Once upon a time there were the great Time Lords
And all of them but four died in the great Time War
The Doctor, Master, Rani, and Tecteun
Escaped the violent carnage and away they flew
Spread throughout the universe in all its glory
And that is why we're here today to tell their story

But bad things happened, so this is the truth
The Master, then the Doctor, and the Rani followed suit
And last to meet their reckoning was Tecteun
The Doctor always ran and their companions died
The Master was driven mad by drums inside
The Rani's experiments were doomed to fail
And Tecteun was found through a memory trail
Once upon a time there were the great Time Lords
And all of them but four died in the great Time War
The Doctor, Master, Rani, and Tecteun
Each one tangled up in the strings of the Loom
And thus the story goes throughout all of time
The last four Time Lords captured in a rhyme
