it been few months since rudo ended up being thrown into the pit and ended up on the ground. It wasn't so bad, rudo gotten used to everything, the cleaner and his vital instrument but there was one thing rudo wasn't used to.
Sleeping alone.
Up on the sphere, rudo lived with his adopted father, regto. Due to living in the slum, housing was very small so rudo slept in the same room with Regto, which was fine but now regto was dead and his had his own room. Usually wouldn't be a problem, he had his own room now but rudo couldn't sleep alone.
He was so used to sleeping in the same room with Regto, it was normal and now rudo has to sleep alone. He hates it but of course he never admit it to anyone that he need someone to sleep with him.
To rudo, it was stupid, he need someone to sleep with him? It was pathetic in rudo eyes but the other didn't think so.
Even though rudo did his best to hide everything, it was obvious he was barely getting sleep, everyone noticed, even semiu noticed it and she was always at the front, at her desk. It was easy to spot that rudo was having trouble sleeping, it wasn't unusual, every cleaner has some type of issue so sleeping problem? It wasn't even the worst but obviously rudo would never admit, he need someone to sleep with right?
It was late at night, another night where rudo couldn't sleep, rudo groaned into his pillow, he was so tired but no matter what. He just couldn't fall asleep, rudo just look annoyed as he sat up in his bed and stood up. Rudo thought to himself,
'maybe some water might help..'
Rudo knew he was basically being delusional, he did this many times but never work but at this point. Rudo couldn't care less, rudo walk down the quiet hall, no one really wakes. Which was good, rudo didn't really want to explain to enjin or anyone, why he was awake at midnight.
As rudo made it to the kitchen, the light was already on and rudo just froze as he saw gris, the one person that rudo never thought that would be awake at midnight was in fact awake.
"Hm? Rudo? Kid...why are you awake.?"
Gris look tired as he held up a glass of water, rudo just stood there, honestly not sure what he should even say. "Getting water.." Rudo quietly mumbles as he looks down, gris just hum gently and smiled as he held up a another glass of water. Rudo eyes widened and he quickly grabbed the water and drunk it.
"Wow! Slow down kiddo!" Gris said gently as rudo looked annoyed but nodded.
"Couldn't sleep?"
Gris softly asked, Rudo didn't really have the heart to lie to gris so rudo just slowly nod, feeling embarrassed. Gris just sigh as he ruffles rudo oddly soft hair. "Why don't you stay with me? Until you feel tired.." Gris softly added, rudo was about to refuse but something in gris voice, a soft voice like a parent that rudo probably desperately needed but wouldn't admit, rudo couldn't say no.
"Fine. Until I feel tired." Rudo grumpy mumble, which was just very adorable in gris eyes.
"Come on then" gris softly said as he held out his hand and rudo took it without thinking, rudo put the glass of water down as both gris and rudo quietly walk towards enjin bedroom, not gris as gris and enjin were together, dating so they slept together.
Enjin was laying in bed already, smoking a cigarette, he just hum as he saw gris walk in with rudo.
"Oh? Rudo? Shouldn't you be sleeping?"
Enjin asked as he smirked, rudo just looked annoyed and still pretty tired. Gris just sigh softly as he walked towards the bed.
"I told rudo to stay with me until he tired, he couldn't sleep." Gris mumbled as he get in bed, enjin just hum as he put out the cigarette, he understood what gris was doing. "Rudo! Why don't you lay with us? Just for a moment yeah!?" Enjin asked, rudo looked very hesitant but with gris kind eyes and enjin soft expressions, he just couldn't say no.
"Fine...just for a moment." Rudo mumble as he lay in the middle of gris and enjin like a little kid.
Gris just gentle play with rudo hair, enjin just smirked and before rudo knew it, he dead ass sleep. "Haha...he right to sleep, who knew that would work." Enjin softly chuckled and gris smiled, rudo was sound sleep like a little kid.
"Good night rudo." Gris softly said as he kisses rudo forehead like a parents would, maybe midnight cuddles with gris and enjin wasn't a bad idea.
