Junbe Squad!

Summary:

“Trouble in paradise?” Shinwoo randomly guessed, and it was right on the money. Which made Lua perk up with a loud Ooooo? “Wow. I already had a hard time believing you got into a serious relationship before the rest of us. At least don't be the first one to go through a break-up too?”

“Oh shut up, Shinwoo.” Junbe glared at him with disdain but deep down he knew he'd have laughed at that joke if he wasn't on the receiving end of it. “Maybe get yourself a proper haircut and then we'll talk? That hairstyle you've been rocking since high school is not doing you any favors!”

“Girls. Enough fighting.” Lua clicked her tongue and the two of them settled down. “If anyone here should be throwing shade at you Junbe, it should be me! You stole my man? Remember?”

Work Text:

“Why are you groaning? You're ruining the make-up I'm trying to put on your face so you can maintain a single redeeming quality.” Lua pouted.

Junbe hissed back at her like a grumpy cat. He knew better than to actually throw an insult. Lua had been nicer lately, but she was still a sour person deep down, vengeful too.

Remember?”

“You're still on about that…” Junbe laughed awkwardly but he opted to apologize sooner rather than later knowing Lua could ruin his whole week with those scissors in her bag. “You know, it's good you remind me. My memory is a bit hazy from the ‘medicine’ your aunt prescribed me under your recommendation.”

“...Point taken. High school drama should stay in the past anyway. We're in college now! You're surprisingly mature and forgiving Junbe, no wonder Taeyou has taken a liking to you!” Lua coughed loudly and ushered him to tell her what was what. “But I know you. And you can be stupid too. Did you piss him off or…”

“Gee, thanks Lua. Oh, just so you know, Yuyu is not free game right now.” Junbe smiled. Lua smiled back. But to Shinwoo, they both looked more like glares.

“Shucks. Well. Guess I can still lend an ear? What are you two up to? Is he cheating orrr…” Lua shrugged and finished swirling the bit of facial cream on his face before sitting down. “I know it wouldn't be because of your looks, I mean, a girl still got it, right?”

Junbe rolled his eyes. “Nobody's cheating, Princess.”

“Princess?! Oh, it must be serious if you're using that nickname.” Shinwoo laughed at the redhead and hung his arm around his neck to shake him up a bit. “C'mon, when have the three of us ever been dishonest to each other?”

Junbe jokingly started counting on his fingers which only made Lua groan and wish she could pinch his cheeks but that would ruin all her hard work up until now. “You know I don't do internet drama anymore!!! If you don't tell me now, who knows when the three of us can meet up like this again? Just spill it, you'll feel better.”

“Or don't…” Shinwoo suggested with a smug smirk, Junbe recognised the tone in his voice but he wasn't prepared for the hands grabbing him by his waist. “and I'll get it out of you like old times, right bro?”

“Waitwaitwaitwait- Whhahahait!” Junbe forced his arms down but that only trapped Shinwoo’s fingers with all the access to his best, or worst spots. “Dude! Lay off-pffhahaha I'm serious!”

“Well, Mister Serious, feel like opening up yet?”

Nnnooooo- GOD- PLEASE-”

Shinwoo was disappointed with the answer he received and continued to scribble his sides, like he sometimes did when they were kids. Junbe was always better at videogames so he used this tactic to get a small advantage every now and then.

“Wow. Good thing it's the warm season so you're dressed so thinly, you've graciously given me access to all your spots!” Shinwoo continued squeezing and prodding with delight. Up and down, left to right, hard and soft. It was all about mixing it up so his friend couldn't adapt that made this so funny and effective!

“L- Lua?! A little help pleahahaese?!Junbe begged, almost falling off the chair. Lua had already given up on the makeup when she saw a tear strolling down his face and sat back, leaving them to their own devices.

“Ahem.”

Suddenly, Shinwoo's hands returned to his pockets. “Yo, bro, how've you been?”

“Yuyu..!” Junbe was out of breath but jumped up to hug his boyfriend anyway. “I didn't know you'd be coming?”

“Lua sent me a text.” Taeyou cocked his head and his gaze did not forget to land on Shinwoo. “Something about relationship trouble..?” He had a confused expression. “Infidelity, no less… Junbe?”

“Nonono. NO!” Junbe shot glares towards Lua who just ignored him. “First of all… You're THE love of my life, Yuyu! Second of all…” Junbe looked over his shoulder at the awkward Shinwoo and he stuck out his tongue. “Cheating on you with that guy? Pleeease! Ew!”

“Dude?!?” Shinwoo gasped but he dared not try anything else knowing Taeyou still carried that weapon around in his car… “Sure.”

“If you're interested in guys, I know a few who would be entertained to have you.” Taeyou told him, to which Shinwoo politely declined. He was very much, in fact, uninterested in relationships. “Huh. You look different today, Junbe… Heh. Lua's handiwork? You're filming a skit?”

“Just a regular old livestream actually.” Lua interrupted, suddenly gaining a spark of an idea. “Hey, Yuyu-!”

“Don't call me that.” Taeyou retorted instantly.

“Don't call him that.” Junbe pouted immediately.

“...” Lua held in a breath. She calmed herself. Homophobia was not trendy. And she was trying to be a better person anyway. Even if it was hard sometimes. “Taeyou. Would you like to join us? I'll make it worth your while!”

“Are you implying you have the funds to satisfy my hourly wage?” He asked with a curious smirk, his arm already around Junbe’s waist. Lua just kneeew he was itching to steal him away and find an empty closet somewhere. “Before you ruin my totally gorgeous handiwork even further, you insatiable hyena, you could show some gratitude for him even looking as good as he does by lending me your pretty face!”

“Huh.” Taeyou looked slightly upwards, meeting Junbe's eyes… His gaze quickly trailed down to his lips. He mused the thought… “Would you have me, Junbe?”

“All day. Every day.” Junbe cheered, instinctively high fiving Lua who already set up the equipment and ushered them all into position. “Woah!”

The livestream intro did not change from their highschool days. The only difference was Lua making the most of their cameo of her “rumored” (quotations insisted upon by Taeyou himself) high school sweetheart.

JingleStar: Wow! Hes so much hottr now!

LUASFOOTSTOOL111: ur sure ur not dating??!!

FLANBOYANT: who is he???

RanHakTruther: LMAOOO larper detected thats Taeyou hes from Lua's high school era lololol

Taeyou grimaced at the cringe he witnessed from Lua's viewers. He chose to hide his disdain by hiding behind Junbe's shoulder. He could never understand why his boyfriend enjoyed the attention so much… especially when he could spoil him just as much if not more. Monetarily AND physically.

“Hello, Princes and Princesses, how may your humble servant Jun be at your service today?” He winked, and the chat went wild. “Ohoho… Why am I not blowing a kiss today? Erm…”

Junbe eyed Taeyou and laughed nervously before grabbing him by the shoulders and hiding behind him this time around. “I’ve been had! I will make it up to all of you, next time..! I wish not to take any attention away from our special guest, you see?”

“Wow. Such boyfriend material.” Shinwoo whistled, receiving three deadly glares in turn. “Jun treats both men and women so well, wouldn't you agree dear viewers? Press 1 in chat, if you'd enjoy having him as your boyfriend, let's see.”

Taeyou clasped his hand on Shinwoo's shoulder and joined him in a chuckle. “Disclaimer: This is not a giveaway. After all, there isn't enough of him to go around, right, Shinwoo?”

“What an interesting thought!” Lua giggled, a farce of course. “It’s only natural this topic would come up, doesn't Jun look alluring today? He's prime time boyfriend material! But a scoop that huge would be one Lua would have already picked up on, dear viewers~”

Junbe took that chance to promote the sponsors of today's stream together with Lua while Shinwoo and Taeyou opted for a more silent approach to the stream.

“Now, let's turn to our wheel of choices and consequences! What challenge will the boys be put through today? Lua can't help but wonder!”

The spinning wheel stood behind the four of them, tall and proud. “Ahaha… You are the one who came up with these challenges, aren't you, Lua?” Junbe approached the wheel and his finger grazed the slide with ‘tickle challenge’ on it.

“Oh? Surely Jun wouldn't happen to be ticklish?” Lua giggled, leaving that question up in the air for the viewers who were already speculating about the answer to that question. “What do you think, dear viewers? Should we skip the wheel of choices and suffering and just gang up on Jun all together?”

“Ahaha…” Junbe couldn't help but laugh nervously when he noticed just how many people were eager to see that plan come into fruition in the chat. “Hey, what makes you think I'd land on that one?! Don't tell me… You rigged the wheel, hmmm?!”

Lua shrugged. “Only one way to find out!” Junbe's eyes grew wide but he adapted to her mystique and moved on. “There's many challenges on the wheel, who knows what you end up landing on Jun?”

“Bride Challenge.” Taeyou read out loud, snickering.

“That one is a little deceiving. Better not get your hopes up, dear guest.” Shinwoo jokingly told Taeyou, who nodded respectfully. “No spoilers until then! Who gets the first spin of the wheel? You decide, dear viewers!”

“Seeing as we have a special guest today, it's only natural he takes the first spin.” Lua grabbed him by the hand and pushed him towards the wheel, making sure he wouldn't get in the way of the result. “Taeyou, old friend, spin and suffer!”

**RRRRRRRRRRRR**

“Oh? A handstand challenge?” Junbe noted.

Taeyou sighed. “A little dull.” Still, he shrugged it off and took off his coat. “Better than that other challenge, at least. I'm not physically sensitive like other people.”

“Ha… Other people?” Junbe repeated, accepting the heavy winter coat. He had no idea why his boyfriend insisted on dressing like this during the warm season just because Theranhad CO. insists he does.

“Slip of the tongue.” Taeyou smirked… He then flipped backwards and landed on his hands, his legs intertwining to help keep his balance.

“Wow~!” Lua clapped her hands with joy. “Who knew our good old Taeyou was so talented? Of course, Lua did! Your beloved Lua has an eye for these things, you know?”

Shinwoo awkwardly clapped together with her, but he noticed his friend was a bit distracted by the loosening of Taeyou’s shirt. He couldn't help but laugh. “Yo! Jun. Why don't you hold our guest by his legs so I can fix up his shirt..? I mean, this is not that type of stream, right?”

“Wow, Taeyou~ You work out? Could it be that Jun here is not the only one to have dating rumors?!” Lua gasped, pushing Junbe towards his boyfriend to hold his legs. “Oh my, what have you been up to in Lua’s absence?”

Junbe did as he was told and grasped Taeyou by his knees, not thinking much of it.

“Ack-” Taeyou flinched, surprising the redhead. “...Junbe. Not there.”

He'd have gone for his ankles but… Something told him he had just dug gold. “Yuyu..?” He whispered, his fingers caressing the unique spot once more, to confirm his suspicion. “Are you-”

Just like that, Taeyou snickered. “Jun… I'm warning you.” He whispered back, trying to keep himself from kicking him and accidentally dislocating his shoulder.

Junbe's hands tightened around his limbs and a smug smirk grew on his face. “Not ticklish, eh?” He exchanged a glance with Shinwoo who caught up on what was going on between them and chose not to intervene.

The viewers didn't catch up on what Junbe was doing as they were only fixated on the trembling arms that struggled to hold up Taeyou's own weight.

FLAMEFOX: Oh my? He seems to struggle.

CRYORAN: It's harder than it looks. Handstands require a LOT of muscle.

DARKCOFFER: Lololol I hope he falls lololol

CREMECRANE: His expression appears distracted. Heh.

“Okay f-hihinine!” Taeyou let out a laugh and inadvertently dropped himself on the ground. He got up just as quickly and wrapped an arm around Junbe's head. “Mister Jun, was it? I owe you for your hands-on assistance. I'll pay you back for it soon, I promise.”

Lua sighed against Shinwoo's back to hide her disdain from reading these viewer messages. She recognised them all and they were all still as insufferable as ever. “Seriously…”

“Don't take it to heart, boss.” Shinwoo tried to comfort her. Surprisingly, it seemed to work. “Let's just continue the live, yeah?”

So, continuing the Livestream is what they did.

To everyone's surprise, Junbe was lucky enough not to land on the intimidating ‘tickle challenge’ even one time. He did land on the bridal one however, and was forced to carry either Shinwoo or Taeyou as if they were his bride for five minutes.

It was decided by vote and the winner of said vote ended up being…

“Dude.” Shinwoo chuckled.

“Yeah, bro?” Junbe deadpanned. He was used to lifting up Shinwoo by now. They used to get into fights a lot while they were kids and… “You really should eat better, man. You're as light as a feather!”

“Or maybe you're just too much of a hunk.” Shinwoo teased, providing the viewers at home with some much unwarranted fanservice. “Maybe for the next stream we should invite a lucky fan to go on a date with our widely beloved Jun!”

“While I love each and every one of our fans,” Junbe spoke sarcastically. “It would be unfair to at least one person out there. My heart would break…”

Taeyou stepped into view, leaning against Junbe and smiling into the camera. “Please don't take it to heart, viewers at home, Jun here is very much a crybaby.”

Lua stepped in right after, nodding affirmatively. “I can attest to that.” Her face was gentle and kind, like a storybook Princess, trying to convince the audience with her façade. “Some may even say he looks good while crying! Now how could we put that to the test…”

“Please don't bully me…” Junbe whined.

“Not yet.” Taeyou assured him quietly. He avoided eye contact, but his words landed on the only ears that mattered.

Before realisation had fully sunk in, the livestream would end a good hour later and Lua had already gone home together with Shinwoo, leaving Junbe to his devices with his boyfriend.

“Good luck.” They texted him.

Taeyou escorted him to his car and kissed him on the cheek before shutting the door and taking his seat to start the car and drive home. Junbe did not live on campus like the others, he had no need to. Taeyou already had his own place to stay after all.

A place with a single bed they shared every night.

Junbe's face was red with anticipation. He stole many glances at Taeyou’s hands and how they danced on the wheel. They were wriggling, almost mimicking… Something he was familiar with.

That same movement he recognised when Taeyou was fidgeting with his key to open the door.

That same movement he recognised when Taeyou pulled him inside and pressed him against the wall, his hands spidering all over his torso while his lips were sealed with a greedy sloppy kiss.

A voice rang in Junbe’s head…  “You insatiable hyena…” Lua was scolding them both. That nickname definitely applied to either one of them.

Gods. Gods. Gods.

“Yu… Mhhwwhmm…” Junbe's arms were locked behind his head, being taller than Taeyou never prevented him from doing that. He was so into having that semblance of control over him. “Greedy. Hehe…”

Taeyou grinded his knee against Junbe's thigh, still deadset on getting him to melt and drop down as much as possible. He slowly let go of his wrists and smirked when Junbe subconsciously kept his arms up. Granting him the opportunity to…

Dig in?

"N-NoOoOoHoOoOoHoOoOoHoOoOoHoOo!!”

“Yu! YUYU- THIHIHIS ISN'T FAHAHAHAIR!!!”

“C-Cohohohome on- I'll BEHEHE GOOD--I..I SWEAR!!”

Junbe's kneels trembled as his body was properly manhandled. He tripped face first into his boyfriend's arms with a resentful groan. “Well, well… Where did Jun’s spark and bravado go?”

“You bullied it out of him…” Junbe complained as he gently slammed his head against Taeyou's chest. “But…” He perked up and smirked right into his boyfriend's face. “Now I know you too have a spot, hehehe~”

Taeyou blushed, if only slightly. Not because he was embarrassed, but… “Why does that please you so much? I… don't get it.”

Junbe licked his lips as he invited him to another kiss, one he chose to lead this time. He escorted him to their room and shut the door behind him, all while keeping eye contact.

Then, he confessed.

“Theranhad CO.” He said, unbuttoning his shirt slowly. “You've been under a lot of pressure… I can tell. I rarely get to see you laugh or express happiness, I mean it was already rare to see, but now…” He smiled, pushing Taeyou onto the bed and getting on top of him with a very mature expression glued to his face. “I know I have a last resort to use when you're being especially grumpy in bed.”

“Grumpy.” Taeyou smirked, holding his chin in thought. “Grumpy- not dissatisfactory?”

“Didn't you hear the news? Jun is in a lot of demand these days.” He joked back, afterwards dropping his shirt on the ground. “Despite that, he stuck it out with a grumpy boy like you.” He winked. “So. You must be doing something right.”

“It can't be the endless supply of salty chips.” Taeyou teased, reminding Junbe of that embarrassing story Adin still shivers at. “I'm just glad Adin didn't bite off your fingers when you did that.”

“Why's that?”

“Because they're sloppy and clumsy.” Taeyou shrugged. Junbe chuckled instead of feeling offended, he knew it was true. He was still fairly new to ‘this.’ “They're sloppy and clumsy but they're ones I hope to put a ring on some day.”

“H-Huh..?!”

“Hmmm…” Taeyou took those fingers and pressed his lips on the creases, he already picked out his favorite finger. “I cannot wait any longer…”

Before Junbe could ask whatever that what he just heard meant, Taeyou had already reached for his belt and unbuckled it, pulling him in his arms with one fell swoop.

“Yuyu…”

“Slow downnnnnh…”

“What was that you just said because I don't know if I heard it right-”

“Pleaseee don't ignore me on purpose to rile me up even further Yuyu!!!”

“You're. The. Worst.”

Taeyou laughed inwardly. He didn't care that Junbe was pulling his hair because he recognised there wasn't enough strength in those arms to convince anyone he actually wanted to remove him.

Those demands turned to whines and to soft moans.

“Yuyu… Gah- Don't think for a sec… we won't talk about this… Mmmwwwwahh…”

Like clockwork.

Taeyou licked his lips as soon as he was done, taking in the sight of his work and the restless expression ever so present on Junbe's face. His face just slightly sweaty, his teeth gritting and his fingers clenching onto the pillow.

“Too soon? Should I have let you finish?” Taeyou flicked his thumb and got another sound out of him. “I'll let you choose. We can return to the previous topic, or…” He rubbed it. Played with it. Twisted and turned it. He enjoyed the sensitivity of it. “I can return to this and satiate you.”

“...”

“...”

“...Hmph.”

Junbe crossed his arms. “We'll talk about it in the morning.” He begrudgingly agreed, but wasted zero time before grabbing him by his shoulders and pushing him down. “You better promise!”

“Heh…” Taeyou nodded, breathing against the tip. “It's a promise…”

**RING RING**

**RING RING**

**RING RI-**

“Unnhhh… Moh’ning…”

Lua was on the other side of the phone. She instantly recognised the exhaustion of his voice and already suspected he'd answer like this after not responding to any of her text messages yesterday.

“You sound awful. Wow.” She laughed through the phone. “Is he with you? He must have gone to TOWN on you. I bet the work I did on your face is unrecognizable now.”

“Did you seriously call me at seven just to make fun of me having a boyfriend…” Junbe murmured. “Do I need to spell out the irony here, Princess?”

“Okay, Mr Fucked-Face, irony taken.” She rolled her eyes and sent him the file of yesterday's analytics. “Yesterday's stream was a success by the way. You know what that means?”

“You're going to beg me to beg my boyfriend to do another collaboration.”

“Wow. Post nut clarity much?”

“I'm not that high school airhead anymore you know…” Junbe yawned as he looked over his shoulder to see his bed was half empty. “He's not here anyway. Probably off to work, avoiding the topic of his proposal last night. Yaaawn.”

“Right. Right. Of course he's not the-” Lua paused, her eyes scanned across her room as she was mentally seeing gears turn in her head at what she just heard. “Did you say proposal?”

“Mmm… Can we catch up later? I'm starving…”

“Uh, no??? The scoop of the decade just dropped and you expect me to just let it sit??? I'm coming over!!!” She turned off the phone and grabbed her bag and keys, leaving Junbe no time but to agonize in silence.

“...” He sighed.

“...” He turned.

“...” He sat up straight.

“WHAT WAS THAAAT?!?!” He groaned loudly, jumping out of bed and dressed into a fresh pair of… everything. “A ring???”

Junbe pinched his forehead. He entered the kitchen and immediately clocked the note left on the counter with a plate of pancakes sealed on top.

“Oh. You had time to make this but not talk about-” His gaze suddenly dropped when his tummy rumbled. He contemplated ignoring the plate… “Yeah right. Like I'd let Lua gobble up my man's breakfast.”

10 minutes later he opened the door when the bell rang.

“Oh. You're not shirtless.” Lua noted.

“You almost sound disappointed.” Junbe retorted.

“I thought all Pillow Princesses were lazy.” She answered honestly. “I brought medicine in case you need it.”

“Huh, thanks.” Junbe accepted the bag and double checked the contents. “Boba?”

“What? The best medicine to gossip is always some high quality boba.” She sat down and caught the Boba Junbe threw at her. She chose the pink one, he got the blue one. “Okay. Now that you're nice and comfy.” She aggressively inserted her straw into the Boba. “SPILL.”

Junbe closed the front door behind him and laughed awkwardly.

“Where do I start…”
