Fuuta has recently requested to have phones in prison. He was having an internet, or phone, withdrawal. Jackalope decided to provide them phones that have only local connection. Basically, they can communicate only between them.
At least it was something to Fuuta.

Haruka was trying to get used to having a phone, since his parents never bothered to buy him one. He was exploring each app — WhatsApp, Gallery, Camera and Settings. The phone was so empty though, so it bored him easily.
