my photocard, I'll put it on my phone. How long should I keep it?”

After reading the comments, Iwol then agreed to them.
“Got it. If I get my photocard, I'll keep it in my phone case until the next comeback.”

“Ah, whether I get it or not, if you want an album unboxing next time, then I will do it.”
He should get the other members to join as well.
“Then should we take a look at the merch now? Which one do you want to see?”
Iwol expected to see divided answers but Sparklers were completely in sync.

“Polaroid, it is then. I will cover the top and bottom part because we wrote messages on our polaroid. I'm only showing the photo so the messages will be a surprise to Sparklers.”
Iwol finally showed the polaroid photo on the camera, with his hands covering the top and bottom part.

Seeing the comments, Iwol immediately flipped the polaroid toward him.
“Oh, it's mine.”
He held it steadily on the camera, with his hands out of the photo, for a few seconds before returning it to the box.
“Did you get a good look, Sparklers?”

“Shall we check the photocard? I'll show it to you first before I see it.”
After seeing the “okay” of the fans along with some others requesting him to guess which one he'll get, Iwol took the photocard, with it facing downwards.
“Then, I'll show it in three. One, two—”
“And three.”
Iwol flipped the photocard toward the camera.
He quickly looked at the comments section. However, he couldn't make anything out of Sparklers’ reactions.
“What? What's with your reactions? Who did I get?”

Iwol groaned a little. He can never go against Sparklers.
“Your reactions were a little… mixed?”
Remembering the barrage of question marks and surprised expressions from earlier, Iwol couldn't make a guess.
Still, he noticed a few comments of fans laughing.
“Did I get Jeho?”
> no how did you even think of jeho lol
> ??? iwol no
> iwol-ah, let's think again…
> is jeho all u think of
Iwol though again while glaring at the blue back side of the photocard.
Which member would get the fans confused, surprised, and amused at the same time?
If it's not Jeho, who else would it be? He's really the only member he could think of that would elicit such a mixed response. If it's any of the other members, Sparklers wouldn't be laughing at him.
“I really have no idea. I'll check it now.”
Iwol gave up and flipped the photocard upward.
“Huh?”
On the photocard, there was his photo—one where he was pressing his cheek on the neck of his bass, smiling at the members who took his photo so suddenly.

Iwol flipped the photocard again. It really was his photo.
“No…How could I get both of mine?”
It's either the album was really packaged randomly or…
“Manager-hyung?”
Daeyeon shook his head behind the camera.
“Really? You didn't do it on purpose?”
“It was sealed.”
“Okay, I'm sorry.”
In the end, Iwol admitted defeat.
As he promised, he put the photocard on the back of his phone.
“Here it is.”

“Ahem.”
It was obvious to Sparklers that Iwol was looking away from their comments so they just spammed it, leaving him no choice but to acknowledge their messages.

With flushed cheeks, he spoke. “Thank you for saying that, Sparklers.”
Since he was done with the album unboxing, it was time for Iwol to end the live.
“Thank you everyone for watching until the end. I hope Sparklers will enjoy our comeback a lot. We'll show you an amazing performance this time. And please wait a little, we have something to give you.”

Daeyeon gave him the signal to finish the live with an okay sign.
“See you later, Sparklers! Have a good day.”
When Iwol's live ended, Sparklers immediately moved on social media to talk about it.
