Chapter Text
Donnie typed vigorously on his keyboard, fingers gliding across and smashing keys like he was in a roblox argument with a little kid. Sweat drops gathered on his (extra massive) forehead, daring to drip past his already bloodshot eyes.
"Come on.. COME ON... ARGHH!!!"
The soft shell turtle groaned into the air, palms reaching his tired eyes with an exasperated sigh.
It's been weeks of non-stop trying to hack into this millionaire's bank account. Donnie doesn't know why he even bothers since it's easy to just hack someone else who shares personal information way too much online nowadays.
A knock on Donnie's lab door broke him out of his rampaging thoughts. "Shit." He quickly spits out before turning off his monitor, rainbow keyboard, and whatever other electronic devices are on.
"Donnie c'mon, I know you're awake. Your sound-proof barriers aren't all that sound proof when I need to walk by to take a piss and you're screaming at the top of your lungs."
'Was I really that loud..?"
He was trying to quietly get into his silk sheets, thinking his brother could possibly gaslight himself that he was imagining the noises the whole time because they're so dumb..
"-Yeah im not that dumb, Donnie, I hear you getting into your bed. If you really were asleep I'd be hearing you snore." The annoyed voice said.
Donatello growled and sat up in his bed, throwing the blankets down to the ground. He walked to the door without caution, knowing his lab like the back of his hand enough to not worry about the dark.
The door slides open, and there stands his 'dum-dum' brother Leo.
Leonardo smirks his iconic smirk and simply asks, "why aren't you asleep donnie~" he says in a sing-songy voice.
"Ew, don't do that.."
"-Anyway!! For your information..!! I was trying to uhh.. umh.. FIX SHELDON! YEAH UH- HE NEEDED A REBOOT.."
Donnie bit at his lip hoping Leo would believe his lie.
"Well that sure isn't fooling me seeing Sheldon charging right behind you." Leo blatantly stated.
Donnie grumbled, fingers gripping the door frame out of frustration, and teeth possibly grinding.
"Since you so dearingly want to know, I was working on trying to hack into a famous millionares bank account."
"Mhm, go on.."
"And the security is just too high tech, I've tried many codes, ways around the error page, and every single way to get in at the top of my head! It's all just so m-"
Leo snapped back from spacing out as soon as Donnie stopped rambling, looking very annoyed at his presence.
"Wait, wait, sorry, you gotta hear me out for a moment, I was thinking of something to help you!"
"Wow you actually thought for once?" Donnie sarcastically remarked.
Leonardo rolled his eyes. "Yes. Har, har. Anyway-"
He began to step inside Donnie's lab without permission, feeling his brother's eyes burn into him. "This millionaire you're talking about sounds a lot like this guy I hear April talk about. His name is Abraham or something and he has a really hot model daughter."
"Okay, and why should I care?" He leaned on a wall, watching his brother carefully with the little light seeping in from the hallway.
"You should care because this guy is a genius at coding or something and named his company after his daughter, Y/N." Leo looked so serious it was almost funny. Donnie continued to listen, biting the inside of his cheek, holding back a laugh. "Basically, what Im saying is that if you want to get in and close to him, you need to be close to Y/N."
It was smart, but would it be worth it just to beat some stupid security..?
Donatello looked at Leo with his (still very much) bloodshot eyes. "Okay I'll figure this out in the morning. Please respectively get out." He rubbed eyes, ready to crash for the remainder of the night.
"Okay, but if you become rich make sure to split it 50/50 with me because I helped you." He winked on his way out the room. The doors slid shut and it was pitch dark.
"Yeah there's no way that's happening." Donnie muttered under his breath, getting comfy in bed.
"I heard that! It so is by the way!!" He heard Leo yell near his door.
