The Great War, also know as the War To End All Wars, or World War 1, was pretty bad for most of humanity. Entire generations were nearly wiped out both on the fronts and at home, by 1917 the US had entered with thousands of Doughboys going Over There. At home though, mothers and wives and daughters were losing all their men, not knowing if they'd ever come back. Some women like, Alice Paul, championed for woman's suffrage, but others championed for something different. A rapidly growing number of women had seen what had happened during the Battle of the Somme, entire villages losing every man to the war, they feared what may happen to the population if such an horror were to befall the US. What they asked for was simple, relax, not remove, the laws regarding age of consent and incest. They were not asking to become degenerates, but what if in some small Kentucky town, all the men are killed, and the only boys left, are just that, boys, not old enough to be sent overseas. Thirteen, fourteen years old, boys that could father the next generation with the women, but were currently unable to in the eyes of the law, be it age or relation. What if in that same small Kentucky town, a widowed woman wants to have a child, but the only boy available to her is her thirteen year old nephew, or first cousin, should she be denied because of her lack of options?
They were a small, diverse and spread out group at the start of the war, but they were well united in their message. By the time the casualty reports begin to reach home, they went from, those weird incest pedophiles that meet on Wednesdays, to that little political group down on 4th street have you heard of them, to the heartbroken and widowed women united in their belief for a second chance, to a full blown nationwide political movement. When the first causality reports from the Meuse-Argonne Offensive started to hit papers, Congress did the unthinkable, and passed the bill to ratify the US Constitution. The 18th amendment of the United States Constitution made it legal for adults to "engage in relationships with those younger than the agreed upon age of being considered an adult and in familial bond." It was worded clunkily, perhaps on purpose to make it just abstract enough for each person to have their own exact definition. For now though, the people had won, and in the following years during the roaring 20s there was the 1st massive baby boom. The Great Depression was unavoidable, as was what came after it, World War 2 was even more deadly and destructive than the first, but just as before, the ASL (American's for Sexual Liberation) saw an opportunity. By now they were an established political movement, with several party members in local, state, and even federal levels of the government. It didn't take much pushing this time for changes to be made, up until now there was a generally agreed upon practice, no one under 10, and no parents and children, but why draw such an arbitrary line? If a woman on a remote farm in Kansas has 3 sons and a husband, 2 sons and her husband are all called to war and she is left with just her 7 year old son when uniformed men arrive with 3 folded flags at her door. Why should she be forced to a life of grief on a lonely farm as she raises her only son and watches him leave to start his own life, her nearest neighbor is 20 miles away over rough dirt roads, is she to be told she must be alone because the only man available to her was her own son? With a full generation that had grown up accustomed to fucking their cousins and sometimes even siblings when they were young, it was an easy message to support, and with support comes votes, and with votes comes another amendment, the 23rd, which allowed people of any age, to fuck or be fucked by anyone, of course it was worded much nicer in the actual document.
The Cold War was a time of change, in the years following WW2 many countries began to adopt their own versions of the 18th and eventually 23rd amendment. Another, much larger baby boom began to occur nationwide, as generations of kids were born from underage, incestous, and many times both, relationships, grew up being taught those kind of relationships are perfectly fine, and teaching the same to their own children. Men returned home from Vietnam with 6 year old Vietnamese wives, mothers and sisters would squabble over who had the right to take their 3 year old son/brothers virginity, and no one thought it the least bit strange. The world as a whole may have still been divided over things like religion, race, politics, and all the other things humans have fought about over the past millennia, but for first time in history they also had 1 single thing uniting them, everyone should be allowed to fuck whoever they want. The Soviets eventually fell, Gulf War, 21st century, the US and China started Cold War 2 the less intense one, Global War on Terror, iPhone, housing market crash, covid, Artemis going back to the moon, now everyone's caught up. So what does the world look like today?
There aren't just massive public orgies in the street or teachers having 1st graders bounce on their cocks as they teach addition. Laws regarding public indecency were relaxed quite a bit, but not removed entirely, people still have to keep society functioning. So if someone just started walking around the city naked they'd probably get hit with a warning or a fine and told to at least put on some shoes and underwear. Rape is still a very serious crime, and comes with extremely harsh punishments. People still have to work and go to school and forge their own paths just like they always have. But if you look into back alleys and behind dark corners you're more than likely to find a middle age woman sucking off two elementary schoolers, or 2 men spit roasting a junior high girl.
