“So, what’d you like most about that visit?” The Doctor asked, as he always did after every trip. It always came, that question, and the couple after. The Master had learned to actually pay attention to their trips, now. The Doctor didn’t like his noncommittal answers.
“I liked the food stands, especially that one that had the home-made sauces.”
The Doctor nodded. “Least favourite part?”
“The fact that said sauces were poisoned. Added a bitter aftertaste when I learned about that,” The Master laughed softly. “Not that it was good poison, anyhow.”
“Don’t show them how to make proper poison.”
