Death is never the end for runners.
But it certainly isn't fun.
Two runners are down on their luck. An encounter with the UESC and an enemy squad left their third squadmate dead, and their shells nearing destruction.
The sponsored CyAc kit certainly wasn't doing them any favors.
VANDAL: i'm hurt, lets see if we can find any meds in here.
RECON: Likewise. Following you.
The duo skulks into a small NuCaloric lab, and sifts through the various folios and drawers strewn about the facility.
VANDAL: alright so i've got two patch kits, how about you?
RECON: I found a 2X NuCaloric burger.
VANDAL: awesome....
Vandal sighs, and leans with her back against a wall.
VANDAL: cmere, i need your help with something.
RECON: hm?
VANDAL: i need you to help me patch up my back... damn destroyer from earlier nicked me pretty bad..
Recon's calm and focused demeanor falters slightly, as she stammers.
RECON: y-yes maam.
VANDAL: alright no need to be so formal... now don't be shy, get to it!
Recon gently places her shaky hands on vandal's hips, and readies the patch kit. She precisely inserts the needle with ease.
VANDAL: ah... much better..
RECON: I am hurt as well. A light round to my left leg. Can you help me?
VANDAL: sure, siddown right here.
Vandal takes a seat on the floor and playfully pats her hand next to her, gesturing for Recon to join her. Vandal takes her hand and haphazardly injects the needle into Recon.
VANDAL: and now we wait for these to heal.. and then we can go home! (wherever home is....)
Recon aimlessly stares into the distance, as silence permeates the room.
VANDAL: yknow i feel like i never see your eyes.. A coy smile forms on Vandal's face. Recon very nearly jumps out of her own shell. She blinks, and darts her head towards Vandal.
RECON: W-wuh what?" A faint blue blush forms across her pale skin.
VANDAL: they're pretty too... barely get a chance to see them when we're in a firefight... here.. lets see it..
Vandal gently places her hand on Recon's cheek, and carresses it slowly. Recon quietly whimpers and sheepishly opens up her mechanical mask.
VANDAL: sooooo cute...
She continues to caress her cheek, and both their artificial hearts begin racing. After a while of admiring Recon, Vandal takes hold of Recon's hands.
VANDAL: i know you want this.
RECON: Y- yes... p-please..
Vandal lightly chuckles and leans into Recon's face, bringing their lips closer. She hesitates for a second before biting down on her bottom lip, with enough force to break skin, and reveals her deep blue blood.
VANDAL: perfect..
She softly kisses Recon, smearing the blood across her pale face. Recon whimpers softly, and squirms as if unsure of what to do. In no time at all Recon's back against the ground, with Vandal sitting on her groin, and her hands pinned to the ground above her head. Vandal hovers over her as she kisses her with even more power than before. Low moans and whimpers emanate from Recon's throat, and echo across the lab. Soon enough Vandal's mouth travels down from Recon's mouth to her neck. Recon quietly yelped, and her reaction made it clear to Vandal that this was a weakness she would exploit. Vandal continued to nip at her neck, leaving dark blue spots on Recon's neck. She bites down, leaving an even more damning mark. Vandal slots her knee between Recon's legs, and returns to her dark blue lips. She continues for a little while longer, before finally pulling away. She props herself up against one of the machines in the lab. Her cheeks were still a bit flushed and she had that crazed, hungry look in her eyes.
VANDAL: that was pretty fun!
RECON: gwuhhhhhhhhgadgsdsfaaghadfa
Recon's head is still spinning.
RECON: You seemed so... hungry..... so feral.... h-how..
VANDAL: i love bein a runner as much as the next guy but shit like that is pretty rare.. might as well savour it.... now. wanna share this burger before a rook comes in and kills the both of us?
RECON: Yes please...
Shortly after they were both killed by a crazed rook with an WSTR Combat Shotgun that it looted off of someones corpse.
They both received small penalties from sekiguchi for "unneeded shell damage" and "friendly fire".
Worth it.
