Work Text:

Caitlyn stared at the two lines. Logically, she knew better. Getting involved with her boss was a mistake, but getting involved with Vi was a complication she hadn’t prepared for.

Now she was pregnant, and she spiraled, wondering what she had been thinking. She had thrown herself at the older Alpha, even after Vi had warned her it was a bad idea. She had spread her legs for her during Vi's rut, and now she was facing the consequences.

The situation was even worse because her boss, who had previously been filing for divorce, now wanted to reconcile with her wife. Her Omega wife had changed her mind, and Vi was going back to her.

Caitlyn felt discarded, left to carry the heir of the Lanes alone. She felt like a "sidepiece" - a dirty secret, a whore  who would never receive the same respect Sarah Lanes held in the world.

Caitlyn stared at the test, wishing her parents were there to guide her. Her life had been a series of tragedies. Only a month after she had presented as an Omega, her mother died in a car accident. Her father, unable to handle the grief, fell ill and passed away two years later.

By eighteen, Caitlyn had lost everything. Her backstabbing, treacherous relatives kicked her out of her own home and stole her entire inheritance. She only managed to finish college because her brother, Jayce, funded her education. With his recommendation, she eventually secured a job as the secretary for Vi Lanes.

Now, looking at the two lines, she felt that same abandonment all over again. She was alone, pregnant by a boss who was going back to her wife, and once again fighting to survive in a world that had already taken so much from her.

Caitlyn wanted to tell Jayce the truth, but she couldn't bring herself to do it. He had already done so much for her, from paying for her degree to helping her find her footing after their parents died. She didn't want to burden him with her mistakes or the mess she had made with her boss.

Caitlyn decided to keep the pregnancy a secret because she was terrified of disappointing Jayce. He had been her rock, sacrificing so much to ensure she had a future after their family fell apart. To her, admitting she was pregnant by her married boss felt like failing the one person who still believed in her.

Caitlyn couldn't bear the thought of seeing pity or disappointment in Jayce's eyes. To her, admitting the pregnancy meant confirming every cruel word her relatives had spat at her the day they threw her out.

"She is a whore," they had sneered while Jayce tried to defend her. "Soon she will be knocked up by some Alpha. She is useless to this family, Jayce. She can't be a leader."

Those words echoed in her head, punctuated by the memory of their laughter. If she told Jayce the truth now, she felt she would prove them right. She refused to let their hateful predictions become her reality, even if it meant suffering in silence. So, she tightened her coat, swallowed her morning sickness, and resolved to carry this weight alone.

Caitlyn couldn't blame Vi. The Alpha had refused her advances many times before finally giving in one night. Vi had always been kind, constantly praising her and calling her an asset to the company. She often told Caitlyn that she was much more capable and qualified than a typical secretary.

Everything about Vi captivated her - her kind eyes, her pure heart, and her smile. Caitlyn had fallen hard for her. At night, she felt a wave of guilt as she lay awake, breathless and spent, her fingers still buried deep within her wet cunt after calling out the Alpha's name in the dark.

Even at the office, it was becoming nearly impossible to stay professional. Whenever she caught a hint of Vi's scent, her body reacted instantly, leaving her damp and trembling. Maintaining her composure was a daily struggle, especially now that she carried a secret that could change everything.

The night Vi’s divorce papers were served was the night everything changed. Vi had been a wreck, her scent heavy with the bitter tang of sorrow and whiskey. Caitlyn, unable to watch her hero crumble, had crossed the professional line to comfort her.

It started with a hand on a shoulder, but the air shifted instantly. Vi’s Alpha instincts, sharpened by her impending rut, surged. She had warned Caitlyn, telling her to leave, telling her she wasn't in her right mind. But Caitlyn was captivated by the raw vulnerability in the alpha's eyes. She stayed.

The air in the room was thick, charged with the scent of rain and Vi’s overwhelming Alpha pheromones. Caitlyn was straddling Vi's lap, her member brushing against her soaked panties. When Caitlyn leaned in, she wasn't just offering comfort; she was offering herself. Vi’s hands, usually so steady, trembled as they moved to Caitlyn’s waist, her eyes darkened by a hunger she had tried to suppress.

"Cait, I told you to go," Vi growled. "If I start, I won't be able to stop."

"Don't stop," Caitlyn whispered, her breath hitching as she closed the distance, capturing the alpha's lips.

She felt Vi loosing her control as she dominated the kiss, her rough hands were everywhere, desperate to feel every inch, "So beautiful" she muttered against Caitlyn's neck and she wanted the alpha to mark her, claim her as her own.

The office was soon filled with their moans, grunts, and groans as they undressed each other. The Alpha's eyes widened in appreciation as she took in Caitlyn's smooth, naked skin, her gaze glued to her firm breasts.

"So pretty," she murmured, her hand molding over an untouched breast. Her thumb and forefingers caught the peak, twisting the nipple into a tight bud.

"All yours," Caitlyn gasped, arching her back to press herself more firmly into the Alpha's palms.

The alpha couldn't contain herself anymore; she leaned in, taking as much of Caitlyn's breast into her mouth as she could. The omega's hand gripped her hair, holding her there. Vi nipped, sucked, and played with her breasts as Caitlyn whined and writhed against her lap. Her panties were completely drenched at this point.

"I want to taste you, baby," Vi mumbled against her skin.

"Anything you want."

Vi’s eyes lit up, and with a guttural moan, she lifted her and placed her on the desk, ripping her panties.

Caitlyn threw her head back in pleasure as she felt Vi’s mouth against her; the sensation was new, and her thighs quivered. The Alpha kept her legs open, her hands rough and unyielding as she ate her as if she had been starving for months.

Vi didn't slow down. She thrived on the way Caitlyn came apart under her touch, her growls vibrating against Caitlyn’s sensitive skin. She shifted her weight, her powerful arms locking Caitlyn’s legs in place, ensuring she couldn't retreat even if she wanted to.

"Vi, please," Caitlyn sobbed.

In response, Vi looked up, her face flushed and her eyes dark with a primal hunger. She didn't say a word; she simply gripped Caitlyn’s hips and pulled her to the very edge of the desk,  tongue fucking her with a renewed possessive determination.

The tension snapped like a bowed string. Vi’s tongue found the exact point of Caitlyn’s undoing, swirling with a relentless, rhythmic pressure that drove the Omega over the edge. She came, her fluids spilling into the Alpha's mouth. She lay there, completely spent, as the Alpha continued. "So tasty," she heard the Alpha murmur. She couldn't wait any longer; she wanted the Alpha to claim her innocence.

"Please, Vi, I need you inside."

"How can I deny such a gorgeous request?" Vi smirked as she unbuckled her belt and pulled her zipper down. It was then Caitlyn realized the Alpha was still fully clothed; something about that fact only made her wetter as she spread her legs even wider. She licked her lips in anticipation, her eyes focused on Vi's movements and her heart racing as she waited to witness the straining member.

When it finally sprang free of its confines, she let out a needy whimper. It was so large, throbbing with want, and Caitlyn wanted to keep it inside her forever.

"Wait," Caitlyn gasped. "Vi... I’ve never done this before. I’m a virgin."

Vi froze. The raw hunger in her eyes vanished, replaced by pure shock. She pulled back slightly, her breath hitching as she looked down at Caitlyn.

"What?" Vi whispered, her voice softening as she processed the words. She slowly eased back, giving Caitlyn space. "Cait, I didn't realize. I don't want to rush into anything that you aren't ready for or that doesn't feel right for you."

Vi sat down on her chair, her member still out and proud but her expression turning from surprise to deep care. She reached out to gently squeeze Caitlyn's hand. "If we're going to do this, I want it to be because it's what you want, and I want you to feel completely comfortable. We can stop right now, or we can just slow everything down. You deserve more than a desk in a dusty office, Cait," Vi continued, her voice thick with sincerity as she looked at the Omega. "You deserve to be taken out on a date, to be worshipped in a big bed full of roses. Not... whatever this is."

"I don't need roses, Vi," Caitlyn whispered. "And I don't need a big bed. I just need you. Here. Now."

Vi hesitated, her gaze drifting to the desk and back to Caitlyn. The internal struggle was clear on her face - the urge to protect the omega's first time clashing with the undeniable pull of their connection. "Cait, are you sure? I don't want you to regret your first time being like this."

Caitlyn squeezed her hand, her voice steady. "The only thing I would regret is waiting another second. I trust you Vi. I want it to be you. Please.."

"Okay," Vi breathed, her voice a low vow. "But we go at your pace. You tell me to stop, I stop. You tell me to slow down, I slow down. Understood?"

Caitlyn nodded, her breath hitching as Vi loosened her tie and removed it. Then, Vi unbuttoned her shirt to reveal her sculpted body. The omega almost drooled; she wanted to trace every hard muscle and the ink that trailed over Vi's neck, down her hand, and across her back.

Vi moved back into the space between her thighs, a smirk on her face as she was delighted by the omega's response. This time, the Alpha didn't rush. She used her thumbs to gently spread Caitlyn’s folds, her eyes locked onto blue eyes to catch every flicker of emotion. She pushed a single finger into her tight pussy, before adding another, her eyes watching the omega's expression, looking for any discomfort. She slowly fucked her with two fingers, the wet noises filling the room, Caitlyn's head lolled to the side as she hips met the alpha's thrust, her core was stretched by the alpha's thick, long fingers. She came, her fingers clutching the table, her mouth forming a "O", as another orgasm was ripped out of her.

"I am going to pull out"

Caitlyn could only nod her head, as the alpha gently eased her fingers out.

"Are you sure about this?" Vi asked, her eyes searching Caitlyn's for any sign of hesitation, her hands wrapped around her member.

"Anything you want," Caitlyn confirmed, her voice steady and filled with trust.

Vi remained perfectly still, the tip of her member barely brushing against Caitlyn’s soaked entrance. She didn't push. She didn't move. She just stayed there, a pillar of heat and restraint, keeping her eyes locked onto Caitlyn’s.

She leaned forward, bracing her weight on her forearms so she was hovering inches from Caitlyn’s face. The Alpha’s scent - smoke, leather, and that intoxicating pheromone spike - filled Caitlyn’s lungs.

"God, I am so lucky," Vi breathed against her lips, before shifting her hips to find the right angle.

"I'm waiting for you, Cait," Vi whispered, her voice a low, steady rumble. "You tell me when. You're the one in charge here."

She felt the solid muscle beneath the Alpha's skin and felt a wave of courage wash over her. She didn't want to wait anymore; she wanted to belong to the woman in front of her.

"Now," Caitlyn whispered, her voice gaining strength. "Please, Vi. Now."

Vi nodded her head as she slowly pushed her cock inside the omega's leaking pussy. She moved with agonizing slowness, pressing forward just a fraction of an inch. Caitlyn’s breath hitched, her eyes widening as she felt her body begin to stretch and accommodate the Alpha for the first time. Vi stopped immediately, her muscles trembling from the effort of holding back.

"Deep breaths, Cupcake," Vi murmured. "Just like that. Tell me if it’s too much."

Caitlyn exhaled a shaky breath, her fingers digging into Vi’s shoulders as the initial sting began to fade, replaced by a profound sense of fullness.

"Don't... don't stop," Caitlyn whispered, her hips tilting instinctively upward to meet the pressure. Tears rolled down her face as she was finally claimed by the Alpha she desired.

"Did I hurt you?"

"No... Vi, you would never hurt me."

Vi let out a low, shaky breath of relief and pushed a little further, moving carefully until she was seated deep within her, claiming Caitlyn's innocence. They both stayed perfectly still for a moment, letting Caitlyn adjust to her girth.

Vi waited until Caitlyn’s breathing evened out, her hands gripping the Omega’s hips to keep her steady. Once she felt Caitlyn’s muscles relax around her, Vi began to move - small, shallow rocking motions that were designed to soothe rather than overwhelm.

The outside noise faded as the two of them moved against each other. Vi's grunts and Caitlyn's needy moans filled the office. Her long legs were wrapped perfectly around the Alpha as she accepted everything Vi offered her generously, her breath hitching every time the head of the Alpha's member nudged against her cervix.

"More, please, Alpha."

"Fuck, baby, you are so tight and warm around me," Vi groaned. She increased her pace, thrusting harder and faster, the desk creaking under her powerful movements. The rhythm she set drove the Omega over the edge, her toes curling from the overwhelming pressure.

Caitlyn's back arched against the desk as she cried out Vi's name. They were lucky the office was empty. Her release drenched the Alpha as she was filled to the brim; the Alpha’s seed felt so warm inside her.

"God, baby, you are amazing," Vi praised, trailing tiny kisses along her sweaty neck.

"Thank you, Alpha," Caitlyn murmured, all her energy spent as she felt completely safe in the Alpha's arms.

"Are you okay?" Vi asked softly.

"I am more than okay. I am glad it's you, Vi," Caitlyn replied.

Caitlyn threw up in the toilet bowl as the memories of that first night faded. Her throat felt dry, and her stomach growled with hunger after she emptied everything. She couldn't move; her legs felt heavy and she lacked the strength to stand. She knew she needed to go to the hospital to check on her health, but she had no energy left. She needed help, but she had no one to turn to except Jayce.

Caitlyn had never felt this helpless. Ever since her relatives kicked her out, she felt like a failure.

She hated herself for being so easy - for falling in love with someone who didn't feel the same way. She had no idea if Vi even wanted this baby, or if she could even be a good mother. She worried her child would grow up regretting having her as a parent, especially with no Sire to guide them.

Caitlyn stared at her reflection in the cracked mirror, barely recognizing the woman looking back.  She had given everything, her body and her future, to someone who felt like a fleeting shadow. The word "whore" echoed in her mind, a cruel whisper she couldn't silence. She was alone, broke, and broken. The weight of her choices felt like an anchor dragging her into the depths of darkness, and for the first time in her life, Caitlyn Kiramman didn't believe she was worth saving.

Caitlyn’s fingers shook as she grabbed her phone. She somehow managed to walk towards her living room. She couldn't call Jayce; she couldn't let him see how far she had fallen. She called Corina instead, her neighbor and the one person who always saw through her.

"Corina," Caitlyn whispered when the line picked up. "Can you come to my apartment? Please... I can't get up."

Seconds later, her front door clicked open. Corina walked in, looking sharp and elegant, a perfect contrast to Caitlyn’s mess. She found Caitlyn sitting on the floor, and stopped, her eyes narrowing.

"Look at you," Corina said, her voice cold but curious. "Pathetic. The Kiramman legacy had fallen. Huddled on the floor like a stray."

She knelt down, sniffing the air with a disgusted look. "I smell Alpha and sickness. You’re pregnant, aren't you?"

Caitlyn flinched, tears stinging her eyes. "My family kicked me out. I have nothing. I’m just... I’m a failure."

Corina laughed softly, a mean sound that made Caitlyn feel even smaller. "You’re more than a failure, darling. You’re a scandal. You were so easy for that Alpha, and now you’re just a used-up girl with a bastard in her belly."

Caitlyn sobbed, her head dropping to her knees. She felt cheap, like she was worth nothing more than the dirt on the floor.

"Don't cry," Corina teased, reaching out to tilt Caitlyn's chin up. "I'll help you. But remember, Kiramman - you owe me your life now."

Corina stood up and sighed, looking down at Caitlyn with pity. "Get off the floor. You're making the tiles look even worse."

She moved into the small kitchen, moving with a grace that made Caitlyn feel even more clumsy and broken. Soon, the smell of herbal tea filled the room. Corina brought a cup over and set it on the table, along with a simple plate of toast and eggs she had quickly cooked.

"Eat," Corina commanded. "You need the energy if you’re going to survive being a single mother."

As Caitlyn reached for the tea with trembling hands, Corina leaned against the counter, a mean smirk on her face. "I still can't believe it, Caitlyn. The high-and-mighty Kiramman heir, spreading her legs for her older, married boss like a common whore. Did you think a few nights of being her plaything would make you special?"

Caitlyn flinched, the tea burning her throat as tears welled up. The words felt like physical blows.

"Don't look so shocked," Corina teased. "You were easy for her. You gave it all up for the Alpha who already has a life, a wife, and a career - none of which include you."

Once Caitlyn finished eating, Corina grabbed her coat. "Come on. I’m taking you to a doctor. I can’t have you dying in the apartment next to mine; it would ruin the property value."

She helped Caitlyn to the car, still whispering cruel jokes about how "cheap" the Kiramman name had become, before finally leaving her at the clinic door.

The doctor sighed, looking at the charts before turning to Caitlyn.

"The tests are clear," the doctor said. "You are pregnant. About six weeks along."

He explained that her constant vomiting was severe morning sickness, also known as hyperemesis gravidarum. It was why she felt so weak and couldn't keep food down. He told her she was dehydrated and needed rest and plenty of fluids to stay strong for the baby.

"You need to take care of yourself," he warned. "You're under a lot of stress, and your body is struggling to keep up."

Caitlyn sat in silence, the news hitting her like a physical weight. The "mistake" she feared was now a beating heart inside her.

Caitlyn gripped the edge of the examination table, her knuckles white. She looked at the doctor and shook her head slowly.

"I'm keeping the Sire's name private," she whispered.

The doctor nodded, though he looked concerned. "That is your right. But you cannot do this alone, Caitlyn. You are malnourished and your blood pressure is low."

He handed her a prescription for prenatal vitamins and a list of instructions. He told her she needed to eat small meals and stay hydrated, or she would end up back in the hospital on an IV drip.

Caitlyn left the clinic feeling even smaller than when she arrived. She walked back to her apartment, her hand resting over her flat stomach. The secret felt like a heavy stone in her chest. She knew Vi was married, she knew Vi had a life that didn't have room for a "mistake" with an Omega secretaty

She reached her door and saw Corina leaning against the wall, waiting for her.

"So?" Corina asked, her eyes scanning Caitlyn’s pale face. "Are we picking out baby names, or are you finally going to tell that Alpha she's the Sire?"

Caitlyn leaned her head against the doorframe, her knees finally giving out. She slid down to the floor, sobbing into her hands. The weight of the secret, the sickness, and the shame finally broke her.

"It's true," Caitlyn choked out between sobs. "I'm pregnant. Six weeks."

Corina didn't move to comfort her; she just watched with a cold, knowing look. "And the Alpha? Is the great Vi going to leave her perfect life for you?"

"She doesn't know," Caitlyn wailed, her voice cracking. "She can't know! She’s married, Corina. She has a wife, a reputation... I was just a distraction. If I tell her, I’ll ruin everything she’s built. I’m just a whore who got caught, exactly like you said."

Corina walked over and looked down at her, a small, cruel smile on her lips. "At least you’re finally being honest with yourself. You're a mess, Kiramman. A homeless, pregnant mess."

She reached down and grabbed Caitlyn’s arm, hauling her up. "Stop crying. You look pathetic. Since you’re too scared to tell your Alpha, you’re going to have to figure out how to survive on your own. And luckily for you, I have some time to do charity work."

"Kiramman," Vi said, her voice strictly professional, though her eyes lingered a second too long. "My office. Now."

As soon as the door clicked shut, the professional facade snapped. Vi didn't head for her desk; instead, she moved directly into Caitlyn’s space, placing a steadying hand on the small of her back.

"You okay? You look pale," Vi murmured, her protective scent beginning to fill the room.

"I’m fine," Caitlyn lied, her voice tight.

"No, you're not. Tell me what’s going on, Cait."

Caitlyn took a shaky breath, the secret finally bursting forward. "Vi, I’m pregnant."

Vi froze, her expression blank with shock. "What? Is it… is it mine?"

"Who else's would it be?" Caitlyn snapped, her eyes flashing with hurt.

"I don't know, I just-"

Caitlyn let out a bitter, jagged laugh. "You don't know? Did you seriously forget that you knotted me right here in this chair?"

It was a night she could never forget. Vi was in the middle of a deep rut, and Caitlyn had offered herself to the alpha to feast on. She found Vi sitting in her office chair with her head in her hands. Her pheromones were so strong they filled the entire building.

Every Omega in the building had struggled to maintain their composure. They had all looked ready to drop to their knees and offer their necks, desperate to have their wombs filled with the Alpha’s potent seed. But Vi had only wanted her. The Alpha let out a feral growl when she saw her. "You need to leave. Now."

"And what if I don't want to?" Caitlyn challenged, tilting her head stubbornly. It was late, and she was glad everyone else had gone home. "Every other Omega wants you to breed them," she said bitterly.

"What about you?" Vi asked. Her member strained hard against her tailored pants.

"Why do you think I am here, Vi?"

"My rut is affecting your head. I don't think you really want this..."

"Really? Did you forget that I chose you to be my first? Stop acting like I can't make my own decisions."

"This is different, Caitlyn," Vi groaned as the Omega walked seductively closer to where she was sitting.

"I want you. Are you going to take me? Or should I find another capable Alpha—"

Before she could blink, the Alpha gripped her, pulling her onto her lap. Vi's mouth devoured her hungrily, her hands rough and possessive. Before Caitlyn could catch her breath, she found herself on the very same desk where she had first lost her innocence.

Her turtleneck was bunched around her breasts and her pants were discarded as the Alpha pounded into her. With her legs spread wide, her core clenched around the Alpha’s cock, slick with her abandon wetness. Her breasts bounced and her eyes rolled back in total surrender, taking Vi’s relentless pace as her screams echoed throughout the building.

The Alpha was a blur of primal need, her movements heavy and desperate. Vi's rough treatment stole the air from Caitlyn’s lungs. But it didn't stop there. As they moved together, the base of Vi’s member began to swell - the telltale sign of the Alpha's knot beginning to form.

"Take my knot," the Alpha ordered as she pushed deep inside, sealing the Omega and stopping her seed from spilling out.

They fucked several times over the next hour. The Alpha took her against the wall and bent her over the expensive sofa. At one point, Caitlyn even had to speak to Jayce to cancel their plans. "Jay... ce..." she tried not to moan as Vi gripped her hair, driving into her relentlessly. "I... mmm... have... fuck... yes... to cancel... the plans."

"Caitlyn, is everything alright?" Jayce asked.

"Fuck... yes... I just hit... my... oh... leg!"

She didn't wait for his answer before cutting the call and finally letting out a loud cry.

"Mine... Mine... You were made to take my knot," Vi growled.

"Yours... yours," Caitlyn whispered brokenly as the claim sent her over the edge. She had dreamt about belonging to Vi for so long that she couldn't hold back her emotions anymore.

And finally, she found herself riding Vi’s cock, the alpha's face buried between her breasts as she held her tightly. The knot slid into her one more time, and the Alpha’s fertile seed filled her womb, dumping enough to make her pregnant with triplets.

Caitlyn slumped against Vi’s arms, her heart hammering against her ribs. The heat of the knot was a heavy, stretching presence within her, a physical anchor that made her feel more grounded than she had in years.

Finally, she thought, her mind a hazy whirl of gold and violet. Finally, I’m full of her.

As she felt the warmth of Vi's seed deep inside her womb, an overwhelming sense of possessiveness washed over her. The thought of carrying Vi’s children - of those fierce, gray eyes looking back at her from a small, soft face—

She pressed her forehead into the crook of Vi’s neck, inhaling the scent of ozone, leather, and Alpha

Every pulse of the knot felt like a promise, a biological seal on a contract they had signed in blood and desire long ago. She was ready to be the mother of Vi’s heirs, to carry that strength inside her.

"Stay," she whimpered against Vi's skin, her voice raw. "Don't move yet. Just... keep me like this."

Vi turned pale, her hand dropping from Caitlyn’s back. She began to pace, her cool Alpha composure completely gone.

"Cait, I didn't mean it like that," Vi stammered. "Everything is just a mess right now. Sarah coming back, the divorce stopping... it’s a lot. I didn't forget that night. I could never forget it."

"And yet, you're choosing her," Caitlyn said, her voice shaking. "She gets the respect and the marriage, while I’m left with a secret and a baby."

"It’s not like that," Vi pleaded, stepping toward her. "I have history with her, and family ties in the Lanes. I have obligations."

Caitlyn stepped back. "History? We’re talking about a child, Vi. Your heir. But I see how it is. To you, I’m just the secretary."

"Please," Vi whispered. "I’ll take care of you both. I’ll make sure you have everything you need."

"I don't want your money, Vi," Caitlyn snapped, grabbing her bag. "I thought you were different. I guess I was wrong."

Before Vi could respond, a sharp, confident knock echoed through the room. The door swung open, and Sarah Lanes stepped in. She was perfectly composed, her presence radiating the kind of effortless authority that Caitlyn had always envied.

"Vi, darling," Sarah said, her eyes sweeping over the tense scene before landing on Caitlyn. "I was wondering where you’d gotten to. Are we ready for lunch?"

The silence in the office was deafening. Sarah’s gaze shifted to Caitlyn’s pale face, a small, knowing smile tugging at her lips. "And you must be the secretary Vi mentions so often. It’s a pleasure to finally meet the help."

Caitlyn didn't flinch. She stood tall, using the poise her mother had taught her. She wasn't just "the help"; she was a Kiramman, and she was carrying Vi’s child.

"It’s Caitlyn," she said, her voice like ice. "And we were just finishing an important talk."

Sarah’s eyes sharpened. As an Omega, she could smell the change in the room - the scent of Vi’s stress and the faint, sweet smell of a new pregnancy. She stepped closer to Vi, marking her territory by grabbing her arm.

"You look pale, Caitlyn," Sarah said with a fake smile. "Maybe you should go home. Family business is too much for the staff to handle."

Vi looked panicked. "Sarah, stop. We were just—"

"We were done,," Caitlyn interrupted. She looked Sarah right in the eye, ignoring Vi completely. "I have all the answers I need. Enjoy your lunch."

Caitlyn walked past them, her shoulder brushing Sarah’s. She kept her head high until she reached the hallway, her heart racing.

Caitlyn stepped out of the office, but she didn’t get far. The clicking of heels followed her down the hall.

"Running away so soon?" Sarah’s voice purred behind her.

Caitlyn stopped but didn't turn. "I have work to do, Sarah."

Sarah stepped in front of her, blocking the path. She leaned in, her eyes narrowed. "I know that scent, little Kiramman. It’s fresh. You think one night during a rut makes you family? You were just a warm bed - a distraction while I was gone."

Caitlyn met her gaze, her eyes like ice. "A 'warm bed,' and yet I am carrying her heir, Sarah. That is something you couldn't do for five years. Do you want to know about the night she knotted me? The way she grunted, the way she filled me with her seed, her hand gripping me possessively? The way she buried her head between my breasts and worshipped me."

Sarah’s face twisted in rage. "You little slut. How dare you talk to me like that?" She raised her hand to strike, but Caitlyn didn't move an inch.

"Touch me," Caitlyn whispered, "and I’ll make sure Vi hears everything. Now, move."

Sarah stepped aside, shaking with anger. Caitlyn walked past her without looking back, heading straight for her apartment.

Once inside, Caitlyn collapsed against the door, the adrenaline from the fight with Sarah vanishing instantly. She felt sick, but this time it wasn't just the pregnancy; it was a deep, soul-crushing darkness.

She looked around her small, lonely room. The pride she felt while insulting Sarah was gone. Now, she just felt like a "slut" and a failure, exactly as Sarah had called her. She began to think that maybe the world would be better off without her. She thought about her old life and how it was gone forever.

Dark thoughts she had buried years ago started to crawl back into her mind. She thought about ending it all just to stop the pain. She looked at her stomach and felt a wave of cold fear. "I can't do this," she whispered. "I can't be a mother."

She thought about abortion. If she got rid of the baby, maybe she could go back to being a normal person. Maybe the shame would go away. But then she remembered the way Vi had looked at her that night, and her heart broke all over again. She did not want to get rid of the piece of Vi growing inside her.

She felt trapped. She felt like her life was over whether she had the baby or not. She crawled into her bed and curled into a ball, wishing she could just disappear.

A loud knock at the door made Caitlyn jump, snapping her out of her pathetic state. She opened it, and there stood Vi.

Caitlyn felt a huge wave of relief. All her dark thoughts vanished the moment she saw those grey eyes. Vi looked tired, but she stepped inside and pulled Caitlyn into a tight hug.

"I'm sorry, Cait," Vi whispered against her hair. "I’m done with Sarah. I left her. It’s over."

Caitlyn sobbed into Vi’s jacket, holding her as if she would disappear. "I hate you. I hate you for not choosing me first."

"I only want you," Vi said, pulling back to look at her. "I don't care about the rest of the world. Just you. I am sorry I made you feel this way. I never wanted to be with Sarah; it was my family forcing the responsibility on me, and I wanted to be a loyal partner like my dad always taught me to be. But I can't do this anymore, Caitlyn. You are the only person my heart desires. You are the only thing in my life I have ever chosen for myself."

"You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to hear that..."

"I'm sorry I made you wait this long. I have always wanted you, Cait, but I was bound by my duty to my family. When I saw Sarah raising her hand at you, I couldn't hold back anymore. I ended everything with her. You are my future."

"Your future?" Caitlyn asked, her voice small as she gazed into the Alpha's eyes, which were overflowing with love.

"Yes. My everything." Vi smiled and pulled her into a kiss, pouring all her longing and devotion into it. "I am never letting you go again. You are mine, Kiramman!"

"Yours?"

"Yes. Mine," Vi grinned, lifting her effortlessly into her arms.

"And you are mine, too," Caitlyn said, gripping the Alpha’s tie and tugging it playfully.

"All yours." A satisfied smile grazed the Omega's face. Her heart felt so full she thought it was going to burst.

"You will give me anything I want?" Caitlyn purred.

"Yes, anything you want..."

"What if I actually want to be your trophy wife and raise your babies at home?" Caitlyn raised her eyebrows challengingly.

"If that makes you happy, you can be my hot young trophy wife," Vi smiled.

"What if I want ten babies?"

"I will give you that, too..."

They both giggled.

"You are the cutest," Vi murmured, leaning down to press a tender kiss against the tip of her nose. "But joking aside, you have brilliant business acumen, Cupcake. I’d hate to see your talents go to waste. I want you as my partner in the company - if you'll have me, that is."

Caitlyn tilted her head, her lips curving into a playful pout. "Let me think about it. It depends entirely on how well you treat me."

"Oh, my queen," Vi grinned, her chest rumbling with a low, affectionate chuckle.

Vi held Caitlyn close, the Omega’s legs wrapped tightly around her waist. "I am taking you to my home. You are not going to be alone - not anymore. I’ll have my staff grab all your things. Right now, you are coming with me. I don’t think I can spend another second without you, especially now that you are carrying my baby."

Caitlyn melted at the Alpha's words. "I am yours, Alpha. Be the Alpha I always knew you could be."

Caitlyn felt the weight of the last few weeks lift, replaced by a surge of hope she hadn't felt in a long time. Vi’s hands were warm on her skin, a stark contrast to the cold, dark thoughts she had been battling just moments before.

"Kiramman! Open up," Corina’s voice barked from the hallway. "I bought you more tea and some crackers. If you’re going to be a pathetic, knocked-up mess, at least don't do it on an empty stomach."

Vi’s expression shifted instantly, her jaw tightening as she heard the insults. "A mess? Is that what people have been calling you?"

Caitlyn didn't answer; she only leaned her head against Vi's chest, closing her eyes. The safety of the Alpha's presence made Corina’s words feel like a distant noise.

"Stay here," Vi commanded. She pulled away gently and strode toward the door, her boots heavy on the floorboards. "I think your neighbor and I need to have a little talk about respect."

Vi pulled the door open, her face hard with anger. Corina didn't move. She just leaned against the wall and looked Vi up and down with a smirk.

"Oh, I guess your sugar daddy is here," Corina teased. She looked at Vi’s strong arms. "Hmm, I would have ended up pregnant too if I had a boss like you."

Vi’s face flushed but her scowl did not go away. "You have five seconds to get out of here."

Corina laughed and tossed a box of crackers at Vi’s chest. "Relax, Alpha. I’m the only one who has been helping her while you were away. You should be thanking me instead of acting tough."

Vi’s hand gripped the doorframe so hard the wood started to crack. She was ready to snap.

Caitlyn stepped out from behind the door, wrapping her arms tightly around Vi’s waist. She pressed her face against Vi’s back, holding her Alpha possessively as she looked at Corina with a teasing but sharp smile.

"Corina, leave my Alpha alone," Caitlyn said, her voice sounding stronger than it had all day.

Corina raised an eyebrow and let out a short laugh. "Oh, so the kitten has claws again. Fine. I know when I'm not wanted. But alpha incase you need to expand your heirs you know where to call me"

"Corina," Caitlyn hissed.

"What? I’m just looking out for my future," Corina replied.

"Get out of here," Caitlyn said, clearly done with Corina’s antics.

"Alright. Take care of her, Alpha Daddy," Corina teased as she walked away.

Caitlyn asked Vi to ignore Corina, but she also admitted that the neighbor had helped her. Understanding the debt, Vi decided to pay Corina off handsomely to ensure her silence and to say thank you.

Once the business was finished, Vi didn't let Caitlyn walk. She picked her up gently and carried her down to her waiting limo. The Alpha held her close the entire way, making sure she was comfortable.

Inside the limo, the noise of the city died away. Vi didn't let go of Caitlyn’s hand; she held it tightly, her thumb tracing circles over Caitlyn’s knuckles.

"Why didn't you tell me, Cait?" Vi asked, her voice soft and full of pain. "Why did you let yourself suffer in that place alone?"

Caitlyn looked down at their joined hands, her voice trembling. "You were married, Vi. You had a whole life. I didn't want to be the one to ruin it. I thought I was just... a mistake from that night."

Vi moved closer, wrapping an arm around Caitlyn’s shoulders and pulling her into her side. "You could never be a mistake. That night was the most real thing in my life. I left Sarah because I couldn't breathe without you. I don't care about my reputation. I only care about you and our babies."

Caitlyn leaned her head on Vi’s shoulder, finally feeling the fear start to melt away. "Oh Vi, I love you."

Vi’s breath hitched, and she pressed a firm, loving kiss to Caitlyn’s temple. "I love you too, baby. I will make sure you are the happiest people in Piltover.

Vi’s estate was a massive, modern mansion overlooking the cliffs of Zaun. It was a place of polished stone and glass, far removed from the cold bathroom floor Caitlyn had just left behind. As they crossed the threshold, the silence of the house felt protective rather than lonely.

Vi didn't put her down. She carried Caitlyn straight through the grand foyer, past the confused looks of her staff, and up the wide staircase to the master suite.

"Get the guest wing ready for her things," Vi barked over her shoulder to a butler. "And call the best doctor in the city. Now."

When they reached Vi’s bedroom, the Alpha set her down on a bed that felt like a cloud. It was huge, covered in dark silk sheets, and smelled exactly like Vi - leather and warmth. Vi immediately knelt at Caitlyn’s feet, unlacing her boots with a focused, quiet intensity.

"You're safe here," Vi murmured, her voice grounding and soft. "No one is going to touch you. Not Sarah, not your relatives. This is your home now."
