Tanino Gimlet and Symboli Kris S looked at each other as they stared at whatever thing they were looking at. It looked foreign to the both of them. They hadn’t seen anything like the ones they’ve seen before. Weirdly, everyone else knew how to do whatever was right in front of them, but they both didn’t. Clearly, this Herculean task required someone to step on a square marked with a number. The number started out as one and went up all the way to ten.
“By Kratos’s wrath,” Gimlet finally said something, “What in Poseidon are we meant to do?”
“Jump,” Kris S recounted a group of children playing this unfamiliar concept.
“From Elysium’s reach?” Tanino Gimlet looked at Symboli Kris S, “May Hades give us luck.”
“Yes,” Kris S said, “Grant us luck indeed.
Gimlet put her legs in a jumping motion and went high up in the air. Her legs were practically floating above the ground as she aimed towards the square with the number one inside of it. As she reached the highest point of her trajectory, she put her legs together as if she was going to kick something. Full force towards the ground and a massive boom echoed through Tracen Academy. The first square of the hopscotch game looked as if a meteor hit the ground.
Gimlet yelled, “Ha! Now Zeus will finally give us the heavens that we deserve!”
“Not so fast,” Symboli Kris S said, “We’re meant to jump into the second square ahead of you and even more.”
“Ohoh,” Gimlet looked behind her, “By the gods you’re right! Vicious sin lies ahead of us! Quickly, we must vanquish it to the depths of the underworld!”
“Mission updated.”
Symboli Kris S jumped straight up towards the sky and slammed her legs straight first into the second square like what Gimlet did. Similarly, a crater appeared in the hopscotch area with a sound echoing throughout the campus. A somewhat visible smile came from Kris S as she landed, staring directly at Tanino Gimlet.
“Yes! Now let’s overcome Ragnarok and defeat this vice called ‘Hopscotch’ right back to hell!”
Symboli Kris S nodded, increasing the width of her smile.
They both jumped up and down and destroyed each square of the hopscotch game. Each sound echoing throughout the city as several umamusume look at the two of them in bewilderment. By the time it was over, Kris S and Gimlet completely annihilated whatever remained of the sketched lines of the game.
“YES!” Tanino Gimlet yelled, “Die in Tartarus you evil game!”
“Mission completed,” Symboli Kris S said, “Now, we can go celebrate.”
Suddenly, someone yelled at the top of their lungs nearby, “HOLD IT!”
Director Akikawa ran to the two of them with a furious rage. Her eyes glared at the two of them with complete anger. Her demeanor seemed unsteady and ready to pounce as she pointed at the two of them. Tanino Gimlet looked guilty as some sweat came down from her forehead. Symboli Kris S just stood there with an emotionless face on her. Akikawa coughed her throat.
“YOU DESTROYED MY FAVORITE PLACE! YOU TWO MUST BE PUNISHED!” Akikawa said, “PUNISHED!”
“Ummmmm,” Gimlet looked around, “You didn’t see anything!”
Tanino Gimlet ran away from Akikawa in the complete opposite direction she came from.
“You didn’t see anything,” Kris S said, menacingly.
Symboli Kris S also followed with Gimlet.
Director Akikawa looked at the two of them with complete bewilderment. She scratched her head before pointing at the two of them again.
She yelled even harder than the first time, “HEY COME BACK HERE!”
