“May the Void and Spawn become one ~”
“. . .”
It was just another quiet night.
The forest echoed sounds of unspoken words as the cultist made their way to the shrine they had made in a random spot in the forest. They had a small, half full, vile of blood in one of their pale hands and a piece of glass in the other.
When they finally arrived at the shine, a dazed smile spread across their face as they stepped closer. There were bones, rocks, crystals, trinkets, feathers, and a few other random things littering the large circle of rocks that had been carefully arranged in front of a large willow tree.
A shaky sigh escaped their lips as they slowly sat down in front of the shrine, taking the shard of glass and slowly cutting a wound along their forearm.
“Oh Great Spawn I bring for you more goods for your glorious future ~”
The cultist purred contently as their blood dripped into the grass beneath them, harvesting some of it in the vial before placing it, and the glass shard, near the middle of the shrine where a Spawnpoint has been deeply engraved in the earth surface.
They sat still for many minutes, just letting the cold wind hit their bare arms sending goosebumps down their spine.
Footsteps broke the silence, making the cultist reach for their dagger that they always kept close to them.
“Who’s there.”
They said sharply, rising to their feet on high alert.
A large figure appeared from behind the willow tree. They had a large robe, covering most of their figure. They also seemed interested in the shrine, walking up to it while completely ignoring the armed cultist. They crouched down and picked up one of the crow feathers to look at it with more detail, even a sly smile seemingly forming on their face.
The figure then stood up, letting the cultist get a better view at their face.
Noli. The god of a different cult that worshiped the void, and of course…
HIM.
“You’re not my god…”

Noli laughed, slowly clapping his hands like rewarding someone for getting a question right.
“Why that is correct my dear ~! You really believe the Spawn would visit you ~? Foolish Mortal.”
He teased, placing the crow feather back where it had originally been placed in the shrine and taking a closer look at some of the objects scattered neatly inside.
“This is a very nice shine. . . It would be better if it was made for a real god that appreciates its members.”
The god chuckled, taking many steps closer to them, until they were right up in their face.
“Take a hint dear Two Time~ don’t waste your time on this worthless cult, join the Void, and I can guarantee you will be given as much attention you could ever wish for ~!”
Silence hung in the air as they stared at Noli for many long seconds.
“I could never pray to a god besides the great Spawn. I will stand by their law till my last breath. I will draw your blood to prove my devotion if I must ~”
Two Time threatened, placing the tip of the blade under Noli's chin just for the god to stay unfaced.
“I would love to see you try dear Two Time~”
Noli whispered into their ear before fading into the shadows of the forest with a single flick of his wrist.
Two Time stood in shock, lowering the blade to their side and looked around at their surroundings. There was no sign of the god anywhere…before rage erupted from their soul.
“You BASTARD! You hide from me like a pathetic dog! What kind of god cowards a mere threat?!”
They spat harshly, tightening the grip on their dagger to the point their hand was becoming numb. A minute passed in complete silence besides the sound of the soft night breeze ruffling up the trees.
A large hand suddenly grabbed Two Time from the back of the neck and pulled them sharply to the ground, before two others grabbed and pinned down their wrists to the sides of their head.
They groaned from the impact, looking up to see Noli looking back down at them with a sly smile, before leaning down and tapping their nose with his long pointer finger.
“Do not threaten a god you do not understand dear Two Time ~ I have more power your “Spawn” could have in ten centuries ! Now where was I with your shine…”
Noli hummed, ignoring Two Times struggling to get out of the hands that kept them firmly on the ground. Nolli leaned down and picked up the vile of blood.
“My my ~ such an offering ! Tell me dear Two Time, this is your blood yes ?”
Noli slipped off the bottom of his mask, taking a sip of the blood with a content hum. Two Time harshly tried to pull themself free as Noli did this action, fighting against the restraints.
“How dare you take my blood for your own doing ! . .”
Two Time growled, their tired eyes narrowing at the deity.
“Ah but who may stop me ! I am a god young one, I can do as I please. I do say your blood is Devine ~ Would make a good meal for a pack of dogs ~ !”
The god teased, dripping more of their blood into their mouth before sliding his mask back down to cover his face.
He then closed the vial, putting it back into the shrine before walking back over to Two Time.
They were breathing heavily, still filled with anger and hatred to the deity for discriminating against their great god, but exhaustion started to claw at them with each passing second.
Noli, being the god that he was, noticed his growing exhaustion, his smile turning into a smirk. He stepped even closer to the cultist, standing over him.
“I see you’re getting tired dear Two Time, why not take a rest ~”
Two Time stared up at Noli, growling once more.
“I mustn’t sleep. The Spawn always needs me awake for their will to be fulfilled-”
“Oh but why ? Why must your god need you awake ~?”
Noli hummed, before grabbing Two Time by the shoulders and lifting them up from the restraints. They jerked backwards, trying to free themselves from Noli's hands. They god chuckled, before slowly running his fingers through their hair. Two Time continued to struggle, when a sudden wave of dizziness ran through Two Times head.
“Rest well dear Two TIme, sweet dreams ~”

Two Time woke by the time the sun was coming up, but they were no longer under the willow tree, but in a room.
Dazed, they took in their surroundings. The first thing they noticed was the vibe of the room, dark and only faintly illuminated by soft purple toned LED lights. Many random items littered the floor, and something that looked like a large shrine had been built in the far back corner of the room. The only thing that caught Two Times' eye was the black crow feather in the shrine, placed directly in the middle of the decorated shrine.
They recognized the crow feather in a heartbeat. That was the feather from their shrine. . .
He had taken it.
Their eyes scanned over the room, hoping to catch a glimpse of the god hiding somewhere in some of the darker parts of the room.
That was when a hand grabbed Two Times shoulder, causing them to jump and snap their head to see what had grabbed them.
Laying next to them was the God himself, with that dumb ass smirk on his face.
“Well Well Well! Look who finally decided to wake up ~!
He teased, a disembodied hand stroking Two Times knotted hair making them flinch in annoyance.
“ Dear me, you need to comb your hair. . . “
He grumbled under his breath while looking Two Time up and down, starting to realize how malnourished and uncared for they were. Noli removed his hand from Two Times’ shoulder before rubbing his temples with a groan.
Two Time just hardened their gaze on him, scoffing.
“ What. What’s wrong. “
They growled at the god, swatting away the hand that had been petting their hair.
“ Do you ever take care of yourself ? “
Noli responded with a hint of hostility.
Two Time seemed taken back for a brief moment before chuckling.
“ I simply do not have the time to do such meaningless things. Every second of my life is spent devoting myself and soul to Spawn ~ “
Noli just sat and stared at them for many moments before signing.
“ Your Spawn isn’t REAL. Get that in your- “
“ How DARE you. . . ! The Spawn is real! I have seen them in my dreams, during the rounds, they gave me my second -”
“ Bla bla bla. I. Don’t. Care.”
Noli interrupted, now staring them down like a hawk.
“ You’re the most delusional cultist I’ve ever met. “
Two Time harshly grabbed Noli's shoulders, digging their long uncut nails into his robe. Noli didn’t even flinch, just kept eye contact with the manic cultist.
“ I am NOT delusional! You’re only saying that so I follow you! I hope you know I will never follow you till the day I die.”
They spat, awaiting a response from Noli.
“ Maybe you’re right, maybe you’re wrong. But have you ever gotten a response from your so-called Spawn?
That seemed to stump Two Time, their grip on his shoulders faintly loosening.
“ Exactly. I will always answer your prayers dear Two Time. You won’t have to worship me forever, just give the Void a try ~ “
He purred, petting Two Times hair again. This time, they didn’t pull away, but they still seemed unsure.
“ Fine. But do not hope for anything false God. For I will forever be fully devoted to true Spawn. “
