Chapter Text
Till knew it was a bad idea.
He knew it from the moment Hyuna checked the comments on the previous video and realized how many subscribers were asking for an Ivantill duo video.
She looked through all the requests with wide eyes.
“Oh my! Look at this,” she exclaimed excitedly. “Our followers love your relationship.”
Till’s face paled, and Iván just let out a chuckle.
Till and Iván belonged to a group of streamers called the Anakt, made up of many members, both men and women.
Till got into the world of streaming and live broadcasts when she was only 14, where she started uploading videos playing Roblox or doing internet challenges.
He went viral within a few months, thanks to his impulsive nature and funny expressions.
It was inevitable—Till had great charisma, and because of that, he began to build a solid fan base.
As a result, he caught the attention of several streaming groups, who wanted to recruit him.
But Till only had his sights set on Anakt’s group, where his biggest idol, Mizi, was—a streamer and influencer well-known for being pretty and having a special smile.
Before long, he managed to get included on a Minecraft server created by a popular streamer named Hyuna, where he got to meet all the group members: Mizi, Sua, Luka, and the annoying Ivan.
The relationship between Ivan and Till developed naturally and quite intensely, like a bomb exploding in a field of flowers—not to mention that they almost got into a fight during their first Minecraft livestream.
Ivan was known for being a pretty attractive, flirtatious, and sarcastic streamer, so he had a solid fanbase made up of girls who were in love with him.
And as soon as the two started interacting, Ivan began to annoy Till in a thousand ways, mocking the way he played, setting traps for him in the games, killing his Minecraft dogs—in short, acting like a total son of a bitch.
Obviously, Till reacted to his jokes and teasing with exaggerated expressions and pretty funny outbursts of rage.
That’s how a virtual war began between the two streamers, constantly competing against each other and playing in-good-fun pranks (where Till always lost)
The number of videos of the two arguing and killing each other in Roblox games kept increasing.
And for some reason, the followers of both streamers loved their strange dynamic.
But behind all those aggressive, no-holds-barred videos where they hurled insults at each other, a strange and somewhat irritating friendship began to emerge—one that Till came to value quite a bit.
When Till turned 18, he decided to move to the country where most of the members of the Anakt group lived, and he was finally able to meet everyone in person.
The first video Till and Ivan uploaded together was filmed in Ivan’s room, where the two young men played FIFA until they were exhausted.
Their chemistry was intense; Ivan teased Till, and he reacted in an aggressive and even nervous way, making almost all of their followers watching the live stream laugh.
“If you want, you can live at my place,” Ivan told him one night after they finished the live stream. “It would be funny to upload videos of us living together as roommates.”
Till brought his hand to his jaw, chewing on his burger.
“Not a bad idea.”
“Perfect! We’ll be like a newlywed couple,” Ivan exclaimed with a giggle, causing Till to elbow him in the stomach.
Obviously, the fans loved this idea, and that’s how the most recognized and beloved ship in the Anakt group began to emerge.
The Ivantill ship.
On almost every social media platform, including Twitter, there were clips of them playing around with each other, talking, teasing each other, competing in games, and having a good time.
When they weren’t going live or making videos, the two spent their time hanging out, giving each other advice, joking around, arguing, and building a deeper connection.
Till began to see Iván as his safe haven, and Iván always turned to him at every moment, as if he were a puppy with separation anxiety.
Everything was going well: Till was gaining more followers, Iván was becoming more well-known, and the Anakt group was enjoying greater success thanks to the Ivantill interactions.
But with that, various speculations and uncomfortable videos began to surface about them and their close relationship.
One day, Till found a video compiling their moments together—hugging, laughing, arguing—all while romantic songs played in the background. He didn’t think much of it, but the situation started to get more unpleasant with the appearance of fan art.
Till almost let out a scream when he found a fan art where the two of them were kissing and doing inappropriate things in bed.
“What the hell is this?” he shouted, making his friends laugh.
“Sooner or later, fan art about you two would show up, Till,” Hyuna said with a smile. “Your chemistry is pretty intense; obviously, your fans would start shipping you two.”
Till's face was as red as a tomato, but he couldn't take his eyes off the fan art.
In the picture, Ivan was kissing his neck and had him pinned against the sheets, while Till just made weird faces.
“I think it’s pretty spot-on,” Ivan joked beside him.
“Shut up!” Till exclaimed, throwing his phone down. “Who does this? It’s crap.”
“You haven’t even seen the fanfics they wrote about you two,” Luka teased, making Till blink. “There are way too many.”
“Fanfics?”
“You know, fictional scenarios written mostly by hormonal girls without parental supervision,” Luka explained wisely. “Most of them tend to be explicit or contain adult content.”
Till listened to the explanation with a pale face, unable to believe what he was hearing.
“Stories about me and Ivan?” he stammered.
Everyone nodded silently.
“I read one last night,” Mizi said calmly, curled up on Sua’s shoulder. “It was really interesting. In that story, Ivan was a billionaire CEO and mobster, while Till was a poor secretary who needed money and lived in a rented apartment. They both fell in love in secret after having a night of passion…”
“What the hell!” Till shouted, interrupting Mizi. “Why am I the poor guy in the story? I get more commissions than Ivan! And what do you mean, a night of passion? Who was the bottom?”
“You were the bottom.”
“WHAT?”
Till’s reactions were so over-the-top that everyone burst out laughing.
“This is great! Our fans have to see this!” Hyuna exclaimed, raising her finger. “What do you think about doing a live stream where you react to the most popular fanfics on the platforms?” “It would be a total hit.”
“No way! I couldn’t read something like that!” Till roared, covering his red face. “I feel like I’d die of humiliation.”
“I don’t think it’s that bad,” Ivan said beside him, shrugging.
“That’s because you’re perfect! I bet in all those fanfics they always portray you as the brilliant, millionaire guy with all the women chasing after him!” Till exclaimed, pointing a finger at him. “And I’m the needy, poor, submissive one who can’t live without you.”
“And an omega,” Luka cleared his throat, causing everyone to look at him.
“What?”
“Nothing, just another fanfic about you guys.”
“What the hell.”
That’s how that conversation remained suspended in Till’s mind.
He loved his fans and their ideas, but just the thought that there were people writing obscene things about them gave him an unpleasant feeling.
“Don’t feel bad,” Ivan said as they drove back to their apartment. “There are lots of fanfics where I’m the bottom; I read one yesterday.”
Till pressed his lips together.
“Is that okay with you?”
“What?”
“That they write those things about you.”
Ivan let out a sigh.
“I know it’s weird, but it comes from our fans,” he murmured. “And besides, it’s interesting to read stories where you’re in love; it gives me an idea of how you’d behave.”
Till glanced at him sideways.
“Why would you want to know that?”
Ivan shrugged.
“Curiosity.”
“You’re a damn weirdo. Do you enjoy reading obscene scenarios about us?”
Ivan turned and gave him a mischievous smile.
“Maybe.”
Till felt himself blushing.
As soon as the car pulled over, they both unbuckled their seatbelts and looked at each other. Ivan reached out and gently stroked Till’s shoulder.
“I know this must be uncomfortable for you,” he whispered.
“It’s not that,” Till whispered, struggling with his seatbelt. “It’s just that… it feels strange to me.”
It was strange that their relationship was being exposed like that and that they were being used as a fetish. But there was nothing he could do; that was the price of having fans.
“If you want, we could upload a video asking them to stop,” Ivan suggested.
Till shook his head.
“It’s not necessary, it just caught me off guard a little,” he murmured. “I don’t want you to think you’re making me uncomfortable; it’s just an overreaction, typical of me.”
Ivan let out a chuckle.
“If you say so.”
They both got out of the car, talking about dinner and cleaning the house. That’s when Till started to consider that option.
He’d just read those fanfics live, react like an idiot, make his fans laugh, and defend his heterosexuality.
It didn’t sound so bad.
.
.
.
He was taking it back; it was a terrible idea.
They already had everything ready for the stream: the fast food, the camera, the drink (to spit out during shocking moments), the pillows (to hit himself with during critical moments)
“Okay, looks like Hyuna picked out some fanfics from Wattpad and AO3,” Ivan said, checking his phone. “Personally, I like Wattpad better, so…”
“I don’t understand a damn thing you’re saying.”
“Don’t worry, you’ll see it’ll be a lot of fun,” Ivan said with a smile. “This stream is going to be a total blast.”
Till rolled his eyes and got ready to start the stream, seeing the number of people waiting for it to begin.
“Don’t even think about doing something stupid, you idiot,” Till muttered under his breath.
“What do you mean? Kiss you? Don’t worry, that’s only going to happen in my dreams.”
Till wanted to say something, but in a split second the screen lit up and the stream began.
Comments started piling up on the screen in droves as the two streamers appeared on screen.
“Welcome, perverts!” Till exclaimed with his classic irritated smile. “Here we are, me and this idiot, ready to be your personal clowns!”
Iván flashed his perfect smile and waved, greeting all the followers watching the video.
User23930: “Finally, a video of this gay couple”
Gatitamiau28: “My favorite ship!”
Antony67: “I’m not ready to see this much homosexuality”
Till rolled his eyes, while Ivan laughed at the comments.
“Today we’re bringing you a very interesting video,” Ivan said cheerfully. “We know we have very creative fans, so we decided to check out some platforms and read the stories you wrote.”
“In other words, we’re going to read fanfics about us,” Till grumbled, sprawled out on the couch. “And we’ll react to them for you.”
The chat exploded with comments.
Marty8301: “This is going to be epic”
Ivantilllover1: “Please read my fanfic, you are my favorite ship”
Rango0223: “I bet $10 that Till will end up having a heart attack”
Gayrooster12: “KISS ALREADY”
-I want to clarify something, chat- said Ivan with a serious expression- We have no intention of making fun of the stories we’ll be reading; in fact, we really appreciate your creativity, and that’s why we’ve decided to read them. Please don’t send any hate to the people who wrote these; we just want to have fun and enjoy a good time with you, so please…-
“Please, Ivan,” Till said with an irritated expression, looking at the camera. “Everyone knows we don’t support hate toward our fans. So let’s get started and do this shit!”
The chat was flooded with comments again.
User030201: “That’s our Till!”
MariaJose101: “Let the massacre begin, damn it!”
Gayrooster12: “KISS ALREADY”
“Alright, we’ll start with an AO3 fanfic,” Ivan said, while Till hurried to share his screen. “It’ll be a short one-shot that Hyuna picked out for us.”
“Hey, Ivan,” Till called out, squinting. “How do I access this platform? I don’t understand anything—
Ivan hurried to explain to Till, holding Till’s hand to guide the mouse.
The chat was once again flooded with a million comments.
Panditauwu12: “Sorry to interrupt”
User6780: “This is way too gay”
Ragnarok3719: “I hope they get better soon”
Gayrooster12: “JUST KISS ALREADY”
“What did we just do?” Till roared, looking at the camera. “We were just talking; I don’t get what’s romantic about this.”
“Maybe because I can look at you up close,” Ivan hummed beside him, smiling. “Or I can touch your pretty hands.”
The chat exploded with comments again, and the number of viewers skyrocketed.
Ivan definitely knew how to grab attention and irritate Till, whose face was already flushed.
“Shut up.”
“I love you too, Till.”
“Go to hell.”
With that, the fanfic’s cover appeared, causing Till to wrinkle his nose as he read the title and synopsis.
(Reader x Ivan and Till
Y/n is a young streamer who will finally meet her biggest idols, Ivan and Till.
What she doesn’t know is that their encounter will end in a compromising situation)
“What is Y/n?” Till muttered, confused.
Ivan let out a wicked chuckle.
“It means ‘your name,’” he explained knowingly. “That means the reader will put their name in and be the protagonist of the story.”
Till wrinkled his nose as he read the title.
“And why are our names in there?”
Ivan smiled.
“It’s because we’ll be Y/N’s love interest,” Ivan explained. “I mean, the reader’s.”
Till’s eyes widened in horror, staring at the camera as comments continued to pile up in the chat.
“What the hell?” he squawked. “You mean the readers are trying to ship us too?”
“Exactly; it’s adorable, isn’t it?” Ivan said, looking at the screen. “Our fans love us so much, and I love
you guys too.”
He cupped his hands to form a heart shape, causing Till to roll his eyes.
“Well, whatever. Let’s get this started,” he grumbled, moving closer to the screen. “Who’s going to read from y/n’s perspective? Ivan?”
“No problem,” Ivan said with a smile. “That means I’ll be y/n.”
Till processed everything in silence.
“Does that mean you’ll fall in love with yourself?”
Ivan smiled sweetly.
“I’ll fall in love with you, too,” he said with a smile. “It’s a double prize.”
He scrunched up his face into a grimace, causing laughter to fill the chat.
“Well, let’s get started.”
