MLH @MLH ✅ - March 11, 2020
In light of the World Health Organization declaring COVID-19 a global pandemic, the MLH will be pausing the 2019-20 season, beginning with tonight's games.
We encourage all members of the MLH community to take reasonable precautions and follow medical advice. We aim to resume play as soon as it is safe for players and fans. Until such a time, we thank MLH fans for their patience.

Hello team!
I hope you are doing well in these unprecedented times! As games are still on pause, we wanted to keep fans engaged via social media until we can resume.
I will be sending out weekly prompts, please record a short video in response and send it to me, I will edit them together to post on the Metros’ official accounts.
This week's prompt is: What is your favourite at home exercise?
Please film a video vertically of you explaining and performing the exercise, and send it to me before Wednesday.
