I know not everyone uses tumblr & wanted to create a way to notify ao3 users when I’m running an ly poll without getting everyone’s hopes up about a new chapter. So if you’d like to be in the know about that, you can subscribe to this fic

poll contents:
there are a few details I’ve been meaning to/needing to retcon from pre-hiatus LY to fit with new plans/arcs/etc. i know a lot of people reread the fic/specific chapters and don’t want to inadvertently cause anyone a weird mandela effect moment if they’re reading and are suddenly like ??? wait what? i don’t remember that line??
so 1) i just wanted to give people a heads up about that and 2) see if people would appreciate it if I pointed out any retconning in the relevant a/n at the end?

1. yes, please point out your retconning in the a/n
2. nah it’s fine, retcon in peace
for anyone who doesn’t know: retconning = retroactive continuity aka (in this case at least) retroactively fixing the shit you already wrote to fit the shit you’re writing now, on the fly
