Work Text:
Y/N pressed down her skirt, ruffled from the many errands the Dimitrescu's were sending on her. Alcina had her run back and forth from the wine room twice over because she wanted a different bottle.
Halfway there, Cassandra had jumped at her, startling her enough to cause her to drop the bottle and to get another bottle after clean the mess. Cassandra only watched with a wicked grin before swarming off to somewhere else in the castle.
It was all threatening to boil over as she hid in the bathroom, trying not to cry. Y/N knew she had to keep it together, she still had time before curfew when she could really stop working. For now, she had to pull herself together and get back at it.
But before she fully swallowed down her feelings, Y/N heard the smooth voice of Tony Bennet flow through the door. This quickly snapped her out of her mood.
She slowly stepped out, wondering how the record player had suddenly turned on, and how it knew her favorite artist. That was before she heard flies swarming into the room, a firm body pressing against her back.
"Do you like it?" Bela squeezed her waist, resting her head over Y/N's shoulder. Bela always cared for Y/N, and was closer to her than any of the other maid, probably much closer than she should be, but here she was.
"I do." Y/N leaned her head against Bela's letting her stress fade as she melted into her. "Thank you." She wasn't sure how Bela knew to do this, but she guessed she must've seemed more stressed than she thought.
Bela slowly guided her to the bench that was along the hall, having her lean into her and rest. "I heard was Cassandra did." She whispered—fighting back the smirk that threatened to ruin the moment—she found it a little funny. Y/N groaned thinking about, wedging herself closer to Bela.
"Don't remind me."
A silence fell over the pair, Bela subtly pulling Y/N closer. Then she noticed, Y/N had fallen asleep against her. The stress must've taken it out of her.
Eventually, she let herself relax resting her head on top of Y/N's and fell asleep with her.

"Cassandra have you seen Y/N? I sent her to fetch me another bottle but she hasn't come back." Alcina asked, her tone a mixture of concern and displeasure.
"Oh," the brunette giggled, "that's what she was doing." This remark caused Alcina to raise a brow.
"What are you talking about?" She pressed further.
"I scared her and she ran off somewhere." Cassandra shrugged. Alcina sighed pinching the bridge of her nose. She walked off, going to find Y/N.
It didn't take that long of searching to find Y/N and Bela asleep together on that bench. She softly smiled, and left them alone to rest.
