Parrot doesn't know what to do. After winning against the Cindercrest on Merchant City, they get back to the Northern Council and get information about where the next attack was.. But the important thing from all of its was. He. Was. Pregnant. Right. Now. Like right now. He hasn't said anything to Theo yet! That's why he was planning to tell Theo and Reina after this. They deserve to know the happy announcement before the intense war later.
After the meeting with the other council, Parrot asked them both to talk with him inside another room. Reina and Theo exchange glaze like wondering what Parrot gonna talk with them when they need to be hurry right now.
"is there something wrong, Parrot?" Reina asked, while Theo walk closer to Parrot. "Yeah bro, we must go now before they attack the highwater city right now. Don't we have to distract─"
Parrot look at them and close Theo mouth with his hand, before he sigh as letting go. Literally he just make Theo go on silent mode by that. His crown still on his head, he slowly take Theo hand, making it touch his belly. At first nothing weird, Theo look at Parrot. Wondering, searching for the meaning of this sudden action.
"Bro, what─ why are you doing this?" He said with clueless. Parrot let go of Theo hand and let Theo the one who touching it now, like searching for something wrong to his lover belly.
Meanwhile Reina notice something, she immediately walk closer and push Theo hand aside (a bit) "May i?" she asked. Parrot nodding, allowing her to touch his belly. Reina touch it slowly, making sure it's really what she has suspicious.
"Parrot.. Is this, baby bump?"
A beat passes, Parrot smile softly as nodding. Theo who was finally realizing it, this was his FREAKING baby inside right now that still under developing. He immediately touch Parrot belly again, to checking, to feel it. And it's true. Parrot was pregnant, all along. Even before the attack, before meeting Reina.. Even before this.
"H-how.. How long?" Theo voice quite trembling, can't believe it, can't believe he didn't notice it. He never notice the change, but he did notice how Parrot now using more layered clothes than before.
"Four months." He answer calmly
"FOUR MONTHS?!"
Both Reina and Theo was shock, like really shock. That even before Parrot become king! Like, even Reina hasn't been joining yet! Parrot chuckled seeing their reaction. Yeah, he's been hiding it all along. "I know this might be shocking.. And i know having a baby living inside while we all in this situation was bad.."
"Not only bad, BUT IT'S LIKE SURVIVING FROM DEATH!" Theo said, clearly worrying and also feel deeply betrayed because Parrot hasn't telling them, even telling him as his partner.. Theo never imagine, this whole time Parrot was pregnant with his child but hasn't said anything yet.
Reina stroking Parrot belly, definitely real.
Parrot place his palm Bellow his belly, as like carrying it. Beside it's starting to get heavy lately. "i know i know, it's.. Silly and dangerous. But hey, at least i told you guys now."
"You literally told us when we about go to war, idiot." both of them said. Parrot blink while look at them, since when they suddenly become agree with this? But yeah. Parrot just blush slightly as touch his belly again. Theo, also get into his knees and press a kiss on Parrot belly.
"Hey there buddy, sorry for your stupid papa hasn't told us anything about it, yea? I hasn't notice you there."
Theo said before giving another kiss, hand warping on Parrot waist. Doting his partner and his soon to be born baby. Reina look at them for a while, giving them space before the battle too. At least.. If they win this war, the baby had safe place to stay. Maybe.
"Maybe, we should go now. Before we late." Reina said. Parrot nodding as Theo finally standing up too. Theo hand slowly take Parrot hand, giving it gentle kiss as three of them walk out.
Soon there will be a war, and after this. They all know at least they have another reason to win. So all players could be safe and sound without worrying about this, and also.. For the new first prince or princess of the unstable SMP. Well, as they walk together, Theo look at Parrot differently now, like.. Protective..?
Beside it's his first child after all. He always been a killer before, and now.. A killer will soon have a child of his own? That basically A failure for someone who like him. But that before, now, Theo doesn't think this was a failure. He will making sure his partner and his child (or maybe children 👀) safe..
When they win this, they will be a perfect family, and Theo? Ah he will never ever let Parrot away even inch away from him from now one. Better be safe than regretting later, right? Of course, nobody want their partner get miscarriage.. Especially an avian. Tho he was wondering, if it's will be an egg first or immediately a baby. Hmm.
"Parrot, bro." Theo called, immediately stop moving. Parrot look behind before Theo immediately warp his hands around Parrot now, clearly hugging him.
"Theo.."
His voice soft. Theo press his face on Parrot shoulder. Like thanking him, to make him into one of the happiest man alive on the server. "Thank you, for will bring a new life for us. I'm sorry for not noticing it sooner." He said. Parrot smile as letting his partner to appreciate and giving him affection. At least, before everything starting.
"alright Theo, let's go. We should heading now."
Parrot said. Theo nodding, as finally they all continue walk to the location. But Theo doesn't want to let go Parrot hand, he will make sure he was safe. Gosh. If only he know sooner, he will immediately showering Parrot with a lot affection and appreciating him more. Even fuck that cunt, maybe.
