It's 1 am..in the morning. Both of them are sleeping peacefully on bed/nest. Until Nickel suddenly felt heaviness in his stomach getting stronger. He feels this before in days before, but this time is too strong to ignore.
Slowly getting up, Nickel finds himself wet but not any kind of wet. It was his water broke, and he realized he was getting close to laying his and Tennisball's egg now.
Nickel tries to stand up to wake Tennisball up, but the gravity makes the egg inside his stomach drop and slowly move out of his birth canal. Makes Nickel tears up and whining pain.
Nickel's cry sound made Tennisball wake up. He blinked, confused by the sound. He then looked at the nickel.

"It should be easy," Nickel says hopefully, but he is still struggling to push the egg out.
Now that Tennisball is already awake, he helps and supports Nickel by licking the tears and supporting Nickel's body with his big body. He also makes sure Nickel's legs open wide enough to egg out.
"Ahhh!" Nickel shouted painfully. His inside feels uncomfortable and pushing.
*plop*
One egg out and free from Nickel birth canal. Nickel sighs relief but still feels uncomfortable deep inside..
"Agh.. hisk.. agh.. still hurty but no pain.. tb..* Nickel rubs his face to Tennisball's fur, hoping he can fix the uncomfortable.
"Oh.. it might be your nervous system. Usually, people give birth 3 or 5 eggs. Your body thinks you lose or break some of the eggs inside you while you carry it. So it's okay.. you not lose anything. You just carry one egg only because you're a small silver coin. "
Tennisball explained as he hugged Nickel softly and warmly.
Nickel continued crying softly until eventually he got tired and fell asleep.

After making sure Nickel's health is good and the egg is in good condition, Tennisball cleaned the leftover birth mess.
